Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

I signed up our church for Constant Contact sometime in the early 2000s, back when email marketing still felt like the Wild West and “newsletter” meant something closer to a digital flyer than a strategy. I remember sitting at a chunky desktop computer, thinking this might be the thing that helps us grow. At first, it was simple. A monthly email. A few announcements. Maybe a blurry logo pasted awkwardly at the top. I didn’t know much about open rates or click-throughs—I just knew we needed to connect our church in multiple locations and this platform gave us a way to say it to more than one person at a time. Over the years, everything changed. I stopped thinking of the emails as “marketing” and started thinking of them as conversations. Stories. Updates. Little windows into what was happening and why it mattered. And after years—decades, really—I began to recognize names. Subscribers who had been there almost as long as I had. People who replied, who engaged, who stayed. Twenty years is a long time in technology. Tools come and go. Interfaces change. Features get added, redesigned, sometimes removed. But what stuck with me wasn’t the platform itself—it was what it enabled: consistency. Showing up, again and again, even when I didn’t feel like it. Writing something worth sending. I have used Constant Contact as a Marketing Director at a community bank, as a business owner helping my marketing clients build their businesses, and as a partner of Constant Contact. I have tried helping clients with other email programs and I have to say, I flat out refuse to use anything else now. The product is superior and the customer service is second to none. Between their ever-growing knowledge base, video tutorials, user-community, and their paid customer support, you will always have someone to work with if you have a question. And yes, email still works. People who sign up for your emails are already engaged, and with a consistent strategy, sales are made. For every $1 spent on email marketing, the ROI is $37.

Constant Contact has been a must-have for my business since 2008. Prior to that was used for more than 5 years by my employers. The user friendly tools are perfect for our business and our clients. Small non-profit depends on good communication
We are a small non-profit and have used Constant Contact for over a decade for our communications. We have several audiences: art patrons, artists, business sponsors and volunteers. CC lets us target specific messaging to each group. The platform is easy to use and if we have ever needed support - the team is very responsive. We were selected to be part of the CC Champions program this year as well which connects us with other businesses to exchange ideas, critiques etc.

Salesforce is the best CRM on the market, hands-down! We spent months looking at tons of different CRMs and platforms, and previously tried other CRM solutions like HubSpot, but we eventually had to switch to Salesforce and that's the best decision we've ever made! We saved > 20k a year after switching to Salesforce! Our cost went down, and the efficiency went up! Salesforce has a very transparent pricing structure, compared to its competitors like HubSpot, whose prices have sky rocketed in recent years, while Salesforce has cut down its pricing structure for customers!

Ignore the bad reviews - Their just not smart enough to figure out stuff themselves
Ignore the bad reviews. You have to be somewhat intelligent to build an effective workflow with smartsheet, or pay for consulting. I respect a company that doesn't want to deal with unintelligent people, and avoids spending millions on a customer service team to answer stupid questions. They're spending their money in development (new features constantly). I searched high and low back in 2017 for an effective platform that would grow with any type of business. I'm a small business owner, under 10 million. I was under 1 million back in 2017. AGAIN, building an effective workflow will require purchasing consulting services but longterm it will be worth it. Enterprise version, dynamic view add on, pivot, data mesh, calendar app. All worth it, I have them. If you aren't evolving with tech you'll end up in your competitors dust. I didn't purchase consulting services and learned everything myself. Utilize Zapier for web hooks / connections. Fillable forms, outlook connect, + 1,000s more. Spend the time on tech and less time finding lazy office people who sit on social media and ignore important business matters. Less talk more action is smart sheets slogan. Thankfully they don't answer unintelligent questions, and work on their company. Alex Kahn has been a super helpful rep, I think he's the 3rd one I've been on and he's the absolute best, and I plan on utilizing smartsheet for life. Tech evolves by the minute these days. Don't kid yourself into believing the money isn't worth spending to be come more efficient.

I love SmartSheet. I didn't want to start using the program, but a new COO required it. Now, I can't live without it! As a consultant, I have different companies, projects and goals for each. There is no way for me to keep up with all of them without SmartSheet. The first item on any project list is to get my clients on SmartSheet!

Online collaboration for spreadsheets...that's just Smart!
At first, Smartsheet was attractive by just how much better it was than Google...MUCH BETTER! However, when I learned we could incorporate collaboration, and the ability to isolate specific rows for sharing, it immediately became a powerful solution to workflow challenges we really had yet been unable to solve. Especially once I realized we can easily integrate Box.com and share links to new video previews with clients on the same Smartsheet row we asked them to review for confirming the metadata we would use when we syndicate that video...THAT'S HUGE! Previously, this took emails, phone calls, this platform and another...now we send them ONE Update Request and they've GOT IT! Which means we get what we often could not get done effectively before. It's really amazing. It's not just Smart, it's Brilliant! BRAVO! (and thank you:)

Always Evolving
We are a Google campus so SmartSheet works perfectly for managing projects: Links to Google Docs, SmartSheet Add Ons like Merge allow for creating formatted reports in Google Docs using SmartSheet data rows. SmartSheet Alerts is a great feature not provided by Google Docs and works wonderfully with SmartSheet Web Forms. We're alerted of a submission for every entry, immediately or once daily if desired. Update Requests allow for easy tracking and follow up of action items. I call it Google Docs on steroids. For you're using Google Docs/Email/Calendar then user adaptability is not a problem. I love that SmartSheets is continuously evolving but adding new features. Keep it up SmartSheets. :)

I've used Campaigner now for over a decade. We send about 140,000 emails each month and have experienced minimal issues, good deliverability, and most importantly, excellent customer support whenever we call (which I did today).

