Quickly Resolved Email Management Interface Issue
It was nice to be able to quickly chat with a live Ionos support representative, Brian, to report an issue with the Email Management interface. Brian, took the information, contacted systems administrators, and let me know that other customers were likely encountering the same issue. Brian opened a ticket, sent me an email message with the ticket number and said they are now actively working on resolving the issue. About an hour later I received a status update on the ticket indicating the issue had been resolved. I logged in and my Email Management interface was functioning properly. Thanks Brian and the Ionos backend systems administrators!

Excellent Service! I tried my best to troubleshoot why my website was not moving from the temporary development site to the actual domain. After much troubleshooting, I thought had lost the website I'd just spent 42 hours developing. I reached out to Bluehost customer service and they were able to figure out the issue (a Wordpress plugin had an error) and correct the issue for me. The agent took the time to understand my problem, then they worked on resolving the issue, and then they called me back to let me know what the issue was and that they'd resolved it. The agent had also identified some links that needed updating and let me know to fix those. It was exceptional! I recommend Bluehost to anyone.

I've been a BLUEHOST customer for over 10 years because of their rock-solid reliability and excellent customer service. Although it took a long time to eventually speak with a live, customer service agent, it was worth the wait. Christine, from the Philippines, was my customer service rep. Christine was patient, friendly, and professional. She listened to my concerns and patiently updated several outdated files in my three websites. It was such a pleasure working with her. Christine was a perfect example of why I've stayed with Bluehost for so many years. However, it would be very helpful if we could reach a live, customer service rep, quicker and easier. I do not want to, nor do I like speaking with an A.I. agent.

I just had the most awesome customer service experience with Mohammed Khan. I had a really messy issue with the Hostmonster/Bluehost merger where I had a Name Registration at Hostmonster that was transferred to Bluehost and Hostmonster never bothered to inform me that the login user name totally changed and that the name was disconnected from it's website. Mohammed was able to help me track it down and get the user name info and get the name reconnected and the site back up and working again in no-time! Wow! He is great!

Maybe we are too critical of the webhosting companies these days and their staff, but BlueHost is FANTASTIC. I had a stroke last year and can not longer run my business so I had to ask for a refund. Well, my consultant was amazing. I receive my refund but not before he pointed out the obvious to me. (Good employee) Once I told him/her my reason he/she was most sympathetic and helpful. Not a hassle in the world. I wish I was well enough to stay.

I worked with Marcon S with HostGator for the first time and had a wonderful experience in working with her. Marcon was detailed, patient, professional and personable. As usual, situations with my website are never something easy or normal. Marcon had to really search for the reason I was having the issue as it wasn't apparent at first glance. While I was on hold, she was most professional in her actions of coming back on the line to let me know she was still looking for the issue so I didn't think she had abandoned me. Marcon did this a few times while she was working on the issue. This made me feel like I was valued and how I could trust her to solve the problem of my website. When she finally found the issue, Marcon explained to me what was the cause and what would happen in the future and the solution. I enjoyed working with Marcon and liked her professionalism.
