I have been online for over 30 years and in that time I have had several different servers, but there has never been even on that came close to treating their clients with the respect and service that they have provided, and at 82 years old, I have been around long enough to recognize when a company really does care about their clients. I am sure that I will never be looking for another. Thank You Blue Host for going more than the extra mile to give good service. ********** you only let feedback give 5, they deserve 10!

I've hosted with Bluehost for many years. Even with a handful of outages, they got things up and running and those kinds of events are rare. They are always able to answer questions and resolve issues.

The WP technical support person at Bluehost who helped me was knowledgeable and professional. I have a modest experience with WP and hosting issues, but was not able to solve an advance issue regarding -template websites- that can be duplicated in the future to create a new website under a new domain. The person helping me, understood what I was trying to do and outlined a great solution. Very grateful for their help.
