Hubspot has been a great tool. Really easy user inteface which makes all the difference for me and my team - and so many features. We use it mainly for the sales team and it's been great.

Hubspot has continued to innovate and improve it's functionality. It is the best marketing automation platform that I've used and it becomes even more powerful if you have the whole enterprise suite. Customer service is much better than other software companies I've dealt with as well.

I love Hubspot all they way, intuitive, well connected, it’s just a great tool for marketing and sales integration.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. We look forward to a bright future with HubSpot!

HubSpot's latest sales hub updates make the life of a sales-person easier. Sales workspace, with guided actions, enables them to finally focuse on sales and nothing else.

I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

I really loved using shopify and its featrues

A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. If you want, you can custom design your store to your specifications. Or let Sidekick walk you through step by step. Shopify earned my respect and appreciation. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

just added 21 days to get first payout and the account will close for no reason and they will hold forever and if a dispute happens while they reviewing your account you can’t do shit bc they make it so when you press the link to fight it it says your account is under review or closed

All my questions were answered.

The person who provided professional support was excellent! The issue was resolved in less than ten minutes. She was precise in her questions, patient with my requests for clarification of terms and or details with which I was unfamiliar. She also provided some very useful background in response to a few questions I poosed; could not have been better.

Bill solved my problem He was wonderful to work with. He had patience with me and as I stated above he solved my problem with my account Bill is a keeper!

The AI bot could not help me so it transferred me to a live person. They solved my issue quickly!

Network Solutions attempted to help customers figure out and make changes themselves. That said, there are folks like me who have chosen Network Solutions specifically because I am not a network engineer. Handling SSL certificates and IP addresses really isn't in my skill set. When a live agent was subsequently engaged to problem-solve, the issue was resolved almost instantly.

This was a complex problem with my email that is Microsoft Hosted Exchange provided through Network Solutions. The Agent was thorough in his research and could not locate the source of my problem, which was missing emails that I know were sent. He has escalated the problem to the product team and I expect a response in 24-48 hours. I could not have asked for more from this interaction. Thanks, Network Solutions.

I've used Network Solutions customer support a number of times over the past several months while transferring my website hosting and domains and getting everything reconnected and operating smoothly. They have been patient (especially when encountering issues with domain transfers from another provider), courteous, and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with their support.

I received a very comprehensive update regarding my ANCIENTBRITCOM account. The website has been dormant for several years but still hosted by iPage until the acquisition by Network Solutions. Now I intend to resuscitate my website and naturally had some concerns about its status. Sarah (?) was very patient and addressed ALL my issues.

I've needed to move some of our email functionality over to NS from another provided. I had two calls for different reasons. Both were very good experiences. Good communication and resolved some complicated matters pretty quickly. Even the AI assistant up front was suprisingly good.

They were very helpful in helping me get a refund for the renewal which I didn't want in a timely manner.

When I called, I was immediately connected to an AI representative. I was pleasantly surprised that the AI accurately diagnosed my issue and walked me through the steps to resolve it. The only reason my problem wasn't fixed at that point was because I misunderstood one of the instructions and didn't follow it exactly. When I indicated that the issue was still unresolved, I was transferred to a live representative right away. She patiently walked me through the same step-by-step solution and confirmed the one detail I had misunderstood—the new SFTP host name. When the AI told me the new hostname, I mistakenly assumed "registeredsite" was a placeholder I needed to replace with our own domain name. The representative confirmed that "registeredsite" was actually part of the correct host name. The live representative was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and it turned out the AI's guidance had been 100% accurate from the start. I also appreciated how quickly I received assistance without long hold times. Overall, this was an outstanding support experience. Fast, accurate, and professional service from both the AI and the human representative.

Agent was very helpful (and easy to get on the line, not a given these days), had a few pricing issues that were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction, will keep using them as long as they maintain this level of service
