Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Wix is very easy to use and so are the instructions when I have problems. Unfortunately, the options for amazing layouts are limited as every page is a predictable square.

I find Wix incredibly simple to use. If you knew me, you would realise this is important. Wix seems to get the word out well. As yet, I have not used any of their magic social media bits and pieces, but might dare to do so one day. We will see!

RadiowaveNZ started from scratch in 2012. We purchased Station Playlist Software to run our programming. But as we were Internet only we needed something to differentiate RadiowaveNZ from other digital Stations. It was decided to operate a NZ Tourist Information Service with a Radio Station Attached. Right so far,, We needed a Web Site. And after much research we decided on Wix.Com. Why?? > Because we didn't want to spend thousands of dollars developing the Website and because we needed to update it every day and sometimes hourly & this is where Wix.Com was chosen. I had never developed a Web Site in my life so this experience was completely new. I found the initial instructions very easy. Of course some mistakes were made but these were easily corrected. And the site grew from one page with a " Listen Live" function so RadiowaveNZ could be streamed worldwide. We now have about 14 seperate pages so our listeners or NZ tourists easily access the information or just music or both as they desire. RadiowaveNZ are now supporting over 6000 new Music Artists and song writers who cannot get their music played by commercial radio stations in their country. And the ease of operation is basically due the Wix.com and their back up. Finally I cannot remember in 14 years that we had a major problem with Wix.Com & any problems we did have were fixed almost immediately . One interestin fact is that it's obvious that mainstream music radio stations keep and ear on us because everytime we come up with a good programme idea, they use something similar

Using WIX to make my website was super easy. Having a basic background with building sites I wasn't sure how this was going to go but it was very easy to navigate and was able to build my site very quickly.

I have used WIX hosting for more than 10 years and never, ever had any problems, the system never failed, the online shop functions perfectly, so I am a very happy customer. I used their templates to successfully build five different websites, and the process was user-friendly and flexible enough to make very individual looking sites. The hosting price is well worth the money.

This is the second time I've used Wix to quickly and easily build a professional site. In both cases, I tried other (well known) platforms first - and either started using or came back to using Wix. The interface is intuitive. The tools are easy to use. The templates are practical, professional and easy to modify. Writing and posting blogs is straightforward. SEO is thorough. Every time I think I need something Wix has it, including AI. I'm happy to recommend Wix.

Wix made the building process very easy. Having the free trial so I could build and see the site before paying for it was great as Im just a mechanic and didn't know if I could build a website to begin with.

I love my Wix website! There was a slight learning curve in the beginning, but I finally got the hang of it. What I REALLY love the most is the AI help function. Even when you don't have the correct terminology it understands your intent and offers exact instructions in order to do what you need. If it doesn't work for you, the live agent chat customer support is AMAZING! Out of all the necessary subscriptions required to run my business, this one is giving the best value for the money I spent.

The GoDaddy portal suggested I call their technical support number. I anticipated speaking to bots and having to repeat myself.. instead, the call was answered promptly, Jessica immediately understood the reason for my call and resolved the issue right there & then! Amazing in today's day and age of bots.

This is Not my first rodeo with GoDaddy, in fact as far back as I can remember, (decades) I don't think I’ve ever used any other registrar besides GoDaddy. As AI becomes the norm, GoDaddy still uses Real People. What a novel concept.

The Rep involved was highly professional, extremely diligent and patient, satisfactorily handled all queries posed by customer (me). Interaction between GoDaddy customer care agent and customer ended on an overall very positive note.

I updated the chrome browser by google. It popped up with a list of security questions and I CHECKED OFF SOME BOXES. ( I am not good at this stuff ). When i went to check my emails it was gone. I called and asked for help and they sent me to a specialist at JIMMIE from Microsoft 360. We eventually were told it would be up and running within 24 to 48 hours. When I typed in my email info, it then said that GOOGLE needed to authenticate me. It then said they would send me a code to the email that I could not access my recovery email was no longer functioning. .. IT DIDNT HAPPEN. The same thing happened again it took another 2 hours and I was told the same thing. It did not happen. I finally called Go Daddy support he fixed it by telling me to use a diferent browser. I went to Safari and it worked. Took two minutes.

Customer service rep took care of my issue in just a few minutes. The AI who answered the telephone initially gathered my account information which made things go well with customer service rep.

Super helpful support team! They were answering my questions in real-time since I chose the live chat option, which I argue is one of the best strategies for customer support! The team was also super patient and answered all of my questions concisely. If I can recommend, if there's a way to reroute customers to the same support member if the concern is similar or directly connected to the first ticket, that would be great! Doing so removes the need to explain the issue again. Apart from that, I love the support team!!!

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!
