Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

I couldn't believe it when I've actually gone into shopifys videos and saw how many people that have become anterprniors from shopify and I too would like tobecome after 20 years of searching I give them a five star and would eventually like to have my own business set up out there it's called Marketing Business Stragedy look forward to your reply I've never felt so good im 66 years old but I'm not giving up not now or ever

Awesome platform that is getting way too much hate for no reason. The shops work great and make sooo many processes easier, especially payment, that are not available with any other store provider.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews, but I have been using Shopify for almost a year now and it works like a charm. There is also a great ecosystem for support, that you can do so much with their platform

Shopify is great

After not seeing the numbers I’d hope for on my own, I used the SEO tools offered through wix and my website visits increased by at least 10x.

We have use wix for 6 years, easy for beginner to start. With sometimes technical glitch, they are very professional and helping to solve the problem as quick as possible.

Wix is awesome , its so easy to use and it has so many robust features that do not need a professinal to use. All the complex marketing features are so simple to use, it is cost effective and very powerful.

Per my previous review, I was contacted directly by a representative from Wix.com. During our conversation, I was able to clearly explain that my concern was not about avoiding payment, but simply about refunding the original credit card that I intended to replace and charging the updated card already on file. As a customer of Wix.com for over 8 years, I appreciated the opportunity to finally have the situation fully understood. The representative reviewed the matter and processed the refund to the original card. I then used my updated credit card on file to purchase the premium services again. My concern has now been properly resolved. Thank you for taking the time to listen to a long-term customer and for correcting the issue. That level of resolution deserves a 5-star update.

In spite of the difficulties of doing so I have just transfered one of my web sites to webador and emails to fasthosts and the other one will go in April. Following the taking of money from my account using my bank card which is well documented and undefended where I took wix to the small claims court and won back the money they stole, there is no way on earth where we would be prepared to continue any form of relationship with wix. I found the webador web site even easier to create any way. It now cost zero for the two email addresses with fasthost as they included two for free with the domain name. It is better for us to control our domain names like this than to by over charged for emails.

I am so glad Stickeroo Club is using Wix! It’s great to have my web design and payment collection all under one hood. I would highly recommend Wix because it was very intuitive to design the website.

We really enjoy the ease of use of WIX and how it has helped us promote and sell our products. You can have a site up efficiently and edits are quick and effective. When you are on the road you can easily take payments with your phone. Inventory stays updated and you do not conflict with online sales. The integrations you have available are much better than other out of the box sites. We tried them and only had issues. Since being on WIX our sales are up, our time to work on the site is less with more effect.

If the company wants Word Press ect, I tell them to find another company to do that. Its easy, polished and I have had no issues ever. As well the SEO's are the best! My main company I consult for is now the number one-ranked respirology company in Alberta.

GoDaddy's customer service is by far one of the best! That's saying a lot in this day-and-age where customer service, knowledge and expertise are almost non-existent. I wish every company had GoDaddy representatives working for them.

I have recently retired, but over the past 45+ years of working I have interacted with many customer service reps. Maria from GoDaddy was one of the best reps I have ever experienced. In addition to solving the problem I had, she was able to alert me to other possible issues. She did so professionally and with a fantastic friendly and positive attitude. With customer service reps like Maria, GoDaddy has me as a very long term customer.

GoDaddy has made my website building experience so easy that many people think there is a professional creating the website, even though I am computer illiterate when it comes to website building. Anytime I got stuck GoDaddy was always there for me guiding me along the way. I am one of those type of learners that actually need to be shown when I'm stuck on something, and GoDaddy has been able to walk me through everything step-by-step. Voice support is very important to me, which is another reason why I chose GoDaddy rather than using another website building platform that only has virtual chat support. Also, I have been able to create widgets and GoDaddy was very helpful in directing me to what widget platforms integrate with the site very well, not to mention showing me how to add them into the website builder. I'm now creating a website commerce platform and I've been very happy with the support I have received so far on that end as well. I don't think I would ever use another website building platform going forward.

Very easy to set up website and change it

I had someone redo my website but since then I have been able to easily go in, update, add, change, and move around things on the website with ease. The last website provider I was using was not super user friendly and it was hard to update the website quickly, it always ended up taking much longer than I had anticipated. With Squarespace, I am able to pop in, update what I need and be on to my next task with ease, such a breath of fresh air! There is also piece of mind knowing that not EVERYTHING I want to do with the website requires me to pay someone else to handle, I am able to do what I want and outsource the rest.

I have been a web designer developer for over 20 years, and used Squarespace for well over 7. I have had many clients adopt the platform with almost all never looking back. Compared to many others it is the best all round professional package.

Square makes it easy to bring on new employees and switch devices. The automatic savings options makes setting aside money for taxes a breeze.

Nice and easy to use to accept credit cards without any equipment or minimums. Using the card reader will reduce charges and could make it easier as well. They also have other services like BillPay which I'm trying out now!
