I had trouble finding a hosting contract lost in a separate account, and I was really impressed with their customer support. It was a unique issue, I spent seven minutes trying to explain it-- and my phone disconnected! So I started calling them back, asked their computer voice if they could reconnect me to the last agent, and right as the voice was saying "We're sorry, but that's not possible at this time"... my phone began to ring! It was the same agent! She called me back! That was AWESOME, plus it saved me from having to re-explain my problem to someone else. Anyway... She was super helpful and pleasant, more importantly-- she was somehow able to fix the crazy problems i was having. She had to do a lot of work on her end. It was clear she went out of her way to help me... so I'm here to give her my eternal thanks, and to shine a light on HAZEL from customer support at IONOS! Thank you again! :)

They're very accommodating, fast and unlike other call centers, it seems they're fully focused on you. I'd been having issues getting my client's site to point to the correct URL for a few days - and this was after about a month of moving them from GoDaddy and another host I'd never heard of before. Ashik was able to get me sorted in about five minutes: after moving everything over, I'd overlooked updating the database settings, which was putting us in a sort of temporary URL hell. He was knowledgeable, courteous and fun to talk to.
