A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

Even if someone had zero knowledge of designing a website beforehand I feel they would be fine using Wix, and their customer service is great should you ever run into issues you cannot resolve yourself with the help and AI functions.

I love Wix, it's an incredibly fluid web design platform that really let's you make just about anything for a website! It even has a cool background gradient feature. It is a bit on the pricier side, but Wix is a solid web design tool that I really enjoy!

I’m really happy with my experience using Wix. I built a website for our local Legion from scratch, and even though I had never built a website before, Wix made it possible for me to create something I’m really proud of. Wix platform worked very well for building our site. We found the design features of the site worked as expected for someone with experience - some self-editing features could be more intuitively functional - and our experience with Aria (AI Design Assistant) was disappointing.

Wix, is good for someone like me who is not that tech savvy, it's easy to set up and operate once you get the idea. I have had my arguments with AI though hah hah, but in saying that. it's because I had not followed the correct ways of doing things or giving the correct commands. WIX is well worth using for your business if you want an easy professional site.

Recently, Ryan, helped fix an email problem I created with an Alias I had created in 2021 that was creating problems, and did so very quickly and professionally. He, like others in the past, understood my point of view and problem.

I . had a question that needed answering but it was on the personal side but the customer support was really understanding and compassionate and seem like he really cared and that means we bought this day and age.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.
