I was attempting to reduce my file size and didn’t realize that removing items older than a year would also delete everything from my Outlook contacts and history. That was not my intention.

She was not only helpful in guiding me to the exact solution I was looking for. She was very attentive, listened to what I was saying, kind, and had an amazing personality!
