A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

I’m in no way techy, I’ve managed to make myself a web site that not only works but also gets visitors and sends work my way. WIX has changed since then, I’m also doing the same for my husband now, and the new AI interface has helped a lot. I would recommend WIX if you want value for money and an easy user experience.

I had a representative from Elavon help me. This is my 1st website and my 4th book Nana Hollywood Retires to Paradise. Jasmine got help from your representative but seemed to be able to navigate quickly if you have any knowledge which I don't.

Hello, I am a professor at the IPN. I use Wix to conduct my classes; the growth in engagement is largely due to the fact that I embedded downloadable files on the site for everyone to use. We also reach companies that consult the page; they find it easier to interact with, and the site offers a dynamic experience—one I have improved every semester. It's been very easy for me to set up a site on Wix and use various tools to link and promote my content. Really have no complaints.

Making my website on Wix was really easy, fast and convenient. Honestly, there is a learning curve but it was never super steep. But the learning curve is probably way smaller than other ways to make a website.

My experience with Wix so far has been extremely positive. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, while offering enough flexibility and functionality to create a sophisticated-looking website. Setting everything up, including connecting my own domain, was much more straightforward than I expected. Being able to view and edit the site in both desktop and mobile modes makes it easier to ensure it works well and remains accessible across different devices. The templates are flexible, and the AI support has been helpful whenever I’ve needed additional guidance. There is still plenty more functionality for me to explore as I continue to develop and grow the site. I’ve been very pleased with the experience so far and can highly recommend Wix.

My call to go daddy was quick and to the point but you still got the warmth of customer service. My issue was addressed and I ended the call feeling heard.

It was Sunday. I didn't expect much but needed help and spoke with a gentleman named Arnel. He was professional, police, and really dug into the problem to help me reach conclusions. The potentially could save me significant money and embarrassment from potentially having my site hijacked.

Customer Service is KEY This review is from 2022 but I thought it was worth repeating because I still feel the same way: I have recently been reviewing website builders online such as WIX, SquareSpace and BigBlackBag and the one thing that is similar throughout is the lack of customer service. Forget BigBlackBag - I think it's a scam now. You need to be an SEO wiz for WIX and SquareSpace and there is no one available to talk to who can and is willing to help. However, I have been a GoDaddy customer for several years now and there is ALWAYS someone I can speak with to help. That alone is worth my time, money and trouble to build a site that I need to showcase my work. What good is a website builder with no person-to-person support? I highly recommend GoDaddy if you want to be able to speak to someone who will answer your questions. GoDaddy is there to help. Thanks, GoDaddy.

I called him and very very nice and answered and he’s like yeah I can come today and and take a look at it and I’ll help you and get you back on the road and so there won’t be any more problems with your truck so anyway took about an hour or so maybe longer I don’t know it was a little while ago, he helped me out and I couldn’t figure it out, but I looked over the smallest little thing and well we replaced it and we put it on it and so far it’s been like around 2 to 3 maybe four months and I still have not had any problems with my truck at all. I am a very happy customer.

I have experience in building my own website with Weebly more than 15 years ago, but this website is fantastic. The only issue that I have is how to navigate in this AI world. Very good after sale service

It was clear security was a priority. This was frustrating at first because we had a staff member leave and didn't know some of the info we needed. But as we went along we got there! I appreciated that at least it seemed like I was talking to a real person through email. I hope to the Good Lord that it wasn't AI. But alas, this is the world we are living in. And thus, the clear emphasis on security is comforting.

The switching of my website was seamless and refund on my existing account went smoothly. I will say, however, it would have been better if I could have just updated my old account using 7.1 and just kept going.
