I really loved using shopify and its featrues

A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

Hello, I am a professor at the IPN. I use Wix to conduct my classes; the growth in engagement is largely due to the fact that I embedded downloadable files on the site for everyone to use. We also reach companies that consult the page; they find it easier to interact with, and the site offers a dynamic experience—one I have improved every semester. Making my website on Wix was really easy, fast and convenient. Honestly, there is a learning curve but it was never super steep. But the learning curve is probably way smaller than other ways to make a website.

My experience with Wix so far has been extremely positive. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, while offering enough flexibility and functionality to create a sophisticated-looking website. Setting everything up, including connecting my own domain, was much more straightforward than I expected. Being able to view and edit the site in both desktop and mobile modes makes it easier to ensure it works well and remains accessible across different devices. The templates are flexible, and the AI support has been helpful whenever I’ve needed additional guidance. There is still plenty more functionality for me to explore as I continue to develop and grow the site. I’ve been very pleased with the experience so far and can highly recommend Wix.

My only criticism is that I wish the hosting activation problem had been identified much earlier, because it would have saved a considerable amount of time and frustration. God, getting my custom domain to point where it was supposed to right before a pop-up had me ready to throw my laptop out the Brooklyn window while sitting on the living room floor surrounded by tape. Their support agent actually stayed with me through the DNS headache until it finally cooperated. Mobile editing is still a total nightmare to sort out, I won't lie. But checkouts don't crash when inventory moves fast, and honestly, that's half the battle.

My granson has been using you guys for his business for a year or so. I let him use my charge card to start the process and then he changed to his own card in the system. Unfortunately that didn't keep my card from being charged and that was the case for over a year. He tried several times to change that to no avail. Finally last month or so I emailed customer service to try and deal with it myself. Hopefully it was taken care of and the card change was made because so far I have not received a charge for September and I hope it is taken care of.
