Great experience with an agent from Go Daddy
I had the pleasure to communicate with one of GoDaddy’s agent, Ronnie. Let me begin by sharing that the call was placed because I was having issues with my old email on my website, since the system had not yet completed the “confirmed process”, for the email to be changed to my new one. I also shared that I have had on-going problems with some of the parts in my website not functioning properly.
Ronnie’s approach to my concerns was highly present throughout the call. His communication was professional, attentive, clear, direct and with solution.
I genuinely felt heard and understood even though I second guessed my ability to describe some of the things that I was needing help on. By Ronnie relaying back what he understood of my shared concerns, instantly the anxiety about the tech matters dissipated.
He offered solution by sharing that GoDaddy offered WordPress support. After explaining to me how the operations with that worked, I decided to purchase. We together went through parts of my website, where he took notes, and wrote guidance and suggestion in support of the work and changes needed. So that tech support has clear understanding of what and where to address. That I appreciated!
I also want to share that Ronnie went beyond what was expected, he addressed areas in the call he could fix. My website now is more effectively working. Thankful for that as I'm waiting for tech support to make the other changes.
Ronnie as an employer, how he performs his job, has POSITIVELY represented Go Daddy as a trusted business and significant part in the operations of my business.

I wish all customer service folks were as speedy and accurate as Godaddy. I have two websites and they help me all the time with friendly help and quick response and it’s free. And they don’t make me feel like an idiot.
What a difference!!
My domain was trapped at Hostek, and their site was having technical issues. Their chatbot had me running in circles for over a week. It took them 3 full days to respond to my request. Completely useless and frustrating. When I finally gained access to my transfer code I migrated to GoDaddy. I contacted customer service at GoDaddy and within minutes I was connected with a real human being who was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue right away. Now that's solid customer service! What a difference!!

My experience with Emily, in Customer Service, was excellent. I admit getting lost in the GoDaddy website, but with Emily's assistance I was able to get my payments up to date. Emily was patient and has a great understanding of how it all works. GoDaddy is fortunate to have someone like Emily representing the company.
