I had an issue with the Registered Agent in Anchorage where my city license for my LLC was created, but I my state license was not which forced me under a time crunch to do it all myself. Quite an unhappy experience due to the error of one person. The team here is great and after giving input, Eric Allen of Registered Agent's customer relations contacted me and made sure I had no issues. I was quite impressed, as unexpected as it was, for Eric to talk me through my situation and offer further help and support.
