I really loved using shopify and its featrues

A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

Hello, I am a professor at the IPN. I use Wix to conduct my classes; the growth in engagement is largely due to the fact that I embedded downloadable files on the site for everyone to use. It's been very easy for me to set up a site on Wix and use various tools to link and promote my content. Really have no complaints.

Making my website on Wix was really easy, fast and convenient. Honestly, there is a learning curve but it was never super steep. But the learning curve is probably way smaller than other ways to make a website.

My experience with Wix so far has been extremely positive. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, while offering enough flexibility and functionality to create a sophisticated-looking website. Setting everything up, including connecting my own domain, was much more straightforward than I expected. Being able to view and edit the site in both desktop and mobile modes makes it easier to ensure it works well and remains accessible across different devices. The templates are flexible, and the AI support has been helpful whenever I’ve needed additional guidance. There is still plenty more functionality for me to explore as I continue to develop and grow the site. I’ve been very pleased with the experience so far and can highly recommend Wix.

Warren and Go Daddy were great. I have been with them for over 10 years! Google was not happy and had new guideline in 2024 and it required a possible new site UGH! I tried another company. No Good and after 9 months I gave up and came back to Go Daddy. They have been patient and helpful. Hopefully my new site for Texas Assessment Specialists is up and running in September!

Very good after sale service

It was clear security was a priority. This was frustrating at first because we had a staff member leave and didn't know some of the info we needed. But as we went along we got there! I appreciated that at least it seemed like I was talking to a real person through email. I hope to the Good Lord that it wasn't AI. But alas, this is the world we are living in. And thus, the clear emphasis on security is comforting.

The switching of my website was seamless and refund on my existing account went smoothly. I will say, however, it would have been better if I could have just updated my old account using 7.1 and just kept going.
