Too bad for me ClickFunnels does not provide an A record for root domain integration; instead, it uses CNAME records for domain setup and DNS configuration. The system adds necessary DNS records automatically or provides them for manual setup, but an A record pointing to the ClickFunnels US East server is not provided. DNS changes might take 24 to 48 hours to propagate completely worldwide. This applies to both root domains and subdomains connected to ClickFunnels Again, Lisa is the best!!

Great support but Blue host Is not beginner friendly. I want to be honest and fair. Bluehost itself is not user friendly for beginners at all. The interface is confusing, important settings are very, and if you don't already understand hosting, DNS, and Wordpress, it can get overwhelming fast. that said the support agents were excellent. The agent I worked with was patient, professional, and handled everything on her and dash fixing DNS issues, clearing broken deployment and installing Wordpress properly. Once I was connected to a real person I didn't have to struggle through technical steps on my own. So while Bluehost as a platform needs serious improvement for non technical users, the human support absolutely saved the experience. Without the agent, I would have been completely stuck. If you're not tech savvy expect a learning curve but know that their support staff can make things right.

I had a great experience with one of the customer support guys through call phone, his name is Renzo C. He immediately fix the problem.The issue was uncommon so he checked the policy , contact his supervisor and fix it. He is amazing and very helpful,especially when i told him about the 45 min i had spent with another guy on SMS. Meanwhile , before the call with Renzo, i had the worst experience ever with another guy-he did not mention his name- through SMS for 45 minutes. This horrible contact wasted my time and he did not pay any attention to my request. He kept sending me a one time code for 4 times.
