Customer Service rep was incredible! She knew exactly what my issue (the maniacal Microsoft Authenticator that had me stuck in a loop). I was losing my mind and it was incredible to have someone understand. The rep resolved the issue on my one email account and then checked on the other one. I super appreciated her skills, warmth --- and her sense of humor.

I was assisted by Earron, who quickly resolved my issue and was able to walk me through a process step-by-step. I initially, tried to resolve the issue through GoDaddy's AI chat bot which proved useless because it wouldn't explain to me the step-by-step process - Thank you EARRON for your help, otherwise I don't know how long I would've been waiting for the AI to essentially never come back to actually help me.

The initial virtual assistant system was excellent, and being able to speak to a real person afterwards made the experience even better. Such a pleasure to have a conversation with an individual who speaks your language, i.e. someone who actually understands what your issue is and is able to address your issue. Clear break from someone whose English dialect is so foreign that you have no concept of what they are saying furthermore not understanding what your problem is.
