It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. Great website builder, but could be better on mobile I’ve been building my small business website with Wix and overall I’ve been really impressed with how easy it is to create a professional-looking site without needing any coding experience. The templates and design options are excellent, and I’ve been able to create a website for my candle business that looks professional and works well for customers. However, there are some frustrating limitations when using Wix on mobile. Some things that are straightforward on desktop can be difficult to find or edit through the mobile app, particularly when managing menus, products and categories. The monthly cost is also something to consider for a small business, especially once you start adding different features and services. Overall, I’m happy with Wix and it has allowed me to get my business online relatively easily. I’d just like to see a better mobile editing experience and more flexibility for smaller businesses.

Speaking to an actual person is almost impossible on other email-website companies. After weeks of frustration I realized I GoDaddy supplies a phone number. I spoke with with a person and solved my problems in one call.

I was looking at all my domains, services and invoices the other day, thinking that I should consolidate some services. And today I got a call from a support and sales person who offered me just to do that (must have read my mouse clicks in my account). She sent an email in advance. She called. And she was super helpful. A real human. Real customer service. Go Daddy, way to go!

I having no experience in the Webpage design world have 2 websites now working with GoDaddy/ Airo. I am extremely impressed on how the process made me nervous and once i started i was finished. It went much quicker and easier than i thought. Of course there were glitches however resolved quickly and I am sure somewhere along the line it was due partly, to my lack of experience. However, quick and solved is all that mattered to me. Thanks to All behind the scenes!!

My situation could be unique and it can be quite common, regardless, I am still not entirely sure exactly how the domains I owned disappeared, but they did. I am in the beginning stages of a non-profit and any days I am unable to function are extremely costly. SO when this happened, you could say that there was a reason to panic. Especially when the issue persisted for more than a week. Now, Squarespace had a team made up of a variety of individuals attempting to get me back up and running. It was quite impressive how thorough and helpful they each were. I have come to believe that the issue was resolved within a very appropriate amount of time. Thank you for all the help!

I . had a question that needed answering but it was on the personal side but the customer support was really understanding and compassionate and seem like he really cared and that means we bought this day and age.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.
