I spent a frustrating, time-consuming event with 2 different GoDaddy reps on April 15, 2026, that failed to resolve a Microsoft 365 Email login issue. Today, April 16, 2026, Patrick Mark, a knowledgeable GoDaddy representative, resolved the 365 Email LOGIN issue in under 10 minutes! Patrick had the simple technical knowledge that other customer service representatives lacked. I suggested that he send a GoDaddy system-wide email explaining the simple process that solved my login issues. Incidentally, the Microsoft 365 Email login issues with GoDaddy are well-documented online!

Other part of solution requires involvement of another entity. Plan to transfer business to GoDaddy if and when possible depending upon willingness of other entity to release required information.

Many people have complimented us on how beautiful and nice our website experience has been for them. I have enjoyed the improvements, especially upgrading to 7.1 and I value that so many developers have created wonderful plug-ins and creative tutorials to maximize Squarespace for our needs. My website saw traffic spikes for many thousands of visitors over the years and it has served a consistent and rich multimedia experience for them upon their arrival! Squarespace has served my business very well
I love having my own website on Squarespace for over 11 years for my creative consulting business working with professional photographers. I advise on their websites overall functionality design and template choices. However, my main work is putting the images together and editing them into the right sequencing for galleries and landing pages, etc.. I find Squarespace to be very flexible and when needed I have a wonderful person who helps bring all of my ideas together for copy blocks and background colors and also for where I want the Images to go, full bleed, vertical and horizontal. Also, many of my Photographer clients are on Squarespace and are really happy with their final presentations-the commerce aspects to sell prints and all services -and aside from me putting their best work forward in the best ways possible on their Squarespace website, the final websites are marketable, cutting edge and beautiful. Squarespace navigation and functionality is excellent, and it offers a lot of beautiful features and flexibility with things like fonts and using color and making the copy blocks gorgeous. They also have a bunch of new features for search engine optimization and features to utilize in one place for your marketing and outreach. I highly recommend Squarespace.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

The most robust e-commerce platform available
I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Shopify has been great for my business!
I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

Shopify succeeded in 4 hours where others failed after a week of work
I spent a week trying to set up a store on some other service (L.S.) and it was a failure. It took me just a few hours on Shopify to go from I-never-used-it-before to store-active-payments-accepted.

What my experience great was the patience and care exhibited by Lyn. I was trying to reset my passwords for Network Solutions and for my business email, but I was having difficulty typing on a laptop where the keys were not properly responding, and I had to depress the keys several times before they would work. This took a while, and Lyn was always patient and encouraging. I had the impression that Lyn simply enjoyed helping others, which is a wonderful thing.

I spent a frustrating, time-consuming event with 2 different GoDaddy reps on April 15, 2026, that failed to resolve a Microsoft 365 Email login issue. Today, April 16, 2026, Patrick Mark, a knowledgeable GoDaddy representative, resolved the 365 Email LOGIN issue in under 10 minutes! Patrick had the simple technical knowledge that other customer service representatives lacked. I suggested that he send a GoDaddy system-wide email explaining the simple process that solved my login issues. Incidentally, the Microsoft 365 Email login issues with GoDaddy are well-documented online!
