MarQuita went above and beyond to help me, and honestly, it made me feel like I was more than just a number to GoDaddy.
It's rare these days for big companies to treat people like they're human beings, but MarQuita did that. She didn't have to, which makes me think she's just a genuinely nice person.
Even if it hadn’t gone the way I hoped, I still would have been grateful that she even took the time to try.

Pierre was very rude very condescending and not helpful at all.
