Leader's has been such an upright business choice for me! I can't imagine being with any other company. They are hands-on and the most streamlined immediate responders to any issue, tho the few issues I had were from my unfamiliarity with the process. The great thing about Leader's is they are always there to give you excellent instructions when necessary!

Since switching to Leaders Merchant Services our company has seen better results - fewer billing disputes and lower rates. The people in their customer service department return our calls and emails promptly. The few times they didn’t have an answer for me, they followed up and were very professional. We have been very satisfied with the service and products from Leaders.

Finally decided to get a card reader for clients who need to pay by credit card. Leaders got my application approved fast. And the salesperson explained the set up, all the plans and how the billing cycle works. No BS. Very helpful. Thank you, Leaders.

The customer service group has responded quickly and professionally when I’ve had questions and their rates are still some of the lowest in the category.

Dealing with merchant accounts and credit card processing can be so frustrating for a business owner. But working with Leaders has been wonderful. I have had several issues in the past with credit card processing companies. This is the first time I have felt secure in my customer’s transactions. I can’t thank you enough for the exceptional service!

Mostly happy I went with Leaders Merchant Services. For me and my business, saving money/hanging on to profits is the most important factor when comparing credit card processing companies. When I was shopping around, Leaders was offering the lowest rates by a long shot. There were a couple of hiccups with my order and setup, so if it wasn't for that I would have given them the highest rating overall.

If you want to get the worst service, pay higher fees than stated, and have terrible customer service, then this is a good place to go to. It is sad that when I did my research, Leaders was listed as one of the top five merchant service providers. They lie, cheat, and steal your money. Their card processing machine malfunctioned and double-charged our customer. It took several hours of our time and 6 weeks for them to correct the issue. Then, to top it off, they charged me almost $400 for the faulty machine even after I returned it. Stay Clear!!!! They want me to reach out, what a joke! Leaders Merchant Services has terrible customer service and an operational structure that forces merchants to interact with multiple disconnected providers, none of whom take accountability. This creates endless loops where you are transferred from one department to another without ever resolving the issue. They impose hidden fees, double‑charge transactions, and batch sales in ways that make it nearly impossible to track actual deductions. Their practices are deceptive, and they fail to notify or assist merchants with chargebacks, leaving you financially exposed. This is, by far, the worst merchant services company I have encountered. They make canceling your account nearly impossible, and customer service is effectively nonexistent. On the rare occasion you reach someone, they may be untrained, not fluent in English, hang up on you, or direct you to another number that leads nowhere. In my experience, and consistent with widespread public reporting, this company operates in a manner that feels predatory and scam‑like. I strongly advise merchants to avoid Leaders Merchant Services.

I contacted them to get rates about switching over all credit card processing. The gentleman I talked to was very aggressive and when I told him I was not signing anything today he hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

By far the worst company to deal with. It was the worst experience in my 36 years in business. Their processing machine malfunctioned and ended up double-billing our customers' card. It took over six weeks to finally correct this. They consistently lied and failed to follow through. I find it hard to believe they are still in business. If your looking for a merchant service company KEEP LOOKING! These guys are a joke!

The sign-up process was very easy and the rates were very reasonable. I signed up in January 2026 due to dissatisfaction with another processing company involving high rates and horrible communication. The communication with this company is very good. I love the user-friendly website’s platform and phone app that can serve to collect payments through Apple Pay or tap card processing. I am so very happy with this company!

I am so glad that I picked leaders as a financial transaction support for my business. Johan, sales person who was extremely very helpful and knowledgeable gave me an education and full of explanation to the point. The support person Alma, knew her stuff, it was set up in just about the most least time easy and I was very comfortable. I would recommend this company to a lot of people.

2 months ago I think this company is scam,but no! I have problem with PINS,they blocked my account without explanation,I just get my refund back to my bank account! Don’t be rude on these employees,maybe they have so much problems with accounts,just give them time,they will 100% pay you ur cash back to your bank account! 2 months waiting but I get it…thanks paysafe! Easy card processing without breaking the bank! Fantastic wireless credit card machine. So easy to use & simple to keep track of sales online without all the paper clutter of my old processing company.

The service is good. The only thing I can suggest is for us to be able to get the transactions a little quicker. How do you shorten the time of the funds getting to your bank account.

I’d like to say that the service and ease of dealing with my issues where superbly handled by the agent I spoke with, which was Fay. Clover has made running a small, brick-and-mortar business simpler. The reports help keep track of sales, making it easier to report taxes and plan for future sales. The device was easy to connect to and use, and I struggle with technology. The dashboard is by far the best I've encountered.

I sell a single product out of my home, making mine a very small business with no direct customer contacts. My orders come via telephone, email and postal mail. Clover provides the service I need to be able to accept credit cards in payment for my product. I use their online virtual terminal so I have no equipment costs. They adjusted my monthly fee for the size of my business and the fact that I sell only 6 months out of the year. Clover is a customer-caring company that is easy to work with. I recommend it highly

I currently use Square for my business consulting firm and my experience so far with Square has been great of America transparent and I really feel that it is a great point of sale system and I recommend it for any person who starting their own business or needs a point of sale service

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Amazing system

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.

Incredible employees with immense care, support, and kindness. The Square team is absolutely incredible at their jobs and doesn't get enough credit for it. I couldn't have asked for more when I had a problem, and their want for fixing the issue was amazing!

The are quick to help you with errors that have caused suspicious activity and locked your account. I am grateful for that.
