i was suddenly hit with a charge that i was not aware of that made me question my decision for using IONOS. I had unknowingly signed myself up for 2 services while purchasing some thing completely different. I blame who ever made their checkout page for this one. I have been using IONOS for more than a decade and never have i ever had this happen. I called up customer service and Jean quickly understood my situation and resolved my issue very quickly. Long-time user of Squarespace
I've been using Squarespace for many years and have built lots of websites with them. I saw these negative reviews today on Trust Pilot as a new client was worried when they saw them. I was quite baffled and sent Squarespace an email through their website to see how they responded. A human(!) got back to me in less than 20 minutes. I have asked SQ some really stupid questions over the years as I panicked over something or other and it was usually a internet reception issue not a them issue and they have always been helpful and polite. It's template based web service - they don't actually build it for you - but they have so many resources to help you build a great website. If the quality of your products and photographs is good and you are able to line things up you will have a website to be proud of. Some of the reviews here are outright nonsense, for example, the "payment scam" suggesting payment is taken when the trial has ended and the reviewer didn’t sign up with thousands taken out over years - Squarespace lets you take out a trial for an unlimited time. It actually says on the website 'Sign up for your free trial, no card required". I have ten websites currently on the go and have never been asked for payment details until I wanted to go live so I don't understand that at all. I've also never had an issue with overpayment or cancelling on a site. They send reminders to the email you sign up with, you can remove your card details. Also who doesn’t check their bank statements for years? I can't speak about interfaces with google - I don't use them but the other interfaces I do use work very well. Other website templates I've used haven't produced the design results I wanted and were a pain to use. I highly recommend Squarespace for the creative industries because it's really good at what it does and sites look great.

If you write an email the customer service is beyond excellent. I had to cancel an order. A real person answered. We had a back and forth because I just didn’t want to bother figuring out the link to cancel so she did it for me. Most companies that use AI will answer emails with a human. Breeze Airways doesn’t even have a phone number but my email got the result I wanted.

Offre un controllo raffinato della grafica e dei CSS, oltre a una vasta gamma di strumenti per la gestione del sito, il SEO, il marketing e persino la prenotazione di appuntamenti. L'unico piccolo punto debole è la gestione delle lingue multiple, che richiede l'integrazione con un servizio esterno a pagamento oltre certe soglie. I especially wanted to write because I don't understand why there is negative feedback written about Squerspace The negative feedback written about Suquerspace is probably being submitted by competitor firms. For a long time I used a very famous name's web page builder, despite being a very big name, it was slow and never adjusted the mobile phone properly, an error would always occur shortly after publishing the page. Now I am very happy with Squerspace, it is fast, easy and everything is created properly. I am also happy because it has advanced design settings. Thanks Squerspace.

As a website designer, I've been using Squarespace since 2011 and love it. I've built 82 sites for clients and it continues to be the best website builder. On the rare occasion I've had to use customer service, it is always extremely prompt. For example, today a client accidentally purchased the Business Plan instead of the Personal Plan. Squarespace responded within one hour and the refund is on its way. Their support forums and help videos are always up to date and the forum community is incredible. I've used both Wordpress and Wix in the past (as have many of my clients) and they all say they prefer Squarespace because it's so user friendly.

I have built over 100’s of websites on this platform and I cannot fault it! The bad reviews just don’t make sense? Is it something that users do to break it? I am very surprised by so many bad reviews. Non of my 100 website owners ever contacted with any issues…. I think competitors paying 💰 to kill Squarespace… cause it is the best platform by far.

I just signed up for Square space. I do love the ease of creating a website. That part I'd give 5 stars. Easy and beautiful. They offered Google workspace for a yr free with my account. It worked for 2 days. Then I was told my business email was sold by them. I was locked out of my Google workspace account. So for the last 2 days I've been trying to get a response from them. Nothing is happening. (Update ) Square space got in touch and I was able to fix the problem with Google dashboard. If you can't get a response from the website reach out on fb messenger or insta. Both of the sources responded pretty quick.

Nothing but love, en ik ben een webdesigner die met meerdere CMS-systemen heb gewerkt. Om eerlijk te zijn denk ik dat de slechte beoordelingen over Squarespace bij Trustpilot fake zijn, want ondanks dat iedereen een andere mening heeft, klopt het gewoon niet. Het systeem werkt altijd goed, de customer service is snel en super goed, het platform is super gebruiksvriendelijk, er zijn enorm veel design-mogelijkheden, updates en backups worden voor je geregeld, je kunt je mobiele site enorm makkelijk ontwerpen, het heeft geavanceerde SEO-mogelijkheden en ik zou zo nog wel even door kunnen gaan. Aanrader dus!

