Leader's has been such an upright business choice for me! I can't imagine being with any other company. They are hands-on and the most streamlined immediate responders to any issue, tho the few issues I had were from my unfamiliarity with the process. The great thing about Leader's is they are always there to give you excellent instructions when necessary!

Since switching to Leaders Merchant Services our company has seen better results - fewer billing disputes and lower rates. The people in their customer service department return our calls and emails promptly. The few times they didn’t have an answer for me, they followed up and were very professional. We have been very satisfied with the service and products from Leaders.

Finally decided to get a card reader for clients who need to pay by credit card. Leaders got my application approved fast. And the salesperson explained the set up, all the plans and how the billing cycle works. No BS. Very helpful. Thank you, Leaders.

The customer service group has responded quickly and professionally when I’ve had questions and their rates are still some of the lowest in the category.

We were very unhappy with our processing company (terrible customer service, would never give me a straight answer about cancellation fees) and needed to find a better solution. Mostly happy I went with Leaders Merchant Services. For me and my business, saving money/hanging on to profits is the most important factor when comparing credit card processing companies. When I was shopping around, Leaders was offering the lowest rates by a long shot. There were a couple of hiccups with my order and setup, so if it wasn't for that I would have given them the highest rating overall.

Hello my account is been placed on hold And we have not receieved deposits For the post 2 weeks - I have called and email all departments RISK collections costumer service NO ONE knows what’s going. All of them claim that this is a back office and they haven’t received any response. I have reached numerous numbers and also the person that directly onboarded my company with paysafe. NOBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO FIX MY ISSUE nor they know what’s the specific Reason of this. This is hurting our operations because we process several thousands of dollars through paysafe and with no warning our deposits only stopped.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Spent countless hours trying to recover a $2,000 PIN charge and they refused to resolve it. Instead, they asked me to recharge my customers as a “credit” — completely shady practice. Not worth the fight. Do not trust this company.

Every time I get on their website, a different phone number is displayed. When I called, the person answering the phone asked me how I wanted my call directed. How would I know that? When I said that I wanted to sign up, she asked me three questions and then put me on hold. The next person I talked to asked me the same three questions. If you cannot talk to each other, how are you going to help me? Not worth the aggravation.

2 months ago I think this company is scam,but no! I have problem with PINS,they blocked my account without explanation,I just get my refund back to my bank account! Don’t be rude on these employees,maybe they have so much problems with accounts,just give them time,they will 100% pay you ur cash back to your bank account! 2 months waiting but I get it…thanks paysafe! But make the support better,answer us on our questions..dont ignore us,that’s why u have low stars…thanks again for refund! Good luck everyone! Easy card processing without breaking the bank! Fantastic wireless credit card machine. So easy to use & simple to keep track of sales online without all the paper clutter of my old processing company.

The service is good. The only thing I can suggest is for us to be able to get the transactions a little quicker. How do you shorten the time of the funds getting to your bank account.

Received a referral from someone I know for someone to get in contact with. She took initiative to get ahold of me and was very friendly, helpful, patient, and timely. Answered my many questions well and helped out with whatever we needed getting set up. Had some minor confusion hooking up the terminal since there were two ethernet ports, only one of which functional, but got it resolved. Call from activation rep. was friendly and he did actively help us try to get it running, though for some reason we had some sort of phone signal/call drop issues going on so we had issues following up (*69 lead to someone else's voicemail for some reason). In terms of staff-unrelated feedback, the amount of different websites/urls that are all associated with the signup and management process (at least 3 or 4 external services) felt unusual; seeing that many different website domains during the process lead to some amount of "who is this website?", but not a huge issue. Overall pleased and didn't have any particular stopping-level difficulties during the process.

I was clueless to all aspects of taking credit cards this new way, and how to possibly make it happen. Sean was awesome, walking me through everything, including answering all the questions on my end. Everything from equipment and fees and a new account Sean took care of it all including shipping my devices. He was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to procede.

Sydney at customer services didn’t over an hour with me on the phone trying to resolve my problem, I cannot thank her enough for her calm and professional manner in helping me resolve the problem. 5*

After sending my enquiry, Laurie and Jamie Kavanagh at Worldpay reached out promptly, explained everything clearly, gave me time to review the details, checked back in at appropriate time intervals (and even tailored the offer slightly at this point). By this stage it was a no brainer to sign up, after which the onboarding was simple and effective (they even scheduled a short call to talk me through something). I dealt with Deap from start to finish, and he was amazing in getting us the product & support needed. He was quick to respond to any query and even worked outside his working hours to speak to me and get things moving. Rixon my clover rep is amazing and trustworthy There are 3rd party companies selling clover products and flat out lying to you to make the sale and a much higher price that a legitimate clover representative can sell it to you I fell for the lying 3rd company and when Rixon was made aware he reached out to me and made it right and refunded the money I over paid. If you are looking for a pos make sure the email you receive is from clover.com the 3rd party companies are thieves and will lie to make a sale

The Clover point of sale system is so easy to use and the customer service is top notch!

The platform is easy to use, the reports are shown immediately, and there are no miscellaneous charges, such as monthly fee, annual fee, login fee, ACQR fee, Fixed Network fee, CPU GTWY fee, and bunch of others that MerchantOne and others have.

Clover is great to work with. The level of personal attention that we received from setup, to training, to ongoing operation is second to none. We have used other POS systems in the past and were severely disappointed. We are very pleased with Clover.

Everything I have had to do with Clover has been easy. Things are made simple so you aren’t always trying to find help to explain things.
