After repeatedly being licked out of my email, Hugo informed me of the approximately 45 attempts by someone to access my account. He provided an alternate url and I was immediately able to get into my email. Hugo was patient, professional, and demonstrated why GoDaddy's platform has been my choice for all my account needs for over 20 years.

I had inadvertently disconnected my mobile phone from my email account and in doing so had made my mobile "unstable". This issue was sorted eventually by a local tech firm. GoDaddy then (2 hour and 15 minutes later) completely reset up the mobile connections. Godaddy did a really first class job.

Nothing Compares to the customer service
In all my life I have experienced one bank that calls twice a year to see how i am going and Godaddy to check I am happy with my domain and website. They offer suggestions and day and night over the years they have worked how to go about making choices.
They must have great training as the people are always friendly helpful and will get to you. I have never had anyone from my health care, car insurance, mechanic, amex, phone company cal to ask how am I going with the service
When Godaddy calls I am happy to chat as they have something to help.
I have been with them at least 16 years. I can compare as I have also been with at least 5 other companies that over lapped and nothing compares..
Knowledge and Efficiency
From the minute Lindsay understood my question, I knew that my requests would be handled efficiently.
In less than 5 minutes my issue with a vendor that I was trying to get my website released from, was handled. This is after 2 weeks of an uncooperative vendo.
We then went over a few questions that I had and discussed a path to increase my web traffic.

Brad B was great but godaddy overall not so much
the cust service rep bradley was fantastic. I was told 3 years ago at renewal time they would be able to "work with me" in promotions to keep my site competitively priced. unfortunately i was apparently lied to because they are sticking me with full renewal rates that are horrendous compared to other hosting sites. i appreciate Brads efforts but a bad taste in my mouth for the overall costs.

Godaddy was absolutely amazing today. After a week of spending three hours on hold trying to get assistance from Microsoft (no one ever answered the phone) then being on an online chat with a representative who gave me all incorrect information, to a myriad of other complaints against Microsoft, GoDaddy resolved the problem in a few hours. There is nothing like customer service excellence, and that’s what I received from GoDaddy today.
