A marketer's best friend
Monday.com is a versatile platform that I use for many different reasons: a catalogue of advert artwork, internal comms planning, staff movement actions (training and platform set-up etc.), stats tracking, even my job hunt and handover notes. It's quick and easy to assign tasks to colleagues and drop each other notes. It's one of my favourite marketing tools to improve collaboration, efficiency (and sanity!).

We have been clients of Monday CRM since December 2024. We at first were a bit disappointed that many SaaS companies did not support a native Monday CRM integration, but after a few short talks with GPT we understood we could do anything through Zapier and that Monday has great API support.

I love this for project management
I love this for project management, it is very customizable and reasonably priced. I would prefer HubSpot as a CRM, but it's much more expensive. For a start-up, I think Monday.com is perfect!

Monday.com has changed the way we do…
Monday.com has changed the way we do things internally, it professionalises the way we work with major clients externally, the ability on the "pro plan" to have unlimited guests is a great help to enable collaboration and overall works really well when managing projects for clients that do not have their own framework. We have worked with monday.com for around two years, the platform keeps getting better. The only disappointment really was recently, whilst going through a tough time, reducing the number of paid users to a lower threshold in user management did not automatically downgrade to the lower pricing point despite automatically upgrading to the higher bracket - if you do that just be sure to let them know as on the paid monthly plan they are unwilling to refund citing their terms and conditions. This has left a slight bitter taste in my mouth, which is a shame because I otherwise think the platform is great. We're a small business of around 5 users. Otherwise highly recommended.

What an excellent application!!
What an excellent application!!! It's so nicely made and easy to use. Once you get settled in is when you can start discovering all their crazy features with app integrations and automations. This app is so incredibly made, it somehow makes me excited to plan for my following day. Then, i'm excited during the day for me to tick off those tasks. I use it for business and personal life and it's hands down life-changing. It's even more exciting that there is so many more features for me to learn and explore. I recently discovered that I can make different tasks lists different which helps me understand the next task coming up visually without reading and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Imagine this, I was using the app and enjoyed it so much I told myself I need to write a review right now for this company and their amazing team. I will definitely be using it for future team projects as well.

Strange to write after the last update, which I can’t call successful. But I can’t critisize them, since there are no closer alternatives to replace click up functionality and inters. So comfortable, so user-friendly, compatible with the main Google service. I guess I need some time to get used to the update, like it was previous when I switched to their chats, instead my usual google chats. The best part, of course, is the eco system. Like it is with Apple, when everything can be connected and synchronized, similar things are done here. For remote work, this is exactly what is needed tbh

Simplified my creative & work life.
I love ClickUp. I'm surprised to see any negative reviews. I use the free version for creative projects, the premium version at work, and I would be FAR less better off in life if I didn't use it. My entire tech stack has become ClickUp. They do everything, and they do it better. Tasks, Clips, Chat, SOPs, Scheduling, Time Tracking, Workflows, Brainstorming.. I use it for literally everything. The one thing I don't like is that the AI mode is per account not per user. If only a few members of a team need to use it, it's just not economical for the entire team to pay for it so unfortunately I lost that feature. It was a huge bummer because AI mode made my work so much easier when it was in beta. Hoping they figure that one out.

Really Good, Amazing customer support!
Really good platform with amazing customer support. ClickUp is so versatile and has so many great features with constant updates. We can really recommend ClickUp for large task lists, documents, and planning. The customer support is also incredibly good—they reply extremely fast and listen to their users. If a bug is reported, they will fix it within 48 hours. It’s really nice to see a company putting the customer first.

Sometimes slow, besides that quite good. I've been using ClickUp since May 2021. The learning curve wasn't for the faint of heart, however, once that was through, it had made everything about my life significantly easier to deal with (business + private). I like to switch between different kinds of PM systems/work flows. Sometimes I feel like Swim Lanes, KANBAN, sometimes Time Blocking, sometimes Ivy Lee Method, etc. So I've set up my ClickUp workspace in a way that I can easily switch between those methods within a click (pun intended) and still be up to date about where I stand and what to do next. It is highly customizable. I've got multiple projects running at the same time paired with the attention span of a squirrel. CU helped me get some structure into my day-to-day. Customer support is very very decent. Anytime I had a question, I would send them an e-mail describing my situation and adding screenshots. They've always responded with a qualified answer (not just links to self-help articles), in a timely manner. Even during weekends/holidays. There are tons of videos on YT helping one set up, understand, and work with CU. One of my favourites being: Ask Yvi Have fun and be productive :) Thank you!

