The representative Danilo was kind and patient and got things going for the resolve of my situation. Due to unauthorized charges on my card, and charges for the ein, which is free, I do not wish to do business anymore. I expect a full refund, because my application was never processed. I did not like the fact that I could not reply to any of the emails I received, that I had to call the company instead. You might want to fix that. You might want to call the customers for authorization before you charge them.
