Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Best very useful

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

Awesome platform that is getting way too much hate for no reason. The shops work great and make sooo many processes easier, especially payment, that are not available with any other store provider.

Wix has all the tools you need. It is a bit difficult to understand sometimes but, it has the AI there to ask any questions from.

After repeatedly being licked out of my email, Hugo informed me of the approximately 45 attempts by someone to access my account. He provided an alternate url and I was immediately able to get into my email. Hugo was patient, professional, and demonstrated why GoDaddy's platform has been my choice for all my account needs for over 20 years.

I had inadvertently disconnected my mobile phone from my email account and in doing so had made my mobile "unstable". This issue was sorted eventually by a local tech firm. GoDaddy then (2 hour and 15 minutes later) completely reset up the mobile connections. Godaddy did a really first class job.

The company and their representatives work to make sure they customer is truly satisfied and has a positive outcome. Excwllwnt, patient, thorough representatives.

In all my life I have experienced one bank that calls twice a year to see how i am going and Godaddy to check I am happy with my domain and website. They offer suggestions and day and night over the years they have worked how to go about making choices. They must have great training as the people are always friendly helpful and will get to you. I have never had anyone from my health care, car insurance, mechanic, amex, phone company cal to ask how am I going with the service When Godaddy calls I am happy to chat as they have something to help. I have been with them at least 16 years. I can compare as I have also been with at least 5 other companies that over lapped and nothing compares..

From the minute Lindsay understood my question, I knew that my requests would be handled efficiently. In less than 5 minutes my issue with a vendor that I was trying to get my website released from, was handled. This is after 2 weeks of an uncooperative vendo. I've been a GoDaddy subscriber for more than a decade and I can only praise them for their service. Always a great response when I need support, their sales team is knowledgeable and any of their staff I've interacted with over time have been personable and knowledgeable. the cust service rep bradley was fantastic. I was told 3 years ago at renewal time they would be able to "work with me" in promotions to keep my site competitively priced. unfortunately i was apparently lied to because they are sticking me with full renewal rates that are horrendous compared to other hosting sites. i appreciate Brads efforts but a bad taste in my mouth for the overall costs.

Godaddy was absolutely amazing today. After a week of spending three hours on hold trying to get assistance from Microsoft (no one ever answered the phone) then being on an online chat with a representative who gave me all incorrect information, to a myriad of other complaints against Microsoft, GoDaddy resolved the problem in a few hours. There is nothing like customer service excellence, and that’s what I received from GoDaddy today.

It's been a great experience building and hosting my nonprofit website at Squarespace. It was easy to setup and use. on the occasions I needed help, while it seemed initially challenging not to be able to speak to tech support over the phone, the chat support was great and resolved all my issues quickly.

From the website platform down to the payment processing, I rate SquareSpace as #1, Everything is user friendly. The only issue I would say is that when it comes down to contacting customer service, I am never able to reach anyone.

Weebly has hosted my business free of charge for the last fifteen years. Their layouts are great and my small business has been well represented by their online support. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend them.

Square has met my every business need at a price I can afford to pay and feel good about it at the end of the day. Efficient reliable easy to use .. it could be fancier, true, but it also could be much more expensive. I think they cut cost in such a way that I don’t feel it, I have everything I need to be professional organized and booked! Square connects me to Massagebook and between them I am complete. Square is constantly updating, giving us new options, and refining the platform continually. Everyone recognizes square as well, I like that. It makes people feels at ease to us a POS that they are familiar with. I have never been more organized than I am now using square. And they continue to support me with loan offers, savings, credit card .. they really offer all encompassing financial and business support, paying attention to me and my accounts in real time! I am very satisfied.

Since I began using square ive read and heard all kinds of things about it. But my first experience with some one hacking into my account and spending my money on something I didnt buy wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. Square took my report a few days later refunded my money. Thank you for being so helpful and fast at resolving this issue for me

I have been using Square for many years and i like their customer service team. They respond quickly and give good solid information to solve the problem. I know there are other companies out there - they are new. I am sticking with Square because I KNOW I can count on them.
