The pricing offer for one year contract was amazing first of all. Second you get your own personal consultant assigned to you. Eric S. was very knowledgeable and just the right amount of attentive but not invasive with his emails. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I have to put my project on the back burner and had to cancel my contract. I had some issues with the app on my phone not completing the cancellation step and accidentally went past the deadline. When I called customer service Katrina Gleason was so nice and understanding all I had to do was explain one time what happened and she made sure I wasn't on the hook for any extra charges. She was really a class act, she sounded genuinely concerned for my situation. Thank you again Katrina. The service itself was awesome also. I believe it was 100% uptime through the whole year. The control panel is a proprietary "user friendly" type shell called MyIonos. All I can say there is it was functional but I sure did miss having CPanel or Plex. I found out during the cancellation process that you can order a different package which does come with Cpanel. When I start my project up again I will definitely come back here.

Outstanding knowledge on the subject

First of all I love the fact that there is a phone number that I call and someone answers. These other website providers do not do that. Especially Square Space, which I am highly disappointed in. The customer service was awesome, were able to get my domain connected without a problem. The last thing is the knowledge of the rep. I appreciated his help tremendously. First impression mean a lot and GoDaddy has done that for me.

I have been having issues accessing my email account and I called up 0700 and Leon was there to be my helping hand and when my laptop decided it was too early and refused to play ball, Leon did not let this problem stand in the way. For something that should have only taken 5 minutes resulted in a 39 minute call. Thanks again Leon
