Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

As a constructive point, I would mention the pricing model. The annual premium fees can feel quite high over time, especially for hosting a relatively simple, static portfolio site. Since I have been a loyal Wix customer for over 4 years now, I believe it would be a great addition if Wix introduced loyalty discounts or special renewal rates for long-term users. All in all, it is a highly reliable and user-friendly platform that I gladly recommend to anyone prioritizing speed and creative freedom.

From building our site to questions we've had during the process, WIX has been great. Very simple and easy to do.

Wix allows me to easily change, manage, and review my website, with templates I can personalize. I can barely figure out all my phone options, yet Wix makes developing your own company website a breeze.

Wix really has been great for me and my RV Repair business. In terms of layout, info, photos & presentation, I've been able to do pretty much everything I've wanted. I often find it a bit slow to respond. I have a laptop with an AMD Ryzen 3 processor and 16MB RAM. So I don't know if it's Wix or my computer. Maybe I need a faster processor. But it does respond eventually. One user friendly feature I really like is that it allows everything to lock up along grid guidelines so things can be centered automatically. Although you can move anything anywhere. Customer service was very helpful the 2 or 3 times I've needed assistance in the 5 years my site has been going. Overall, I find it a great, easy platform to build a website.

So happy with Wix website development tool. Wix has been my springboard for getting my little business off the ground, I really am impressed with this tool. For the use of their basic service aswell it's absolutely free , amazing right ! especially for a new user testing the market! Having had local interest in my service as an upholsterer, during COVID lockdown my son mentioned Wix to me to help with promotion outside of FB users. I honestly haven't stopped since launch with Wix, so much interest. The site is easy to walk through in set up and you can navigate to different option add ones . It's all there from showcasing work and setting up safe client payment. Would certainly recommend, I can honestly say I've not looked back since using with Wix 's website.

I was amazed by how easy it was to create a website for my small business, that would show potential customers, what my business is all about, the I wanted it to look, including integration with google calendar, that was a very useful upgrade. updating pages and creation of new pages withing the website, is easy to do, without professional knowledge of website programming.

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.
