His name was Elijah and he immediately identified my problem cleared out some old issues with the domain and I was able to connect my domain to my new site immediately. I've been a customer of GoDaddy for over ten years. I've never experienced any problems, only the ones that were my fault. When I did incur problems, all it took was a phone call. By the way, their customer service line is 24/7. You won't find too many companies doing that any longer!
Leap of faith!
I initially called regarding a storage space issue. Once it was resolved, Daniel asked was there anything else he could help me with in supporting my business. I then informed him that I have a niche business, and that for some reason I have not been able to reach my target audience. And at 65 years of age, I was not sure if I wanted to continue. Unbeknownst to me, he had been reviewing my website and all social media sites since the call began. He informed me that he had never seen a product like mine, and he described some of them in detail. Then he mentioned a special team that worked with businesses like mine to specifically address marketing & reach. He patiently listened to my concerns and assured me that I would receive genuine help. I in turn decided to take a leap of faith and pray that this was the boost that my over 40 years of experience needed.
I viewed my interaction with Daniel a blessing, and I informed him of such!

I was frustrated when I called…but Jay fixed it!
I was frustrated when I called GoDaddy. Jay patiently listened to me complain then he solved all of my known issues and then fixed lots of other things I didn't know were broken. Jay is a professional. GoDaddy should always strive to have folks of Jay's caliber to speak live with customers. As a business owner, real time, human to human customer service is what makes or breaks the company. AI is fantastic but it will never replace the human interface. Good job Jay. Ricel's help during a crisis in my law firm was nothing short of a poem of confident and benevolent dominion. She met my anxiety, and certainly terrible demeanor with a gentle fortitude and easy competence that reminded me to be a gentleman. And all in her second language. I will be using her example for the lawyers I train. I have not been impressed by a person like this in quite some time, and I will be using her example as a training tool for my trial lawyers.
