He understood our issue right away, listened carefully, and helped us move in the right direction without confusion or pressure. That kind of honesty and clarity is very important, especially in an industry where many customers, like us, may not fully understand the technical side and can easily be misled. For quite some time, we were led to believe that my wife’s website, Alessia Messina Milano, was fully created and functioning properly. Meanwhile, she had been actively promoting her luxury brand on Instagram for months, without realizing that the website was still essentially in demo mode and not truly live. I'm a long-time user of Squarespace. As an artist, I love it's design potential. I find it a pleasure to use, and I'm definitely no programmer. There is a learning curve, but a reasonable one, and I expect to remain a lifelong client.

It was easy to setup and use. on the occasions I needed help, while it seemed initially challenging not to be able to speak to tech support over the phone, the chat support was great and resolved all my issues quickly.

From the website platform down to the payment processing, I rate SquareSpace as #1, Everything is user friendly. The only issue I would say is that when it comes down to contacting customer service, I am never able to reach anyone.
