The best customer service! I am not going to lie going into this I barely understood what it meant to purchase a domain and had no clue how to set it up. I was so close to giving up all together but I called their customer service line was almost immediately connected to a representative who spoke very well and was easy to understand. Malik was patient with me and with his expertise made the entire stressful experience turn into one that was easy and fun. I called GoDaddy because I was having multiple issues based on my lack of knowledge. I got a customer service representative named Edgar. This guy is amazing. He took the time to walk me through what I needed to do so I could understand the process better. He moved what needed to be moved and helped me create an equitable plan moving forward. As a result of his stellar customer service, I plan to move my business over to GoDaddy. What a great company, and this guy is a superstar! I feel so less stressed after speaking to him! Personal step by step instructions saved the day
I was tasked with transferring our domain name from Go Daddy to our web hosting platform and while Go Daddy has very good written instructions on how to do this, they weren't good enough for me to follow. Anu saved the day, not just once, but twice when I transcribed the authorization code incorrectly on the first attempt. Anu was incredibly patient and so helpful with step by step instructions. Thanks Anu - you made all the difference to this old brain.

Best Customer Service Ever!
What made my service so great was working with Shawn. He was AMAZING! He was very professional and knew exactly how to fix my problem. I had been having trouble getting into my business emails for months, going back and forth between GoDaddy and Wix working with codes and different things. It was a nightmare. I was almost at the place of giving up and closing everything down. I was just tired of not being able to fix my problem. So I decided to try one more time and I am so glad I did. I got to speak with Shawn who was a godsent. He talked me through every move and explained why certain things did not work previously. By the time I got off the call with him, I felt satisfied and encouraged. He knew his job well and knew what he was talking about. I wish I could talk with him every time I had a problem but I know I can't. However, He gave me some instructions on what to do if I had any problems in the future. Easy to navigate, but with a big caveat
Good site. but would be nice if the ai assistant can just build up the entire site for you in a way that looks professional. Also, The fact that one pays for a subscription then on top of that doesn't even get at least a .com business email address included is a real upsell issue. If a person like myself is already investing a lot of time and money into a new business, website, domain name ownership, the least Squarespace can do is include a business email, but its all about nickel and timing those who are already struggling.

I think presently Inhave been using Squarespace for my website since late September? That is when I signed up after the trial. I am learning how to do things on the site as I go. Just recently got my business license and new permit. I am an artist. I am planning on selling online. So far so good. When I have a question, it’s pretty easy to look up the answers online and go from there as Squarespace is well known. Hoping to have my shop ready to go by end of this month. No real complaints as of today. I was with SiteSell, but found it very challenging, as well as fees going up. So, I remember trying out Squarespace a few years back and it being a decent experience.

It’s very user friendly. There are a lot of templates to get started with, but then it’s also really easy to go off script and create your own page. There are plenty of fonts and I love coming up with my own color schemes. I’ve changed my web site a million times since September, so I feel like I know it pretty well and I now know a lot about Squarespace and how to navigate it. It’s really been a joy!

I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

We just processed our 10,000th Order through Shopify. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but we love it. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, but it is very powerful, and I have been doing this for 4 years. I am always learning and implementing new things to make it better. It can be confusing, very confusing, but my experience with almost every issue with support has been positive. Are there things I wish I could do? I can't, yes, probably, but most of that is on me for one of two reasons: 1.) I'm not smart enough to figure it out or even ask the right questions, or 2.) I don't want to pay someone or for an app to make it work when there is a solution. The one thing new users need to understand is that it is very powerful, and you need to walk before you run. There are a ton of add-on apps to help you, but they can slowly and sneakily drain your profits. The hardest thing for me to master, and I still haven't, is Shipping. I sell luggage and ship what is basically large empty boxes. Getting the shipping correct is an issue I have yet to conquer. Lastly let me say my store is far from perfect, and isn't all that I want it to be... But it works for us... with nearly $700,000 in sales both online and in our store front... we are doing ok... B. One chat, and they were able to move to a new DNS server that fixed a variety of problems. Only took a few minutes. The customer service rep, Hadash (SP?) quickly understood the problem and fixed it.

It only took 30 minutes to renew my account. Calling the telephone number was a bust - couldn't understand a word she said. Russel, who I got ahold of on the website chat box, was a peach. The credit card entry boxes took two attempts (after Google autofill spun its gimbals) but not bad. Russel coached me through it on the other chat browser - and it all worked out.

My experience of this chat was great from the moment I was able to get out of the que of algorhytm generated questions and answering always the same (quite frustrating) until finally was connected to a human agent who was helpful. Also using still UN's and PW's is very boring, what about using my Passkey? The hole Experience working with this and all around this Website seam to be not updated and old fasion. I am glad I finally cancelled it. This is just reflecting my Experience.
