I was having issues with email setup and I was really getting frustrated. I called GoDaddy customer service and the guy that answered the phone was really patient and kind. I'm not tech savvy, so it was taking me a minute to navigatr and he waited, never making me feel like I had to hurry up. He great customer.

As a first-time caller, I expected a long wait—but I was pleasantly surprised to be connected with a support specialist in under five minutes. Paul, the support representative who assisted me, was excellent. I was dealing with a somewhat complicated situation and trying to describe what I was seeing on my screen, which isn’t always easy—but he was patient, clear, and incredibly easy to follow.
He walked me through multiple steps, helped troubleshoot a few issues, and made the entire process feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
Bottom line: if I were hiring, I’d want someone like Paul on my team. Knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and genuinely helpful.

GoDaddy Telphone Support Was Prefect!
Getting good telephone support is even harder than ever. Been a customer of GoDaddy since 2003 and they are not prefect, but they beat all the other similar companies I have dealt with over the years.
One particular rep (Tawny) made all the diffrence tonight. There was so much to cover and she stayed with me until I had everything I needed. She was amazing and so is GoDaddy!

I have been with GoDaddy since 2006, 20 years approximately. GoDaddy's Customer representatives have always been great. In this review I will like to highlight the representative that assisted me on my call today "CHARLEMAGNE" his world class customer service is superb, he was patient and went above and beyond to take care of my great concerns. I was very upset when I first called, Charlemagne's consistent positive attitude turned my frown :( upside down, literally :). I recommend GoDaddy to any and everyone. Thank you GoDaddy and Thank you Charlemagne. As they say ... Team work does makes the dream work!
