I tried to set up hosting at the worst time. I was starting a second job and had just rented an apartment so my free time was a luxury. On top of that, I am not the most clever when it comes to trying to put a website together, even when it is foolproof. You are talking to someone who grew up in the time of MySpace and had the most basic page. Needless to say, I had to cancel. Luckily, I was withing 90 days so I was able to get most of my money back. The agent, Navya Raju, helped me out with no issues. They were great. Customer service was great!
