Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

Price must be highly competitive too. All campaigns and businesses start with zero and build so a great website and tolls make that possible. Squarespace makes things easy. From design to a plethora of help articles that cut the chase for finding solutions, the platform is one of the simplest out there.

I dealt with about three representatives. The first one gave me things to do that had nothing to do with the problem I was having. I would give him two stars. The last one read my complaint, understood it and was nice about it. I'd give him 5 stars. There may have been one in between but I can't recall. You pretty much have really great reps that will go out of their way to help and you really bad ones that just want to pass you on or give you things to do that are not related to the problem.

The guy was quick to give advice and help me understand the issue. It was a Square space issue with engineers working quickly to rectify it.

I have been extremely pleased with the website tools themselves as Squarespace makes it easy build a professional site. When I was having difficulties getting my Square card reader to work with my online store, I searched for a customer support number to call. I was upset and disappointed that there is no phone number to call. I then reached out via their live chat. I waited no longer than I would have via phone call but avoided all the annoying robo questions. After a few back and forth questions with a live technician, the tech indicated that they needed to investigate further and would reach out via email, by end of day. As you can imagine, my confidence level was low and I grew more upset that it appeared my issue was low priority to Squarespace. By the way, I am not a novice user and had tried everything I could to solve the problem myself before calling. This had only raised my level of frustration. I was pleasantly proven wrong when I received the first email within minutes. The same tech had followed up and asked a few more intelligent questions. I responded to the questions and added screenshots. Within the next 15 minutes, the very knowledgeable technician had me up and running! I was skeptical and upset going into the experience but pleasantly surprised at the level of support and will not be as anxious should I need them again.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
