Although I did cancel, they also ensured I got the money refunded that was possible, while still explaining which funds could not be returned due to company policy. All around a great interaction.

I am never anxious about consulting Bluehost's online chat. Living abroad, chat sessions usually make me nervous, but with Bluehost there is always someone there and I can trust that I will get the results I need because I always have.
