Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Best very useful

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

I couldn't believe it when I've actually gone into shopifys videos and saw how many people that have become anterprniors from shopify and I too would like tobecome after 20 years of searching I give them a five star and would eventually like to have my own business set up out there it's called Marketing Business Stragedy look forward to your reply I've never felt so good im 66 years old but I'm not giving up not now or ever

Awesome platform that is getting way too much hate for no reason. The shops work great and make sooo many processes easier, especially payment, that are not available with any other store provider.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews, but I have been using Shopify for almost a year now and it works like a charm. There is also a great ecosystem for support, that you can do so much with their platform

I’ve been Wix’s customer for years and I have never once had a single issue. But today’s review is regarding their customer service. So first of all, I was impressed how easy it was to get to chat with a real person. I had an issue with domain billing (refund) and I got through to the most kind and understanding people I possibly could. It was David and Aaron. And I’m saying it here because at the end of the chat, the customer satisfaction questionnaire didn’t load so I didn’t get the chance to submit my feedback. (So Wix, David and Aaron deserve a raise because you’re lucky to have such helpful people on your team.) Thank you once again! And second of all, I really don’t understand why Wix gets such a bad reputation. When you do have an issue, there are always several options to get in touch whether you prefer chat or a phone call from them. I’ve never heard about Wordpress or Google or anyone to be so easy to reach out to. And I should probably say I’ve been with them for over 5 years now and I honestly cannot say a single bad word. Wix is the best!

I have had a Wix website for about 3 years and after having had it set up largely by Wix professionals I have been running it myself with help from Chat gP and Wix which is making it much more profitable. I am a sole trader with a rather niche product and Wix suits my business perfectly.

The idea of creating and managing a web site for my (very) small business seemed overwhelming. Wix made it so much more manageable.

I find Wix straightforward to use, and the extensive support documentation means you’re never stuck for long. The non‑profit rates are excellent, and the platform has proven to be dependable.

To be fair, setting it up is really easy. it looks easily amateur and I'm reluctant to use other features to make it look more professional but I'm happy with it as a starting platform

Getting good telephone support is even harder than ever. Been a customer of GoDaddy since 2003 and they are not prefect, but they beat all the other similar companies I have dealt with over the years. One particular rep (Tawny) made all the diffrence tonight. There was so much to cover and she stayed with me until I had everything I needed. She was amazing and so is GoDaddy!

I have been with GoDaddy since 2006, 20 years approximately. GoDaddy's Customer representatives have always been great. In this review I will like to highlight the representative that assisted me on my call today "CHARLEMAGNE" his world class customer service is superb, he was patient and went above and beyond to take care of my great concerns. I was very upset when I first called, Charlemagne's consistent positive attitude turned my frown :( upside down, literally :). I recommend GoDaddy to any and everyone. I discovered that a former vendor had compromised my WordPress website - creating unauthorized Administrative user accounts, installing backdoor FTP access, locking me out of my own site, and leaving a malicious incomplete migration designed to keep me dependent and vulnerable. Frederick, who brings a background in cybersecurity law enforcement to his role, handled my case with extraordinary professionalism, technical expertise, and genuine care. He immediately understood the severity of the situation, installed a firewall to block the vendor permanently, removed their unauthorized access, restored my Administrator credentials, and conducted a full security review. Because of Frederick I went from being locked out of my own website to having it fully secured and back in my control. If you are a small business owner who has been taken advantage of by a predatory web vendor, ask for Frederick. He is exactly the kind of professional you want in your corner. GoDaddy is lucky to have him.

This is the second Band website we've done. We were unhappy with the previous host, but Squarespace has been great. Of course, there's always a learning curve with creating a website with a new host, but you're help section has been terrific, and partcicularly, the videos. We're still working on various aspects of our basic site, but once that's done, our Art Director is going to look it over and perhaps improve some things. It's a process!
