The entire ordeal of starting your own company is very confusing and at times hard to understand. I stared with a different LLC the first go round. Needless to say it didn't go well. So I tried Legalzoom. I'm so pleased that I did. They really did make a huge difference. The staff were the most helpful people I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. So much of our lives are dealt with people over the phone. It's not usually pleasant, I'm sorry to say. Not with this company. I too had a tiny problems with my documents. The young man I spoke with was willing to stay on the phone with me while I drove to the UPS store. He stayed with me every step of the way. He was just out standing. I've never in my life experienced such wonderful and efficient and polite people ever. Once I went over my documents with him on the line. Everything was in perfect order.
