Leader's has been such an upright business choice for me! I can't imagine being with any other company. They are hands-on and the most streamlined immediate responders to any issue, tho the few issues I had were from my unfamiliarity with the process. The great thing about Leader's is they are always there to give you excellent instructions when necessary!

Since switching to Leaders Merchant Services our company has seen better results - fewer billing disputes and lower rates. The people in their customer service department return our calls and emails promptly. The few times they didn’t have an answer for me, they followed up and were very professional. We have been very satisfied with the service and products from Leaders.

Finally decided to get a card reader for clients who need to pay by credit card. Leaders got my application approved fast. And the salesperson explained the set up, all the plans and how the billing cycle works. No BS. Very helpful. Thank you, Leaders.

The customer service group has responded quickly and professionally when I’ve had questions and their rates are still some of the lowest in the category.

Mostly happy I went with Leaders Merchant Services. For me and my business, saving money/hanging on to profits is the most important factor when comparing credit card processing companies. When I was shopping around, Leaders was offering the lowest rates by a long shot. There were a couple of hiccups with my order and setup, so if it wasn't for that I would have given them the highest rating overall.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Spent countless hours trying to recover a $2,000 PIN charge and they refused to resolve it. Instead, they asked me to recharge my customers as a “credit” — completely shady practice. Not worth the fight. Do not trust this company.

Every time I get on their website, a different phone number is displayed. When I called, the person answering the phone asked me how I wanted my call directed. How would I know that? When I said that I wanted to sign up, she asked me three questions and then put me on hold. The next person I talked to asked me the same three questions. If you cannot talk to each other, how are you going to help me? Not worth the aggravation.

worst company, the agents lie to sell you their service, charge you on top of their high fees. Costumer service is worthless

First of all, the monthly fees are too high. Second of all, I purchased equipment from them so I wouldn't have to pay the loaner fee. I have the invoice FROM THEM when I purchased it, yet they keep billing me the loaner fee months later and refuse to acknowledge that I purchased it. Their customer service is horrendous.

2 months ago I think this company is scam,but no! I have problem with PINS,they blocked my account without explanation,I just get my refund back to my bank account! Don’t be rude on these employees,maybe they have so much problems with accounts,just give them time,they will 100% pay you ur cash back to your bank account! 2 months waiting but I get it…thanks paysafe! Easy card processing without breaking the bank! Fantastic wireless credit card machine. So easy to use & simple to keep track of sales online without all the paper clutter of my old processing company.

The service is good. The only thing I can suggest is for us to be able to get the transactions a little quicker. How do you shorten the time of the funds getting to your bank account.

Received a referral from someone I know for someone to get in contact with. She took initiative to get ahold of me and was very friendly, helpful, patient, and timely. Answered my many questions well and helped out with whatever we needed getting set up. Had some minor confusion hooking up the terminal since there were two ethernet ports, only one of which functional, but got it resolved. Call from activation rep. was friendly and he did actively help us try to get it running, though for some reason we had some sort of phone signal/call drop issues going on so we had issues following up (*69 lead to someone else's voicemail for some reason). In terms of staff-unrelated feedback, the amount of different websites/urls that are all associated with the signup and management process (at least 3 or 4 external services) felt unusual; seeing that many different website domains during the process lead to some amount of "who is this website?", but not a huge issue. Overall pleased and didn't have any particular stopping-level difficulties during the process.

I was clueless to all aspects of taking credit cards this new way, and how to possibly make it happen. Sean was awesome, walking me through everything, including answering all the questions on my end. Everything from equipment and fees and a new account Sean took care of it all including shipping my devices. He was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to procede.

The Clover point of sale system is so easy to use and the customer service is top notch!

The platform is easy to use, the reports are shown immediately, and there are no miscellaneous charges, such as monthly fee, annual fee, login fee, ACQR fee, Fixed Network fee, CPU GTWY fee, and bunch of others that MerchantOne and others have.

Clover is great to work with. The level of personal attention that we received from setup, to training, to ongoing operation is second to none. We have used other POS systems in the past and were severely disappointed. We are very pleased with Clover.

Everything I have had to do with Clover has been easy. Things are made simple so you aren’t always trying to find help to explain things.

I am a very small business and appreciate the minimal cost of using Fiserv for credit card payments. I also like being able to offer ACH payments for my customers. Deposits in my account are expedient.

I called May of 2024 to set up an account and had a great experience with Clover representative Jason Sheridan. Now in July of 2025 I needed to reopen my Clover account. I was concerned this time would be a challenge but I called the number for Jason he had shared over a year ago. Although I had to leave a VM he called right back and had me set back up to use the Clover device I have within 10 min. I feel so grateful for how easy they make point of sale transactions even when I'm not a super high volume customer. Thank you Jason and the Clover team!

Have used square for many years. Most of my charge are several hundred dollars per transaction. Have had zero problems. I think I have called once when I had trouble issuing a refund. Was handled quickly.

My experience with Square is great because it easy to use. Squares adaptability is why I can feel good about recommending it to my family, friends, and clients.

I love all of square products. And the ability to take it wherever you go with the hand held terminal.

The social media agent for Square was miles ahead of the ones we spoke to on the 800 line. There were still stumbling blocks to get the problem resolved (I’ll have to call during the US business hours even though I’m based in Asia) but the representative worked very diligently to help me in every way that they could. Clone this person.

My experience with square has been great. I can always rely on Square to work properly, refunds are easy, if necessary. My customers have no problems using Square as well. It is a good product and I love the daily money trasfers to my bank account.
