I am not very tech savvy and really struggle with maintaining my website sometimes. I used bluehost's live chat to help figure out a staging site issue and it was resolved very quickly.

I had the please of having a representative who knew what was needed and she helped me with finding a voucher that I couldn't find to use towards my selection of a domain. She was also helpful by asking if I would like her to set it up. Every request that I asked for she was on point with it and this process took away a lot of frustration from. So appreciative of this type of customer service.
