I love GoDaddy, i own a small business and my clients noticed my website was plain and simple. So i was told I could get it built professionally starting at $525 BUT thanks to GoDaddy's very easy to use website builder I took the day and did it myself. Now my clients ask who did you pay to do such and awesome job. I smile and say, I did it... Thanks GoDaddy

GoDaddy support people get right to the point - there are a lot of issues behind the scenes - and they keep you informed. Mine had to do with SSL and my website certificate not functioning - something I knew nothing about - they cleared it up right away

Clint was the first GoDaddy support person in many months that not only I could understand, but was also knowledgeable such that he didn't need to get inside support to answer my fairly technical questions. Go Daddy needs many more like Clint.

HONEST STAMP COMPANY
I am liking the way you are not trying to become a Millionaire overnight, they raise prices on everything and haven't a reason why except the others are raising prices. They see folks are going to buy whatever because it's a need be necessity, so after a while they convince themselves that it's OK to take everyone's hard earned money. But in fact nobody had a reason to go up at all when Covid/19, infact all should have went down. But I have seen that on your site you are giving Honest people a great price on Stamps and your not taking advantage of them.
Maybe you could change your name to,,,( HONESTY STAMPS ) ( WAY MORE STAMPS FOR YOUR MONEY ).
Please keep it this way, I am 73 and I am tired of getting raped.

I has 2 issues
I had a technical issue which Mr Franco was able to help me with - he was very patient and, understanding and was able to talk me through setting up my email a/c on my pc.
I had another issue with regards to one of my subscriptions and he changed my plan to suit me which reduced the annual cost by 50%. I am very grateful for his assistance.

Ever since they teamed up with Microsoft, GoDaddy has been a mess. I have been using them since pre Danica Patrick. That being said, I've stuck by them. In the last the last 18 hours, I had a nightmare. At 10:00 this morning, I got a gentleman named Carlos on the phone who solved all of my problems in 15 minutes that no one else could solve in 15 hours. Thumbs down for dealing with Microsoft, 10 thumbs up for hiring. Carlos. He is in second tier tech support I believe. Just ask for him. He will solve your problems.
