I've been using Hostgator for over 12 years and had no issues with their product. I recently deleted my Google Workspace account which resulted in my not being able to access my main email account and the senders receiving a message that the account did not exist. I've had 24 hours of pain, that the Hostgator team resolved in about 30 minutes today. Very professional assistance and outcome on a Saturday afternoon here in Australia

Been with Hostgator over 10 years and have had very few issues. When I did have the occasional problem, online chat is always available within minutes and the techs can resolve the problems for me. Today I requested an update for MySQL to an up to date version and they agreed to migrate my server to a new one with the updated MySQL. The interaction only took a few minutes.

I had a situation that I tried to resolve in a chat a couple months before that never got done. This person did all of it for me in a few minute - rather than the hours I usually have to wait to complete chat support. VERY HAPPY NOW - confirmed the new domains got the SSL & redirection on my server already!

I've been with Namecheap since 2019 and have to say they really have some pretty good prices and service for domains, website hosting, and private email. Their customer service has defnitely improved over the years too. For me, it's my one stop shop for everything I need to have a WordPress website and business email.

First things first, Namecheap support is amazing. I've used a lot of Namecheap products (domains, hosting, email, etc.) and it's always worked well. Their website can be a bit difficult to navigate at first, but you get used to it. It's still easier than some of the alternatives I've used. And, again, everything works well, which is the most important thing. When I can't figure something out, their support team and documentation get me back on the right track. Also, whenever I've needed to request a refund (e.g., if I forget to turn of auto-renew or something like that) Namecheap support makes it easy and never give me any trouble about it.

The total opposite of Bluehost, Hostinger is just a great ISP, stable service, rich features, fast speed, great Ai Support; I dont need to really speak to an agent. On the contrary, I was with Bluehost for nearly 10 years, in the last 5 years their services detonated to zero, they mess with the back end a lot without informing customers, timeout of Mail servers is a common, blocking of SEO bots is a common, they had turned my life into nightmare, no technical support, cases remain opened for months without resolution, with Hostinger I have 100% complete piece of mind. Finally their rates are just excellent, I recommend everyone to consider them.
