I was able to get through to GoDaddy representatives on a weekend, first by text, then by phone with Christopher. My issue (billing and plans for a website) were more involved than could be resolved by text alone...text contacts gave me the direct billing phone number and, again, on a weekend was able to get my issue resolved in a timely manner with more overall cost saving and service than I anticipated. Thanks again, I've been a GoDaddy Client for 10 plus years now.

The original IT professional who built the website is no longer available, and I have been independently maintaining its operation since then. I had a problem with a notification from Google that my daughter's domain was canceled. Since Google domains were being transferred to Squarespace, I contacted Squarespace Customer Service, and the representative, Jen, was extremely helpful in researching and providing information on this issue in spite of my not yet having a website or domains with Squarespace. (She discovered that even though Google billed me for my daughter's domain, the domain was actually through GoDaddy.) With Jen's level of customer care and problem-solving, Squarespace is definitely a great company to do business with!

The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

My call lasted about an hour
My call lasted about an hour, and Johan (Yohan) was so very patient and helpful with me. I had recently fired the website management company who had made changes to my website, via WordPress. When that happened, that company decided to delete my access to WordPress and I was unable to get my new website management company to log into my WordPress account. That was a big mess that took time to fix. Johan was Wonderful and helpped get me access and back into my WordPress account. Many Thank Yous to Jahan ... He Deserves High Praise and a good $$ Raise and $$$ Bonus.

Very helpful service!
I’m writing to say how much I appreciated the hard work and great approach that Shane T. has. I needed to get an SSL Certificate for my domain, and Shane was awesome to work with. I’m not technically illiterate, but not full on savvy on back end stuff either. Shane was always patient answering my questions, diligent in finding solutions when my hosting company threw a couple of curve balls my way, and always cheerful. I did not experience the sort of condescension I have often experienced when dealing with either tech support or marketing reps for other tech companies. I cannot recommend Shane T. highly enough. Everyone was friendly and really knew their stuff. They were patient with me and helped me understand what I needed now and what I will need soon.
