Customer service Rep Maya D. answered my call quickly. She explained & quickly resolved my account renewal payment issue. Maya D. was patient and helpful with navigating the website billing feature. The website change is terrible. The Bots are limited in providing services and when previously using the Chat services, a Rep gave me an outside, suspicious looking link to use for credit card info. I refused to use it because it was not connected to Bluehost.
