Pramod explained the issue. But why can't HostGator note when to manually install an SSL to the SiteLock CDN? This is the second time this year I had to reach out because my site was inaccessible. I'm paying $300/year for security, I thought this part would be monitored and automatically addressed by HostGator.

This is the first time I worked with Anne and it was a wonderful experience. Right off the bat she knew what issue I needed resolved. Once I gave her my domain, I wasn't asked twice what the domain was (like I am a lot of the times) and I didn't have to explain the situation twice as she got it the first time. She is so personable, professional and knowledgeable. I knew at the very beginning that this tech support agent was a winner! She took the time to explain things when I didn't understand what or why it was happening. (I like to know so I can understand it should it happen again. Being a hands on small business owner allows me to understand why the same thing might happen again and how to rectify it the next time.)
