I had a very positive experience with Northwest Registered Agent. The service was much better and more flexible than I expected. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
I especially appreciated the assistance from Alex Sullivan, who was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The response time was excellent, and I was able to get individualized support through chat and email rather than feeling like I was dealing with a completely automated service.

Called Northwest and there was no machine/ai, I spoke directly with Amanda Brooke and had a wonderful experience. The Best Customer Service Ever
Customer service is top tier. I talked directly to a person (which surprised me) and Baylee knew so much she had answers to all my complicated questions. I had been paying for a service I never actually needed or used for well over a year, and the customer service rep I spoke with went well beyond my expectations. He not only helped cancel the service, but also took the initiative to refund several months of monthly fees.
