I have always used the chat feature when I need assistance at Host Gator. I've never had to call the 800 number. I love that. Jeevitha was very helpful. 1 hour into 2026 and Jeevitha was available to help me renew my domain and recommended I add on the privacy feature. I was happy to upgrade and get protected. Jeevitha was very professional, made sure to get my confirmation before proceeding, verified my identity for security, and answered all of my questions in a very pleasant manner. As always, Host Gator customer service is unmatched. After all these years, I'm happy to see that even at the beginning of a new year I'm still receiving excellent customer service. Thank you!
