Everything, since my nightmare that was Hostek. When I migrated my site to Bluehost, it was a breath of fresh air. simple and painless. I was so scared, no terrified because my website is my brand. And as been since 2007. When I migrated my website, it did have issues with corrupted files, The theme and the plugins mainly. After wonderful advice from Tech (instant not like waiting 3 days with Hostek), they explained that I download software to my PC delete the contents file and upload it to my public html. Then delete all of my plugins and download them again. Website back, I just had to post my images again on each page. My website is looking great and I'm so happy I made the change. Something I didn't look to do as I respect loyalty. I started with PIckaweb in 2007 who where brilliant. Then they sold out to MissGroup, Hostek. in 2021 Who were terrible from the start. they screwed up the billing and charged me late fees. The owner, Joshua, is not interested in the small shared-cPanel. Even though most of the profit comes from the small people. Well done Bluehost. I should of done this in 2021

The rep was able to quickly cancel my sub per my request with limited friction. The lowest tier plan renewal rate is ridiculous and forced me to migrate to hostinger. I’ll be recommending hostinger to all my clients going forward. Additionally, maybe improve the ui for cancellation. Dark patterns are suspect and cancellation shouldn’t be buried. Bc of this I was billed even though I had previously gone through the cancellation policy. Improve your user experience by removing dark patterns. Do better

I No Longer Dread Customer Service Calls
I am now into my second full year using HostGator and Titan for my domain hosting and business email needs. Prior to these partnerships, I often just dealt with internet and/or email problems, so that I did not have to endure what I knew would be a frustrating phone call that ended with me just giving up. Holy Buckets!! HostGator has not required any interaction with me other than paying the invoices. However, I have needed to contact Titan customer service over "pilot error," issues and\or adding additional services. Every interaction I have had with Titan has ended much quicker than I would have ever guessed with me ALWAYS being satisfied beyond measure. Even today I purchased what I thought was the subscription I needed, until I wandered upon a plan that would better suit my needs at a reduced rate. Immediately after explaining my error, the Tital agent refunded my original purchase and completed the upgrade for me. All I had to do was follow along and agree that it was what I would prefer. I have not had any internet\email issues that have caused me to not initiate a solution knowing I would be incredibly frustrated getting there. THANK YOU to both HostGator & Titan. THANK YOU so very much!!
