Should have switched sooner!
We were very unhappy with our processing company (terrible customer service, would never give me a straight answer about cancellation fees) and needed to find a better solution. Came across Leaders Merchant Services (rated highly for their low rates). Switching over was much easier and faster than I expected. Should have done it sooner - would have saved $$ and headaches.

Almost Perfect
Mostly happy I went with Leaders Merchant Services. For me and my business, saving money/hanging on to profits is the most important factor when comparing credit card processing companies. When I was shopping around, Leaders was offering the lowest rates by a long shot. There were a couple of hiccups with my order and setup, so if it wasn't for that I would have given them the highest rating overall.

Hello my account is been placed on hold And we have not receieved deposits For the post 2 weeks - I have called and email all departments RISK collections costumer service NO ONE knows what’s going. All of them claim that this is a back office and they haven’t received any response. I have reached numerous numbers and also the person that directly onboarded my company with paysafe. NOBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO FIX MY ISSUE nor they know what’s the specific Reason of this. This is hurting our operations because we process several thousands of dollars through paysafe and with no warning our deposits only stopped.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with
The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Spent countless hours trying to recover a $2,000 PIN charge and they refused to resolve it. Instead, they asked me to recharge my customers as a “credit” — completely shady practice. Not worth the fight. Do not trust this company.

Not worth the aggravation.
Every time I get on their website, a different phone number is displayed. When I called, the person answering the phone asked me how I wanted my call directed. How would I know that? When I said that I wanted to sign up, she asked me three questions and then put me on hold. The next person I talked to asked me the same three questions. If you cannot talk to each other, how are you going to help me? Not worth the aggravation.

Don’t be rude on these employees,maybe they have so much problems with accounts,just give them time,they will 100% pay you ur cash back to your bank account! 2 months waiting but I get it…thanks paysafe! Merchant Services App./Setup Review
Received a referral from someone I know for someone to get in contact with. She took initiative to get ahold of me and was very friendly, helpful, patient, and timely. Answered my many questions well and helped out with whatever we needed getting set up. Had some minor confusion hooking up the terminal since there were two ethernet ports, only one of which functional, but got it resolved. Call from activation rep. was friendly and he did actively help us try to get it running, though for some reason we had some sort of phone signal/call drop issues going on so we had issues following up (*69 lead to someone else's voicemail for some reason). In terms of staff-unrelated feedback, the amount of different websites/urls that are all associated with the signup and management process (at least 3 or 4 external services) felt unusual; seeing that many different website domains during the process lead to some amount of "who is this website?", but not a huge issue. Overall pleased and didn't have any particular stopping-level difficulties during the process.

Sean was awesome, walking me through everything, including answering all the questions on my end. Everything from equipment and fees and a new account Sean took care of it all including shipping my devices. He was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to procede.

After months of consistently disappointing experiences with my original Worldpay card machine, which failed to connect during both FTF and CNP payment transactions despite two software updates, I felt compelled to complete a customer review. To my surprise, not only did some individuals read this review, but they also followed up with a phone call and genuinely cared about my dissatisfaction. They listened attentively to my concerns and promptly resolved the issue by offering me a more suitable terminal. Although this update should have come with a higher price tag, considering the persistent disruptions and disappointment I had experienced, the costs-involved were waived. Effective communication is crucial in resolving most problems, and Worldpay has truly excelled in this regard. In a world where we encounter problems in business, we are often passed around departments within companies, spending hours waiting. It was refreshing to speak to someone who genuinely understood my concerns and cared about my experience. I wish that more companies valued their customers as Worldpay did.

