Guadalupe helped me throughout the entire process of reactivating my account. There was a part I had to do with the state of Florida, and even though it wasn't within her jurisdiction, she helped me with the whole process from beginning to end. She's one of the best people I've ever received, and I highly recommend her.

After signing up for an LLC for my new, upcoming business, the Zen Business website sent me to an AI chat, just in case I had some extra questions that could be answered. I did get a lot of great information, but the AI simply couldn't answer a question that I needed the answer to, so here steps in Tony, one of the human representatives. I think it's super important to acknowledge those who are helpful & great. Most of the time when people want to speak with a supervisor, it's because they want to complain. I think it's even more important to speak w/a supervisor to give the positives about an employee as well. Because I was unable to speak with a supervisor at this time, I did ask Tony to show the message that I wrote to his supervisor, which stated: "If you have a supervisor around, please show them this message from me to them: Tony has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I believe he deserves to be acknowledged for this. It's hard working in customer service & a lot of people aren't like him, so please know that your employee is wonderful & I wish there were more representatives like Tony. Thank you" In case my email name shows differently on here than what I signed up my business to be, I wanted to mention that this is from Your Favorite RN Erin :)

Tony did a great job assisting me a small error. Found the error and corrected it within a matter of minutes, appreciative of his quick response.

The process was really simple. I called to check the status of my filing and Novah R provided very personable, knowledgeable and reassuring service. My only wish is that a draft of the submitted documents is kept in case they are needed for reference. I plan to add a service. With that being said, I would/will use ZenBusiness again.

Edited Review. I had an issue with the Registered Agent in Anchorage where my city license for my LLC was created, but I my state license was not which forced me under a time crunch to do it all myself. Quite an unhappy experience due to the error of one person. The team here is great and after giving input, Eric Allen of Registered Agent's customer relations contacted me and made sure I had no issues. I was quite impressed, as unexpected as it was, for Eric to talk me through my situation and offer further help and support. I'm very happy with Northwestern as a whole and can recommend this as a great Registered Agent company. One mistake by one person doesn't equate to the company as a whole. Thanks, Eric!

Amanda Brooke was excellent helping me get setup right.

I had issues getting my credit card processed online so called support line. They answered right away. Issue was with my VPN. Arnold was my agent and he offered to setup the account and registration over the phone. We walked through each step as he created my account and then added and reviewed my business info. Arnold was very honest and straight forward and recommended where I could get best value and where I could wait when it came to the options they offered. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was set up and comfortable with everything. Great service. If their daily support is as good as their account setup team (i.e. Arnold S.) then we will be happy with their service.

I didn't want to sign up until I had some of my questions answered as I am new at this and don't have the patience to read into everything. I like to deal with a human being. Amanda spent over an hour on the phone with me, answering all my general questions and stayed on the line while I created my account and completed my order. She was patient, knowledgeable and I felt at ease about everything when I hung up. It looks like it will be about 8 days before my LLC is filed and I'll have my EIN number. Northwest Registered Agent has been a surprisingly good experience. The questions I had they answered via email. Initially we just ordered the Virtual Office, got the lease, signed the agreement and uploaded it to their dashboard. Everything within minutes. Our LLC formation filing was promptly made, and here they astonished us: our Articles of Organization ready for download later the same day. That was exceptional! The only initial confusion was their online workflow which asked me to set up a company when I just wanted a virtual office at first. However, filling in the future company name was just them creating a 'project' for me, and I still had full control over what services I wanted and when. I never felt out of control, nor my money at risk. A superb experience with stellar service!
