Monday.com is hands-down my favorite productivity platform! It simplifies collabration, tracks progress beautifully, and gives me peace of mind knowing nothing slips through the cracks. Managing multiple projects is easier now!

Monday.com is a versatile platform that I use for many different reasons: a catalogue of advert artwork, internal comms planning, staff movement actions (training and platform set-up etc.), stats tracking, even my job hunt and handover notes. It's quick and easy to assign tasks to colleagues and drop each other notes. It's one of my favourite marketing tools to improve collaboration, efficiency (and sanity!).

We have been clients of Monday CRM since December 2024. We at first were a bit disappointed that many SaaS companies did not support a native Monday CRM integration, but after a few short talks with GPT we understood we could do anything through Zapier and that Monday has great API support.

I love this for project management, it is very customizable and reasonably priced. I would prefer HubSpot as a CRM, but it's much more expensive. For a start-up, I think Monday.com is perfect!

Our office has been using Monday.com for about a year now and it has helped us to communicate, stay organized, and cut down on internal emails. When I need to make a change or have a question, customer service is available and helpful (bot or person). Very happy with this platform.

Monday.com is the best! This website helps us track task management, employee productivity, and give our clients the best outcome possible. Nothing falls through the cracks anymore and gets forgotten. This is so much better than standard spreadsheets we used to use.

Monday.com has changed the way we do things internally, it professionalises the way we work with major clients externally, the ability on the "pro plan" to have unlimited guests is a great help to enable collaboration and overall works really well when managing projects for clients that do not have their own framework. We have worked with monday.com for around two years, the platform keeps getting better. The only disappointment really was recently, whilst going through a tough time, reducing the number of paid users to a lower threshold in user management did not automatically downgrade to the lower pricing point despite automatically upgrading to the higher bracket - if you do that just be sure to let them know as on the paid monthly plan they are unwilling to refund citing their terms and conditions. This has left a slight bitter taste in my mouth, which is a shame because I otherwise think the platform is great. We're a small business of around 5 users. Otherwise highly recommended.

The ability to build a system that tracks our workflow the way we want to track it. Customization is not difficult overall, training is fairly easy, and the results have been fantastic. We are finally able to see the status of any job at a glance, and it is a game changer for managing capacities and needs.

Great for situational awareness of due dates

I’ve been using ClickUp at my workplace for a few years on a daily basis. Overall, it has been a reliable tool for managing tasks and sprints. One feature I use regularly is the ability to move unfinished tasks from the current sprint to the next with a single click, which helps keep our workflow organized. I also frequently move tasks between lists, and the option to have a task appear on multiple lists has been especially useful for cross-team visibility. These features have helped keep our projects coordinated without needing additional tools. My experience has been positive so far, and ClickUp continues to support our team’s day-to-day operations effectively.

ClickUp is a flexible product that I've used both at work and personally. While it's a task management system at its core, we've found a broad range of use cases for it, creating structure and filling gaps in our work processes. ClickUp are constantly adding new functionality. The AI capabilities are still new, but are starting to shift from gimmick to helpful - still a way to go, but they're giving it a genuine crack.

Its a good tool for project management and tracking your milestones. It has tons of features plus an AI integration which actually makes sense

As an online business manager, I've worked with all of the big project management names out there. ClickUp is, by a large margin, the best in my opinion. Just like any other platform, there are some frustrating things I have encountered with ClickUp; nothing is perfect. ClickUp is my go-to project management tool and I do recommend it to my clients if they are tech savvy. It does have a learning curve, but last year and soon after ClickUp 3.0 was launched, I was able to get rid of my Notion and Airtable and make everything I wanted to do in those platforms possible in ClickUp. The new connective search function is my absolute favorite function--even over the other AI things. I have attached my Google Drive, my email, and my Slack and I can search for a conversation I remember having with a client and find it quickly, even if I forgot to document it in my client management board because it's all connected. I'm excited to see what's next for ClickUp and to continue growing alongside it.

well, clickup got upgraded...and to be honest, it is good, became more convenient to me. i like how some of the prev things got reorganized, yes, at the beginnig it felt a bit off, but actually i realized the change was for the good Now i click up everywhere 😅😅...also, their customer support is quite responsive and attentive, always had pleasant experiece chatting

ClickUp is hands-down the best all-in-one productivity tool I’ve ever used. It replaced Trello, Asana, Notion, and Google Docs for me in a single platform. The hierarchy (Spaces → Folders → Lists → Tasks) keeps everything perfectly organized, and I love having 15+ views (Board, Gantt, Calendar, Table, Mind Map, Workload…) in one place. Built-in Docs, Whiteboards, AI assistant, and rock-solid automations save me hours every week. Performance is snappy even with thousands of tasks, and the mobile apps actually work great.

