I got excellent customer service with a live person on the phone that solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. He walked me through the exact steps and stayed on the phone until he made sure it was taken care of.
Customer Service from Arlene is incredible
I have never received better customer service! Arlene was incredible, helping me with an issue I had with my email login. She went above and beyond to explain and walk me through the process, she was efficient, attentive and professional. She is amazing at her job and Go Daddy is lucky to have her!

We had found out that our domain that is held our email in our website for our business for the last 14 years had closed down and so my email had stopped working. I called today and spoke with Jonathan Blair and we’re able to sort out and get a set up with Go Daddy and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them and Jonathan Blair was the best.
