My website went down due to a DNS contacting conflicting ips addresses. An online agent (no waiting) identified the issue and offered to reset the DNS, with the caveat that it could take up to two days for the system to recalibrate and of the site to go back online. 90 minutes, later, the site was restored, error-free.

I was confused on some issues related to Hostingerr.com, and FileZilla when I called Kodee, an assistant customer service for Hostinger.com and Kodee was able to answer all my questions to satisfaction and so quickly that I was back in business in minutes after I hung up.