Any company that gives away some of their resources for free is a rare thing these days. No email, no payment details, no free trial. Just let me download the sheets I needed straight away, no strings attached. If I ever need this service on a more permanent basis I will definitely sign up. Any company this transparent gets my vote!

Ignore the bad reviews. You have to be somewhat intelligent to build an effective workflow with smartsheet, or pay for consulting. I respect a company that doesn't want to deal with unintelligent people, and avoids spending millions on a customer service team to answer stupid questions. They're spending their money in development (new features constantly). I searched high and low back in 2017 for an effective platform that would grow with any type of business. I'm a small business owner, under 10 million. I was under 1 million back in 2017. AGAIN, building an effective workflow will require purchasing consulting services but longterm it will be worth it. Enterprise version, dynamic view add on, pivot, data mesh, calendar app. All worth it, I have them. If you aren't evolving with tech you'll end up in your competitors dust. I didn't purchase consulting services and learned everything myself. Utilize Zapier for web hooks / connections. Fillable forms, outlook connect, + 1,000s more. Spend the time on tech and less time finding lazy office people who sit on social media and ignore important business matters. Less talk more action is smart sheets slogan. Thankfully they don't answer unintelligent questions, and work on their company. Alex Kahn has been a super helpful rep, I think he's the 3rd one I've been on and he's the absolute best, and I plan on utilizing smartsheet for life. Tech evolves by the minute these days. Don't kid yourself into believing the money isn't worth spending to be come more efficient.

I love SmartSheet. I didn't want to start using the program, but a new COO required it. Now, I can't live without it! As a consultant, I have different companies, projects and goals for each. There is no way for me to keep up with all of them without SmartSheet. The first item on any project list is to get my clients on SmartSheet!

Having used a number of different systems in the past on projects, I am very happy to say I made the switch to Smartsheet and have not looked back since. Apart from using it for projects, it seems to have automatically become my preferred system to do just about everything from budgeting to resource management and even just sharing data. The great thing about Smartsheet is that it has the robust features and abilities of spreadsheet software that most professionals are familiar with, plus it has great collaboration features that keep people updated, in the loop, and with access to files they need. It also has a great library of templates that others have developed, so it's easy to find something to start with and customize to your needs. Smartsheet has been the go-to collaboration tool for my team for the past 8 years!

I have been a SmartSheet user since 2011. Over that time I have used the this tool for a variety of functions, including project management, document sharing and management, spreadsheet tool, survey tool. It has helped to organize my life at home and work, and I get satisfaction when I can introduce this great affordable tool to others.

Task lists don't work unless they have a communication factor built in. That's what this product is - a spreadsheet (and a lot more) with communication.

If you like MS Project, you will like this and get the benefits of being able to share with others. All they need is a GAPPS account

we use Smart sheet as a live order tracker for our clients. Gives them real time information.

At first, Smartsheet was attractive by just how much better it was than Google...MUCH BETTER! However, when I learned we could incorporate collaboration, and the ability to isolate specific rows for sharing, it immediately became a powerful solution to workflow challenges we really had yet been unable to solve. Especially once I realized we can easily integrate Box.com and share links to new video previews with clients on the same Smartsheet row we asked them to review for confirming the metadata we would use when we syndicate that video...THAT'S HUGE! Previously, this took emails, phone calls, this platform and another...now we send them ONE Update Request and they've GOT IT! Which means we get what we often could not get done effectively before. It's really amazing. It's not just Smart, it's Brilliant! BRAVO! (and thank you:)

We have been a Smartsheet user for 3-4 years. It is a valuable part of the daily operation of our company. Smartsheet is utilized by our entire organization. We use Smartsheet to coordinate hundreds of schedules, event plans, contact lists, project plans and almost every other piece of materials in delivering Major Sporting Events!

I have been using Smartsheet for about 3 years and have had great success with it.

We are a Google campus so SmartSheet works perfectly for managing projects: Links to Google Docs, SmartSheet Add Ons like Merge allow for creating formatted reports in Google Docs using SmartSheet data rows. SmartSheet Alerts is a great feature not provided by Google Docs and works wonderfully with SmartSheet Web Forms. We're alerted of a submission for every entry, immediately or once daily if desired. Update Requests allow for easy tracking and follow up of action items. I call it Google Docs on steroids. For you're using Google Docs/Email/Calendar then user adaptability is not a problem. I love that SmartSheets is continuously evolving but adding new features. Keep it up SmartSheets. :)
