I had a really good experience with Hostinger support. The support agent was professional, kind, and very generous throughout the conversation. They not only answered my questions clearly, but also provided me with a 20% discount coupon, which I truly appreciated. Hostinger Real Help
USed their AI help for a bit, and it was better quality than the standard Gemini and Genspark AI help I had been using, but then got stuck and waited in a queue for a real person, Megan was really helpful and got me sorted in around an hour with a problem (Zombie open claw installation hijacking all my ports) that I had been trying to solve with AI for three days! thanks Megan.

Quick support, issue resolved – IP related
I had an issue where my website was not loading at all on my WiFi, while it worked fine on mobile data. Initially, it was unclear whether the problem was with hosting, DNS, or plugins.
The support team was responsive and guided me through troubleshooting. Eventually, we identified that the issue was due to my IP being blocked because of a higher abuse score, not a problem with the server or hosting.
Once I got a new IP, everything started working perfectly.
Overall, support was helpful and patient. It would be even better if IP-related issues could be identified earlier in the process to save time, but I appreciate the assistance provided.

I'm EXTREMELY wary of AI integration
I'm EXTREMELY wary of AI integration, and though I'm seeing it everywhere, it was surprising to see it pop up here.
I won't say "I shouldn't have worried," because yes, I should have by default until the site convinced me it was more useful than harmful, more a tool of me than I am of it. Well, it has convinced me that it can strike the right balance, and automate the basic utility side of web design while leaving the artistry up to me.
This is going to be a concern when working with virtually every tech-centered business. But I'm happy with what I'm seeing so far, and all of it remains as optional as you want it to be, so you can still avoid it if that's what you want. Just that level of choice is empowering, and earns my trust to a high degree.

As a new VPS customer, Amelia was extremely helpful in familiarizing me with their system. She was very knowledgeable and possessed excellent communication skills which, in my opinion, is the ultimate qualities for any tech support person - yet very rare to find. Amelia was also very kind and patient, which made the whole process far less stressful and more productive. Hostinger obviously deserves credit for hiring people like Amelia, since it demonstrates they understand that to have a good company you need good people. I wish more companies understood this.
