James was beyond wonderful at helping us resolve an issue that was ongoing for months. As soon as he got involved our issue was corrected within 48 hours. Simply amazing. He also helped us recognize another issue we were unaware of. He took ownership of that issue and had it fixed within a couple of hours. We had lost hope in Vonage but James restored that for us. As a long-time Vonage customer, I’ve found the system and software to be robust and reliable, which is why I’m still a customer. The platform’s capabilities have been integral to my business operations, and the product itself is commendable. However, my experience with Vonage’s customer service has been severely disappointing, to the point of harming my business. Over the past few months, I have encountered numerous issues with SMS registration and have been met with delays, miscommunication, and a general lack of urgency from the majority of the support team. The company has consistently failed to honor pricing agreements and hardware commitments, leaving me feeling like just another cog in the wheel rather than a valued customer. That said, James Ransom is the one exception in this otherwise frustrating experience. When the issue finally landed on his desk, he addressed it with the speed and professionalism that should be the standard for the entire company. His timely support stands in stark contrast to the subpar service I received from others. While I highly recommend the Vonage system itself, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their customer service. The product is excellent, but the support leaves much to be desired. If you do find yourself needing help, I hope you get someone like James—because otherwise, you might be left waiting, like I was, with serious business implications.

Now, I'm starting a small business to help bridge the gap between our older generation and technology. My Hisense 43" Class A7 Series LED 4K UHD HDR WCG Smart Google TV (2024) currently lacks Zoom app support, preventing direct webcam integration and eliminating the need for a Windows PC.

At first, I was kind of annoyed, as I realised I'd been put on the wrong tariff (I only zoom my daughter at Harvard once a week, as a rule). But when I complained, the support person at ZOOM instantly agreed that I should be on the free tariff, and immediately refunded my £155. So I thought she deserved a thumbs-up!!!

From sales to service, I've had zero negative experience with them. I've had the service for three months now and so far we've had no problems with the system. And my one call to customer service so far was easy and I had my answer. I've just heard from other colleagues about the problems they're having with their particular VoIP system. Ooma - so far so good. And the email sent for each message is invaluable for me.

We decided to switch to Ooma about 4 years ago. It turned out to be the greatest decision we made. We were relocating and thanks to the VOIP service we were able to keep our phones active even when our phone lines were not set up in our new building. Ooma has a prompt customer service team when needed and they offer a wide range of products for any office/warehouse situation

My business has been with Ooma for the last 9 years. We've had minimal issues (there was a problem with forwarding at one point that was resolved pretty quickly), and the crucial find me/follow me service we rely on has been solid. The app works well for outbound calling on our cellphones, and I use an analog adapter so I can also keep my trusty old rotary phone in service for the fun of it. and the price is far lower than we paid for our old VoIP provider (Speakeasy).

We bought Ooma Telo for our home. The product and support vastly exceeded my expectations. We wanted to replace a proprietary phone system that was about 20 years old. 99% of the calls were spam. Ooma has robust spam blocking. We were able to limit incoming calls to our address book. No spam anymore. I called for support which was excellent. There are a lot of additional features. You can add a separate number for fax at no cost if you have Ooma premium. Calls can be answered on Apple or Android phones.

I’m a regular user of the OpenTable app for managing guest reservations and guest information. I also use the Togo app for communicating with guests and managing phone calls and messages. I’d love to request a feature or integration that would allow me to initiate a phone call via the Togo app when I tap on a guest’s phone number in the OpenTable app. Ideally, when I click a guest’s number in OpenTable, I’d be able to select from multiple call options—including the Togo app—similar to how some apps allow choosing between different dialers or communication tools. This would streamline our guest communication process, especially when our team is already using Togo for other guest-related actions. Switching to GoTo was a no-brainer!
Switching to GoTo was one of my best business decisions of late. We recently expanded our business and needed to upgrade our phone system to grow with the business. GoTo was the best option by far. Implementation was surprisingly simple. With a little training/help from GoTo, I was able to become an "expert" very quickly. My team has been super happy with the features and ease of integration between our two locations. The same office staff supports both locations, and GoTo makes it easy to differentiate the locations based on the number they called. The GoTo team has already reached out to me for user studies more than once, even though we've been a client for less than a year. I appreciate their eagerness to improve and listen to customer feedback. One of the primary reasons I chose GoTo was because it was clear that the system could grow with our business. There's a whole set of customer management features that I'm looking forward to rolling out as soon as our growth warrants it.

Rachael Brandt was absolutely FABULOUS as we had an online session to discuss all that GoTo does for my organization! GoTo has made sending and receiving phone calls, text, and video so much easier than other platforms our company has evaluated. So much better than RingCentral. So much better than Nextiva. So much easier to use than Ooma, and better customer support!

Smooth Experience
Being a non techy person, I never felt like I didn't know what was happening. I was always informed at every step of the process of switching to Go To. They did the configurations and set up for me. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Small Business Life Saver
GoTo has been a lifesaver for our growing family business. We were unable to handle the growing call volume with your standard business phone services of two lines. We can now disseminate our volume amongst several users and provide better customer service.
