Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

just added 21 days to get first payout and the account will close for no reason and they will hold forever and if a dispute happens while they reviewing your account you can’t do shit bc they make it so when you press the link to fight it it says your account is under review or closed

Someone is using it and i don't know if pays or not. Lot of ads around e-commerce.

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I found the interface very intuitive and easy to use with a lot of nice features to choose from. Updates to the site have also been easy. The blog has a nice layout and good tagging. When I had a question about something I was able to call and speak to a representative - this made a huge difference. Overall much better than services I've used in the past. I've also had a lot of great feedback on my website - very nice clean design (I modified a template but just slightly) - Soul's Light Energy Healing if you're interested.

My website was really easy to build and looks great. The free version works well for me right now, but it's also good that there are options for more bells and whistles as my business grows.

I seldom leave reviews, but the ease of contacting GoDaddy, and the level of professionalism of their support staff was superior - especially in the AI Chatbot era where getting a resolution (and a human) is close to impossible. Great experience-

The website is great. Customer care is supportive, but speaking to someone would be better

The online, marketing, graphic design, etc. Elements of running a business can be daunting. Not everyone has a creative eye, not everyone have the wits to figure things out. :-) really makes that side of owning a business. The interface is very user friendly, the templates are all professional, and there customer service really helpful. Even my 60-year-old mom has been able to quickly learn how to manage and edit her own website! It's such a useful tool, and saves thousand dollars a year not having to pay someone else to do that kind of work!

SquareSpace is an amazing website where you can easily make your design and to build a full, beautiful website, I definitely recommend it. Also I like the customer support team that they are replying very good and in a good quality.

It's rare these days to talk or chat with a customer service (human) rep who is kind and cordial. I appreciated that. My question was answered quickly and thoroughly. It's sad, though, that I'll have to leave Squarespace soon. I just cannot afford it anymore. I think you need to add a basic-basic account, for those of us who have a domain and all we need is one or two basic pages.

Great experience! Square takes care of a man that works 7 days a week to provide for a wife and toddler. Single home income, it gets hard sometimes bc inflation and prices of everything are ridiculous. They approved my loan just in time, we were behind.. square seems to know I work my butt off. I like that. Thank you guys so much. I have tears writing this bc I am glad I have a merchant that looks out for my family and I. Never give up on me Square, I always pay my dues.

Square helps me run my business with credit cards , Invoicing billing. Square has helped my business purchase updated equipment , optimize our production. We are very grateful to have Square for all our business needs.

To be honest they have a great customer service and issues resolved quick payments come say day invoicing is very simple

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Amazing system

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
