Amazing help from Abraham (customer support)
Abraham from customer support (in the Netherlands), has been an amazing help. I had trouble deleting my account, and was already billed for another year. I was quite pissed about it. Apparantly there was a technical issue which is why I couldn't delete it myself. Abraham was very polite, very helpful and was able to get my account deleted + ordered for my refunds. He turned my experience with GoDaddy around from one that was negative to a positive one. Thank you so much Abraham!

It is more than just a digital service, the friendly team go above and beyond to give you a personalised service. Customer assistance was prompt in dealing with an issue I had with logging in and the online portal is easy to navigate. There are always useful tips to increase your audience and a bonus that my website has grown in value. There are other "self managed" sites out there but this is great value for money when navigating the digital business environment in todays fast paced online tools.

Super helpful support team! They were answering my questions in real-time since I chose the live chat option, which I argue is one of the best strategies for customer support! The team was also super patient and answered all of my questions concisely. If I can recommend, if there's a way to reroute customers to the same support member if the concern is similar or directly connected to the first ticket, that would be great! Doing so removes the need to explain the issue again. Apart from that, I love the support team!!!

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Rajat Saini, an incredible advisor.
I worked with Rajat Saini to convert my website to a "hosted" site which would be more appropriate for my website and be more cost effective. He was brilliant and walked me through the complex process of re-creating the website in the hosted environment. Got the Right Agent to FIX my e-mail issues!
I had a VERY complicated situation come up involving my e-mail accounts (mostly with MS Outlook). Finally gave up trying to fix it myself, and called for support.... that's when (Ms.) Jay popped up on the line. She was VERY Personable, Patient, and Professional! It took a while to get everything fixed, but in the end, SHE GOT IT FIXED! One of, if not the BEST, Network Solutions Agent I've ever worked with!!!!

Network Solutions Excellent Customer Service…
I have numerous domain names registered with NetworkSolutions. The Webpage doesn’t allow to turnoff Auto renew. Therefore, I called their customer service, and the agent turned off Auto-renew as I requested.

Abraham from customer support (in the Netherlands), has been an amazing help. I had trouble deleting my account, and was already billed for another year. I was quite pissed about it. Apparantly there was a technical issue which is why I couldn't delete it myself. Abraham was very polite, very helpful and was able to get my account deleted + ordered for my refunds.
