Hubspot has been a great tool. Really easy user inteface which makes all the difference for me and my team - and so many features. We use it mainly for the sales team and it's been great.

Hubspot has continued to innovate and improve it's functionality. It is the best marketing automation platform that I've used and it becomes even more powerful if you have the whole enterprise suite. Customer service is much better than other software companies I've dealt with as well.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

I was having trouble with a terrible company that misled mean item and being very difficult if impossible to give me a refund without posting the item at own expense to china…( not Alteringham where it came from!) I contacted shopify and within an hour a refund has been raised…so glad and relieved..we’ll done shopify Helen

A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. For many, many months, Marvin has been my professional "go to" person for all the additions and modifications I send to be uploaded onto my website. Mine is a difficult website to manage because of its size, its complex organization and its original historical content. Marvin never fails to design each new page with an eye to viewer preferences for speed, ease of navigation and enjoyment of historical events. I depend on him for everything. He also never fails to respond quickly to my communications and the many challenges they always present. Others have tried to step in when he was on leave, but they quickly got lost in the complexity of the site and none were able to just step in and handle my unique content. I am not always able to send content in a timely manner but Marvin has always been there for me even when my content additions arrive at irregular intervals. Apparently, my websites were moved to a new server. This caused an FTP error which took several hours to resolve. Then once on the new webserver, the PHP code did not work. That was resolved fairly quickly. Of course. this could have been avoided if I had known to update my FTP listings. Anyway, it seems to have ended well.

My problem with publishing my website was solved by Varsha. He did not let me hanging and inform me time and again when it was taking time for him to resolved the issue. I was satisfied with his help and expertise.

The iffy voice connection via WiFi calling from Greece caused poor communication: I had trouble hearing the technician. But I got my problem solved. The technician knew what he was talking about and got my Mac laptop running Outlook to work again — it was not sending out emails, only receiving them. I had made the mistake of copying the POP and SMTP server settings from my iPhone, hoping I could quickly fix my problem. But the technician told me that is incorrect. So I paid for an Outlook specialist to solve the issue. Thank you!

the interaction went great and issue was resolved quickly and by able guidance. however, I suggestion: the account got locked on expiry of domain. the user should be allowed to login and review/renew the domain. it will make it easier to manage.

At first I was skeptical. Billed from them via Dotster through PayPal. SMH So I called during the prescribed hours. I have to exclaim, their IVR service quickly routed my call to a real person who within a minute transferred me to the correct individual that helped me with the issue. I was 100% elated at how professional, courteous, and efficient their associate was the resolved my issue. The solution was immediately executed and the email followup with the action taken was near instant. Super pleased with their customer service!!! Definitely five stars!
