GoDaddy messed up a website plan, though they did give me a better plan, hopefully, and then tried to work somethings out with my Website to get it back up and running - and it was a nightmare. However, Toni came to the rescue. It took Toni to make it happen. I love using GoDaddy but apart from Toni, and the people that worked with her on this issue, the experience was not wonderful. However, I've been with GoDaddy for over 20 years and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. So I can't complain too much.

DELUXE CUSTOMER SERVICE I offered and promised to write this for Jorge L.(ID 6248) earlier, a cusomer service that makes his employer shine. I am late for an incredible reason. His service was not just efficient, swift, professional, sympathetic, attentive, patient,; it was inspiring. He gave me the smile and courage to finally call my ISP (and other companies I had dossiers to settle with) amongst them an heavy and most dishonest charge I won, thanks to the positive energy he passed on to me. That is "contagious magic" and the best form of marketing there is. Because of Jorge, I have made the decision to transfer my domains from other companies to GoDaddy ASAP. Jorge is a keeper.
