Wrongfully payment to wrong hosting address
There was some confusion regarding a website payment that should not have been made in November. Now that it’s December, I’m still unsure how it happened, but the payment was mistakenly sent to extremexxxx.com, a domain that was not supposed to exist. The payment should have gone to command-pc.com.
Not realizing the payment had been applied to the wrong hosting address, I didn’t check the website until I received an email four days ago. I was furious to find that command-pc.com had been suspended and was scheduled for cancellation, even though I believed it had been paid for in November. This situation made me question Bluehost’s customer relations, especially since I’ve been a customer for over 20 years.
Fortunately, the representative was able to correct the error and issue a prorated refund. This reassured me and reminded me why I continue to host with Bluehost. Please remember that customers are the reason you remain in business, just as reliable hosting helps us maintain ours.
