One of the best experience I had with IONOS. When I compare IONOS I find it one of the most difficult service and setup. Ever since 1 & 1 not much has changed. The customer service and the listing of the customer care person was the great part. Everything else is very difficult.

The agent was really helpful to check my account login issue and assist to resolve it. He assured that the problem is solved. He also checked my billing info and let me know there was no monthly payment issue.

My representative promptly corrected the invoice for the incorrect item. She was a real person, who happened to be working from home - I heard a rooster crow in the background. It made me feel right at home with her as I grew up in the country listening to roosters! Service was 5 Star!

IONOS support was outstanding/superior to fix an odd background formatting issue with the website mobile view. Support was professional, detailed, timely and showed determination until the issue was resolved. Kristen, Boryana, Rico, Geraldine, and especially Julie for setting up the extensive work ticket, all deserve high marks for service, accuracy and determination to resolve issues.

I have done reviews before in the last few years of working with the Bluehost web design & Pro services team(s). So I don't check in too often because it would be a full time job! But...my new site they built for me is now live & it's awesome, beautiful & professional. & it looks & works just great on the phone too. I feel this service & the people that provide it at Bluehost are worth every penny I paid. I made the decision to have them build me another site after my first one got hacked out of existence & I don't regret it. Even with all of the 30 minute free online site builders, etc. out there, when I look at the time & stress it would have taken me to try to do this myself in the current complex environment...time & energy I could have been spending creating my "back even better" business I can honestly say this was one of the best investments I've made. The excellent & prompt modification service I got from Rommel today which prompted me to this review is just another example of the good experience I have consistently had. While I am fairly technically competent, this project was way beyond my comfort zone & abilities in many ways. And all through it, the Bluehost people have been nothing but helpful & respectful of both me and my business. I have never been made to feel stupid or felt they were impatient with the limits of my knowledge. I for one, am a truly satisfied customer here...so much so that I decided to invest in a year of the continued Pro support so I can continue to do the creative end of building my business to hit the ground running in the new year:)

I reached out because I was having an issue updated my PHP version, and support were able to sort the issue in matter of 3 to 4 minutes. They ask all the question in a way that was easy for me to understand to be able to answer right away and got the issue resolved.

great support - quick and effective

I was with Justhost and Bluehost.com since 2011, and I try to change them to GoDaddy.com since 2 weeks ago, and I have transfer all my domain due to misunderstanding, and I just back to them because really they're the leader and professional, since 2 days of shipping company Email Accounts stop include domain s due to non practice and Customer service staff lack sufficient knowledge of procedures or how to resolve problems. I have contact Bluehost again and and they host the Email services for us again, and solve the issue and guide me step by step to update the record for more than 2 hours, I would like to thanks Anusha the online agent who serve me for tonight for very long time.

This was the 6th attempt to get my website up and running within a week. The last agent seems to understand the issue right away, prob. because of the call notes. Nonetheless, after repeated attempts I'm happy with the results but will possibly seek another company to host my site due to issue I've had with Bluehost.

I had nerve-wracking experience with a website hack, got through that, but then had to restore functionality on the website due to additional unexpected issues. I appreciate the patience and understanding shared with someone who is not a computer or web specialist but an independent publishing web owner.

I had a sudden and mysterious issue with my email that caused my account to be suspended. I called Support and spoke with Rose A. and she was a delight to work with. She quickly gathered information and diagnostics and worked with her escalation Team to assure the resolution completed. Her professionalism, knowledge, troubleshooting skills and follow-thru was some of the best I have experienced on a tech support call. She had my email back up and running within several hours and followed thru with email & phone calls to assure my email was functioning properly on my side. Thank you Rose!!
