Leader's has been such an upright business choice for me! I can't imagine being with any other company. They are hands-on and the most streamlined immediate responders to any issue, tho the few issues I had were from my unfamiliarity with the process. The great thing about Leader's is they are always there to give you excellent instructions when necessary!

Since switching to Leaders Merchant Services our company has seen better results - fewer billing disputes and lower rates. The people in their customer service department return our calls and emails promptly. The few times they didn’t have an answer for me, they followed up and were very professional. We have been very satisfied with the service and products from Leaders.

Finally decided to get a card reader for clients who need to pay by credit card. Leaders got my application approved fast. And the salesperson explained the set up, all the plans and how the billing cycle works. No BS. Very helpful. Thank you, Leaders.

The customer service group has responded quickly and professionally when I’ve had questions and their rates are still some of the lowest in the category.

Dealing with merchant accounts and credit card processing can be so frustrating for a business owner. But working with Leaders has been wonderful. I have had several issues in the past with credit card processing companies. This is the first time I have felt secure in my customer’s transactions. Mostly happy I went with Leaders Merchant Services. For me and my business, saving money/hanging on to profits is the most important factor when comparing credit card processing companies. When I was shopping around, Leaders was offering the lowest rates by a long shot. There were a couple of hiccups with my order and setup, so if it wasn't for that I would have given them the highest rating overall.

By far the worst company to deal with. It was the worst experience in my 36 years in business. Their processing machine malfunctioned and ended up double-billing our customers' card. It took over six weeks to finally correct this. They consistently lied and failed to follow through. I find it hard to believe they are still in business. If your looking for a merchant service company KEEP LOOKING! These guys are a joke!

Hello my account is been placed on hold And we have not receieved deposits For the post 2 weeks - I have called and email all departments RISK collections costumer service NO ONE knows what’s going. All of them claim that this is a back office and they haven’t received any response. I have reached numerous numbers and also the person that directly onboarded my company with paysafe. NOBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO FIX MY ISSUE nor they know what’s the specific Reason of this. This is hurting our operations because we process several thousands of dollars through paysafe and with no warning our deposits only stopped.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Spent countless hours trying to recover a $2,000 PIN charge and they refused to resolve it. Instead, they asked me to recharge my customers as a “credit” — completely shady practice. Not worth the fight. Do not trust this company.

Every time I get on their website, a different phone number is displayed. When I called, the person answering the phone asked me how I wanted my call directed. How would I know that? When I said that I wanted to sign up, she asked me three questions and then put me on hold. The next person I talked to asked me the same three questions. If you cannot talk to each other, how are you going to help me? Not worth the aggravation.

THIS HAPPENED IN AUGUST, AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY. PAYSAFE ARE DOING EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO AVIOD GIVING ME BACK MY OWN MONEY! MAKES NO SENSE SCAMMERS, 15 WEEKS WITHOUT RESOLUTION. THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY, NOT ANSWERING EMAILS, HANGING UP AFTER GIVING MY DETAILS OVER PHONE SUPPORT. PAYSAFE IS A JOKE. AFTER COUNTLESS UNANSWERED EMAILS, AND NO RETURN CALLS, IM SICK OF CHASING TO GET MY MONEY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THERE GOOD UNTIL THEY GET YOU. THE FUNNIEST THING IS THEIR REPLY, NO HELP AT ALL, THEY ONLY REPLY TO TRY TAKE DOWN YOUR REVIEW. REAL SCAMMERS

2 months ago I think this company is scam,but no! I have problem with PINS,they blocked my account without explanation,I just get my refund back to my bank account! Don’t be rude on these employees,maybe they have so much problems with accounts,just give them time,they will 100% pay you ur cash back to your bank account! 2 months waiting but I get it…thanks paysafe! But make the support better,answer us on our questions..dont ignore us,that’s why u have low stars…thanks again for refund! Good luck everyone! Easy card processing without breaking the bank! Fantastic wireless credit card machine. So easy to use & simple to keep track of sales online without all the paper clutter of my old processing company.

The service is good. The only thing I can suggest is for us to be able to get the transactions a little quicker. How do you shorten the time of the funds getting to your bank account.

Received a referral from someone I know for someone to get in contact with. She took initiative to get ahold of me and was very friendly, helpful, patient, and timely. Answered my many questions well and helped out with whatever we needed getting set up. Had some minor confusion hooking up the terminal since there were two ethernet ports, only one of which functional, but got it resolved. Call from activation rep. was friendly and he did actively help us try to get it running, though for some reason we had some sort of phone signal/call drop issues going on so we had issues following up (*69 lead to someone else's voicemail for some reason). In terms of staff-unrelated feedback, the amount of different websites/urls that are all associated with the signup and management process (at least 3 or 4 external services) felt unusual; seeing that many different website domains during the process lead to some amount of "who is this website?", but not a huge issue. Overall pleased and didn't have any particular stopping-level difficulties during the process.

I was clueless to all aspects of taking credit cards this new way, and how to possibly make it happen. Sean was awesome, walking me through everything, including answering all the questions on my end. Everything from equipment and fees and a new account Sean took care of it all including shipping my devices. He was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to procede.

Joey has been super helpful by referring me to technical team and helping with integration related queries.

Absolute first rate service couldn’t thank James enough would recommend to anyone.

The service is always working and operational for business when ever a client need to pay for service or product in managing all of my finance situation and money goes into the bank with in two or three business days.

Clover was easy to get set-up and the fees are much lower than all the resellers out there. Their Go app is easy to use and very fast! Payments are received very quickly as well.

Clover has saved me 3% annually on all sales transactions and this adds up!!!! I do NOT use any POS system equipment (I have seen many bad reviews regarding equipment based users) I only use it virtually to input customer credit cards and I no longer have to pay Square 3.15% + as the customer absorbs this cost (they happily do so in order to use their cards to gain their point / miles etc.) so if you are strictly needing a virtual credit card processing system I highly recommend Clover!

I've been using Clover for several years now to process my brick 'n mortar transactions. Customer service is quick and human and professional whenever I need them, which is rare. The Clover Mini we use for processing is slick, compact, coded for our customers to use their HSA cards when appropriate. I like that the funds that settle one day are in my bank account the very next morning on business days. Option for rapid deposit can be helpful on occasion. All around, I am very satisfied.

From initial call to set up everything was just easy. I have no complaints. I received my device very quickly and we love the option to take our device on the go for our various events.

We have had a great experience with our system, and it works great with our bookstore. Adam our representative is very easy to work with and answers all of our questions.

Rixon my clover rep is amazing and trustworthy There are 3rd party companies selling clover products and flat out lying to you to make the sale and a much higher price that a legitimate clover representative can sell it to you I fell for the lying 3rd company and when Rixon was made aware he reached out to me and made it right and refunded the money I over paid. If you are looking for a pos make sure the email you receive is from clover.com the 3rd party companies are thieves and will lie to make a sale

it's really is the one stop business system. for pos, scheduling, banking, and bookkeeping. up front pricing. so even if it's a bit more in little areas it still remains a value to me. after 30 year in business i've been jacked around by hidden cost and variable card rate from one company this evens cost out with no surprises and and just works so well

I love that square offers so many modes and features, everything from banking to bookkeeping, e-commerce to brick and mortar and so much more. Having an all-in-one pos system like this is my favorite part about it. Cuts down on the need for endless apps because with square it's already here.

We use Square POS in our shop for everything at the counter. Cards, tap, cash, all go through it and the reports at the end of the day are straightforward. I like that I can quickly see sales by item and time of day from my phone. Staff picked it up fast and we rarely have issues with it.
