I was trying to cancel my contracts and had a frustrating experience trying to make that work, but when I called and spoke with Mae Liquip, she was so helpful!! She was able to confirm what I needed and her kindness improved my experience with Ionos after a more bothersome customer experience I had with another rep a few days prior. If I choose to build a website again in the future, I'll reconsider renewing through Ionos and asking for Mae's assistance again.

I contracted with Bluehost to rewrite and update our business website, and I’ll admit I was nervous at first. I wondered whether I would know the right questions to ask, how well I’d be able to explain what our business needed, and whether I’d be able to clearly communicate concerns if something wasn’t right. All of that fear and apprehension melted away from my very first conversation with them. Bluehost made the entire process feel organized, supportive, and manageable from the start. Their intake form asked the right questions and helped me think through what mattered most for our site. They listened carefully to our needs, stayed on schedule, built the website, and then handed the keys over so I could test-drive it and provide feedback. I was happy with both the process and the result. Afterward, I took training from Bluehost so I could learn how to maintain the site going forward, and that experience was just as positive. The team was friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and thorough. They didn’t just build a site for us, they helped me feel confident taking care of it. What a talented bunch of friendly, supportive overachievers. I made my site crash by updating PHP. After being unsuccessful in trying to fix the issue based on FAQ documentation, I approached life support that could fix the issue in a short period of time. I am satisfied with life support, as they brought back my site quite quickly.

I have many talents, but IT isn't one of them. When our SSL stopped working, I listened to my AI versus just contacting GoDaddy directly. The GoDaddy texting feature left me with unanswered questions and more frustrated than before. Trinity was incredibly helpful, explained the issue, despite having the SSL coverage built into my plan-why the issue happened, and provided me with the new link to use for our QR code. Couldn't have asked for a better experience getting us back on track. She is truly an asset to the GoDaddy team.
