Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

just added 21 days to get first payout and the account will close for no reason and they will hold forever and if a dispute happens while they reviewing your account you can’t do shit bc they make it so when you press the link to fight it it says your account is under review or closed

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

My website was really easy to build and looks great. The free version works well for me right now, but it's also good that there are options for more bells and whistles as my business grows.

I was super intimidated coming into this process. I’d never designed a website before…I didn’t know what to expect and most importantly, I didn’t want to mess it up. The steps were clear cut and easy! My site is up and has heavy traffic flow already. I’m super impressed.

Wix is my go to platform for creating engaging websites. Love their back end system as well it provides you with all the things you need: analytics, behavior, traffic!

Wix has been the easiest website to create, implement, and manage for a novice. The user experience has been supportive to my small business, What She Said Consulting, LLC.

The website builder is intuitive and gives you a lot of control. I've been able to build out my site, work extensively on SEO, and make changes without needing much technical experience. I'm personally not a big fan of the AI integration, but overall Wix has given me the tools to do a lot with my website and grow my new business.

As someone who has built websites on multiple platforms, I've found Wix to be by far the easier platform to learn and manage. I previously built a website using SiteGround, and Wix has made it much easier to create, update, and refine my site without needing technical expertise. One of my favorite features is the built-in email marketing. I use it every week to send newsletters to my subscribers, and having my website, email marketing, and customer management all in one place has simplified running my business considerably. As my business has evolved, I've been able to redesign and expand my website several times without starting over. For a small business owner who wants creative control without hiring a web developer, Wix has been an excellent choice.

I think Wix is absolutely great website building platform for beginner and for growing your business. They have super good offer for premium plans. And it's easy to use and if you can not figure out some things you can ask AI.

Wix was recommended to me by a website designer who set my website up on my behalf. I have used Wix for over a decade with no issues. I use the website to sell my artwork and jewellery online and so far so good each transaction has been seamless. Having used a third party to set up my website I can’t comment on ease of arranging the design however I find the app very easy to use when adding and amending stock. I can add information to my web pages with little issue.

Airo work great. I thought making a website would be much more harder. I did have one small issue. I called the help desk the gentleman I spoke with helped me in a very professional way. He did a great job.

Their 24/7 help support is amazing. Really appreciate them for being patient and guiding us step-by-step, especially for someone that is very new to website building. Huge shoutout to the Squarespace Support team. 👏 Moments ago, as I was working on a custom feature for a client’s website, I ran into an issue that temporarily locked me out of the site’s editor. I understood what had happened and spent a good amount of time working through different troubleshooting methods, but I couldn’t find the right recovery path. Not expecting to hear from anyone until the next morning, I reached out to Squarespace Support anyway. To my surprise, I was connected with someone almost immediately. They walked me through a debugging approach I hadn’t known before, and within minutes we had the issue resolved and I was back to building. I really appreciate support teams that don’t just fix the problem...They teach you something you’ll use again in the future. Thanks again, Squarespace. Outstanding support.

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.

Incredible employees with immense care, support, and kindness. The Square team is absolutely incredible at their jobs and doesn't get enough credit for it. I couldn't have asked for more when I had a problem, and their want for fixing the issue was amazing!

At Big-Commerce these guys are doing terrific job. We call many times on Fridays and they worked on it until late in the evening. I recommend it to my friend Jane. He is also looking for an web development agency.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
