I no longer needed to use the $29/month virtual address service from Bizee. I was initially charged $29 as I forgot about it and reached out to customer service to cancel the virtual address. Within just one day, Diana was able to cancel the service and refund the $29. She was very quick with responses and any additional questions I had.
