After discovering a major mistake I made when purchasing my new .com name I immediately went into an overdrive of insanity and panic, I called a number I thought would be a human being but instead got worst the Automated service which btw needs to be updated and more responsive. This caused me to find a new number to call and by the grace of God I got to Sarina. She first calmed me down and then proceeded to make all the corrections for me. I am very grateful that Sarina was there for me and I will only talk to her in the future. I never want to deal with an automated voice prompts ever again. Human beings can get the job done faster than any virtual prompt could ever do without frustrating the customers further. Pay attention corporate or I'll fire you. Sabrina you are my hero.

The best thing about GoDaddy is...
I've been with GoDaddy more than ten years now. The thing that really stands out is how easy it is for me to build, host, payment processing and SEO all with GoDaddy. I'm not terribly tech savvy and I certainly don't have hours to spend managing my website! GoDaddy makes it all simple and efficient. The absolute best part is that the customer service is always top notch! I've had to call for questions along the way and the customer service reps are ALWAYS patient with me. They take the time to make sure I understand and that my question is answered. I've never felt rushed or that my questions were stupid, even when I couldn't explain it in tech terms. Several times the calls were the "Hey, I'm wondering how I can XYZ from my website" or "I have this idea and I don't know what I might need from my website to make it work". Every single time, they have helped me to make my ideas a reality!

Someone from IONOS customer service helped me more than I expected. They took the time to actually listen to what I was struggling with, walked me through each step clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Please remember that people are 99.9% likely to leave a negative review when dissatisfied and 0.01% to leave a positive review when satisfied. I've been using Squarespace for many years and have built lots of websites with them. I saw these negative reviews today on Trust Pilot as a new client was worried when they saw them. I was quite baffled and sent Squarespace an email through their website to see how they responded. A human(!) got back to me in less than 20 minutes. I have asked SQ some really stupid questions over the years as I panicked over something or other and it was usually a internet reception issue not a them issue and they have always been helpful and polite. It's template based web service - they don't actually build it for you - but they have so many resources to help you build a great website. If the quality of your products and photographs is good and you are able to line things up you will have a website to be proud of. Some of the reviews here are outright nonsense, for example, the "payment scam" suggesting payment is taken when the trial has ended and the reviewer didn’t sign up with thousands taken out over years - Squarespace lets you take out a trial for an unlimited time. It actually says on the website 'Sign up for your free trial, no card required". I have ten websites currently on the go and have never been asked for payment details until I wanted to go live so I don't understand that at all. I've also never had an issue with overpayment or cancelling on a site. They send reminders to the email you sign up with, you can remove your card details. Also who doesn’t check their bank statements for years? I can't speak about interfaces with google - I don't use them but the other interfaces I do use work very well. Other website templates I've used haven't produced the design results I wanted and were a pain to use. I highly recommend Squarespace for the creative industries because it's really good at what it does and sites look great.

If you write an email the customer service is beyond excellent. I had to cancel an order. A real person answered. We had a back and forth because I just didn’t want to bother figuring out the link to cancel so she did it for me. Most companies that use AI will answer emails with a human. Breeze Airways doesn’t even have a phone number but my email got the result I wanted.

I especially wanted to write because I don't understand why there is negative feedback written about Squerspace The negative feedback written about Suquerspace is probably being submitted by competitor firms. For a long time I used a very famous name's web page builder, despite being a very big name, it was slow and never adjusted the mobile phone properly, an error would always occur shortly after publishing the page. Now I am very happy with Squerspace, it is fast, easy and everything is created properly. I am also happy because it has advanced design settings. Thanks Squerspace.

As a website designer, I've been using Squarespace since 2011 and love it. I've built 82 sites for clients and it continues to be the best website builder. On the rare occasion I've had to use customer service, it is always extremely prompt. For example, today a client accidentally purchased the Business Plan instead of the Personal Plan. Squarespace responded within one hour and the refund is on its way. Their support forums and help videos are always up to date and the forum community is incredible. I've used both Wordpress and Wix in the past (as have many of my clients) and they all say they prefer Squarespace because it's so user friendly.

I am very surprised by so many bad reviews. Non of my 100 website owners ever contacted with any issues…. I think competitors paying 💰 to kill Squarespace… cause it is the best platform by far.

I just signed up for Square space. I do love the ease of creating a website. That part I'd give 5 stars. Easy and beautiful. They offered Google workspace for a yr free with my account. It worked for 2 days. Then I was told my business email was sold by them. I was locked out of my Google workspace account. So for the last 2 days I've been trying to get a response from them. Nothing is happening. (Update ) Square space got in touch and I was able to fix the problem with Google dashboard. If you can't get a response from the website reach out on fb messenger or insta. Both of the sources responded pretty quick.

