I have been a customer since 2011 and always experienced great customer service and competitive pricing. The old web design tools were a bit hard for me to use, given my none technical skill level but I am looking forward to applying AI to a new set of tools in 2026. I will transfer my other Domains to GoDaddy to save on high annual costs of other providers.

I was directed toward Squarespace by an online video describing a number of website design tools and the young lady recommended Squarespace. So I had a practice, learnt from many online tutorials and also Squarespace's own help and produced a brilliant website in a little over a week. Now, you can't expect to just jump in and build a website in a minute or two, you need to learn how the whole lot works. You have your website hosted by Squarespace and they'll provide email as well at extra cost (I use my own hosting service from another provider where all my mail is managed) but I'm sure there system is as good. Actually designing and building is so easy but FIRST do it on paper, set out what pages you need and sketch them out, this'll save you a ton of time. Once in there start messing around and I can tell you it is so so easy to get your pages looking great. And what I learnt as I went along was that you can design for PC Tablet and phone as you go. I am so impressed by how my site now looks. As for customer service, yes, it does take a while to get to email support but it does work and they are so so helpful, solving a number of issues I had along the way. So for someone looking for a straightforward website that can be up and running quite quickly I would definitely recommend Squarespace. I tried Wordpress but that is a serious learning curve, leave that for the pro web designers.

Solid, reliable sitebuilder. While I'm sometimes frustrated with the interface and manipulating images, overall it's the best service, with the most pleasant interface. I've worked in Wix and didn't love it.