I recommend Squarespace to anybody looking to create their own website.
First off, I'm pretty sure all the negative reviews here (as of this writing) are paid for. I found the really low Truspilot rating on a Squarespace competitor's website and was quite shocked so came here to investigate. Whenever I've contacted customer support, I've received responses within hours. On some occasions, minutes... and I've always had any problems resolved very quickly. Anyway, I've been using Squarespace since 2015 and it is hands-down the best DIY web builder out there. Some of the limitations can be annoying, but given the ease with which you can put up a website and maintain it, it's not a deal breaker. The templates are an easy springboard to get started, but you can customise them quite a bit. I'm now grandfathered into an older version and migrating to their newest one. They've been good enough to offer the difference on my remaining subscription back as a refund.

Notre entreprise gère une 10aine de marques et même si la plateforme n'a pas été pensé pour ce niveau de complexité elle nous a permis de gérer une diversité de cas d'usage assez extraordinaire. Il serait difficile pour nous de s'en passer malgré les changements de modèles de licence, un cout qui reste douleureux et un service client qui malgré beaucoup de bienveillance n'arrive pas toujours à répondre à nos questions.

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. We just processed our 10,000th Order through Shopify. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but we love it. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, but it is very powerful, and I have been doing this for 4 years. I am always learning and implementing new things to make it better. It can be confusing, very confusing, but my experience with almost every issue with support has been positive. Are there things I wish I could do? I can't, yes, probably, but most of that is on me for one of two reasons: 1.) I'm not smart enough to figure it out or even ask the right questions, or 2.) I don't want to pay someone or for an app to make it work when there is a solution. The one thing new users need to understand is that it is very powerful, and you need to walk before you run. There are a ton of add-on apps to help you, but they can slowly and sneakily drain your profits. The hardest thing for me to master, and I still haven't, is Shipping. I sell luggage and ship what is basically large empty boxes. Getting the shipping correct is an issue I have yet to conquer. Lastly let me say my store is far from perfect, and isn't all that I want it to be... But it works for us... with nearly $700,000 in sales both online and in our store front... we are doing ok... B. In passato realizzavo siti di e-commerce utilizzando PrestaShop, una piattaforma che richiede aggiornamenti periodici di sistema e dei plugin, spesso a pagamento, e necessita di particolare attenzione per evitare bug e altri problemi. Mi sono spesso trovato a dover spiegare ai clienti che, oltre al costo di realizzazione, un sito in PrestaShop comporta una spesa annuale per aggiornamenti, manutenzione e sicurezza. Stanco di queste difficoltà, ho deciso di iniziare a proporre siti realizzati con Shopify. Questa piattaforma offre tutto il necessario per creare un sito di commercio elettronico professionale, lasciandomi il compito di strutturarlo sulle esigenze del cliente e perfezionare il tema scelto. La gestione della manutenzione, degli aggiornamenti e della sicurezza rimane interamente a carico del fornitore della piattaforma, garantendo al cliente un notevole risparmio e a me una maggiore tranquillità. P.S. Ho letto molte recensioni negative da parte di utenti truffati da siti di commercio elettronico. A chi leggerà questa recensione e a coloro che hanno dato una stella a Shopify, vorrei chiarire che questa piattaforma non ha nulla a che fare con chi li ha truffati. Se non siete in grado di capire la differenza tra un truffatore e una piattaforma che offre a tutti la possibilità di fare e-commerce, e poi lasciate una recensione negativa alla piattaforma stessa, dimostrate di non avere la capacità di valutare correttamente ciò che vi viene proposto online. E questo vi rende inevitabilmente più esposti alle truffe! Se potessi, darei io a voi una stella, o, come alcuni suggeriscono, zero stelle!