I recommend Squarespace to anybody looking to create their own website.
First off, I'm pretty sure all the negative reviews here (as of this writing) are paid for. I found the really low Truspilot rating on a Squarespace competitor's website and was quite shocked so came here to investigate. Whenever I've contacted customer support, I've received responses within hours. On some occasions, minutes... and I've always had any problems resolved very quickly. Anyway, I've been using Squarespace since 2015 and it is hands-down the best DIY web builder out there. Some of the limitations can be annoying, but given the ease with which you can put up a website and maintain it, it's not a deal breaker. The templates are an easy springboard to get started, but you can customise them quite a bit. I'm now grandfathered into an older version and migrating to their newest one. They've been good enough to offer the difference on my remaining subscription back as a refund.

Surprised to see the number of negative reviews here. I've been a SquareSpace user for multiple years and can only speak highly of the platform. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and packed with innovative features. With its 'What You See Is What You Get' drag-and-drop functionality, building an exceptional website is a breeze. And for those with coding skills, there's an option to inject custom code. My own website, coinpunkz.com, is a testament to SquareSpace's capabilities, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The customer service experience has been nothing short of excellent. I even had an instance where I needed a partial refund due to a mistake on my end, and it was processed smoothly. Thank you, SquareSpace, for being a crucial part in realizing my business aspirations. Without your platform, I'd be doling out thousands to web development experts and being continuously dependent on them.

I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

We just processed our 10,000th Order through Shopify. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but we love it. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, but it is very powerful, and I have been doing this for 4 years. I am always learning and implementing new things to make it better. It can be confusing, very confusing, but my experience with almost every issue with support has been positive. Are there things I wish I could do? I can't, yes, probably, but most of that is on me for one of two reasons: 1.) I'm not smart enough to figure it out or even ask the right questions, or 2.) I don't want to pay someone or for an app to make it work when there is a solution. The one thing new users need to understand is that it is very powerful, and you need to walk before you run. There are a ton of add-on apps to help you, but they can slowly and sneakily drain your profits. The hardest thing for me to master, and I still haven't, is Shipping. I sell luggage and ship what is basically large empty boxes. Getting the shipping correct is an issue I have yet to conquer. Lastly let me say my store is far from perfect, and isn't all that I want it to be... But it works for us... with nearly $700,000 in sales both online and in our store front... we are doing ok... B. Good customer service
I didn't realize Network Solutions had acquired Domain.com, where I keep a few domains. Chatted in to get some help, and the rep Shashank was knowledgeable and helpful. He offered me some discounts and processed a refund when I requested it. Network Solutions might not be the cheapest or have the best UI but I appreciated the customer service I received.

It was great that Mel 11/26/2025 (I forgot last initial) and Stacy M. 11/20/2025 were extremely patient and sincere in resolving over a decade of service disappointment. They listened to all our issues regarding unneeded products obtained and different terminology used by Network Solution Agents and on forms. The e-Commerce Interview was difficult at best. Whoever designed it applied their thought process without that of the customer. Example: a Product input box after "Price" and "Tax Rate" labeled "Options". What does that mean? Then, "Variety", what does that mean? When asked to load additional photos or documents, nothing would load. Without instructions, as the frustration increases a person can simply forget that a "Screen Refresh" may correct the issue. Thank you Mel. Some people are new at e-commerce and others are simply overloaded trying to meet the deadline. Mel and Stacy M. both displayed thoughtfulness and kindness as they both waited and LISTENED to each of our issues. After gathering the nature of my frustration, They, then walked me through and resolved each issue. Also, the term "Landing Page", Home Page" and "Front Page" were used by different agents, but refer to the same "Page", stop it! It's so confusing. Every agent should use the same term. It's difficult enough to complete an e-Business Interview in 48 hours when there isn't an Index to provide what product terms such as "Options" and "Variety" mean. When an agent doesn't know what a U.S. Registered Trademark symbol is and our providing (R) after the Company or a Product Name mean, it makes explaining difficult over the phone. Mel was extremely understanding of the lack of e-Commerce Interview Form Definitions. Mel and Stacy M. renewed our hope in Network Solutions, Stacy M. and Mel turned a disaster into another opportunity for Network Solutions. It was hard to believe I encountered such great representatives back-to-back. Discovering the amount "Auto Pay" and "Auto Renewed" funds that were wasted over 17 years on ill recommended and useless products, which some unknowingly were never used, we TRUSTED each Agent that we needed each product we were charged with. Mel, and Stacy M. have been outstanding. We feel we are back to the infant stage of e-commerce, however, Mel and Stacy M. have shown us their utmost integrity in providing us the best business needs and options available for our company. Thank You both and we look forward to an opportunity to work with each of you as much as possible. Stacy M. and Mel, we can't thank you enough for the consideration and dedication you provide to your customers. stan w.

Great customer service
I recently had an issue with my website SSL. Catherine B provided excellent customer service and not only resolved the issue and followed up the next day but also fixed a long standing problem by helping me merge accounts. Moreover she went above and beyond by also aiding me with alignment of my photos on my site.
