Best registrar that's out there.

I've used namecheap for almost 20 years. Never had a bad experience with them. I only use them for domain registration. They don't try to continuously upsell you hosting and SSLs. Their UI is the best out of all the others. We have to use godaddy, network solutions, and ionos for clients and we hate logging in to them because the UI is so convoluted.

Excellent customer service. I was charged for an EasyWP subscription that I was no longer using and linked to an inactive domain. Even though the renewal was automatic and the situation was a bit complex, the support team took the time to understand my case. They offered a prorated refund as a one time goodwill gesture, which I really appreciate. Fast, professional and very fair support. This is exactly how customer service should be handled.
