It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. I love Wix, it's an incredibly fluid web design platform that really let's you make just about anything for a website! It even has a cool background gradient feature. It is a bit on the pricier side, but Wix is a solid web design tool that I really enjoy!

Wix platform worked very well for building our site. We found the design features of the site worked as expected for someone with experience - some self-editing features could be more intuitively functional - and our experience with Aria (AI Design Assistant) was disappointing.

Wix, is good for someone like me who is not that tech savvy, it's easy to set up and operate once you get the idea. I have had my arguments with AI though hah hah, but in saying that. it's because I had not followed the correct ways of doing things or giving the correct commands. WIX is well worth using for your business if you want an easy professional site.

I . had a question that needed answering but it was on the personal side but the customer support was really understanding and compassionate and seem like he really cared and that means we bought this day and age.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.
