I had issues getting my credit card processed online so called support line. They answered right away. Issue was with my VPN. Arnold was my agent and he offered to setup the account and registration over the phone. We walked through each step as he created my account and then added and reviewed my business info. Arnold was very honest and straight forward and recommended where I could get best value and where I could wait when it came to the options they offered. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was set up and comfortable with everything. Great service. If their daily support is as good as their account setup team (i.e. Arnold S.) then we will be happy with their service.

Initially we just ordered the Virtual Office, got the lease, signed the agreement and uploaded it to their dashboard. Everything within minutes. Our LLC formation filing was promptly made, and here they astonished us: our Articles of Organization ready for download later the same day. That was exceptional! The only initial confusion was their online workflow which asked me to set up a company when I just wanted a virtual office at first. However, filling in the future company name was just them creating a 'project' for me, and I still had full control over what services I wanted and when.
