I was having some issues with DNS and they walked me through it since my domains were parked at GoDaddy. I had to deal with both, which made for a good comparison. The customer service with HostGator was so much better that I went ahead and transferred my domains to HostGator ....while on the same call! GoDaddy offered to do the reverse, and assume hosting, but they kept me on hold three different times for long time periods, one time clearly just BSing me to keep me on the phone. Without a doubt, I am more pleased with HostGator.

Once the assistant was able to get me to recognize the pages he was sharing, it suddenly became clear as day. It is a very well organized structure. (I suppose it could not function otherwise. But now that I see the layout, I feel grealy empowered to best use my purchase which I have had for a decade or more.

I love Name Cheap! But as I get older I am winding down and want my website people to have access to their own accounts. They are listed as the owners, but I cannot do 2FA because they are old and don't have DUO or other apps to use. I like the two phone number set up, which you no longer do, because that allows both me and the client to get inside so I can help with the complicated stuff like SSL. PLEASE BRING THAT BACK!!!!!

I found that Hostinger vs Google Cloud console is far less intimidating, and far less costly when deploying your first project. Ask Kodee before each step and get choices, not mandates.

This is about the Kodee AI assistant. I though I would give it a try and see how well it could handle a relatively complex issue. I was creating an auto email system and Hostinger disabled my code as it was flagged as potentially spam. When I asked Kodee why, it offered a sugestion for changing the code. I acted like I knew little and it did a great job, working through my clumsly mistakes and guiding me to an elegant and working solution. It show a good understanding of the mechansims involved, and it;s guidance felt quite "real"

I decided to reach out to speak with a real person today after spending hours today trying to get my new website to work. On top of today, I have spend probably in total over 20 hours tying to make my cloudflare domain work with Hostinger Website creator. I almost gave up until I got help from your agent Zlatan. Within minutes of him guiding me with screenshots and instructions, my website was FINALLY LIVE!!! I was working on it for over 2 months and Kodee kept giving me run around instructions and everything i tried did NOT work. I am so thankful I can finally say my site is up and running! My feedback on the website AI Creator was good, in the end my site is about 90% of how i would like it. I’ll still have some tweaking to do, but the AI Builder had difficulty with some instructions, most particularity with instructions involving photos. I spend a lot of my credits re-instructing it what to do over and over, and in the end I had to purchase more credits. It was definitely helpful especially creating all the codes, I hope it can advance a little more…. But HUMANS were definitely helpful for troubleshooting in my case. Thanks again Zlatan!
