Sherwin J was a great help. When I set up my LLC, I chose a business name that was kinda generic and it turns out is already registered. So I needed to change my name in the paperwork to choose something else. Since I was doing delayed filing, I was able to do this before the ink dried.

I appreciate that the Zen business sends me more than one email to remind me of things I need to get done to complete the formation of my business. I also feel that they care about keeping my sensitive information protected, so that's comforting to know. I didn't want to sign up until I had some of my questions answered as I am new at this and don't have the patience to read into everything. I like to deal with a human being. She was patient, knowledgeable and I felt at ease about everything when I hung up. It looks like it will be about 8 days before my LLC is filed and I'll have my EIN number. Northwest Registered Agent has been a surprisingly good experience. The questions I had they answered via email. Initially we just ordered the Virtual Office, got the lease, signed the agreement and uploaded it to their dashboard. Everything within minutes. Our LLC formation filing was promptly made, and here they astonished us: our Articles of Organization ready for download later the same day. That was exceptional! The only initial confusion was their online workflow which asked me to set up a company when I just wanted a virtual office at first. However, filling in the future company name was just them creating a 'project' for me, and I still had full control over what services I wanted and when. I never felt out of control, nor my money at risk. A superb experience with stellar service!
