Hubspot has been a great tool. Really easy user inteface which makes all the difference for me and my team - and so many features. We use it mainly for the sales team and it's been great.

Hubspot has continued to innovate and improve it's functionality. It is the best marketing automation platform that I've used and it becomes even more powerful if you have the whole enterprise suite. Customer service is much better than other software companies I've dealt with as well.

I love Hubspot all they way, intuitive, well connected, it’s just a great tool for marketing and sales integration.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Best very useful

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

I dialed the wrong extension; however, Chloe took care of my renewal issue right away. She did not bounce me around and made the process easy and pleasant. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one.

Good customer interaction. However, your e-mail to me was not well written, contained inaccurate directions and was very very confusing as to what you were requiring me to do.

I had issues setting up SSL, but the representative was very helpful and fixed it with in minutes.

I needed a receipt for my caed payment to get reimbursement and it was emailed while I was on the line with Rep.

The agent was not only knowledgeable, but patient to a fault with me. I have been very frustrated with the corporate buyouts for years, and this is the first time an agent has really taken the time to help someone, (yours truly) who for serious health reasons fell behind the 8 ball many years ago. Yes, I was angry and transferred after I answered their call to me, but I regained my lost access after so much frustration, and with all of my domains intact. I have more work to do, but I really like the new interface with Network Solutions. It actually works, despite the fact they always are looking for more products to sell.

Your technicians really know their stuff. The two agents I spoke with gave me the assurance that my email is working correctly. The only problem I had is that I am 80 years old and have trouble understanding what they are saying sometimes because they are from a foreign country and I often have trouble understanding them because of their accent. If they speak too fast I have to ask them to repeat a lot. We eventually solve the problem, but it slows me down.

My representative was polite and very informative. I renewed my subscription, and she helped me with my appointment to review a website. She's good!

I spoke with a gentleman named "Sky" who was not only incredibly respectful and intelligent, he was really eager to assist me in dealing with a complicated situation regarding our domain name. He explained the process to me, and he even refunded a portion of charges Network Solutions had charged our office as a "good faith" attempt to retain us as a client. I was very, very pleased with Sky and Network Solutions.

The support staff was quick in responding and resolved my issue in no time at all.

I have used NS for over 25 years. I have built multiple companies using NS for the e-mails services. compared to other companies I know our services have had a 99.99999 uptime over a 25-year period. Their web building tool is superior to Go Daddy and other services I have evaluated. Chris A. the support agent is one of the best I have every worked with.
