The initial call I got when filing my LLC was incredibly unclear and confusing, and resulted in me getting charged way more money than I had expected to be charged. I asked clarifying questions to make sure, and I got unclear answers. That was not cool. However, the customer service agent I got in touch with, Ronit, helped me get my issue resolved and my refund issued. That was cool. On the front end, being clearer about how much money is being charged would be fantastic.

Finally achieving my LLC and making a mark in this world. I've been a Mechanic for right at 30 year's and have witnessed things that were not honest nor integral with the customers.
