The customer service is second to none. The person I dealt with took the time to listen to my issue and actually let me vent a bit. It was refreshing to have a a non-outsourced representative help me. They resolved my issue relatively quickly.

Brian quickly investigated my question about my multiple accounts. Helped me cancel one that was not needed. Took the extra time and step to also coordinate the renewal dates for the 2 accounts that I need and use. This coordination will make tracking my renewals much easier. I always have a great experience with Go Daddy's customer service. I never feel under pressure to keep or buy products that I don't need. Hi, I called for assistance with a few different things. Joe answered and was very helpful. At first, AI was trying to reroute me to a certain dept, but since I had multiple questions, I just kept saying “representative”.
I explained to Joe that I could use the computer to check my account, but I recently had rotator cuff and bicep surgery and was exhausted by that and in a lot of pain. His demeanor his friendliness, helpfulness, his tone of voice, it was everything I remembered about calling GoDaddy every time in the past.
He sent me info on how to list one of my domain names for sale within I think 3 minutes or less. I love your company, and noticed your website has gotten way cooler than when I remember……..!!!!!
