I got a great technician today.
I've struggled for decades with Bluehost. Every time they got bought, I expecting things would get better. they didn't really. Prices are still Way Too High for hosting and domain renewals, etc. So I found some much better ones (initials are PB and SG). but I got a great couple domain techs in my last interactions, so that's a glimmer of possibility.
today I had Deon Ashley Mendonca - and he was superb! Many thanks in helping me get my hosting issues resolved (transferred to another place - something I've promised I would do for years, and today's the day.)
if they had help like this all along and better prices, it might be a different situation. I'd rate Bluehost 2 stars overall, but this tech deserves 5, he upped the brand for them today.

Wow, the agent stayed on the chat line 3 hours helping me fix some things I'd messed up trying to delete an old site and create a new one. It was complicated because it involved reassigning the domain name. The lady even helped with design issues on the new site.
