Dear Hotstinger Team, I would like to sincerely thank you for your consistently lovely service. I truly appreciate the reliability of your platform and the support you provide, it has been very helpful to me. I am writing to kindly enquire if there is a way to freeze my Horizon credits or extend their expiry dates. Unfortunately, I recently lost 40 message credits due to expiry, and this isn't the first time I had lost my unused credits. I had genuinely planned to use them, as they were needed and now I was forced to borrow money so I buy more credits because I have a project I am presenting on Monday. Life does get busy, and sometimes it’s easy to miss that an expiry date is approaching, even when the credits are still required. I had previously emailed to ask if this matter could be looked into, however nothing seems to have changed since then. It is quite painful to lose credits that one has paid for, simply because a billing or expiry date passes — especially when the intention was always to use them. I completely understand that policies exist, but I wanted to check whether there are any options available, even on a once-off basis, to extend or protect active credits from expiring in this way. I would really appreciate your guidance or assistance on this matter as it it very frustrating for small business owners who use this lovely platform to make a loving and any solution you may be able to offer.
