I worked with Marcon S with HostGator for the first time and had a wonderful experience in working with her. Marcon was detailed, patient, professional and personable. As usual, situations with my website are never something easy or normal. Marcon had to really search for the reason I was having the issue as it wasn't apparent at first glance. While I was on hold, she was most professional in her actions of coming back on the line to let me know she was still looking for the issue so I didn't think she had abandoned me. Marcon did this a few times while she was working on the issue. This made me feel like I was valued and how I could trust her to solve the problem of my website. When she finally found the issue, Marcon explained to me what was the cause and what would happen in the future and the solution. I enjoyed working with Marcon and liked her professionalism. She is a gem, HostGator, so cherish her traits when it comes to review time. I hope I get to work with Marcon again as it was such a great experience.
