The representative was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped me to understand why I was receiving the invoice. Removed a service that I did not wish to renew and to clarify the timing of my payment which is set for auto pay. I also appreciate that I was able to call IONOS and speak with someone after 11pm (EST) when I finally getting around to addressing my personal emails. Thank you for providing Customer Services.
Extremely good human help for beginners
I had forgotten or never learned some basic things about website management and the human online chat perosn was extremely patient and very good at figuring outy how far he had to go back to get me started.
