Front-line support that could actually solve the problem. The agent I spoke to had real DNS knowledge and direct access to the zone — no escalation, no ticket handoff, no waiting. I explained the symptom, they checked it, found it, and fixed it inside one conversation. Three specific things stood out: They explained the mechanism, not just the timeline. When my two nameservers were returning different answers, I was told that's normal mid-propagation and why. Most support would have said "clear your cache and wait 24–48 hours." Being told what's actually happening meant I stopped chasing problems that didn't exist. They made the change immediately when I asked for it. I requested a lower TTL to shorten the propagation window and it was done on the spot, without me having to argue for it. They verified more than I asked about. Before telling me to wait, they confirmed the server, files, PHP, database and application were all working — so I knew the delay was purely DNS and nothing on my end was broken. Then gave me a specific URL to test so I'd know exactly when it was done. That last part is the difference between "please wait" and "here's what you're waiting for, and here's how you'll know." One piece of constructive feedback, aimed at the product rather than the person: the root cause was that my domain's root A record was never repointed when the domain was added to my account. Every subdomain — mail, ftp, cpanel, webmail, webdisk, whm, autoconfig, autodiscover, ssh — was correct. Only the root pointed at a parking IP. If that's a known gap when adding an alias domain, catching it at provisioning would save a lot of tickets like mine.

They messed up - but guess what? They fought hard to make things right. So, for the fight they did to make things right. And for staying on with me to make sure mistakes are covered. They also gave me a one year free hosting account, I'm going to use it. The AI help agent is improving all the time. It interprets my questions correctly and in the main, provides useful and generally correct answers or solutions. Hostinger also noted my earlier request to include screen grabs of hPanel screens and dialogue boxes, as some of the earlier advice was hard to follow navigating hPanel. hPanel itself has had some upgrades of late too.

Augustinas from Hostinger support did an excellent job diagnosing a tricky domain-specific HTTP 429 issue on my account. He stayed engaged through several rounds of troubleshooting (CDN test, DNS review) and correctly spotted that our root A record was pointing to the wrong IP address - the actual root cause, unrelated to an earlier inode quota issue we had already fixed ourselves. Once he pointed it out, the fix took 30 seconds and the site was back up immediately. Clear, methodical, and technically sharp. Great support experience.

Been using VPS since October 23 2024. So far we are pleased with the quality services of Hostinger.

For someone with no prior knowledge and experience on website building, Hostinger makes it very simple. With a little extra research on the side, I was able to make my website come together fairly easily. The website was created a little over a year ago, this time I just used the free domain as a redirect. It was also seamless to bring in my domain purchased from another platform and get the ball rolling. I haven't used the extra services like the AI tools and such, since they cost extra for 'premium' features and isn't necessary for me. Overall I'm pleased with Hostinger. Never noticed a time when my site was down or broken.

I love Hostinger, it's a cheaper version of Wix. It's easy to use and maintain, the websites look great. It works very similarly to Wix, so if you love Wix but need a cheaper alternative, Hostinger is your go to! It is a little less developed compared to Wix, like Wix has a more developed background gradient tool, but nevertheless, Hostinger is great! My only issue is that it has an ai platform that you can use and ai is using up all of our clean drinking water! We do not need ai!!