Best for the startups, as a project manager I have been using this tool for about 2 years their improvement in this tool is mind blowing. I was using it for free, I tried the AI feature too and it was so much helpful for our business. I would recommend this platform as a new business owners, who can't invest huge amount on managing softwares. They can use it for free too :)

Take a closer look at those negative reviews
I could not believe the average rating for Clickup could be as low as it is on here so being a slightly neurodivergent geek,I decided to dig a bit deeper. Take a look at these accounts leaving the 1* negative reviews. Isn't that interesting how ALL of their reviews are 1* bombshells? Almost as if companies pay them to character assassinate their competitors. Unfortunately Trustpilot doesn't have mechanisms (like Amazon etc) checking you've actually bought/used a product before letting you leave a review. I would only trust reviews from people on here who have left a range of varied reviews, because otherwise they either are fake reviews they're being paid to make, or they only use it as a platform to vent. Often I lean toward 3/5* reviews and they tend to give a more rounded picture. I'm sorry I can't give one of those, because having thoroughly compared about 45 project management suites over 14 years, there's a bunch I like, but Clickup is the one. I've brought it into several charities and SMEs now, but for sure would scale well in larger companies too. The further back in time you go, the more things frustrated me with Clickup. It used to be a bit buggy at times, even phases of being a touch slow, and some features were lacking, like time tracking, especially on the app. But they are excellent at listening to customers and rapidly working on the top priorities. How on earth they pack so much functionality and customisation into such a fast, beautiful UX and have a mature mobile app AND probably the best customer support of any of the competitors I've tried...really astounds me. That's not an easy recipe to get right.

Ignore the bad reviews - Their just not smart enough to figure out stuff themselves
Ignore the bad reviews. You have to be somewhat intelligent to build an effective workflow with smartsheet, or pay for consulting. I respect a company that doesn't want to deal with unintelligent people, and avoids spending millions on a customer service team to answer stupid questions. They're spending their money in development (new features constantly). I searched high and low back in 2017 for an effective platform that would grow with any type of business. I'm a small business owner, under 10 million. I was under 1 million back in 2017. AGAIN, building an effective workflow will require purchasing consulting services but longterm it will be worth it. Enterprise version, dynamic view add on, pivot, data mesh, calendar app. All worth it, I have them. If you aren't evolving with tech you'll end up in your competitors dust. I didn't purchase consulting services and learned everything myself. Utilize Zapier for web hooks / connections. Fillable forms, outlook connect, + 1,000s more. Spend the time on tech and less time finding lazy office people who sit on social media and ignore important business matters. Less talk more action is smart sheets slogan. Thankfully they don't answer unintelligent questions, and work on their company. Alex Kahn has been a super helpful rep, I think he's the 3rd one I've been on and he's the absolute best, and I plan on utilizing smartsheet for life. Tech evolves by the minute these days. Don't kid yourself into believing the money isn't worth spending to be come more efficient.

I love SmartSheet. I didn't want to start using the program, but a new COO required it. Now, I can't live without it! As a consultant, I have different companies, projects and goals for each. There is no way for me to keep up with all of them without SmartSheet. The first item on any project list is to get my clients on SmartSheet!

Apart from using it for projects, it seems to have automatically become my preferred system to do just about everything from budgeting to resource management and even just sharing data. The great thing about Smartsheet is that it has the robust features and abilities of spreadsheet software that most professionals are familiar with, plus it has great collaboration features that keep people updated, in the loop, and with access to files they need. It also has a great library of templates that others have developed, so it's easy to find something to start with and customize to your needs. Smartsheet has been the go-to collaboration tool for my team for the past 8 years!

Online collaboration for spreadsheets...that's just Smart!
At first, Smartsheet was attractive by just how much better it was than Google...MUCH BETTER! However, when I learned we could incorporate collaboration, and the ability to isolate specific rows for sharing, it immediately became a powerful solution to workflow challenges we really had yet been unable to solve. Especially once I realized we can easily integrate Box.com and share links to new video previews with clients on the same Smartsheet row we asked them to review for confirming the metadata we would use when we syndicate that video...THAT'S HUGE! Previously, this took emails, phone calls, this platform and another...now we send them ONE Update Request and they've GOT IT! Which means we get what we often could not get done effectively before. It's really amazing. It's not just Smart, it's Brilliant! BRAVO! (and thank you:)

Smartsheet is an asset to our business.
We have been a Smartsheet user for 3-4 years. It is a valuable part of the daily operation of our company. Smartsheet is utilized by our entire organization. One of the most important attributes of Smartsheet is that it constantly evolves, and the users benefit. Always Evolving
We are a Google campus so SmartSheet works perfectly for managing projects: Links to Google Docs, SmartSheet Add Ons like Merge allow for creating formatted reports in Google Docs using SmartSheet data rows. SmartSheet Alerts is a great feature not provided by Google Docs and works wonderfully with SmartSheet Web Forms. We're alerted of a submission for every entry, immediately or once daily if desired. Update Requests allow for easy tracking and follow up of action items. I call it Google Docs on steroids. For you're using Google Docs/Email/Calendar then user adaptability is not a problem. I love that SmartSheets is continuously evolving but adding new features. Keep it up SmartSheets. :)

Wrike is Versatile and Listens!
I first started using Wrike over 4 years ago and at first was a little overwhelmed by the onboarding. Since then I have come to appreciate the robust tools and versatility of the system. You can make your processes as simple or as detailed as you wish, but don't miss out on all of the ways you can automate your workflow and workload. One of the things I appreciate is the weekly updates that continually evolve the tools. These keep me abreast of the changes and build on great ideas. There are a few things I wish would be addressed, but workarounds have helped find a middle ground until they get them on the product roadmap. I do feel heard in their product feedback forums, though, when I see a feature that I've wished for get added.

