Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

Great Email Campaign Platform; Great Customer Service
I am the owner/admin of the Constant Contact account for a large family owner Real Estate Brokerage in Arkansas. We have two locations and use Constant Contact for our email market campaigns. The other location admin and I have enjoyed working with the platform. Recently I had a billing issue on our account. My first phone call was answered by someone who was unable to assist me to my satisfaction. I asked to be escalated to someone who could assist me but never received a follow-up call. Yesterday, I called again and while trying to be professional, came out of the gate with some force. Brandon was very polite and professional. He listened and I realized he understood my concern and seemed wiling to take my concern to someone who could make a decision. In less than an hour, Brandon called to report that my concern was being addressed and the resolution might take a couple of days. 24 hours later the problem has been resolved. Brandon is a great customer service representative and understands what great customer service looks like. I am grateful to have my concern resolved.

Constant Contact For Consistent Marketing!
I have used Constant Contact off and on almost close to its start year in 1995. I personally use it for my own email marketing and have marketing clients I manage that use it. I have used quite a few platforms, but find Constant Contact the easiest and most seemless to use when it comes to creating and sending email campaigns. I like the feature of breaking down my lists into most engaged, somewhat and least engaged and have done campaigns to see if I can get the least engaged more engaged. Cleaning my list is easy when I get bounces. So overall I would highly recommend this platform to anyone considering adding e-mail marketing to their mix. Of course it has the best ROI of any tool out there..so they BETTER!!

Telephone support is great!
Once I was able to get a real person on the phone to help me with a situation I was having in building an email blast, it was great. Taylor took care of my issue promptly and effectively. It is sometimes a pain to get to a real person, as the automated system is not very intuitive. The main reason I use Constant Contact over other choices I could make is the telephone support. The reps do a great job after you reach a person.

Salesforce is the best CRM on the market, hands-down! We spent months looking at tons of different CRMs and platforms, and previously tried other CRM solutions like HubSpot, but we eventually had to switch to Salesforce and that's the best decision we've ever made! We saved > 20k a year after switching to Salesforce! Our cost went down, and the efficiency went up! Salesforce has a very transparent pricing structure, compared to its competitors like HubSpot, whose prices have sky rocketed in recent years, while Salesforce has cut down its pricing structure for customers!

Ignore the bad reviews. You have to be somewhat intelligent to build an effective workflow with smartsheet, or pay for consulting. I respect a company that doesn't want to deal with unintelligent people, and avoids spending millions on a customer service team to answer stupid questions. They're spending their money in development (new features constantly). I searched high and low back in 2017 for an effective platform that would grow with any type of business. I'm a small business owner, under 10 million. I was under 1 million back in 2017. AGAIN, building an effective workflow will require purchasing consulting services but longterm it will be worth it. Enterprise version, dynamic view add on, pivot, data mesh, calendar app. All worth it, I have them. If you aren't evolving with tech you'll end up in your competitors dust. I didn't purchase consulting services and learned everything myself. Utilize Zapier for web hooks / connections. Fillable forms, outlook connect, + 1,000s more. Spend the time on tech and less time finding lazy office people who sit on social media and ignore important business matters. Less talk more action is smart sheets slogan. Thankfully they don't answer unintelligent questions, and work on their company. Alex Kahn has been a super helpful rep, I think he's the 3rd one I've been on and he's the absolute best, and I plan on utilizing smartsheet for life. Tech evolves by the minute these days. Don't kid yourself into believing the money isn't worth spending to be come more efficient.

I love SmartSheet. I didn't want to start using the program, but a new COO required it. Now, I can't live without it! As a consultant, I have different companies, projects and goals for each. There is no way for me to keep up with all of them without SmartSheet. The first item on any project list is to get my clients on SmartSheet!

Online collaboration for spreadsheets...that's just Smart!
At first, Smartsheet was attractive by just how much better it was than Google...MUCH BETTER! However, when I learned we could incorporate collaboration, and the ability to isolate specific rows for sharing, it immediately became a powerful solution to workflow challenges we really had yet been unable to solve. Especially once I realized we can easily integrate Box.com and share links to new video previews with clients on the same Smartsheet row we asked them to review for confirming the metadata we would use when we syndicate that video...THAT'S HUGE! Previously, this took emails, phone calls, this platform and another...now we send them ONE Update Request and they've GOT IT! Which means we get what we often could not get done effectively before. It's really amazing. It's not just Smart, it's Brilliant! BRAVO! (and thank you:)

SmartSheet Alerts is a great feature not provided by Google Docs and works wonderfully with SmartSheet Web Forms. We're alerted of a submission for every entry, immediately or once daily if desired. Update Requests allow for easy tracking and follow up of action items. I call it Google Docs on steroids. For you're using Google Docs/Email/Calendar then user adaptability is not a problem. I love that SmartSheets is continuously evolving but adding new features. Keep it up SmartSheets. :)

Works for us - and always improving!
My organization has been using Campaigner since before I came on board in 2018. I've found Campaigner easy to use. They've updated their software within the last year or two to include 2FA and Text Messaging. We are in the process of adding SMS messaging to our workflow. I do wish the process of adding SMS had been more straight-forward on the website, as it had us pivoting some of our plans, but the customer service representative we worked with helped answer our questions and walk us through the process.

Campaigner is great for franchise systems
Campaigner as a company has been great to work with and collaborate alongside with our franchise system. Their account managers are prompt, nice and easy to work with and quick to address things when issues arise. Omnisend isn't perfect feature-wise, but it's close. Customer support is what makes the difference, and that's what pushes this to 5 stars, otherwise, it would be between 4-5 stars to me.

We're using Omnisend with nopCommerce, and while the integration isn't as advanced as what they offer for Shopify, it still gets the job done reliably. The sync works fine for our needs, and apart from wishing deeper 2way sync and more features, we had a very good experience overall.

I noticed my monthly pricing went up in November and then December's invoice was a bit higher, so I was honestly I little unpleasantly surprised at first. After reaching out, customer support calmly walked me through everything, turns out the increase was because I gained a bunch of new subscribers in November, which is actually a nice problem to have. They also showed me how to clean up inactive contacts to keep the cost lower going forward.

Free plan but still great service
Woocommerce integration was smooth, the free plan gives enough to test things properly, and the support has been surprisingly awesome considering I'm not even on a paid plan. Friendly and actually solves stuff. No complaints so far, just wish SMS pricing in the Baltics was a bit lower.

Got some problems with our email contact lists but the support was really few clicks away and even on Sunday! Explanation was detailed and they helped very quickly resolving the matter. Omnisend is great but even the greatest product becomes useless if you do not get the support you need when you need it. In case of Omnisend our experience has always been exceptional! Thumbs up!

You couldn't ask for better customer support
Omnisend customer service is always excellent. The bot gives clear instructions on basic 'how-to' queries (unlike so many of them), but there is never a problem getting through to a real person. The team go to every length to assist you, even with things that are technically not their problem. It's an easy-to-use platform if you have never done email marketing before and very good value.
