A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. If you want, you can custom design your store to your specifications. Or let Sidekick walk you through step by step. Shopify earned my respect and appreciation. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

I have been using Wix for about three years now. There are so many extra Wix approved apps you can add to really make your website stand out and be very responsive. The Wix customer care team has helped me with any issues. I am beginning to see my website really start to come alive. I would recommend Wix... pre made templates makes getting started and yes, a real person will call you back if you get stuck.

I utilized Wix to build a website intended to capture attendees for a homebuyer education class that I teach. It's only been a month or so, and my website is thriving. Wix allowed me to build an intricate system where people go to my website, click on the registration tab, which takes them to my calendar where they can select a class/date/time and book it. As soon as they book the class, my Wix site automatically sends them a Zoom link which it creates for me. I also receive a confirmation email with some questions that I have upfront before the class. My Wix site has made my job seamless and saved me hours of work. The system was user-friendly and I successfully built the website in seven days. I would highly recommend Wix for anyone looking to build a high-end professional looking/functioning website.

The freedom to change it as you go and the self control over the site is great. I love the feature where you get notified as people view your site too. Way better than my last website provider and I highly recommend.

My website was built by my publisher using wix.com. I thought it might be difficult to learn to use and make changes but it's actually pretty easy to upkeep the website.

I love WIX because you can use templates to create a website without needing to know a computer language. It's easy, and you can add subtract and adjust at a moment's notice. o need to call your computer person and wait days (if you are lucky) to change one small detail. Also, you can see changes as you make them. It's really fabulous! Easy to use. And not expensive either. Highly recommended.

I started using Wix simply to create a website for my counselling business, but over time it has allowed me to build something much more substantial. As my business and ideas have developed, I’ve been able to develop the website alongside them rather than having to start again. I particularly appreciate the flexibility to create pages and resources that reflect my own cultural identity and the kaupapa behind my work, rather than being restricted to a standard business template. I’ve also been able to experiment with more complex features, including databases, automated emails and a daily Maramataka alignment resource. There has definitely been a learning curve, and occasionally some frustration when things don’t work as expected, but I’ve usually been able to find a way forward. What I value most is that Wix has given me the ability to build and manage the site myself. My website now feels like an evolving part of my mahi rather than simply somewhere people go to find my contact details. For someone who wants the freedom to develop their online presence as their business grows, I’ve found Wix to be a very useful platform.

I love working with Squarespace! There is one thing that I would like to recommend. Please make inputting tags easier, lol. Right now, we have to type the name and hit enter after every tag name. I create tags in blocks with commas, but by making me hit enter after each, makes this simple task take forever, lol. You have the BEST Customer Support!

Single home income, it gets hard sometimes bc inflation and prices of everything are ridiculous. They approved my loan just in time, we were behind.. square seems to know I work my butt off.
