Charlie was very knowledgeable. I kind of figured out what I did for my account to flagged, and account potentially not being able to be set up and I told Charlie that I think I knew what the problem was, and I explained to him what I was my business was, and how there was limited category selections. I then gave him my NAICS code that I needed for my business, he placed me on hold researched, to see if that’s what it was, he then reached out to the original person who sent me the email Diane, and gave her the information that I gave him and they sent everything through for reprocessing, but he was very knowledgeable about the type of LLC that I was trying to set up, once I explained my business to him, and let him know that my services are non-invasive then that’s when he let me know that they will try to resubmit it. He was very knowledgeable and has Excellent customer service.

My customer support agent was awesome. After he was done helping me I had a newfound respect for Zen Business because I have been trying to get someone competent to listen to me and that's exactly what he did he came on the line, he greeted me very politely, he read through various sets of verifications to make sure that I am who I say I am, he asked me what was the problem, he listened to me when I explained to him what I needed and he was very clear with quoting the prices and he solved my problem within minutes. After that customer service was unavailable so he assisted me in updating some information to my account and finally he answered about 10 12 questions that I had that truly made me understand the email program a lot better. He should be commended, promoted, or atleast used to train new customer support.. Oh yeah before I forget, I accidentally hung the phone up and was immediately . However, to my surprise the phone rang within 30 seconds, he called me back. He spoke excellent English which made our communication easy. He even laughed at my joke. He's a keeper. 😊

I had an issue with the Registered Agent in Anchorage where my city license for my LLC was created, but I my state license was not which forced me under a time crunch to do it all myself. Quite an unhappy experience due to the error of one person. The team here is great and after giving input, Eric Allen of Registered Agent's customer relations contacted me and made sure I had no issues. I was quite impressed, as unexpected as it was, for Eric to talk me through my situation and offer further help and support. I'm very happy with Northwestern as a whole and can recommend this as a great Registered Agent company. One mistake by one person doesn't equate to the company as a whole. Thanks, Eric!

Amanda Brooke was excellent helping me get setup right.

I had issues getting my credit card processed online so called support line. They answered right away. Issue was with my VPN. Arnold was my agent and he offered to setup the account and registration over the phone. We walked through each step as he created my account and then added and reviewed my business info. Arnold was very honest and straight forward and recommended where I could get best value and where I could wait when it came to the options they offered. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was set up and comfortable with everything. Great service. If their daily support is as good as their account setup team (i.e. Arnold S.) then we will be happy with their service.

Amanda spent over an hour on the phone with me, answering all my general questions and stayed on the line while I created my account and completed my order. She was patient, knowledgeable and I felt at ease about everything when I hung up. It looks like it will be about 8 days before my LLC is filed and I'll have my EIN number.
