I came from a web-design background but a recent bout of health issues made the IONOS system a natural choice ...even though I couldn't keep up with the rigors of self-hosting and design environment, I was able to maintain my firm's online presence. I'm keen to add that friendly assistance and quality tech support have been part of the joy of doing business with these nice folks. Overall, five stars plus!

He was kind, professional, polite, patient, and most importantly very knowledgeable and talked me through exactly what was needed to connect my domain name to my site that Ionos hosts. From there he quickly pointed out my site was unsecured, and explained how to secure it. Please know you have an outstanding employee in Gerard and I hope you value and respect him. I consider him an outstanding representative for Ionos.

When problems arise as they are expected at some point since nothing runs perfectly forever, stress builds and it is so nice to know you have such qualified and understanding support people from IONOS to find solutions that fix issues promptly while staying so calm and positive which keeps stress levels contained.

Mr. Aldridge was kind, patient, proactive and smart. During the call, Mr. Aldridge helped me transfer domains I owned in other IONOS accounts to my main IONOS account.
