He patiently walked me through a couple of things - and when I pushed back on something in our conversation - he double checked and found I was right (on that one thing anyways) - and he was super gracious about the whole conversation. Too often, Customer Care folks hold their ground before checking the details/facts - Emilio did not make that mistake. And, when it was time to correct me, again, he did it with grace and courtesy. Can't ask for more than that!
