Our website went down. I called at 9:33 CT and spoke with Nic. At 9:57 I hung up while he looked into a scan that might fix the issue. I got a call back at 10:05 to tell me the site was back up!! Best help ever from GoDaddy. My email was hacked and hijacked by hackers and I had to change my email address on my GoDaddy website. I got first class service from Franko on the help line who went over and above to help solve my problem and changed my email address as I am not very tech savvy. So very grateful and so glad I am with GoDaddy. Can't recommend them more highly.
