Wow! I continue to be incredibly impressed with HubSpot. It feels like they are always building, iterating, and adding meaningful value to their platform. Just when you think the product is comprehensive, they roll out another set of features that genuinely improve your workflow. I'm absolutely delighted with the new AI enhancements. This isn't just a gimmick; these are thoughtfully integrated tools that are already saving me time and helping my team work smarter. Whether it's drafting content, summarizing long threads, or surfacing insights, the AI features feel like a natural extension of the platform and a massive step forward. It's rare to see a company at this scale push boundaries so consistently. Kudos to the HubSpot team for not resting on their laurels and for continuing to build a product that truly helps businesses grow better. Highly recommended!

I love Hubspot all they way, intuitive, well connected, it’s just a great tool for marketing and sales integration.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. HubSpot's latest sales hub updates make the life of a sales-person easier. Sales workspace, with guided actions, enables them to finally focuse on sales and nothing else.

I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

Intuitive Interface: HubSpot's platform is incredibly user-friendly. I was able to navigate and set up campaigns without much hassle. The layout is clean and logical, making it easy to find what you need. Comprehensive Features: HubSpot offers a lot of tools, from email marketing and CRM to social media management and landing page creation. Helpful Resources: HubSpot's knowledge base and blog are packed with useful information.

I couldn't believe it when I've actually gone into shopifys videos and saw how many people that have become anterprniors from shopify and I too would like tobecome after 20 years of searching I give them a five star and would eventually like to have my own business set up out there it's called Marketing Business Stragedy look forward to your reply I've never felt so good im 66 years old but I'm not giving up not now or ever

Awesome platform that is getting way too much hate for no reason. The shops work great and make sooo many processes easier, especially payment, that are not available with any other store provider.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews, but I have been using Shopify for almost a year now and it works like a charm. There is also a great ecosystem for support, that you can do so much with their platform

Very glad I made the switch to Shopify. It's a little more expensive but the functionality is amazing if you want to grow. App add on costs can build but it's worth it for the right apps. I find the customer service very supportive too. Thank you Shopify

Easy to use - just about to hit 100 orders in just 2 months

We just processed our 10,000th Order through Shopify. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but we love it. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, but it is very powerful, and I have been doing this for 4 years. I am always learning and implementing new things to make it better. It can be confusing, very confusing, but my experience with almost every issue with support has been positive. Are there things I wish I could do? I can't, yes, probably, but most of that is on me for one of two reasons: 1.) I'm not smart enough to figure it out or even ask the right questions, or 2.) I don't want to pay someone or for an app to make it work when there is a solution. The one thing new users need to understand is that it is very powerful, and you need to walk before you run. There are a ton of add-on apps to help you, but they can slowly and sneakily drain your profits. The hardest thing for me to master, and I still haven't, is Shipping. I sell luggage and ship what is basically large empty boxes. Getting the shipping correct is an issue I have yet to conquer. Lastly let me say my store is far from perfect, and isn't all that I want it to be... But it works for us... with nearly $700,000 in sales both online and in our store front... we are doing ok... B. Network Solutions was my original registrar, and has always served me well, found the best deals on renewals, has bulletproof security, and a great chat line with agents. I've done everything thru chat for years now. Highly recommend. More pricey, but more services.

As a returning customer of Network Solutions, I recently encountered some difficulties with the Advanced DNS Records settings during the SSL certificate validation process for my domain name. Rajesh, the support agent, provided outstanding assistance—he was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous in helping me resolve the issues needed for SSL certificate validation.

We have trusted Network Solutions with our domain renewals and DNS for over 25 years. It's rare for a company to provide actual support in this day and AI chat bot age, however, our support interaction took less than 5 min to fix, and was handled with expertise on the same level as Veritas/Arctera.

I had an issue with SSL. When I got Ajith on the chat we covered the basics and the problem was identified and fixed very quickly.

With the several domain registry companies being absorbed, logins & renewals have become confusing. The support thru the Network Solutions Chat team were able to sort out my issues, and issued full credit for the items that we no longer required. The staff member was knowledgeable, effective and helpful. - excellent

I was contacted by Proton Mail concerning verification of my domain. Somehow it was no longer verified. I went to Network Solutions to repair the problem, but had trouble figuring out how to complete the task. I went to live chat, figuring it would be a useless bot. To my pleasure, after answering a few questions, I was connected to someone who could help. I copied the message from Proton into the chat. Instead of telling me how to do it, he offered and did it for me, without me having to ask. He really took a burden off of my shoulders! Very good customer service. Customer 4+ yrs
