Santiago C of account team was very helpful and made the cancellation process smooth and hassle-free. He did try to offer alternative options, but I had already made other arrangements, so I declined. I appreciate that he respected my decision and didn’t make the process difficult. That said, ZenBusiness as a platform needs improvement, there is no clear option to cancel online, and requiring a phone call feels unnecessary and inconvenient. 5 stars for Santiago C’s support, but the overall experience could be better.

I needed a registered agent for an LLC. I searched the web and found several. The only one that was reachable was NW Registered Agent.
