Years of support!!
I shifted my small websites to HostGator several years ago and have never regretted it. I am an 80+ going on 40 woman with lots of irons in my fire. I am pretty computer savvy - but often need help with terms and platforms. Just when I think I have the answers Cyber space changes the questions. Who do I go for answers and help? My wonderful and patient with me HostGator crew. I would be lost without them! Plus their fees are reasonable. I always feel confident that I will have immediate chat connections as well as email or phone calls. Thank you HostGator to be a company I can count on!

For the beginner, this can be a whole lot of stress. Harshitha Shivamallappa walked me through the steps needed to correct my migration and hosting issues. Don't ask me what there were but my previous marketing company left me with just a link for my website backup. Trying to figure new hosting/ moving domain has been a real headache.
