The entire ordeal of starting your own company is very confusing and at times hard to understand. I stared with a different LLC the first go round. Needless to say it didn't go well. So I tried Legalzoom. I'm so pleased that I did. They really did make a huge difference. The staff were the most helpful people I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. So much of our lives are dealt with people over the phone. It's not usually pleasant, I'm sorry to say. Not with this company. I too had a tiny problems with my documents.
