Every question I had was answered, quickly and courteously, with a real focus on exactly what my needs were and are. GoDaddy customer service is always great. They have always fixed any technical issue I might have and the person always speaks English and is based in America. I used to use Network Solutions but their customer service people were always in another country and language communication issues were always a problem. GoDaddy is #1!

The representative was very professional and patience. He never rushed me or seemed impatient. I really enjoyed working with him. I was not sure of what i was doing and he guided me all the way.
