Daniel was able to address numerous escalated and unresolved HG job tickets. Many agents, (perhaps a dozen) were unable to address these issues and wasted my time with each conversation and phone call. I am appreciative for his support.

Well the problem started two days ago. I have spoken to several people in the chat who told me what the problem appears to be, but not really how to fix it.
