Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

just added 21 days to get first payout and the account will close for no reason and they will hold forever and if a dispute happens while they reviewing your account you can’t do shit bc they make it so when you press the link to fight it it says your account is under review or closed

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Easy to use and maintain. I was a developer for many years and previously wrote a website in HTML and then maintains one written in a major web development language. This was no fun and when I looked to rewrite two websites, I chose WIX so that I wouldn't have to write any code. I WOULD like a streaming banner for the main page and wish WIX would make one available. When I need this sort of a feature, I put ugly stuff on the main page of the website. Gimme a streaming banner, please.

Great service. Great marketing tools, better advantages for begginers

Making a website with Wix has been nothing but an easy and fun experience. With their help I was able to make a website for my passion project and allowed me to create a very interactive experience for my audience. I've been using Wix for website making since probably 2016 when I made my first portfolio and now I'm using it to host comics and interactive status updates for the characters in the comics. I truly do recommend Wix for first time website makers.

This is a unique experience that speaks to the integrity of the people in this organization. During a trip to Lake country, MN, a tire blew out on my car. Thankfully, we were able to safely pull off the road and even better, in the driveway of Geo's Paint & Finish. While waiting for roadside assistance, Larry Sumner of Geo's offered us an Air Conditioned office out of the excessive heat and cold water. When unable to secure roadside assistance, two other team members changed the tire for us. They helped without hesitation and smiles. If they'll do this for a non-paying person in need, I can only imagine the commitment to the products and services they'd provide paying customers. I wish I had a job for them right now! Highly recommend this company to anyone.

When asking for tech support with GoDaddy, always call in. NEVER SEND AN EMAIL. One of my Wordpress sites crashed a month ago. I submitted a trouble ticket via email. I waited patiently for a response. The response would be INSTRUCTIONS for ME to fix a site (which then became SITES) that a could not access! Isn’t that what you’re paid to do? After three weeks of getting the same email (and even my ticket being closed at random times in the early morning hours), I decided to call GoDaddy. My call was picked up by a Mr. Robert O. I told him about my frustrations and he got on the case! All of my sites are back up and I truly appreciate Robert’s support! Calling in to speak to someone is still the ideal way to go with tech support. Call me “Old school” but I will always go with what works.

Go daddy is the only platform I use for my domains and it’s always been a simple process. Any issues are resolved quickly by their customer service.

I have been trying to get the account I need for my website sense July 10th 2026 I was sold an account that I did not need. I could not design my suite due to Ai. I then talked to endless people to resolve this issue it took me all day and many phone calls. and one person made my day with his monetarism his kind words to make my already bad day better thank you John Carlo

The website setup was pretty intuitive, and the pages were easy to build. The help videos are really good. We are going to need some help making our website searchable, so I'm hoping for great support on that as well.

It always works for me when I need it too. I work independently and it helps me get the word out about what I do as a writer. I think tech support or billing questions are available if I need it. It would be nice to read reviewer comments if possible, and when I have a question (e.g. how can I change a banner) I'd like that to be added to a "how too" list.

Anything thatwould have been less than great about my experience with Squarespace so far, is due to me and my own panicky unexperienced limitations. Which makes is unbelievably wonderful that, still, i could create a website on Squarespace ! The site is intuitive, and help is always a few minutes away. I would recommend with all my heart. If i could create a website, everybody can !!!! Thank you guys.

Square is good and very fast. I'm happy I'm able to make sales even when the device is offline. Square also offer financial support by offering to lend money to help clients grow thier business. As little as the sum is, its a kind gesture. I don't regret using square.

I've been using square for my mobile business for a few years now and I'm extremely satisfied. Of all the different POS systems out there I find square to be the easiest and my customers like the invoices that I send them. They find it very easy to pay.

Great experience! Square takes care of a man that works 7 days a week to provide for a wife and toddler. Single home income, it gets hard sometimes bc inflation and prices of everything are ridiculous. They approved my loan just in time, we were behind.. square seems to know I work my butt off. I like that. Thank you guys so much. I have tears writing this bc I am glad I have a merchant that looks out for my family and I. Never give up on me Square, I always pay my dues.

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

At Big-Commerce these guys are doing terrific job. We call many times on Fridays and they worked on it until late in the evening. I recommend it to my friend Jane. He is also looking for an web development agency.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
