Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. Having a Wix website is great for our charity. it is easy to use and easy to make changes and updates.

Little story: I have used Wix for many years creating websites to promote my art and as a business person. My new venture required a website so I automatically went to Wix and started developing the site. Someone convinced me that I should try the platform they use. I did, transferred my domain name and products from Wix, and began to build a website using this new platform. Big mistake. It was cumbersome and I had little control over the design. I went back to Wix. Wix gives me the control I desire to create an impressive website. I’ve added all the elements I need, including photos, drop down menu, videos, buttons and more. What’s most important is that I made my first sale within a couple weeks! I recommend anyone who’s interested in developing a useful and impressive website to use Wix.

For years our not-for-profit military reunion org used Blogger for an online presence. It was awkward, clunky, hard to use, and not especially user friendly. We put up with it for years because it was free. In searching for a better alternative this year, I came across WIX and at first thought this can't be FREE .. but it was and IS. In a couple of sessions, I had our basic website built and we fine tuned it over the next month. The features and ease of use are unbelievable. Everything is so easy to do, and there is always the AI help that comes with it. We LOVE it, especially for small, non-profits .. and it scales easily, expands effortlessly.

A:ways have had excellent customer service with GoDaddy

First I tried searching a few choices to buy a domain name. I did not get to the cart because I was getting too many plans showing up and was not sure if it was an automatic renewal and it did not say what price it was going to be. Some of the plans were three years, so i just found out a help contact phone number to ask my questions directly and it was great. Kevin got it! It was a smooth transaction!!!!

I have had no issues with my GoDaddy services but had an issue with billing. A few years ago a friend gifted me 2 years of GoDaddy services for my business idea. Unfortunately I did not see the renewal emails and we were both surprised when her card renewed my services for over $800. Customer Service Rep Chris helped me get my friend refunded for the full amount and gave me a wonder discount to continue my services without disruption. He and the unknown manager he went to for help saved me hundreds of dollars and helped my friend get her money back. Not only does GoDaddy have a lot of great features to help small businesses get going their customer service is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and I will continue using and trusting them for years to come.

Go Daddy customer service is great. May take a while to be put through but access to a human agent. Who is patient and explains fully anything that is confusing. Access to contact number is easy as well and not lots of steps to go through.

The platform is easy to figure out and use, even as a non-computer/design person. I was able to put the website together the way we wanted and set up tools we needed. I had an issue with a domain I purchased from another site and was struggling with my lack of skill and the AI assistant's "help". When I finally got a human to help, the problem was researched and thankfully fixed.

Square is good and very fast. I'm happy I'm able to make sales even when the device is offline. Square also offer financial support by offering to lend money to help clients grow thier business. As little as the sum is, its a kind gesture. I don't regret using square.

Single home income, it gets hard sometimes bc inflation and prices of everything are ridiculous. They approved my loan just in time, we were behind.. square seems to know I work my butt off. I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
