Dan was amazing! I've been with Go Daddy since the 1990's. However for approximately 2 years I've been unable to get into my account to see which of my domains is due...ahead of receiving the email telling me one is due. I have done chat and talked to representatives and Dan is the 1st one that took the time and figured out the problem. He was very patient and good at explaining the steps. Only problem is
I mistakenly hung up before completion of the solution. I do think with his advance step explanation I will be able to complete.
