It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. I never knew building and maintaining a website could be so user-friendly! In just the last few months, I’ve built three websites with Wix. I really appreciate that there are free options for my smaller website needs, while my paid business site gives me the credit card processing, online store, and ordering capabilities I need. Everything has been easy to learn and manage, even without professional web design experience. My favorite part is that I was able to build it myself and can make changes quickly whenever I need to. Wix has made managing my websites so much easier than I ever expected, and it’s been just what I needed for my businesses.

I like Wix not only because it's easy to navigate when creating a website, but once it's setup, it's very simple to make changes. Another great feature is due to the fact that all files are stored on the "Wix Cloud" which means it's easy to transfer the entire site to someone else if needed. This is particularly helpful when working with any volunteer organization (such as churches or other non-profits) as people often come and go within the organization which means less of a learning curve for the new webmaster. It's easy to add links, photos and videos.

Great website builder, but could be better on mobile I’ve been building my small business website with Wix and overall I’ve been really impressed with how easy it is to create a professional-looking site without needing any coding experience. The templates and design options are excellent, and I’ve been able to create a website for my candle business that looks professional and works well for customers. However, there are some frustrating limitations when using Wix on mobile. Some things that are straightforward on desktop can be difficult to find or edit through the mobile app, particularly when managing menus, products and categories. The monthly cost is also something to consider for a small business, especially once you start adding different features and services. Overall, I’m happy with Wix and it has allowed me to get my business online relatively easily. I’d just like to see a better mobile editing experience and more flexibility for smaller businesses.

Obinna from GoDaddy was professional, transparent, and proactive throughout my customer-service call.

I had to contact support late in the evening because my domain auto-renewal failed after updating my card details. The representative stayed on the chat session for about twenty minutes to verify that the payment cleared and the expiration date extended. The dashboard itself is a bit noisy with pop-upfor extra services, but the core domain management features work properly once you get past that clutter.

Excellent customer service via chat. I transferred two domain names from Weebly to Squarespace. The online process was straightforward, but unfortunately, Weebly messed up the release, so it took a little longer. Squarespace's customer service team was absolutely incredible. They helped resolve the issues with the correct information and later helped guide me on how to set up a new website with them. The difference between Squarespace and Weebly is like day and night. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to move my business domain and website to Squarespace.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