I had some issue that some members of the team seemed incapable of understanding. I ended up dealing with two people who owned the issue and treated me as an individual, not just a number. Samantha Harle called me back to look at the issue, I then needed to call back with a second issue and eventually i spoke to Dan Wilde. They both not only fixed the issues i was having (that multiple other seemed unable or unwilling to fix) but exceeded my expectations massively. They are a credit to Worldpay and have proper old school customer service skills which seem hard to find these days. If either ever need a referance i will happily do so!! WELL DONE BOTH - THANK YOU

My Experiences with Clover card reader.
Although at the beginning, it became a hit n miss in training. But as I continued to just try all my options to getting my sells going. All I did was speak w/other Clover card readers users. I asked various questions regarding their experience. After receiving support & help by other Clover customers. It was such a God sent to begin my own self training and continued to get business a little more experience each time I used clover card reader more & more as i continued furthering my use of Clover card reader.. As I continued to get more familiar with my clover machine I began trying to contact other Clover card reader representatives, I was told by one rep, Brandon Keppler, that I could own my clover card reader, for $700.00. I question the last rep, approx. 11/11/2025, his name is Nick, who didn't know about any 700.00 ownership. So I ask same question. Is there any ownership for my own clover Card Reader? I've been receiving more & more knowledge how to get familiar with my Clover Card Reader. I still need to get out to make more money. I realized how I was being charged 2 times a month bit Nick helped me with this matter. I am so Thankful he helped me a lot. I attempted calling approx 5 times to get help re; training that Mr Keppler stated I would receive for free. But Mr keppler never returned my calls nor did he answer any of my calls.

Clover has saved me 3% annually on all sales transactions and this adds up!!!! I do NOT use any POS system equipment (I have seen many bad reviews regarding equipment based users) I only use it virtually to input customer credit cards and I no longer have to pay Square 3.15% + as the customer absorbs this cost (they happily do so in order to use their cards to gain their point / miles etc.) so if you are strictly needing a virtual credit card processing system I highly recommend Clover!

I've been using Clover for several years now to process my brick 'n mortar transactions. Customer service is quick and human and professional whenever I need them, which is rare. The Clover Mini we use for processing is slick, compact, coded for our customers to use their HSA cards when appropriate. I like that the funds that settle one day are in my bank account the very next morning on business days. Option for rapid deposit can be helpful on occasion. All around, I am very satisfied.

Rixon my clover rep is amazing and trustworthy There are 3rd party companies selling clover products and flat out lying to you to make the sale and a much higher price that a legitimate clover representative can sell it to you I fell for the lying 3rd company and when Rixon was made aware he reached out to me and made it right and refunded the money I over paid. If you are looking for a pos make sure the email you receive is from clover.com the 3rd party companies are thieves and will lie to make a sale

My card was compromised and I called for assistance. Abhishek was the customer support representative that answered and was very patient while she helped walk me through the steps to resolve. She was impactful and effective, and walked me through 18 disputes that were resolved in my favor the next day.

A 9.8…I’ve been a Square user around 10 yrs
I’ve been a Square user around 10 yrs. I’ve not experienced the problems others are describing except for 1. So my rating is technically a 4.9. It’s the only issue I’ve experienced…when my Square Credit Card number was comprised…$5,000 in purchases in 2 days. These purchases didn’t match anything in my previous purchase history for my business… like foreign names, “make up” retailers & custom wheel stores, etc. The phone support was ok but the email support I received was copy / past responses. It was also unnerving that I was told it would be up to 90 to resolve the fraud charges and I would be responsible for the minimum monthly payments ($300.00+ /mo.) while they investigated. Square DID resolve the fraud after several calls to customer support for updates and requests to expedite the investigation, and I didn’t have to pay the minimum amount. Opening the credit card history & clicking on the purchase…then the 3 tiny buttons to file a dispute seemed to work better…after I finally found where to do it. As far as my other experiences Square has really helped my business. The ability to keep and store customer details, in a customer’s contract is really helpful. It makes re-ordering parts easier and provides a better overall experience for my customers. I’ve never had any bad experiences receiving my money. I do use SQUARE Checking, but I also have my own bank account. I can transfer money next day to my bank account with no problem. And although I’m not thrilled about the 1.75% instant transfer, I’ve never had a problem with instant transfers either. All of the software works well and has been reliable overall. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give Square 9.8 and I AM a satisfied Square merchant.
