Was batted back and too by a couple of people here re rates and renewing a contract, it was going on for a couple of weeks. I called in and was fortunate enough to get through to a lady called Dawn Brown, she sorted everything out on that call, it was like traveling back in time to when people had common sense and treated customers properly.

At last....someone who knows what customer service really is.
We were previously with Retail Merchant Services before switching to World pay, and I'm very glad we did. Laurie has been one of the most helpful people I have come across since opening our business 13yrs ago. He takes time to explain what the situation is, making sure you understand fully before moving on to the next point. I emailed him at 9am and he was on the phone within 20mins. By 10am we had completed a Teams call (my first ever...thank you Laurie for sticking with me!) and answered all my questions.
World pay saved me a lot of money when I moved from Retail Merchant Services, and although I'm sure other companies will offer cheaper rates, I bet you just won't get the customer service that Laurie has shown to our business.
We found World pay through Q-book who is the channel manager for our Guest House. Laurie communicated directly with my Relationship Manager at Q-book to ensure a smooth transition.

I recently wanted to use Ecom merchant through WorldPay. For some reason the present platform that I deal with for hotel bookings, made it very unclear and difficult for me, IF I used my own merchant, which is WorldPay.
Until I spoke to Mrs Helen Hepple today and she made it possible or much easier for me to proceed. She was extremely knowledgeable and followed the procedures setting up Ecom over the phone.
I can’t thank this Lady enough for helping me out and even sent doc’s to sign, then it was set from their side straight away.
I am WorldPay customer for the last 9 years and they have repeatedly helped the business needs as well as keeping me on their most competitive rates even during the inflation.
