This is the second time I have called concerning my issue. The first time was approximately 3 weeks ago. The person advised me that I needed to set up a new email so a link could be sent to me in order to fix my issue. I did this and finally called the help desk today. This gentleman actually guided me through the process of correcting my problem and I did not have to use the Gmail email I set up. I am happy as I feel the issue was resolved in the correct way. I wish I would have gotten this help desk tech the 1st time! He was very professional, polite and helpful.

I have been working with Ionos (1nad1) since 2006. Hosting, supporting clients, etc. My several last interactions with support department have been great! The agents, Shakira and Stanley were VERY professional and were able to address my questions. I decided to get a web ultimate and a security. The transaction was smooth. they offered to move my domains and email basic products into my new ultimate contract. I did a next day follow up, to make sure everything was in order, and they check all the details of the transfer! I'm a technical person, so I was always able to talk to support agents through the years, but lately, let's say last 6 years, I have noticed a great improvement on the level of support and professionalism. I find the agents are more proactive to give a good advice on their services as opposed to upselling products. I think , overall, ionos provides a competitive set of products (Quality/Price) BUT if you combine that with first class support, as a company you position yourself in a very good spot in the Hosting Services domain. I hope you continue like that!

The efficiency of the service and having my issue resolved promptly.

I had an issue after switching my primary domain and ended up with a configuration mismatch, and the Bluehost support team was excellent. The chat agent quickly understood the problem, reassigned the domain correctly, synced the WordPress URLs, and resolved the SSL issue without me having to troubleshoot on my own. Everything was fixed efficiently and explained clearly. Really appreciative of how smooth and professional the support experience was.

The human that helped me was straightforward and fixed my billing issue. i was not happy with the @50% rate hike in my product, and he listened and gave me a quick refund.

Michael resolved my problem asap

The problem was my domain name was being rejected by formatted emails that offered drag and drop or download files here, options. Personal email wasn't much better when I tried to attached there too. The domain name opened as an embedded link, but I couldn't attach it. Giovanna went above and beyond finding a solution for my problem and was pleasant and polite the whole time. I think the problem is based in your Web-loc system. I've had 3 websites with GoDaddy prior to this one with no web loc and have always been able to attach the domain name to emails, whether they were formatted or just regular personal emails, which is handy..
