I was having trouble with a terrible company that misled mean item and being very difficult if impossible to give me a refund without posting the item at own expense to china…( not Alteringham where it came from!) I contacted shopify and within an hour a refund has been raised…so glad and relieved..we’ll done shopify Helen

A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. Great website builder, but could be better on mobile I’ve been building my small business website with Wix and overall I’ve been really impressed with how easy it is to create a professional-looking site without needing any coding experience. The templates and design options are excellent, and I’ve been able to create a website for my candle business that looks professional and works well for customers. However, there are some frustrating limitations when using Wix on mobile. Some things that are straightforward on desktop can be difficult to find or edit through the mobile app, particularly when managing menus, products and categories. The monthly cost is also something to consider for a small business, especially once you start adding different features and services. Overall, I’m happy with Wix and it has allowed me to get my business online relatively easily. I’d just like to see a better mobile editing experience and more flexibility for smaller businesses.

Go Daddy staff is INCREDIBLY patient, gracious, understanding, and kind! EVERY TIME I have had to contact them! Mr. Mahdi is a real pro! He figured out that the reason web-builder was not fully displayingon my computer is that, when set at 100% resolution, the site navigation tools were not fully displaying on my screen. HUZZAH! Success on that critical piece. I am, however still having problems embedding SoundCloud files to my website ... after reading & following the links he sent me, I still am unable to embed SoundCloud links. That remains a real problem & I have written him back about it, and am awaiting his or a colleagues response. Thnx again!

Great experience with GoDaddy for domain registration and hosting. Setup was quick, the dashboard is easy to navigate, and customer support was responsive whenever I needed help. Renewals and DNS management are straightforward too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The team at Squarespace responded to each of my queries promptly, and thoroughly. Was never given the impression that I was a nuisance, since I am certain that many of my questions seemed very basic. They guided me to complete my desired layout for my website in a very short time. Without their assistance, I would still be going around in concentric circles.

The switch from Google to Square space was a bit confusing, but they have made it an easy transition after all. Definitely recommend them. All my domains are through Squarespace.

I created my website with Squarespace in a very short time. The layouts are brilliant and so many to choose from. So many presets to use. Squarespace are also improving all the time with additional features and updates.

Quickly referred to the correct agent. They had access to account but information that meant efficient resolution. They were patient when my first attempt to cancel something did not happen.

Good customer service

Support was great as usual - even when helping with external domain providers.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.

Single home income, it gets hard sometimes bc inflation and prices of everything are ridiculous. They approved my loan just in time, we were behind.. square seems to know I work my butt off. I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
