Most competent customer service ever
I've been with namecheap for 18 years for domain registry and never had an issue. This weekend when I was authenticating my my domain for my new EMS my website (hosted elsewhere) and email crashed. Not namecheap's fault but they were the only ones who could help me. Step by step, with so many screenshots Namecheap customer service got my website and email working and even got my authentication sorted. I can't believe how helpful they were, I never could have done this alone. SUPERB! Above and beyond.
