I'd been having issues getting my client's site to point to the correct URL for a few days - and this was after about a month of moving them from GoDaddy and another host I'd never heard of before. Ashik was able to get me sorted in about five minutes: after moving everything over, I'd overlooked updating the database settings, which was putting us in a sort of temporary URL hell. He was knowledgeable, courteous and fun to talk to.

I called for Tech Support at 6:52am EST US on a Saturday morning after pulling an all-nighter...rare for this 85yo. Jennifer6637 was pulling an evening (next-day) shift somewhere in Asia. I rated her "a precision communicator" not for the slight accent, but for large English tech vocabulary. She really knew what I meant, knew GoDaddy's more advanced products, and accommodated my unusual plans well. Literally: Every time I asked, "Can you do this?" she said YES, and explain how to do it smart "...by combining this discount with that one..." etc.

My agent was very patient. He thought of different angles to work the problem. We tried several different ways to work the login password. Several screen shots of what I should be looking for was extremely helpful. Then waited to make sure I was all logged in where I needed to be. I have experience with computers but new to this software and it had me stumped. I think we were about 30 to 40 min....I was the one slowing us down( fat fingers). My agent deserves a 10 on the 1 to 5 best scale. Thanks again.
