Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

I have used WIX for my gardening company website for 10 years. I find the website building platform intuitive and very easy to use. If I need to make an update I can easily do the work myself. Recently I used AI tools to update our SEO and we are now ranking no.1 in our key geographical areas.

As a political candidate for congress and perhaps the presidency in due course my website must be 100% reliable 100% of the time. Functionality, options and security all must be 100%. Price must be highly competitive too. All campaigns and businesses start with zero and build so a great website and tolls make that possible. I simply would not consider another website company for either my campaigns or my commercial businesses in which we own several.

Once you learn how to manage the dashboard I truly believe this site is amazing! Put a bit of hard work into building your site and you will be happy with the results!

The customer service rep was calm and genuinely concerned about the issue I was having. We tested the issue on both sides and he had a team member look at the problem and it was resolved within maybe 15 mins time max! the online videos are very helpful. Just FYI, I am rather old school and the AI assistant was not very helpful, HUMANS at GoDaddy ROCK!

I was able to reach Tech Support on a Memorial Day weekend. NOT an AI, an actual human who worked the problem until it was fixed. GoDaddy's Tech Support is one of the main reasons I use their products and services.

GoDaddy mistakenly charged $1199.00 for website hosting. BUT! With a phone call (on a holiday, and after a very brief hold time) I was able to get the charge removed immediately. I wish I had the same good luck/experience with other companies (cough-cough--The Free Press).

He was personable, truly friendly and he solved the problem - one which he admitted that, after being there 13 years, he had never seen before.
