I had an issue connecting my staging WordPress site to the live domain and was facing incorrect redirects. The support team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
They quickly reassigned the domain to the correct path, updated the WordPress URLs, reinstalled the SSL certificate, and resolved the permalink and redirect cache issues. They also clearly explained why the domain was briefly redirecting to another site and advised me on the expected propagation time for the SSL and URL updates to fully finalize.
Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication throughout the process. I truly appreciate the patience and technical expertise of the support team.
