Well, I just wanna say that Simon, a hostgator customer service person in the WordPress department, went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me resolve my problem. We were on the phone for a good period of time. He put me on, hold, he came back, I said I'm in no rush and he called me back, and he just really went above and beyond. And resolved my issue. I give him all the props, and thank you so very much for all the time and effort that you put in.

For me it's their customer service - it's completely unrivalled (and for someone like me, who is not very technical, I really have needed it a couple of times). They respond almost immediately, they are helpful (and knowledgeable) and always friendly. In fact, I haven't even checked whether I'd save money by moving (been with Hostgator for some 13+ years), as this one aspect is worth more than anything else.

I have used Namecheap for a few domains and finally decided to migrate EVERYTHING I had with GoDaddy to them. I was sick of GoDaddy's over charging and bad customer service, bad navigation and the debacle when they migrated email to MS 365. So it was time for a change. And man am I happy I did. 1. Hostinger is by far the fastest hosting I've ever used, and I've use a lot of them! (I've been a web developer since around 2000.) 2. The most with-it tech support and customer service I've ever experienced in a hosting provider. (And the agent is *GASP* AI.)

This company seem to really make communicating easier and is very solution-focused as opposed to revenue-focused like my last provider. I feel looked after for the first time in 8 years - like most sole traders, the technical stuff in the background can be very confronting and Hostinger has just shown me that there are better options. The Support Person Abdelhadi resolved the Migration issue Quickly

Easy to navigate. Build a powerful, rich website, etc...If I can do this you can do it even better! Save yourself time and headaches, seriously. I've had three other hosts in the past. Hostinger beats them all in spades.

I have been using a dedicated IP version of a business hosting plan on Hostgator but on a shared server for over a decade, and I am not saying Hostgator is bad, its just that their terms and plans have updated over time to not fit my needs (Price increased from 15$/mo to $40/mo, which is a LOT for a single cpu core and a server that is running at max capacity all the time). That said, switching to an unmanaged vps required a large learning curve to my existing Linux Knowledge base, as I run Ubuntu Server 24.04.03, and SSH from my dedicated security PC which I also have many safeguards set to monitor any suspicious activity or other logins to my vps. NOTE: Hostinger has given me NO reason to suspect thier hosting is not secure whatseover, I just have a company currently trying to sabotage every part of my online life they can, and for the vps I am referring to I actually use as a dummy vps, where no sensitive data is actually kept, and is more or less a place to test scripts and catch anyone trying to snoop on my stuff. I got the 4vcpu/16 GB RAM/200 GB of NVMe storage and 10 TB a month of bandwith on THIS plan, which works amazing is far overkill, but due to this amazing plan and satisfaction I have gotten many cutomers moved from a horrible hosting company (Im not referring to Hostgator), to a few seperate VPS plans that are much bigger, and totally seperate making redeeming referrals unfortunately not possible due to the trolling from this other bad hosting company. I have to go to great lengths to get to manage my customers new hosting, from a different location, and no connection to my plan im writing about here at all, but I can say that I am truly impressed with all of their plans that I have migrated to since June, and especially in the last month of higher tiers! The game server I tested for a month using just 2vcpu plan and their game panel which also runs off Ubuntu if I am not mistaken, though the regualr VPS plans offer a huge range of OSs, including Docker native, plans for extra which utilize cPanel and either WHM/Plesk or both I am unsure but there are over a dozen easy managed options if your not Linux Fluent! I will admit, it seemed at first that I was overwhelmed with all of the offers and cheap plans which I stacked up on and ultimately did not need, but at the same time I can also say I have not ONE time even had to contact support, if that does not say enough, I don't know what does, but I hear it is a great experience if needed! If you want to host your own private gaming server, the dedicated game vps with game panels are absolutely amazing, and if i didn't have my own written panels running off my work servers, I would all the way pay for one of these as well. They support more game titles than I can even imagine, and a very simple interface, yet featureful. I hosted a Minecraft Bedrock Server with Add-ons and multiple instances and worlds, even trying to saturate the 2 EPYC cores on these minecraft servers with up to 11 players (all I could get to help load it down as a test), and I still did not come near the cap of any resources! They host using the best hardware and software available and uptime, bandwith, and overall speeds are untouchable for a cloud based vps on a home Gigabit fiber isp! I searched for cupons for Hostinger and when I got my first plan through them I paid up front for 2 years of hosting and is less than $10/mo, with root access, snapshots, backups, live stats, I couldn't be happier to have gotten this plan around 89% cheaper than it would have been without their great offers. Final note, if you use AI such as Claude by Anthropic, you can set it up to have your comfort level access to it, so where sudo is needed I restrict anything but me from this, but most things Claude can actually manage on the VPS, and does amazing, just be prepared for a snapshot recovery at all times when using sensitive or someone elses stuff. (thats why I have this one to tinker on). Strongly reccommended to any hosting enviornment, they have it all!

First I like to say, HOSTINGER has exceeded my expectations in every part. Not only they use world-class servers, the Ai assistant is very capable to fix issues and if human support is needed, Pedro jumps in a second and solves the issue. I am happy I chose HOSTINGER for my websites.
