I just moved to IONOS after being with Godaddy for almost 20 years. What I love so far is the quickness in getting answers to questions....and the pricing seems more than reasonable.

I got a call from her right on time I thought it was a spam call so I hung up on her. She called back immediately and that is when I realized it was a call I had set up yesterday when I was having an issue that I quicky fixed. She helped me with changing my site getting new 1 dollar membership that will be saving me 40 dollars per web site and I have 5 so the call is making me 200 a month!! I am soooo happy!

I have been using Bluehost for about 20 years. I'm a competent but not particularly sophisticated user. The customer service is very important to me. I don't call often, but when I do it is important that I speak to someone who is knowledgeable and can walk me through my issue. Bluehost has always answered my call with never more than a short wait and the support staff has always taken care to understand my needs and provide a correct answer and useful advice.

I am totally new to webdesign, and much of it is daunting. Happily the issue I raised with Bluehost support today was solved quickly and elegantly by i Vidhika. She even helped me resolve an issue I was not totally aware of myself. That's what I call service.

My customer service rep was polite, positive, patient and she knew her work. She checked to see if my site was being hacked after I got an email saying it was. And it wasn't! I am very grateful for her alleviating my fear. She was very professional and kind.

I want to recognize two Bluehost support reps who helped me through a really difficult situation: Simon and Sindhu. A malicious Pakistani former web developer hijacked my accounts and erased my website — twice. Simon was there first, helping me understand what had happened and guiding me through the initial site restoration from backup. He was clear, calm, and made a terrifying situation feel manageable. Then when the attacker struck again yesterday, Sindhu took over. He helped me block the attacker's IP addresses from accessing my cPanel, initiated another restoration from backup, and walked me through several security steps I didn't even know were possible — all with impressive speed and patience. Both of them handled technical territory I was completely unfamiliar with and explained everything without making me feel lost. They turned back-to-back crises into manageable situations, and I walked away feeling genuinely protected. Outstanding support from both.

The human we spoke with was spectacular. Very upbeat. Very efficient. Solved the problem right away. The AI bot was not ready for prime time. Spoke too fast. Very complicated instructions. Led us down rabbit holes. Once we got to a human, everything shifted. Word to the wise: get to a human as fast as you can.

It's rare these days for big companies to treat people like they're human beings, but MarQuita did that. She didn't have to, which makes me think she's just a genuinely nice person. The day before I called in and I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Pierre to try and get my Web Hosting back up it had expired and I didn’t even realize it because they had the wrong email. Pierre was very rude very condescending and not helpful at all. I called back and spoke with Ronnie who was very helpful and was able to get me back connected and I will use Godaddy now moving forward for a Lifetime

For our expired domain I was able to learn that the originator IXYstems was the holder of the domain and could possibly retrieve it. Thanks.

The drop-in calls are fantastic. Gives you an opportunity to discuss things you've been meaning to, but didn't ever get around to. The staff are always knowledgeable about everything and provide rapid responses.
