He figured it out after about half hour with me and I couldn't be more pleased that he took the time with me that was necessary without giving up on me and making me go to Best Buy or Apple to have someone sit with me. Please send pizza to his entire department.....they deserve a pizza party for the good work and amazing customer service that Go Daddy provides the non-techy public. Nowadays customer service isn't always so great. I just opened a Go Daddy account a few days ago and needed to call for help with email. I thought I'd be on a long hold time or would have to press so many different prompts but I wasn't! I was lucky enough to get connect to Clarence who walked me through my issue until it was resolved. Only took about 15 minutes total for the call! Very happy!

The fact that GoDaddy seems to be US based when it comes to their customer service specialists is the absolute #1 reason. There is enough confusion when you are calling customer service, you don't want to have a dialect issue on top of that confusion.

Within 15 minutes, my website was back in service. Reflecting on how many years I have depended upon their service, this is extraordinarily good service. The customer service representative was professional and personable, and I was very pleased with the experience.
