Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. **5 Stars – Easy to Use and Great Tools** I’ve had a very good experience with Wix so far. Building my website was easy and straightforward, and I really like the variety of templates and tools available. I’m also using Wix Studio, and my experience with it has been very good. I haven’t found anything particularly difficult or anything that I feel needs major improvement. Overall, Wix has made it easy for me to build and manage my website, and I would give it **5 stars overall**. The only thing I find a little expensive is the price of the email service connected to the Wix website. I think the email pricing could be more affordable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Wix and my experience has been positive.

Website is fairly easy to navigate and edit with the help from the Ai bot. Without it we were paying others as it was too complex. We are not great with technology it must be said!

My Experience with Wix As an artist running my own small business, I wanted a website that looked professional but was also easy enough for me to manage myself. I chose Wix because it gave me the flexibility to create a website that reflects my artwork and my personality without needing to be a web designer. One of the things I like most about Wix is being able to make changes myself. I can add new artwork, update my shop, change photographs, edit information and create new pages whenever I need to. This has been particularly useful as my art business has grown and my range of work has expanded. I have set my website up to showcase several areas of my art, including my original artwork, Aetherbound Court, Our Place and my portrait commissions. Having these different sections makes it easier for visitors to find the type of artwork they are interested in. The online shop has also been useful for selling prints, cards, mugs and other art products. I like being able to organise products into different categories while still having an overall shop where customers can browse everything. Another feature I find helpful is the ability to work on my SEO and page information. I can add descriptions and keywords relating to my artwork, which helps people find my website through Google. Overall, Wix has given me the freedom to build and manage my own art website without having to rely on someone else every time I want to make a change. For a small independent artist, that flexibility is extremely valuable. I am still learning and improving my website as I go, but Wix has allowed me to grow the site alongside my art business.

Having worked with squarespace for websites and blogs since 2020, the templates are excellent and fairly easy to edit. On the rare occasion I have an issue the team are quick to resolve it. having domains available that I can tie direct and map makes things much simpler. if your a makeup artist or anyone in the arts I highly recommend building your website here.

After 8 years on Square Online - whose website software was dated and broken and whose customer service was utterly abysmal - I gave up and moved my UK web store to Squarespace. The experience so far has been like night and day. Their software is full of genuinely useful features not broken dead ends. Everything works well and the site looks far more professional. But most importantly the customer service is a million times better. Genuinely thoughtful and proactive people and well trained AI. A true "Customer Success" attitude, Square could learn from it.

I have had difficulty with renewing a domain, due to the incomprehensible rules governing domains remaining "dead" for months on end. Squarespace staff did all they could in the circumstances to help. When I was able to renew the domain the help I received from Squarespace staff was excellent.

Our company debit card was fraudulently used to create a domain (which was not ours) and a Google Work space. The Squarespace Rep was kind and willing to work with me to stop these fraudulent charges. They could not tell me who created this, which I can understand. I am just happy our card was no longer charged.

I . had a question that needed answering but it was on the personal side but the customer support was really understanding and compassionate and seem like he really cared and that means we bought this day and age.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
