HubSpot helps streamline marketing, sales, and customer management efficiently.

Hubspot has been a great tool. Really easy user inteface which makes all the difference for me and my team - and so many features. We use it mainly for the sales team and it's been great.

Hubspot has continued to innovate and improve it's functionality. It is the best marketing automation platform that I've used and it becomes even more powerful if you have the whole enterprise suite. Customer service is much better than other software companies I've dealt with as well.

Extremely happy with their services. If you are a small business who are looking for a CRM system use Hubspot.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. If you want, you can custom design your store to your specifications. Or let Sidekick walk you through step by step. Shopify earned my respect and appreciation. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

just added 21 days to get first payout and the account will close for no reason and they will hold forever and if a dispute happens while they reviewing your account you can’t do shit bc they make it so when you press the link to fight it it says your account is under review or closed

I appreciate how quickly I can get a live agent. I signed up with WebsiteBuilder back in 2016. And even with the NS transition, the customer service has remained excellent. And sometimes I have basic questions that I figure out myself and realize how silly I was to bother an agent. But never once have I experienced anyone rude or act annoyed. (I have experienced that in chats elsewhere.) So, thank you, for all your professionalism and kindness. Things get bumped to specialists quickly, even the ones that require email back. It's a matter of hours or a day [at most] to get a response. NEVER weeks. I'm very pleased. AI isn't bad. But it doesn't always understand the issue. Kept trying to direct me to a sale instead of understanding that I was just trying to access what I'm already paying for. But that's AI. It has its place. Real people are still better -Always.

Overall, I rate Network Solution's support five stars, but that does not mean it is perfect. I like using the AI support chat because it walks me through the solution that I am seeking, helping me to learn in the process. However, AI support is not always able to fix the problem. When I have had to go with the team, generally I get good results; but to me, Eric is the superstar. He has been able to see problems clearly a couple of times now and fix them immediately while I have been on the phone.

My experience with customer service was a very positive one with quick resolution to the issue I needed corrected.

Nice folks however didn't realize i was still paying them 3 years after i took the server redirect offline. They fixed it.

I dealt with AI & a person. Then paid for the “My Time” help. The gentleman helped me with my issues on IPad, Mac ,& IPhone. He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly & helpful. After 6 hrs of combined help, AI,3 times & a person, the my time person fixed my problem!!! Thank you!
