I was puzzled as to why my updated web files did not appear on my website. Kenneth was excellent at figuring out I had a domain contract conflict. The domain was pointing to an old set of files in a different contract. He fixed it by repointing the domain to my newer contract, and then my updated web files were operative and worked as expected. Bluehost went over and beyond. I had a (WordPress) theme issue with my site. Although it was not a hosting issue customer support went out of his way to narrow it down for me and I got the issue resolved. My account was suspended because the email I used was discontinued and I didn't get the notice my credit card had expired. The techs are forward thinking!
The tech had my problem fixed within a few minutes. The tech also disabled the code that was causing my site not to work. The tech could have simply reset the error threshold, and in time the error would return. I feel this tech is a company man in that he knows if he left the error threshold as it was, it guaranteed a future call for service. A permanent correction saves the company money and assures me that my site will never be unavailable for that reason going forward. Thank you.

Ze hebben me goed geholpen met vernieuwen van een verlopen domeinnaam. Het vernieuwingsproces op de hostinger site werkte niet. Een puntje van kritiek is dat het wel lang duurde voor men handmatig ingreep. Maar het belangrijkste is dat het opgelost is!
