Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

My experience with WIX has been excellent. The many website templates allowed me to pick one that is perfect for my financial services business. Additionally, the recent AI tools implemented into WIX are a lifesaver. I am able to generate Social Media posts based on WIX's recommendations that are based on my website content. I only have to make minor adjustments, then I can post the content right from the WIX platform. Finally, WIX incorporates CRM tools right in the platform that allows me to do a lot of my client follow-up right from the WIX platform. Squarespace support can get quite busy at times and when you ask a question you have to be as detailed as possible. The response you receive is thoughtful and thorough. Not only is the specific question answered but other information is also given to give consideration to in order to broaden your understanding. The best thing is that the tools used to build your website work. I had tried another mob that had a similar product and the only reason I selected it was because of its integration with Australia Post. I trying to build the website, the process failed three times. The consultant asked me if I could pay extra money to get the job done. I told them your bug, your software, yours to fix. This other mob said they were entrepreneurial and were emphatic to other entrepreneurs. That’s nice, but they need to understand that if want to piss with the big dogs that they need to lift their leg higher. The plan to self publish and self distribute my memoir in a paperback fell apart because it required significant funding for professional editing to get it ready for the printing press. What spooked me was chargeback fraud and someone could say they never got their book because you don’t know the quality of the courier service outside of Australia. Even if you ask for signature upon delivery. I don’t have the ability to make the package explode if wrong person picks it up from the porch of a home.

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.

Incredible employees with immense care, support, and kindness. The Square team is absolutely incredible at their jobs and doesn't get enough credit for it. I couldn't have asked for more when I had a problem, and their want for fixing the issue was amazing!

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
