Hubspot has been a great tool. Really easy user inteface which makes all the difference for me and my team - and so many features. We use it mainly for the sales team and it's been great.

Hubspot has continued to innovate and improve it's functionality. It is the best marketing automation platform that I've used and it becomes even more powerful if you have the whole enterprise suite. Customer service is much better than other software companies I've dealt with as well.

I love Hubspot all they way, intuitive, well connected, it’s just a great tool for marketing and sales integration.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

just added 21 days to get first payout and the account will close for no reason and they will hold forever and if a dispute happens while they reviewing your account you can’t do shit bc they make it so when you press the link to fight it it says your account is under review or closed

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

I'm a volunteer managing the migration of our community website to a new host. I needed to repoint our domain's nameservers, preserve our existing email (MX) records through the switch, and resolve an SSL certificate that had been issued for the apex domain but not the www subdomain. Oliver, the support representative, demonstrated strong technical skills and assisted me with a very tricky conversion. I made a subsequent request for help concerning the certificate. Network Solutions diagnosed the problem: the certificate was serving the default fallback on the www subdomain despite DNS resolving properly. They walked through the DNS propagation and certificate provisioning process and got the Let's Encrypt certificate reissued to cover both the apex and www domains. The connection now resolves securely on both. Efficient, accurate, and clearly experienced with custom-domain and HTTPS issues. Highly recommend. Fabulous service great technical help...and nice people too.

First I appreciated that Net Solutions is open 24 hours. I worked with a gentleman named Jay. He couldn't be nicer and was extremely patient. I am 80 years old and have had my internet business for 30 years. The problem I was having was not Net Solutions but Cloudsflare. Jay took screen shots showing me Based on your websites error message it has something to do with your site configurations that has been disconnected. - Cloudflare is the one that's giving the error message up front to your website.

Rep was helpful, articulate, patient and took care of all of my needs, including finding a second subscription that reveals more important information. He's terrific!
