I spoke with Trixie Nicole Yerro from Tailor Brands which is associated with NAMECHEAP. I have been doing business with namecheap for approx 10 years now and i have several domains with the business email accounts and their website is very comprehendible and straight forward. I made a choice to utilize an offer from NameCheap for starting a new business and attempting to get an EIN for the business. However I needed a NonProfit Organization and unfortunately the free offer for starting a business through namecheap via "TAILOR BRANDS" does not support the NonProfit organizations with the extended offer on my namecheap account. So I initially paid 99.00 for the state filing fees which is part of the state fees when starting a new business. However I am not able to use the application for an EIN for a NONPROFIT AND TRIXIE PROMISED ME THAT SHE WOULD EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND PROVIDE ME WITH A REFUND OF THE 99.00. So that I did not just lose 99.00 for my lack of wisdom and knowledge regarding the issue of Non profits not being supported in the offer.

I had issues getting my credit card processed online so called support line. They answered right away. Issue was with my VPN. Arnold was my agent and he offered to setup the account and registration over the phone. We walked through each step as he created my account and then added and reviewed my business info. Arnold was very honest and straight forward and recommended where I could get best value and where I could wait when it came to the options they offered. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was set up and comfortable with everything. Great service. If their daily support is as good as their account setup team (i.e. Arnold S.) then we will be happy with their service.

Northwest Registered Agent has been a surprisingly good experience. The questions I had they answered via email. Initially we just ordered the Virtual Office, got the lease, signed the agreement and uploaded it to their dashboard. Everything within minutes. Our LLC formation filing was promptly made, and here they astonished us: our Articles of Organization ready for download later the same day. That was exceptional! The only initial confusion was their online workflow which asked me to set up a company when I just wanted a virtual office at first. However, filling in the future company name was just them creating a 'project' for me, and I still had full control over what services I wanted and when. I never felt out of control, nor my money at risk. A superb experience with stellar service!

I used Legal Zoom back in 2007 to create my LLC. Since then I had lost the articles of incorporation. I remembered that I had used Legal Zoom, found the email from back then, and called. I really wasn't expecting that LZ would still have a copy of it, and if they did, I would had to pay some kind of fee.
