The support chat is very intuitive and understands what you want. While initially it kept on giving me responses which were not very helpful, it then transfered me to a support tech ILyass who was able to guide me through the process of account recovery. I am now waiting for the account to be recovered - hopefully soon.

My domain was cancelled on this website, but to get the domain back, I have received such a good response from the support team, I have rarely received it anywhere else. Personally, I think that the employees there deal with their customers or clients very well, asking them what problems they are facing and taking them step by step to solve the problem.

Hostinger has the best support team
One of the things I love about Hostinger is its ease of use, pricing and most of all, the support. Today I had an issue after a product upgrade and dealt with an agent named Beatriz. Beatriz is a straight up rockstar. I only ever want to talk to her when I have problems. She was efficient, kind and super helpful. I don't know what you pay her, but you need to give her a raise immediately.

The Hostinger Company should alternate the payout method for "Referral Program", such as Payoneer and Western Union for clients in countries like Pakistan where PayPal isn’t available.
I highly appreciate the Hostinger Staff for providing Professional Services. The Hostinger Staff says your concern is valid and fully aligned with what many users need, Add Payoneer and lower the Wire Transfer $200 minimum for countries without PayPal, which has been forwarded to the team to review.
Your feedback about adding Western Union will be noted and forwarded for product consideration, just like your previous suggestions for Payoneer and lowering the Wire Transfer minimum.

Domain Transfer
I had a domain on squarespace, and i transfered it to hostinger, once the transformation process was completed, they sent me an email for verification.
the problem is that my email was one the domain which got transferred, so i was not able to receive the email because all DNS records was removed from the previous host (squarespace). i contacted the support team and they responded quickly and fixed my issue, and i was able to add new DNS records to hostinger. the person from the support team was called Yassine, he was quick, kind and very helpful.
