Ionos' customer support is the best! Yesterday I had the good fortune to be assisted by Alex. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and most important, patient. I had several issues that needed to be addressed; he walked me through and resloved all of them. Kudos to Ionos and Alex for going above and beyond!

I had difficulity in transafering a hosting from go daddy to ionos. I am/was not familiar with all the language. After some initial growing pains, your staff to a person was very helpful and explained things so I could understand. Especially Christopher who went above and beyond and I thank him specifically. Everyone I encoundered was helpful with the possible exception of your initial contact AI. I have lots of trouble conveying what I needed but that was partically due to my not knowing the language.

I contacted GoDaddy today to rectify a problem. I am new to the platform and didn't have high hopes for getting a human to talk to, getting the problem resolved because I am computer deficient, or understanding the "jargon" needed to fix it.