Non concordo con le pessime recensioni fatte da Clienti truffati. Io ho aperto un sito di e-commerce diretto con Shopify pochi mesi fa dopo una lunghissima e proficua presenza su Amazon e EBay, che ovviamente continua dove godo di una reputazione ai massimi livelli, e miei nuovi Clienti sono molto soddisfatti perchè opero alla stessa maniera, cioè correttamente e rispettando il denaro altrui! Ho scelto questa piattaforma che NON E' un Marketplace, per cui il consiglio che mi permetto di fornire ai Clienti che vengono truffati da lestofanti, improvvisati pseudo venditori è quello di dare una occhiata su google sul venditore e sulla sua storia (se ne ha una!), andate su amazon e verificate se ha un account e come è giudicato dagli eventuali clienti, quindi che tipo di recensioni ha, e poi, non per ultimo, consiglio di pagare con PayPal soprattutto quando non ci si sente sicuri sulla affidabilità del venditore, la Protezione acquisti di PayPal può coprirti se non hai ricevuto un articolo che hai ordinato o se l'articolo ricevuto è molto diverso dalla descrizione fatta online. Poi, denunciate senza indugi il venditore truffatore e scrivetelo su Google o dove possibile, tutti devono sapere chi ruba i soldi a clienti che ti danno oltre che il loro denaro, il bene più prezioso, la FIDUCIA!!! Ripeto, Shopify è solamente una piattaforma al cui interno c'è di tutto, ne più ne meno che altrove, discernete, filtrate, e troverete tanti venditori onesti e scrupolosi che hanno storie di successi e di correttezza commerciale talvolta multi decennali come nel nostro caso. Shopify ci fornisce una serie di servizi molto efficace e integrata, oltre ad un sito molto intuitivo e sicuro sotto ogni punto di vista. Questa è la mia esperienza personale, sono 60 anni che siamo nel commercio, shopify non merita queste terribili recensioni, ma le meritano i delinquenti che eventualmente utilizzano la piattaforma cui deve andare il massimo del disprezzo possibile

Shopify Backup Agents Help is Excellent
I had a problem with my Shopify store yesterday (Likely my fault) and Ren set up all of my collections correctly which took some time to do. It saved me so much time, money and hair as I was pulling it all out trying to figure what to do :) I Really Appreciated Ren's help and her going the extra mile to sort out my problem For all of you who don't know how to get a person to help all you need to do is tell the AI "I want to speak to a person" and it will take you to a live agent

I have been creating my site over the years by using Google Publish to the web. My concept evolved, changed, grew, and even switched directions, simply because I didn't know what would work, and I often made multiple corrections daily. Web.com offered the best solution to solve bringing together all my building blocks and create my Home page and a great Stores solution for my site. I promote within my site the importance of Web.com security and the safety in using their Stores solution. The Modification Team of Web.com has been extremely patience with me as I tried to explain what I needed and without excepton, ALL listened and provided my solution in a very reasonable time. I've been working with Web.com since they took over Doster.com. So, far it has been a positive experience. I do tend to pay for my url's several years in advance. This keeps payment issues at bay. Some of the processes can be a bit onorus. For instance, I need to change a contact email address. This requires a form to be completed and approved. I understand it, but my time is valuable too.

I was stressed!!! email was down, I needed support. I sent a very urgent message to chat support calling for help, blaming them for the outage. well, support responded very quickly. they recognized I was stressed, they helped find the technical issue, and immediately got to work. at the end of it all, email was working, problem fixed. they handled my stress with more dignity then I presented it to them, and that alone deserves praise. plus they got the job done :)

I've been using Squarespace for many years and have built lots of websites with them. I saw these negative reviews today on Trust Pilot as a new client was worried when they saw them. I was quite baffled and sent Squarespace an email through their website to see how they responded. A human(!) got back to me in less than 20 minutes. I have asked SQ some really stupid questions over the years as I panicked over something or other and it was usually a internet reception issue not a them issue and they have always been helpful and polite. It's template based web service - they don't actually build it for you - but they have so many resources to help you build a great website. If the quality of your products and photographs is good and you are able to line things up you will have a website to be proud of. Some of the reviews here are outright nonsense, for example, the "payment scam" suggesting payment is taken when the trial has ended and the reviewer didn’t sign up with thousands taken out over years - Squarespace lets you take out a trial for an unlimited time. It actually says on the website 'Sign up for your free trial, no card required". I have ten websites currently on the go and have never been asked for payment details until I wanted to go live so I don't understand that at all. I've also never had an issue with overpayment or cancelling on a site. They send reminders to the email you sign up with, you can remove your card details. Also who doesn’t check their bank statements for years? I can't speak about interfaces with google - I don't use them but the other interfaces I do use work very well. Other website templates I've used haven't produced the design results I wanted and were a pain to use. I highly recommend Squarespace for the creative industries because it's really good at what it does and sites look great.
