After trying bots and text support, I finally reached a live representative at GoDaddy. Although the wait was over 20 minutes, it was absolutely worth it. The representative was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue with my website hosting, which was preventing my emails from working. She quickly resolved the problem, restored my emails, and helped me choose a three-year plan that offered the best value. Excellent customer service experience.
