Ever since they teamed up with Microsoft, GoDaddy has been a mess. I have been using them since pre Danica Patrick. That being said, I've stuck by them. In the last the last 18 hours, I had a nightmare. At 10:00 this morning, I got a gentleman named Carlos on the phone who solved all of my problems in 15 minutes that no one else could solve in 15 hours. Thumbs down for dealing with Microsoft, 10 thumbs up for hiring. Carlos. He is in second tier tech support I believe. Just ask for him. He will solve your problems.

I recently began what I'm certain will be a long relationship with Namecheap. I was having trouble navigating through some (I view as) technical issues, and went on-line for some help. They passed me through three different people to try to help me through interfacing with a Microsoft (GRRR!) product. After several hours of their support staff's time, I finally reloaded the MS product, and realized the problem had been solved quite some time ago. Honestly as a person who tried hosting and website building for the first time, it was really fun and good experience. The price point is just great. But sadly some of feature are not ready yet for my business model, like you can only add 1 discount. No profile account for buyers. Also there's not a lot of plugins available. I wish Hostinger can improved fast so I can go back to using it hehe. Please don't raise the price hehe since it was really good for supporting small biz like me
