Wow! I continue to be incredibly impressed with HubSpot. It feels like they are always building, iterating, and adding meaningful value to their platform. Just when you think the product is comprehensive, they roll out another set of features that genuinely improve your workflow. I'm absolutely delighted with the new AI enhancements. This isn't just a gimmick; these are thoughtfully integrated tools that are already saving me time and helping my team work smarter. Whether it's drafting content, summarizing long threads, or surfacing insights, the AI features feel like a natural extension of the platform and a massive step forward. It's rare to see a company at this scale push boundaries so consistently. Kudos to the HubSpot team for not resting on their laurels and for continuing to build a product that truly helps businesses grow better. Highly recommended!

I love Hubspot all they way, intuitive, well connected, it’s just a great tool for marketing and sales integration.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

Intuitive Interface: HubSpot's platform is incredibly user-friendly. I was able to navigate and set up campaigns without much hassle. The layout is clean and logical, making it easy to find what you need. Comprehensive Features: HubSpot offers a lot of tools, from email marketing and CRM to social media management and landing page creation. Helpful Resources: HubSpot's knowledge base and blog are packed with useful information.

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

I couldn't believe it when I've actually gone into shopifys videos and saw how many people that have become anterprniors from shopify and I too would like tobecome after 20 years of searching I give them a five star and would eventually like to have my own business set up out there it's called Marketing Business Stragedy look forward to your reply I've never felt so good im 66 years old but I'm not giving up not now or ever

Awesome platform that is getting way too much hate for no reason. The shops work great and make sooo many processes easier, especially payment, that are not available with any other store provider.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews, but I have been using Shopify for almost a year now and it works like a charm. There is also a great ecosystem for support, that you can do so much with their platform

I have been working with web.com and now Network Solutions for several years. Generally speaking my experience has been positive. They are always willing to assist me and spend the time necessary to address my issues and or make changes. There have been times over the years that my issues have been escalated to another team and generally addressed within the specified time. Because my organization is all volunteer and I am a full time volunteer I greatly value them they are my full time web support partners and there is no way I could do what I do with out their support.

They help me whenever I need it. Great Tech Spt.

Super fast!

Luna was great - she quickly identified that the recipient had accidentally added me to their blocked list, which was causing my emails to be rejected. A previous support call blamed a DNS issue, which turned out to be incredibly incorrect. Luna's diagnosis was spot on. When I contacted the recipient directly, they confirmed they had inadvertently blocked me and also discovered a second account of theirs was blocked as well, which explained why both addresses were failing. Simple fix, but it required the right expertise to point in the right direction. Luna had it. Appreciate her help.

Excellent service and very punctual

I spent hour working through my issue and should have gone directly to the chat representative. Had me fixed up in 5 minutes.

I had a complicated migration of my website and domain data. I spoke to both Remey and Ozzy. Both guys were as pleasent and patient as they could be. I'm a man of a certain age who gets flustered by following computer instructions or finding and following technical old documents and e-mails with someone. Both techs were fun, professional and solved my issues and great to work with. Thanks Remey and Ozzy.

Understood the problem, did not take overly long to give the solutions that worked without a lot of back and forth. Slight change in email setup was all that we needed from the last time a couple of years ago.

I had a billing issue. They handled it politely and professionally. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Today (as with every other interaction I've had with Network Solutions, NS), I was helped by someone who clearly understood my issue (some changes to DNS servers in this case) and knew how to solve it They made the necessaary changes while I was on the chat. Normally I dread/avoid chat-based support and use the phone when I can, but NS chat support has real humans who know their subject matter, who ask the right questions, and who respond quickly and courteously... and I get a transcript which I don't get from phone support.
