Justine was FANTASTIC! I called because I was having issues with my domain (pending verification). He was so very polite and helpful. He calmly and slwoly walked me through what was happening and why, and then he quickly fixed it on his end. I, then, had another question about transferring the domain to Shopify to sell products, and he set up the DNS CNAME (etc. ) and waited with me on the line until everything was good to go. Northwest Registered Agent has been a surprisingly good experience. The questions I had they answered via email. Initially we just ordered the Virtual Office, got the lease, signed the agreement and uploaded it to their dashboard. Everything within minutes. Our LLC formation filing was promptly made, and here they astonished us: our Articles of Organization ready for download later the same day. That was exceptional! The only initial confusion was their online workflow which asked me to set up a company when I just wanted a virtual office at first. However, filling in the future company name was just them creating a 'project' for me, and I still had full control over what services I wanted and when. I never felt out of control, nor my money at risk. A superb experience with stellar service!