Customizable scheduling software
I love how Wrike can be tailored to meet the needs of my company. By using automations, custom workflows, and custom item types, we are able to have Wrike do the hard work for us. While this does result in more setup time initially, it works great! There is still a few key functions like task reminders that I wish were a part of the software. We have also been loving the calendars and workload charts to show accurate pictures of how busy our schedule is.

I'd like to give Wrike 1,000 stars! We've been using Wrike since 2018, and have scaled to over 2500 people across our organization. As we scaled, our needs for moving toward enterprise licensing was incredibly important to ensure we had the features that each team needed to be successful. We've adopted a Wrike-first mindset, which means if it isn't in Wrike it doesn't exist. When your team is on the same page as you - everything becomes crystal clear and transparent. Wrike has allowed me to track my projects in a whole new way! With its seamless process I can jump in and update my project in real time with my project team. I've been using Wrike for 2 years now and I love it! I've held multiple roles at my same org, all while using Wrike: PM, operational associate, Technical PM. Wrike drastically reduces wasted time spent on email, allowing for quick and informative comments directed to specific colleagues, all in the relevant project space. I can automate most anything, including outsourcing my project checkins and followups! In the 2 years I've been using this product, I've seen it improve its functionality and usability by leaps and bounds. On multiple occasions, I've seen my own comments or feedback turned into new features or functionalities. It takes a bit of getting used to, and you must establish clear business processes within the app, otherwise you end up with jangled mess. But Wrike's built-in training modules and project/space templates make it easy for orgs of any size to begin using it.

We now also use it to manage the lifecycle of over a dozen external or internal technology products - from backlogs to roadmaps to sprints. After using Atlassian for the last 5 years, I have to say, the product is overall good and the pricing is fair. There are of course still things that could be better. Been using Atlassian products for over a decade, the Jira and Confluence get better over time and usage of the two gets flawless with many cross product integrations. I started with very old versions of Jira few companies back, what was the most annoying thing over the years was not the product itself, but some managers or admins over-complicating the setup or not listening for suggestions on how to simplify configuration or remove unnecessary steps. When the project is setup well Jira simply makes my life easier at work, confluence has been absolute blast since always if it comes to company wikis, these days it is my go-to for any docs, even personal with the free tier - I keep all my notes in my private account.

Confluence is great, Jira not so much!
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews! Jira is actually an ok tool but the issue is managers don't really know how to use it effectively and turn it into a micro-management tool. However, Confluence is a great collaboration tool and I can't imagine my team living without it!

Firstly, I thought it's a good idea for QA's only, however, now I see the kanban board suits my team goals just awesome. Security settings, filters, places setups are all simple and workable.

Standard tool for IT services, but much more fixes needed
Seting up ticketing system, good. Customising it, still good. Managing projects okayish. Confluence for documentation awesome. However. Atlassian is doing all it can to stop you from making informed decision, and cleaning up the spaces. Migrating, cleanup and everything remotely connected to optimisation will simply not work or will be huge manual task!

Good while you are in, bad on the way out.
Their tools are very good. I personally have not found issue with Confluence compared with the Zendesk tools we came from. I do recognize that it's very hard to do anything without addons, but that is becoming the norm in IT-development nowadays. But the issues first start when you try and close your account, which is fairly difficult. Luckily, the European data protection laws saved me in this instance. If you, too, have issues with deleting your account with Atlassian because you are the billing contact for a free product, please be advised that you simply have to write to their support and request deletion of the (free trial) products and then afterwards you are good to go.

Jira is a bad project management application
- It's awfully slow and complicated to add a new task/subtask. The task goes to the backlog after being created and you need then to put it in your board. There is no way to put it where you want it when creating it. Doesn't compare to the intuitiveness of others such as Asana. - It erases comments you are writing!!! DO NOT write large comments in Jira directly! Honestly this is what prompted me to write this review: as I was writing a (pretty large) comment about the conclusions of a project, Jira automatically refreshed the page and erased my entire comment. We are back to the pre-2000s in terms of text processing it seems!

Unfortunately I have to use this company's Jira and Confluence products. OK technically the software is quite clever, you can do a lot of stuff with it if you are prepared to invest half of your life working out how to do it. And there's the problem .... trying to do anything with their products is a nightmare. Functional options are scattered throughout the product or else buried under minute titles that you need a magnifying glass to spot. If you like Easter egg hunts you might like their software, but if not stay well clear if you have the choice. If they have actually heard the term user experience, they certainly haven't grasped it's meaning. If you're doing agile projects and you have a choice, I'd say use something else, or else better still do it manually - the way it was intended. Jira will just cause you problems, and your team will start doing things to suit Jira instead of doing things the most efficient way ...remember people over process!!! As for Confluence ... same thing admin stuff scattered to the four corners of the earth, if you have a bedroom that looks like a whirlwind has blown through it, you might get along with it, otherwise stay clear. Software is supposed to make our lives easier! Very very poorly designed user interfaces. If this were a school report it would say needs to try (much) harder! Want a tip Atlassisian? Try enabling the right click, it would be a start!

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.
