This company was highly recommended by a collaborative, but unfortunately because of health issues I had to cancel and get a refund, which they handled without issue.

My honest answer is that giving direction solely using email is not efficient. I had such a hard time with back and fourth corrections.Once I got Maria on the phone my entire experience changed. She was wonderful we were able to work together and she delivered perfectly. We used email as a tool to help the process.

I have been using the Godaddy platform for my business for several years and have been very satisfied. If I have ever needed tech-support, I’ve either contacted them via chat or made a quick phone call and the support has been great and they are always able to talk me through the issue and get things resolved during that phone call.

I called GoDaddy because I was having multiple issues based on my lack of knowledge. I got a customer service representative named Edgar. This guy is amazing. He took the time to walk me through what I needed to do so I could understand the process better. He moved what needed to be moved and helped me create an equitable plan moving forward. As a result of his stellar customer service, I plan to move my business over to GoDaddy. What a great company, and this guy is a superstar! I feel so less stressed after speaking to him! This is a company that cares about its customers!

I was tasked with transferring our domain name from Go Daddy to our web hosting platform and while Go Daddy has very good written instructions on how to do this, they weren't good enough for me to follow. Anu saved the day, not just once, but twice when I transcribed the authorization code incorrectly on the first attempt. Anu was incredibly patient and so helpful with step by step instructions. What made my service so great was working with Shawn. He was AMAZING! He was very professional and knew exactly how to fix my problem. I had been having trouble getting into my business emails for months, going back and forth between GoDaddy and Wix working with codes and different things. It was a nightmare. I was almost at the place of giving up and closing everything down. I was just tired of not being able to fix my problem. So I decided to try one more time and I am so glad I did. I got to speak with Shawn who was a godsent. He talked me through every move and explained why certain things did not work previously. By the time I got off the call with him, I felt satisfied and encouraged. He knew his job well and knew what he was talking about. I wish I could talk with him every time I had a problem but I know I can't. However, He gave me some instructions on what to do if I had any problems in the future.
