I opened 2 LLC on 2 different occasions recently with this company. I have a difficulty understanding that I received such a great service for so little cost Each LLC cost me $125 that includes the state fees for the creation and issuance of the LLC. Temporary members that acted to create the LLC All the necessary resolutions. A corporate address that I can use as the official address of the LLC A free mail scanning and email forwarding service A small fee to forward physically the mail if you require the original I also had access to free new telephone number and email address which I did not need And the LLC was formed in a couple of days Further to that the communication with the company is usually a maximum of 24 hours, even on week ends to receive a reply. I feel it is a very professional and highly efficient organization I strongly recommend them
