Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

The most robust e-commerce platform available
I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Shopify has been great for my business!
I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

A bad situation resolved with a great live chat rep
First I will say that the reason for my live chat was due to a previous chat agent's assurance he had corrected a mistake made with my bill once Network Solutions replaced iPage as my hosting company. We were told the take over would be seamless and I didn't need to do anything, but I was charged hundreds more until they supposedly corrected the billing problem. I was on autopay, but what I didn't realize is in the meantime the cc on file had been replaced with a new card # and I was never notified that my payment didn't go thru and the company would be deleting my website and account. This rep today found the issues and was able to reinstate my website and give me the same rate and plan I had previously been on. Unfortunately it will take several days to reinstate. I'm so relieved.

Assistance getting into our account
I've been trying to get into our account for a couple of days and have emailed in and called in. Someone reset my password for my but I still could not get in and tried to call back but the office was closed. I called and talked to Karla K today, told her the issue and she said she would reset the password again and check it herself to make sure it worked before sending it to me. It worked! I appreciate her help with this.

They assured me that they would look into all the spam emails that are pretending to be Network Solutions. Fortunately, they only have two emails they use and that’s what I check for, very closely, before I go any further. As a matter of fact, I got an email trying to get me to click on the link to leave this review! But, I caught it, luckily.

Billing Questions
Yesterday I called concerning several questions regarding the annual renewal and monthly billing. I mistakenly directed myself to "Accounts". I spoke with Steven who was extremely helpful. But once I correctly explained the purpose of the call, he explained that my questions would be best answered by "Billings". Steven transferred my call to "Billings" where I spoke with Ron for possibly over 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient answering my repeated questions. We walked through a few different scenarios how to address my situation. He was actually 'more' than helpful, which I very much appreciated. FYI ... at the end of the call I was directed to a recording to take a 'survey' of my experience. For whatever reason, despite my repeated responses, none of my numerical entries were received. So I am VERY glad to have received an email to participate in this survey

Without Jen, I couldn't/wouldn't have gotten in done.
Jen gave me a way to get back to her back in March so we could pick things up where we left off. Yesterday she exhibited superhuman patience guiding me through the steps required to set up Professions Email. It's a great program. Without her, I couldn't/wouldn't have gotten in done.
