Theo was excellent at customer service. He was patient and willing to wait while I struggled a bit. Ages ago I did this type of thing more often, now I am more than rusty. Theo assisted without showing any disgust or impatience. So helpful to give me an overview of my next task so that it goes smoothly. I did try doing the email set-up on my own based on your FAQ info. However, I think I grazed over the screen that took me to the page that was identical to the purchase page for email (4 choices). It wasn't until Theo led me back there that I noticed the purchase button had changed to CREATE. Perhaps it should be a different color or say Now you can CREATE at the top of that page. So thankful you had a phone number for ,me to call and get support. That is why I chose your superior service over the others. I know the IT Manager at my old job would use your services, so I wanted that same level of professionalism. Thanks!!

Recently, I had a problem logging in to my account. I could not figure it out. Finally, I called the support center and talked to Maya. She listened to my problem carefully and tried a few things one by one. Finally, I was able to resolve the issue. It is always great talking to a real person, like Maya, to get help.
