this customer sric person has Impeccable patience. I believe this should have been a very easy thing for me to do myself, to change a password, I have done it myself 200 times over. Today it was impossible. I just wanted to add acredit card, and it all fell apart. He tried everything, I mean EVERYTHING. his instructions were clear, easy to follow for me, a dinosaur, but an educated one. and, I still wasnt the best help to him. anyway, he did it! you can be proud of him, give him raise! Fast recovery and excellent support

I had an issue where my EasyWP hosting was canceled due to a failed payment and my website (telerxnow.com) went down. I contacted support and Viktor H. quickly stepped in and guided me through the recovery process. He located a backup of my website, explained exactly what steps I needed to take, and restored everything within about 10 minutes after I completed the setup. He also proactively identified and canceled duplicate subscriptions to prevent extra charges. The support was fast, clear, and very professional. Everything is now working perfectly again. I've been using namecheap for at least a decade.. Great Company... sometimes they only give tutorials on how to fix things but will always walk you through as well.. Every time I have an issue it always gets resolved.. I recently switched my stellar hosting sites to cloudways and forgot to cancel stellar so I was charged but they still refunded!
