Leader's has been such an upright business choice for me! I can't imagine being with any other company. They are hands-on and the most streamlined immediate responders to any issue, tho the few issues I had were from my unfamiliarity with the process. The great thing about Leader's is they are always there to give you excellent instructions when necessary!

Since switching to Leaders Merchant Services our company has seen better results - fewer billing disputes and lower rates. The people in their customer service department return our calls and emails promptly. The few times they didn’t have an answer for me, they followed up and were very professional. We have been very satisfied with the service and products from Leaders.

Finally decided to get a card reader for clients who need to pay by credit card. Leaders got my application approved fast. And the salesperson explained the set up, all the plans and how the billing cycle works. No BS. Very helpful. Thank you, Leaders.

The customer service group has responded quickly and professionally when I’ve had questions and their rates are still some of the lowest in the category.

Dealing with merchant accounts and credit card processing can be so frustrating for a business owner. But working with Leaders has been wonderful. I have had several issues in the past with credit card processing companies. This is the first time I have felt secure in my customer’s transactions. I can’t thank you enough for the exceptional service!

Mostly happy I went with Leaders Merchant Services. For me and my business, saving money/hanging on to profits is the most important factor when comparing credit card processing companies. When I was shopping around, Leaders was offering the lowest rates by a long shot. There were a couple of hiccups with my order and setup, so if it wasn't for that I would have given them the highest rating overall.

If you want to get the worst service, pay higher fees than stated, and have terrible customer service, then this is a good place to go to. It is sad that when I did my research, Leaders was listed as one of the top five merchant service providers. They lie, cheat, and steal your money. Their card processing machine malfunctioned and double-charged our customer. It took several hours of our time and 6 weeks for them to correct the issue. Then, to top it off, they charged me almost $400 for the faulty machine even after I returned it. Stay Clear!!!!

Leaders Merchant Services has terrible customer service and an operational structure that forces merchants to interact with multiple disconnected providers, none of whom take accountability. This creates endless loops where you are transferred from one department to another without ever resolving the issue. They impose hidden fees, double‑charge transactions, and batch sales in ways that make it nearly impossible to track actual deductions. Their practices are deceptive, and they fail to notify or assist merchants with chargebacks, leaving you financially exposed. This is, by far, the worst merchant services company I have encountered. They make canceling your account nearly impossible, and customer service is effectively nonexistent. On the rare occasion you reach someone, they may be untrained, not fluent in English, hang up on you, or direct you to another number that leads nowhere. In my experience, and consistent with widespread public reporting, this company operates in a manner that feels predatory and scam‑like. I strongly advise merchants to avoid Leaders Merchant Services.

I contacted them to get rates about switching over all credit card processing. The gentleman I talked to was very aggressive and when I told him I was not signing anything today he hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

By far the worst company to deal with. It was the worst experience in my 36 years in business. Their processing machine malfunctioned and ended up double-billing our customers' card. It took over six weeks to finally correct this. They consistently lied and failed to follow through. I find it hard to believe they are still in business. If your looking for a merchant service company KEEP LOOKING! These guys are a joke!

THIS HAPPENED IN AUGUST, AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. PAYSAFE ARE DOING EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO AVIOD GIVING ME BACK MY OWN MONEY! MAKES NO SENSE SCAMMERS, 15 WEEKS WITHOUT RESOLUTION. THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY, NOT ANSWERING EMAILS, HANGING UP AFTER GIVING MY DETAILS OVER PHONE SUPPORT. PAYSAFE IS A JOKE. AFTER COUNTLESS UNANSWERED EMAILS, AND NO RETURN CALLS, IM SICK OF CHASING TO GET MY MONEY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THERE GOOD UNTIL THEY GET YOU. 2 months ago I think this company is scam,but no! I have problem with PINS,they blocked my account without explanation,I just get my refund back to my bank account! Don’t be rude on these employees,maybe they have so much problems with accounts,just give them time,they will 100% pay you ur cash back to your bank account! 2 months waiting but I get it…thanks paysafe! Easy card processing without breaking the bank! Fantastic wireless credit card machine. So easy to use & simple to keep track of sales online without all the paper clutter of my old processing company.

The service is good. The only thing I can suggest is for us to be able to get the transactions a little quicker. How do you shorten the time of the funds getting to your bank account.

Received a referral from someone I know for someone to get in contact with. She took initiative to get ahold of me and was very friendly, helpful, patient, and timely. Answered my many questions well and helped out with whatever we needed getting set up. Had some minor confusion hooking up the terminal since there were two ethernet ports, only one of which functional, but got it resolved. Call from activation rep. was friendly and he did actively help us try to get it running, though for some reason we had some sort of phone signal/call drop issues going on so we had issues following up (*69 lead to someone else's voicemail for some reason). In terms of staff-unrelated feedback, the amount of different websites/urls that are all associated with the signup and management process (at least 3 or 4 external services) felt unusual; seeing that many different website domains during the process lead to some amount of "who is this website?", but not a huge issue. Overall pleased and didn't have any particular stopping-level difficulties during the process.

I had been using some 'out of the box' payment processing providers for a while, until a good friend recommended World Pay and put me in touch with Joseph Rouse who is now my account manager. Joseph jumped on a call with me and explained everything about World Pay and how it would benefit my businesses needs, he took time to answer any questions I had and put together a tailored package for me which allowed me to make great savings on the processing % in comparison to the other providers I was currently utilising or was quoted elsewhere. A very honest, transparent and no pressure experience from start to finish. I'd recommend World Pay and Joseph to anyone looking to make the switch!

Upon calling into customer service, at first I figured I would have to debate surprising fees, however that person could not help me but promptly connected me to someone who could help me. Furermore Nick gave me his extension and additionaly followed up with me several times to make the necessary corrections and credits on my three accounts!

I sell a single product out of my home, making mine a very small business with no direct customer contacts. My orders come via telephone, email and postal mail. Clover provides the service I need to be able to accept credit cards in payment for my product. I use their online virtual terminal so I have no equipment costs. They adjusted my monthly fee for the size of my business and the fact that I sell only 6 months out of the year. Clover is a customer-caring company that is easy to work with. I recommend it highly

Easy to use interface, Clover mini allows for multiple POS applications including credit card, apply pay and google pay. The low monthly lease and maintenance cost and quick processing help us keep more of our revenues coming in and the ease of use and reliability ensure our customers get the most from their purchasing experience.

Clover is easy to use, takes payment quickly even when we had blimps with our internet at times and funds are in the next morning.

The only issue is the push from Clover to purchase new readers after 4 years. That is something that requires a change.

I absolutely Love square . I have been using them with my business since 2018. i love the fact that i can take it anywhere. Tradeshows house parties and events. The best part It turns your phone into a mobile till and yhere are no hidden fees and no monthly fees. So far its the cheapest option. I wish it accepted all foreign currency for my international clients . They keep adding more services which is amazing. Thank you Square Canada for being there for businesses.

My entire business is run online and payments through Square. The payment links were easy to create and upload to my CRM platform. I used another payment system for over 10 years and it was never as easy as Square has been. When I rebranded in 2024, I chose to move to Square based on a recommendation from another small business person. I am glad I listened! Customer services is fast and easy. And the fees are fair.

Square makes it easy to bring on new employees and switch devices. The automatic savings options makes setting aside money for taxes a breeze.

Nice and easy to use to accept credit cards without any equipment or minimums. Using the card reader will reduce charges and could make it easier as well. They also have other services like BillPay which I'm trying out now!
