I've been using namecheap for at least a decade.. Great Company... sometimes they only give tutorials on how to fix things but will always walk you through as well.. Every time I have an issue it always gets resolved.. I recently switched my stellar hosting sites to cloudways and forgot to cancel stellar so I was charged but they still refunded!
