HubSpot helps streamline marketing, sales, and customer management efficiently.

Hubspot has been a great tool. Really easy user inteface which makes all the difference for me and my team - and so many features. We use it mainly for the sales team and it's been great.

Hubspot has continued to innovate and improve it's functionality. It is the best marketing automation platform that I've used and it becomes even more powerful if you have the whole enterprise suite. Customer service is much better than other software companies I've dealt with as well.

Extremely happy with their services. If you are a small business who are looking for a CRM system use Hubspot.

I love Hubspot all they way, intuitive, well connected, it’s just a great tool for marketing and sales integration.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. We look forward to a bright future with HubSpot!

HubSpot's latest sales hub updates make the life of a sales-person easier. Sales workspace, with guided actions, enables them to finally focuse on sales and nothing else.

A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. If you want, you can custom design your store to your specifications. Or let Sidekick walk you through step by step. Shopify earned my respect and appreciation. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

just added 21 days to get first payout and the account will close for no reason and they will hold forever and if a dispute happens while they reviewing your account you can’t do shit bc they make it so when you press the link to fight it it says your account is under review or closed

Your representative in customer service stayed with me on a Saturday night for almost an hour working through an issue where my password for one of my email accounts no longer worked, and I was not able to change it. He finally did resolve it for me, basically by trial and error.

Cloey and Jeremy were knowledgeable, pleasant, and able to answer my questions and get my issues resolved. Network Solutions is lucky to have such fine representatives working for them.

I wanted to renew domain name. Doing it on internet was frustrating, terrible and had to resort to phone call with human. She was fine. But I had spent 20 mins on internet and had to wait for live agent. Renewals on internet used to be simple and easy in my opinion.

I’ve used Network Solutions for a couple of website projects that ultimately didn’t move forward, but I especially want to commend their communication and customer service. They keep you well informed, and whenever I’ve needed support, their representatives have been helpful and thorough. I recently dealt with Anusha, who was incredibly clear, patient, and helpful in resolving my issue. Really appreciated the support!

We were in a deadlock process with the SSL validation process, not a call to verify nor the AI helped us. We then proceed to interact with a live agent, the problem will be solved in 4-5 hours.

I was hitting a wall in trying to get my password reset, along with needing to change my recovery email. The Network Solutions staff person who helped me resolved the reset for both my laptop and cell phone. Instant relief! I was so grateful to be able to get to a real person for the help I needed.

My problem was actually solved yesterday and I didn't notice. The 2 techs I worked with today were helpful in getting me to understand that every thing is working properly on my site.

The customer service and hosting specialist solved a problem for me which they took the time to work on very carefully.
