Great experience with an agent from Go Daddy
I had the pleasure to communicate with one of GoDaddy’s agent, Ronnie. Let me begin by sharing that the call was placed because I was having issues with my old email on my website, since the system had not yet completed the “confirmed process”, for the email to be changed to my new one. I also shared that I have had on-going problems with some of the parts in my website not functioning properly.   Ronnie’s approach to my concerns was highly present throughout the call. His communication was professional, attentive, clear, direct and with solution.   I genuinely felt heard and understood even though I second guessed my ability to describe some of the things that I was needing help on. By Ronnie relaying back what he understood of my shared concerns, instantly the anxiety about the tech matters dissipated.   He offered solution by sharing that GoDaddy offered WordPress support. After explaining to me how the operations with that worked, I decided to purchase. We together went through parts of my website, where he took notes, and wrote guidance and suggestion in support of the work and changes needed. So that tech support has clear understanding of what and where to address. That I appreciated!   I also want to share that Ronnie went beyond what was expected, he addressed areas in the call he could fix. My website now is more effectively working. Thankful for that as I'm waiting for tech support to make the other changes.   Ronnie as an employer, how he performs his job, has POSITIVELY represented Go Daddy as a trusted business and significant part in the operations of my business.   In writing this, I am putting Ronnie on blast that he desires recognition for how great he does his job. What a difference!!
My domain was trapped at Hostek, and their site was having technical issues. Their chatbot had me running in circles for over a week. It took them 3 full days to respond to my request. Completely useless and frustrating. When I finally gained access to my transfer code I migrated to GoDaddy. I contacted customer service at GoDaddy and within minutes I was connected with a real human being who was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue right away. Now that's solid customer service! What a difference!!

When I registered my brother's domain…
When I registered my brother's domain for him through IONOS, it became the domain pointing to my website, while MY domain was not active. I tried to figure out how to fix that without losing all the settings I already setup on my site. After only a few minutes, I realized that I could not figure it out quickly, and the more time I spent, the more my business would suffer. So, to save time I called support and asked for them to de-activate my brother's domain, and reset my domain to point to my website, and restore all the previous settings. In 20 minutes, including the time I spent on hold, My domain was pointing to my site again, and the settings appeared to be working correctly, and all was good. Left to my own devices it would have taken me hours to figure out, not to mention I probably would have messed up some settings along the way. Thank you to Ann for helping me, and making my day less stressful.

The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

We just processed our 10,000th Order…
We just processed our 10,000th Order through Shopify. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but we love it. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, but it is very powerful, and I have been doing this for 4 years. I am always learning and implementing new things to make it better. It can be confusing, very confusing, but my experience with almost every issue with support has been positive. Are there things I wish I could do? I can't, yes, probably, but most of that is on me for one of two reasons: 1.) I'm not smart enough to figure it out or even ask the right questions, or 2.) I don't want to pay someone or for an app to make it work when there is a solution. The one thing new users need to understand is that it is very powerful, and you need to walk before you run. There are a ton of add-on apps to help you, but they can slowly and sneakily drain your profits. The hardest thing for me to master, and I still haven't, is Shipping. I sell luggage and ship what is basically large empty boxes. Getting the shipping correct is an issue I have yet to conquer. Lastly let me say my store is far from perfect, and isn't all that I want it to be... But it works for us... with nearly $700,000 in sales both online and in our store front... we are doing ok... B. I had the privilege of working with Eleomar Maglinte, and honestly, the company should take a moment to recognize what a rare talent he is. He speaks extremely clear and articulate English, which is honestly hard to find. He handled everything I asked with ease, explained promotions clearly, and confidently answered all my weird or advanced questions without ever being pushy — that’s almost impossible to find anywhere. As someone who hires and evaluates talent, I can say this company has a serious asset in Eleomar. It’s rare to find someone ambitious but not aggressive, personable but also extremely knowledgeable, and professional while still approachable. He deserves some sort of recognition immediately. DNS Problems Fixed!
A prior owner of my web services had moved my DNS to a DNS server that I couldn't edit. It broke in the middle of the night. One chat, and they were able to move to a new DNS server that fixed a variety of problems. Only took a few minutes. The customer service rep, Hadash (SP?) quickly understood the problem and fixed it.

It only took 30 minutes to renew my account. Calling the telephone number was a bust - couldn't understand a word she said. Russel, who I got ahold of on the website chat box, was a peach. The credit card entry boxes took two attempts (after Google autofill spun its gimbals) but not bad. Russel coached me through it on the other chat browser - and it all worked out.
