WOW David was amazing. I had a very bad, BAD experience with IONOS — It was a mess I wanted to run from this company and the WEB designer Claudia who led my disappointment in the IONOS company. But David took the time to HEAR me. The bottom line is I needed help with the building of my website—I am a professional in my field however my field is not technology. David took the time to reach out via email, then follow up with me on a phone call in a timely manner. He led our meeting in a most professional way, he heard me and led this new process to resolution in the best way possible. Middle of the night critical error -- the technician Varsha Shetty was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My wife and I are setting up a private telehealth therapy practice for her. We've run into one snag or obstacle after another, which has become very frustrating and annoying. However, Bluehost webhosting service is just the opposite- they are professional and ask all the right questions, pulling information from us I wasn't even aware needed to be in our new website. They worked with us re: our vision for the site- atmosphere, color choices, quotes, peer and client reviews, and especially what NOT to include. They were very patient and friendly, making what could potentially be an anxiety-producing experience into a very pleasant, helpful one. The professional and pleasant manner in which my enquiry was handled was outstanding.

The person who helped me from Godaddy was extremely technical minded and knowledgable. I was giving him information of a php page I created to allow me to connect to my database mySQL from my hosting plan with Godaddy. He was able to pin point the issue I was having which error provided me with a database not connecting. Apparently it was that the username wasn't created/or for that database, I am not sure exactly because it was hard to interpret exactly the resolution, but it was amazing the work he did. Thanks to the staff member that helped me from Godaddy. I called the Melbourne local godaddy Phone number to get help over the phone. You know who you are. Amazing! Well it seems it is Give your review a title so The person who helped me from Godaddy...? ? Though, using real names, Chris would say instantly / others from my past / my Mum would say use a private name. I dunno. I may just keep it private anyway. You know who you are. Respect mate. Great website builder, easy to use and upload / change information for a non tech person. User friendly and help on hand with any issues. Been using them to host my website for over a year now, and had no problems at all. Any minor kinks are sorted quickly and efficiently.

I subscribed to another website thinking that they were my old website that I never had trouble with. They could be good I don't know but after spending hours on it yesterday I could not get what I wanted. Today I subscribed to GoDaddy, and within an hour I had what I was looking for, my website is up and running. I still have the basic package, but if I can get my money back from the other company I will surely invested in GoDaddy.
