Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

You can either search through the Help Center (AI), or you can speak with a live Wix Expert. This has been very helpful for me. Unfortunately, I am not an expert in everything and I am a one woman company. I do everything. I definitely couldn't have made my own website, updates, store etc. without constructive guidance from Wix. Many opportunities to learn more from the Wix Experts! Thank you Wix!

I came to GoDaddy to straighten out my Microsoft 365 Plus, Exchange and Gmail accounts. It was very messed up, and two support people -- Allan and Luis -- spent more than an hour with me, fixing and testing. I'm 83 years old and, due to need to support a struggling family member, I'm using Claude ai to create a new body of work in pharma/biopharma comms. I very much appreciate the help I received. One of the really useful ideas Allan had was to install Outlook for my important business email account, rather than depending isolely on Exchange and Gmail via the Apple mail app. Backup is GREAT!

I found my customer service representative to be patient and very helpful in explaining things to one less tech oriented.

My domain was transferred to GoDaddy by Google. I also decommissioned my website hosted by Wix at about the same time. Somewhere in there my domain related email stopped working. Wix and Google were no help with no people. GoDaddy answered the phone in short order, no silly AI madness and the fellow who took the call was respectful, sympathetic AND fixed my problem in very short order.

GoDaddy has always provided us with exceptional customer service! Anytime we have had to call, we are greeted with a friendly rep who is ready to help with any solution! The best of the best!

I initially could not find my two domains on Godaddy, somehow over several years I ended up having a total of three accounts unbeknownst to me. Tom patiently sorted them out and guided me slowly (imperative for me) through the process of elimination to put all my eggs back in one "Godaddy Basket"...

It is quite refreshing to actually be able to talk to human and troubleshoot. Granted, I did try to utilize the two levels of chat, but I was frustrated with the amount of back and forth for security codes, etc. on the chats. Once I got through to a human rep, I was able to get it resolved quickly because some issues cannot be resolved with text.

We've been using Squarespace for years... never had any dramas. Hosting is great, the site editor is straightforward and easy to use. The variety of templates help you get a good jump start on building your site. As our business has grown we've upgraded our plan to access additional features we needed, this was quick and simple. The support docs and user forum are great, there aren't many questions that you can't find the answer to.

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Amazing system

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.

When I was renewing my Weebly subscription for two years, my bank somehow got it into their heads that this was a monthly subscription. I emailed Square customer service and got a reassuring response within six hours, along with documentation to forward to the bank to correct their error.
