Pramod explained the issue. But why can't HostGator note when to manually install an SSL to the SiteLock CDN? This is the second time this year I had to reach out because my site was inaccessible. I'm paying $300/year for security, I thought this part would be monitored and automatically addressed by HostGator.

As a 14-year user, I’ve used many of Namecheap’s services, including domain registration (including the AltMarket), SSL, Private Email, apps (EasyWP), VPN, CDN, and more (I’ve also tried their hosting products). I have a positive view of Namecheap’s product stability and service quality. Among their main offerings, I’m particularly satisfied with the domain service in terms of features, speed, and stability. I am very satisfied with Namecheap’s website interface and usability (unlike many IT products today, which have complex and cluttered interfaces). As for some of Namecheap’s other products, some are just average, and a few are difficult to use—for example, the VPN. While EasyWP is designed to be simple and user-friendly, the hosting performance itself is somewhat lacking. The SSL product remains difficult to use, with insufficient automation in the configuration process. Although I now rely primarily on Namecheap’s AI service to resolve the vast majority of issues, I found their previous support to be quite good as well. I highly recommend Namecheap for domain registration and management, whether for personal use or for small and medium-sized businesses.

Hi Hostinger Team, I want to share feedback about my recent issue with nazsell.com. My site was down with ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error. The main issue was that my IP got blocked by the firewall, so I couldn't access File Manager to fix it myself. The support agent helped me by: Site is working now. Thank you for the help. One suggestion: Please send a notification or Email if an IP gets blocked, so customers know why they can't access hPanel. It would save a lot of time in troubleshooting. Overall good support experience. Regards
