I adore this company Ionos... you have made a way for me to launch a business of success: an affordable website, email tailored in my own name and company's name. Initially, I did not agree with Ionos a USA corp. having customer service representatives overseas in the Philippine Islands, however now, I have a heart for these wonderful Island people and pray for their peace, tranquility and love in Jesus' name. Even today on 11.21.25. Keep doing what you do Ionos. Additionally, when the design service branch went haywire on a design automated billing for me, it was rectified months later via the IONOS headquarters Philadelphia, PA. Wow what a super program- everything was credited to me. This company is honest and has integrity; they want you to succeed!

I've been with Bluehost for over 4 years now and host 8 websites with them, one of them being a blog with a LOT of posts and pages. Their website hosting, email, security, website backup, and everything else has been amazing. It easily integrates with Wordpress and allows me to turn up new pages and posts quickly. Any time I have an issue I hit their chat support and it's quickly fixed. I have zero complaints and have been very happy with Bluehost.

My problem did not "fit into the box." I was able to get past an ai and into persons who could address the conflict. When the conflict was properly defined, the first agent sent me to another agent who could assist and resolve the problem.

Tess was so friendly as well as smart. She helped me with my problem as well as gave ideas and suggestions for me to consider. She should get a raise, hahaha. Byron C

I started with AI chat and the BlueHost system is usually helpful. When I asked to be transferred to a live operator, it happened immediately. The person who helped me today inspired confidence because she worked independently and was very knowledgeable about DNS records. She quickly updated DNS records across multiple domains. My time was not wasted.

When Mojo by BlueHost was discontinued, I was forced into a subscription with a plug-in that was offered through Mojo in order to get access to edit my website code. HighEnd blocked my access to my website code- even after I had purchased a one-year license. After consulting with over 6 BlueHost professionals and three WordPress professionals over 3 days, the ONLY PROFESSIONAL who solved my problem was Cheryl. As a IT professional since 1968, and currently working, I had the opportunity to lead large organizations as a senior exec during my career. I wish that I had a lot of staff members like Cheryl working for me! Cheryl embodies the ideal staffer with the technical expertise to quickly solution issues, the ability to listen, the ability to have a client under stress retain his dignity, and have the ability to offer outstanding customer service. BlueHost is fortunate to have someone on staff like Cheryl and I hope that they retain her and use her as a model for technical excellence and as a model of what outstanding customer service looks like. Sean was able to address multiple issues we had been experiencing that DigitalSpace couldn't for over a year. 1-Our DNS was missing TXT, MX and SPF so mail was going to SPAM or bouncing back. Then we lost all ability to send or receive. We transferred to GoDaddy because of their reputation and they didn't disappoint. No foreign call center. Sean was a wealth of knowledge and he handled everything quickly and with total professionalism. The difference was polar opposite from tech support at DigitalSpace where you can sit on hold for over an hour and then they just put in a case and you wait and it never gets resolved. Sorry we didn't make the switch sooner!
