Initially we just ordered the Virtual Office, got the lease, signed the agreement and uploaded it to their dashboard. Everything within minutes. Our LLC formation filing was promptly made, and here they astonished us: our Articles of Organization ready for download later the same day. That was exceptional! The only initial confusion was their online workflow which asked me to set up a company when I just wanted a virtual office at first. However, filling in the future company name was just them creating a 'project' for me, and I still had full control over what services I wanted and when. We ended up having to call in a couple times as we were setting something up that needed to follow through. The process was explained and relatively simple to follow. Only drawback was that the timeframe was way off from the estimate estimated. It said 2 to 4 weeks but it’s more like two months.
