Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

We developed the website before the advent of AI but the drag-and-drop ease, simplicity and functionality that Wix offered allowed us to stand up this website in less than 2 months. New ideas could be quickly proto-typed, tested and published. We have also used Wordpress and Hostinger, but Wix is definitely more feature rich and user friendly. Would highly recommend Wix for beginners, especially since there is no upfront cost. In fact have not yet used customer service to get our work done.

No matter the issue, concern, idea, etc... Wix is always available with suggestions, changes, edits, etc.. without hesitation. Thank You Wix.

We've been able to update the site and make it everything we wanted. Providing updates is easy. It has great options for other features like calendar sync, social media link, and more.

Reliable Platform With Room to Grow I’ve been using Wix for my ministry and community work, and overall it has been a strong and reliable platform. The drag‑and‑drop builder makes it easy to design pages without needing technical skills, and the available apps help expand functionality when needed. Customer support has been helpful, though response times can vary depending on the issue. I appreciate the security features and the ability to manage everything in one place. There is still room for improvement—especially in faster support access and more flexibility in certain design elements—but overall, Wix has been a solid platform for building and maintaining my website.

I absolutely LOVE the WiX platform for building sites. IMO it's WYSIWYG function makes it so easy to know exactly what you're going to see/get as a finished displayed site over some of the over BLOCK build function systems as I manage not only my own TerrorStrikes.info site but am webmaster for a few other organizations that have sites I've built for them/us using WIX. Now, of course, don't we all PREFER that prices be lower than they are for just about any product or service these days with prices soaring seemingly out of control but reality is WIX is competitive in that regard as it is not all just WIX base items that determines ultimately final costs as "add-ons" per each and everyone's individual needs factor and overall WIX pricing makes higher functionality pretty much within the reach of all (could be better, sure could be worse - but remember too: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and WIX you're not just paying for great Tools, Service, but too Support (and stable up-times)). Been using them for years, plan to for many more to come, and YES tried some of those other services and IMO WIX is the top of the charts in offerings, ease of use, etc...

Eric was the absolute best customer service developer from Go Daddy - such a kind soul who listened to my needs and helped me stay with them by helping me figure out next steps.

I had mistakenly paid my GoDaddy domain renewal charge twice. I noticed my error and within minutes I contacted GoDaddy's customer service rep. No sooner than I had gotten off the phone, the additional charge was reversed. GoDaddy has now raised the bar for any online retailers ~ in my view.

Had an issue that I was dealing with for hours with microsoft due to getting a new phone and being locked out of authenticator app and not being able to access my email. I then called GoDaddy, they answered right away rather than all these AI chat bots and got me the help I needed in under a minute. Grateful for them and their service!

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!
