I was so frustrated by the failing Ai chat bot online getting things incorrect, and then when I called the Ai call assistant kept getting everything wrong and hanging up. I was ready to leave the company and go back to the others I was with. BUT MAY SAVED THE DAY WHEN SHE ANSWERED YAY MAY!!! She was patient she was kind and she answered all of my questions walked me through the process questions that I had to i understood easily how to do it so I could show my new hires in training. And took her time and cared I don't share my screen with people but I was comfortable with her enough to do that and it made what she was showing me easier to remember. The men I've spoken to have been short, rude, and unwilling to really provide great customer service. May should really train people because she is really great at her job. The person/AI I contacted was very knowledgeable. I'd apparently let my domain name lapse and also had lost my password. I expected a nightmare getting everything back in order, but in fact it was as easy as ordering something from Amazon. I've used Bluehost for decades, and their performance especially in solving problems when they arise (there have been very few, most of my own doing) should be a model of proper customer support. I'm constantly impressed with Bluehost!
