Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

I found the interface very intuitive and easy to use with a lot of nice features to choose from. Updates to the site have also been easy. The blog has a nice layout and good tagging. When I had a question about something I was able to call and speak to a representative - this made a huge difference. Overall much better than services I've used in the past. Wix has been the easiest website to create, implement, and manage for a novice. The user experience has been supportive to my small business, What She Said Consulting, LLC.

The website builder is intuitive and gives you a lot of control. I've been able to build out my site, work extensively on SEO, and make changes without needing much technical experience. I'm personally not a big fan of the AI integration, but overall Wix has given me the tools to do a lot with my website and grow my new business.

As someone who has built websites on multiple platforms, I've found Wix to be by far the easier platform to learn and manage. I previously built a website using SiteGround, and Wix has made it much easier to create, update, and refine my site without needing technical expertise. One of my favorite features is the built-in email marketing. I use it every week to send newsletters to my subscribers, and having my website, email marketing, and customer management all in one place has simplified running my business considerably. As my business has evolved, I've been able to redesign and expand my website several times without starting over. For a small business owner who wants creative control without hiring a web developer, Wix has been an excellent choice.

Just an awesome interaction, this was a first on all chat platforms that the agent was able to efficiently and effectively answer my question. Note that this sets a high standard for all other chat platforms on other service providers … all the others need to take note, this is how it is supposed to be done!

Although the process was handled via email, which certainly slowed things down, at every step of the way the support team was responsive. The AI assistants were helpful and when they had reached their limit they forwarded me to a human who was able to make the necessary changes. I much prefer being able to call someone, but even with that the support was still excellent.

Unknowingly I also used a different email to originally set up the account. Great experience! Square takes care of a man that works 7 days a week to provide for a wife and toddler. Single home income, it gets hard sometimes bc inflation and prices of everything are ridiculous. They approved my loan just in time, we were behind.. square seems to know I work my butt off. I like that. Thank you guys so much. I have tears writing this bc I am glad I have a merchant that looks out for my family and I. Never give up on me Square, I always pay my dues.

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Amazing system

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
