GoDaddy customer service is the best. Shanil was my GoDaddy customer service representative on 30-April-2026. He was pleasant, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer my every question. He came across as trustworthy, which is so helpful. He wasn't pushy about selling me things, but instead took an educational approach to helping me understand how my new website works (this was refreshing, and exactly the kind of customer service I appreciate most). He emailed me some additional GoDaddy Help info to study later, and encouraged me to reach out if he could be of service in the future. The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

The most robust e-commerce platform available
I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Shopify has been great for my business!
I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

The tech explained that the repeated transfers between webmail hosts had left my MX record behind. I never would have come close to figuring this out and had spent hours trying to reach my business webmail in total frustration. He (or she) was able to find the old records from Fat Cow and iPage and delete them, resetting the "Mail Exchanger" to Network Solutions, the new host. I will be trying the new login he gave me soon - it's been about 18 hours.

I called in early this morning. The guy was nice and very helpful. I wasn’t happy though, because on 4/27 you sent an email asking me to enable auto renew which I didn’t ( I never used your system ) I was very disappointed to find out you changed me 659.97 this morning so my other checks started bouncing, 36.00 so far in fees. Very disappointed!!!!

I My request was carried out quickly and correctly. the only problem was that I was unable to see the actual form due to a server problem that lasted most of my day. I had to respone that next day with my comments and review. the form is not quite finished but I know what is needed next. This is an excellent way for obtaining expert plans for better websites.

I am new to Network Solutions, not a teck savvy person, and generally trying to save money in an uncertain economy. I had a few renewals pop up in my email, and called NetSol to assist in sorting them and the billing out. Both departments were quick to identify and resolve my situation. I recently called to renew some domains and spoke with a gentleman named Tails Romero, who not only helped me with that but also spoke about many other products that Network Solutions offered that I didn't know about. I really appreciated his input. Over all he was definitely one of the best service guys I have had.

Network Solutions employee Aries Christian B has extraordinary knowledge in the company & has the knowledge to be versatile in helping customers in many different ways. Personally it's hard to find an employee that goes over & beyond in customer service with the knowledge Aries has. If I had an employee like Aries, I would be thankful & show my appreciation in many ways including a raise due to his over all knowledge, patience in customer service, versatile in helping with many different types of questions & his dedication on making a good connection and trust with the costumer during the phone call. I hope Network Solutions Headquarter reads this review. All of them should take time and show appreciation to Aries because it's hard in this day and age to find an employee like him. My domain and SSL expired
My domain expired without prior notice, and after renewing it, I found that the “Let’s Encrypt” SSL certificate had also been removed. To restore it, I was initially informed that I would need to pay for a one-year SSL subscription. Fortunately, Nandan from the Hosting Support team stepped in and assisted me. He successfully recreated the “Let’s Encrypt” SSL certificate and restored everything to its previous state. Thank you, Nandan, for the excellent support!
