Leader's has been such an upright business choice for me! I can't imagine being with any other company. They are hands-on and the most streamlined immediate responders to any issue, tho the few issues I had were from my unfamiliarity with the process. The great thing about Leader's is they are always there to give you excellent instructions when necessary!

Since switching to Leaders Merchant Services our company has seen better results - fewer billing disputes and lower rates. The people in their customer service department return our calls and emails promptly. The few times they didn’t have an answer for me, they followed up and were very professional. We have been very satisfied with the service and products from Leaders.

Finally decided to get a card reader for clients who need to pay by credit card. Leaders got my application approved fast. And the salesperson explained the set up, all the plans and how the billing cycle works. No BS. Very helpful. Thank you, Leaders.

Happy to recommend Leaders. I’ve worked with credit card processing companies in the past and had some pretty awful experiences. LMS has been great. The customer service group has responded quickly and professionally when I’ve had questions and their rates are still some of the lowest in the category.

We were very unhappy with our processing company (terrible customer service, would never give me a straight answer about cancellation fees) and needed to find a better solution. Dealing with merchant accounts and credit card processing can be so frustrating for a business owner. But working with Leaders has been wonderful. I have had several issues in the past with credit card processing companies. This is the first time I have felt secure in my customer’s transactions. I can’t thank you enough for the exceptional service!

Mostly happy I went with Leaders Merchant Services. For me and my business, saving money/hanging on to profits is the most important factor when comparing credit card processing companies. When I was shopping around, Leaders was offering the lowest rates by a long shot. There were a couple of hiccups with my order and setup, so if it wasn't for that I would have given them the highest rating overall.

Poor communication, difficult customer service, and an unacceptable delay in releasing our funds which significantly affected our cash flow. We expected much better from a merchant services provider.

I had Leaders merchant service, it is a scam, they have so many added charges, you end up paying every month at least $100. I have a small medical business with a few daily credit card transactions, so having extra monthly charges was hurting my business. There added charges included: Internet fee $5.00 Fraud management fee $19.95 Batch header fee $5.95 Debit access fee $10 PCI $59.9 I absolutely do not recommend this scam service to anyone.

I signed up for their services with one of their agents. I did not finish the application as I got hire for a job and willl not be able continue my online selling. The agent have been sending me monthly email to finish my application but I ignored it. As they have my bank info, they started to charge me from June to August $40/month. Then Aug they charged me $168, Nov $217, and Dec $168. I called the company October to have them stop the payment as the application was not finished and I have no access to their payment software app. It is only until first week of Jan they sent me cancellation . My bank account was overdraft due to these charges, January 23,2026 I went to the bank, paid the overdraft and close the account. After it closed they continued charging my bank which of course was denied as it is not longer active. The took money from from account because I sign up for their service but did not finish the application process. Now they put me on collection for $204. I called the company today and they say that even if application is not finished, and have no access to the software I have to pay as I docusigned the application. This is a horrible company, taking hard earned money from other people. I am compiling all my receipts and bank statements and will file a comlaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Better Business Bureau.

Holy cow where do you start? First the sales people are awful lie lie lie lie and than when you read the contract they just tell you over and over that the contract means nothing l???!!??!! Like WTF means everything and that’s what you will use to screw me over you don’t care what little Timmy the sales guys used to get me to sign. This place is crazy the stuff they use to screw you over. RUN FAST RUN HARD AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!!

The sign-up process was very easy and the rates were very reasonable. I signed up in January 2026 due to dissatisfaction with another processing company involving high rates and horrible communication. The communication with this company is very good. I love the user-friendly website’s platform and phone app that can serve to collect payments through Apple Pay or tap card processing. I am so very happy with this company!

2 months ago I think this company is scam,but no! I have problem with PINS,they blocked my account without explanation,I just get my refund back to my bank account! Don’t be rude on these employees,maybe they have so much problems with accounts,just give them time,they will 100% pay you ur cash back to your bank account! 2 months waiting but I get it…thanks paysafe! We were looking for a Pay by Link provider for a new service we’re offering within our business, and Worldpay have provided us with a great platform backed up by excellent customer service. I had many issues with a third party company easi pay and was charged more than I was told and wasn’t told about the 18 month contract I spoke to mulitple different reps and mangers which were very un professional however I spoke to rep Gavin today that was very helpful and has had everything taken care of he was very polite and understanding and walked me through the steps of cancellation he was very professional and pleasant to speak to I really do think easi pay let down the company massively

We had a few teething problems initially which is expected when a change is put in place. However, Gary went above and beyond to sort these small issues quickly and make sure everything was fit for purpose and working the way we needed it to.

Mr R Winfield (Corporate Sales Director) has been particularly accommodating and supportive, taking the time to walk each member of my staff through the payments link training and new setup processes.

Absolutely 💯 the best choice we made. We were with Helcim and having nothing but problems. Connections were always dropping. Always had to restart and force it to log in. Not to mention tech support was only avaliable 9-5 Monday - Friday. So if at dinner time on Friday it goes down, you cant do anything till Monday. Oh and their data cap is ridiculous. With the help from Andie Stelman(customer service) and Warren Stone (my sales genius) I was able to switch to Clover via Inkas Payments. Now my employees have zero issues. Simple sign in, always connected and 24/7 support. Not to mention the Savings and Reliability. Andie Stelman and Warren Stone were there through the entire process. Thank You

Clover has made running a small, brick-and-mortar business simpler. The reports help keep track of sales, making it easier to report taxes and plan for future sales. The device was easy to connect to and use, and I struggle with technology. The dashboard is by far the best I've encountered.

Clover provides the service I need to be able to accept credit cards in payment for my product. I use their online virtual terminal so I have no equipment costs. They adjusted my monthly fee for the size of my business and the fact that I sell only 6 months out of the year. Clover is a customer-caring company that is easy to work with. I recommend it highly

I . had a question that needed answering but it was on the personal side but the customer support was really understanding and compassionate and seem like he really cared and that means we bought this day and age.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.

Great experience! Square takes care of a man that works 7 days a week to provide for a wife and toddler. Single home income, it gets hard sometimes bc inflation and prices of everything are ridiculous. They approved my loan just in time, we were behind.. square seems to know I work my butt off.