Staff at Campaigner
The staff at Campaigner are well versed in their duties and always very helpful for anything I have ever requested. I'm sorry to be leaving as I have since moved and no longer require this access. I was able to send in an email to have myself removed from their distribution listing and it was responded within a more than sufficient time frame. Great team overall and always respectful.

Great for Our Business Marketing

Works for us - and always improving!
My organization has been using Campaigner since before I came on board in 2018. I've found Campaigner easy to use. They've updated their software within the last year or two to include 2FA and Text Messaging. We are in the process of adding SMS messaging to our workflow. I do wish the process of adding SMS had been more straight-forward on the website, as it had us pivoting some of our plans, but the customer service representative we worked with helped answer our questions and walk us through the process.

Campaigner is great for franchise systems
Campaigner as a company has been great to work with and collaborate alongside with our franchise system. Their account managers are prompt, nice and easy to work with and quick to address things when issues arise. We recommend Campaigner to fellow franchise systems as they have put together a workflow that allows for easy customization, robust workflows and contact tracking stats that are nice to share with our clients/franchisees.

Came Over from a Different Platform, WORTH IT!
I’m a small business owner. I came to Omnisend after years with a different platform because the reviews of the product were overwhelmingly positive and the monthly cost was a fraction of what I was currently paying. It felt like a no-brainer. Even then, Omnisend has far exceeded my expectations! Set-up was easy. Shoutout to Ally who helped with the migration. And shoutout to Melanie and Karen who helped get my account my account warmed-up and set-up for success. I have a bi-weekly call with Karen moving forward, where she will serve as my Omnisend mentor. All things I did not have with my previous platform. The user-experience of Omnisend is simple and nearly identical to what I was previously using, which further helped with the transition. I’m far from an email marketing savant, and yet this platform is easy to navigate with very helpful templates, tutorials, and more. Definitely give Omnisend a look if you’re looking for a new email platform.

Best tool when you are thinking about migration
As a services provider, I have helped migrate over 20 clients to Omnsiend, and experience has been consistently smooth. The Platform makes it easy to move contacts, rebuild automations, and get campaigns running without unnecessary complexity. what I appriciate is the clean interface and how quickly new users can adapt to it. Even for the clients who aren't very technical. Omnisend is simple to manage once everythign is setup. Overall, it's a reliable option if you're planning to migrate from another email marketing platform and want a straighforward, efficient process.

Have been hearing about Omnisend for a year or so. Decided to try as Klaviyo prices has been getting out of hand. The platform is much smoother and more logical than Klaviyo and so far results are same as before. Also shoutout to X and their customer support. I had quite a lot of data and templates to move ad thought i will be doing it forever but they actually helped me with most of it and I could start sending like in a week after starting. Just add more prebuilt email templates please.

We hand't experienced that level of post-transition support before
The transition from our previous email marketing tool to Omnisend was well supported by their team, but what really stood out was the continued support after the switch, especially with tweaks and fine tuning that came up which was honestly a pleasant surprise, as we hadn't experienced that level of post-transition support before. Like with any other platform, some advanced features take a little time to fully understand, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes intuitive.

I had a issue connecting the mail product to our DNS. I spent a couple hours attempting to fix it. I was frustrated. I reached out to Karen my rep and she set me up with a call with Melanie (a human) which was incredible. We got on a google meet and she fixed the problem which would have taken me hours in minutes. I am so greateful for the teamwork at Omnisend. After that experience I am so incredibally happy I signed up.

While onboarding from 2 other email providers, I had some pretty specific things I needed to set up within my emails and lists. The live support - Emma specifically - was able to walk me through the exact best way to set up what I needed to, including screen recording videos and multiple options to achieve what I was hoping to. The process made me so excited to get the rest of my automations set up!

I moved from Klaviyo to Omnisend and the transition experience was very good. I applied for the migration on friday and the team finished everything 6 days later, on thursday. I didn't had time to fully review the setup since then, but got some time today, and also I had some questions about the automations they rebuild for me based on what I was using in Klaviyo. What surprised me is that even today on Sunday, their support was available and answering me fast. This is the main reason why I really recomend them, the team is there when you need them, not only on working days. P.S. One small suggestion, consider adding Whats App as a channel in the future, that would be cherry on the top.
