I've been using ClickUp professionally for 2+ years as a consultant, implementing it for multiple agencies and businesses. It's become my go-to platform for building complex workflows and client management systems.

Flexible product, constant enhancements
ClickUp is a flexible product that I've used both at work and personally. While it's a task management system at its core, we've found a broad range of use cases for it, creating structure and filling gaps in our work processes.
ClickUp are constantly adding new functionality. The AI capabilities are still new, but are starting to shift from gimmick to helpful - still a way to go, but they're giving it a genuine crack.

As an online business manager, I've worked with all of the big project management names out there. ClickUp is, by a large margin, the best in my opinion.
Just like any other platform, there are some frustrating things I have encountered with ClickUp; nothing is perfect.
ClickUp is my go-to project management tool and I do recommend it to my clients if they are tech savvy.
It does have a learning curve, but last year and soon after ClickUp 3.0 was launched, I was able to get rid of my Notion and Airtable and make everything I wanted to do in those platforms possible in ClickUp.
The new connective search function is my absolute favorite function--even over the other AI things. I have attached my Google Drive, my email, and my Slack and I can search for a conversation I remember having with a client and find it quickly, even if I forgot to document it in my client management board because it's all connected.
I'm excited to see what's next for ClickUp and to continue growing alongside it.
