I received a failed payment e-mail notification
I received an e-mail notification, supposedly from Bluehost, making me aware our auto-renewal failed due to outdated payment information. I was skeptical about the e-mail. I contacted Bluehost support via the chat function, and they confirmed that the e-mail was not from them and that all my auto-payment processing was already processed. They confirmed that the e-mail I received was a phishing attempt.

Human Beats AI Hands Down
I first worked by chat and phone with the AI support system. AI gal led me into editing my .htaccess file. Despite our best efforts, I broke the site I was working on and all the others I host at BlueHost. Fortunately, I was able to quickly restore the original .htaccess file.
I tell this story to illustrate how much better my support was when AI gal passed me to your live technician. He saw that I was on the learning curve with WordPress Blocks and the Bluehost Blueprint theme, and showed me where to go to do what I needed to do.
