My domain and hosting had expired in Jan 26 and the auto renewal did not work. I overlooked the payment and my account was deleted. The support team displayed dedication rarely seen. They went out of their way to renew the plan and retrieve the data to restore my 14 yrs old blog. Outstanding service.

I recently had an issue with the SSL certificate on my website fisiovida.com where the browser was showing a security warning even though the certificate appeared valid in cPanel.
The support team quickly checked the configuration and identified that the domain’s A record was pointing to a SiteLock CDN IP, which was causing the SSL warning. They reverted the record back to the server IP and explained that once DNS propagation completed, the issue would be resolved.
Very clear explanation and fast support. I appreciate their help and professionalism.
