Lawrence was helpful enough to find solutions to my problem. But again because Lawrence is just a worker who needs to follow protocol and can't promise nothing. Employees of Tailor Brands and Eos Fitness gets a pay check by hid fees and lies but what can we do as employees working for a company that created their structure based on lies, cheat, and deceit. Money can be made in any way possible. We do not need to base lies, cheat, and deceit to create money but you can be paid for authenticity. Meaning of authenticity honesty, truth, and loyalty. I understand every branch of the structure of a business needs to have money flow but you do not create cash flow through lies, cheat, and deceit. A company based on this will find it's downfall very quickly. For the main question to be answered Lawrence handled our phone call professionally. But what Tailor Brands can do for me is to make sure that I can start working today. To create my notary to be approved so I can move forward which means that $30 is already paid and I will not need to pay it again. The formation kit I clicked on a long time ago and it should have been calculated the day the total amount came out to $249.00. To give me a total of $249 and then keep asking me to pay for the same exact things that I have clicked on when I've created my account means that these fees have already been paid for and you've already taken out the money. I understand that Johnnie, Grey, Art, and Lawrence are just customer service who are just employees under an entity. That entity which is Tailor Brands needs to create an authentic image instead of hiding fees that will be tacked on later and advertised as prompts that are holding the creation of building our own company. My brand name and your brand name are two completely different companies I am not your competition and you're not my competition. And the only way I can keep putting money into your company is if you allow me to move forward. So create green flags in my LLC dashboard so that I can move forward and to creating my brand name the way I see fit. The BBB won't have to hear anything about this if Tailor Brands just stops playing games and do what is right. Make it right so that I don't have to keep hassling your customer service team and also so that your customer service team doesn't have to lie to me and put me on hold. Let's just get everything resolved so that I can move forward in life. The End
