I am now into my second full year using HostGator and Titan for my domain hosting and business email needs. Prior to these partnerships, I often just dealt with internet and/or email problems, so that I did not have to endure what I knew would be a frustrating phone call that ended with me just giving up. Holy Buckets!! HostGator has not required any interaction with me other than paying the invoices. However, I have needed to contact Titan customer service over "pilot error," issues and\or adding additional services. Every interaction I have had with Titan has ended much quicker than I would have ever guessed with me ALWAYS being satisfied beyond measure. Even today I purchased what I thought was the subscription I needed, until I wandered upon a plan that would better suit my needs at a reduced rate. Immediately after explaining my error, the Tital agent refunded my original purchase and completed the upgrade for me. All I had to do was follow along and agree that it was what I would prefer. I have not had any internet\email issues that have caused me to not initiate a solution knowing I would be incredibly frustrated getting there. THANK YOU to both HostGator & Titan. THANK YOU so very much!!

Rep Stara was great. She managed to get me the grace period after escalating it internally. She was very courteous, patient, and willing to help. Apart from that, I had a chance to speak to one of your agents in the past, and he spent a good amount of time sorting out my issues. It is very important to have human support when needed, particularly when most of the businesses are getting rid of them.

Trusted name with great service I had issues with domain name renewals and service renewals and asked for help with refunds and received it without too much fuss. These guys are legit and their customer service team is top notch. I was overseas and had intended to cancel the domain name renewal and the services for EasyWP. I cancelled the domain name but didn't cancel the EasyWP hosting. My card was charged but when I contacted support they helped me get a prorated discount. No hassle, no fuss, just solid customer service. The namecheap product itself is easy to use and they have great deals on domain names. I will always use namecheap for services I need. We recently decided to move our sites from GoDaddy to Hostinger. After only a few weeks of use, I am exceedingly pleased with all aspects of Hostinger service. To me, the most useful and, frankly quite amazing feature is Kodee AI chat. From basic newbie questions of "where can I find" to multidimensional configuration issues, Kodee shines. Today I was surprised when Kodee offered to assist with rephrasing FAQ questions and ensuring proper SEO content. From my viewpoint, I am no longer a team of one person trying to bring together all aspects of visual layout, user experience (UX), and branding. I've got the insight of engineers and designers as well as an experienced marketing team at my disposal with Kodee. Well done, Hostinger. Keep up the good work!

Once I got it figured out Hostinger was easy to use. I built my new site with their Horizons AI after some struggles (Janet, that's STILL a cactus!) The ai companion was helpful as well.

At first, Hostinger was good, but there was always a problem when help was needed. Their service was lacking a key ingredient: the one-on-one dialogue. Many complaints were filed about this before Hostinger could get it right. Now that they have corrected the problem, thanks to Kodee, Hostinger has become great! Kodee is what gives Hostinger that extra spark.
