Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

After finally going “live” with my website I realized I had a DNS server issue and thought I fixed it, however, the site still didn’t seem to be working. I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!
