Imagine this.
On Monday, everything is going great. Conversations are easy, progress is being made, and you're excited about what's ahead. Then Tuesday arrives, and something goes wrong. A misunderstanding happens. A mistake is made. Frustration sets in.
Now ask yourself this:
Does Tuesday erase Monday?
Does one difficult day suddenly mean the relationship was never good?
Of course not.
A healthy relationship is never built on a single moment. It's built through consistency, trust, patience, and a willingness to grow together. That's true in our personal lives, and it's just as true in business.
That's exactly how I view my experience with Squarespace.
When I first began building my website, I honestly felt overwhelmed. Every menu, every setting, and every page seemed unfamiliar. There were moments when I questioned whether I'd ever figure it out.

That's an important lesson for all of us.

Relationships should be built on mutual respect, and respect should never be one-sided.
The key is balance.
Judge the pattern, not the exception.
Reward consistency, not perfection.
Give praise where it's deserved, and offer constructive criticism where it's needed.
As for me, my experience with Squarespace has been overwhelmingly positive. Yes, there were challenges in the beginning. Yes, there have been moments of frustration along the way. But those moments are only a few pages in a much larger story.
When I look back, I don't see one bad day.
I see days of learning.
I see steady growth.
I see confidence replacing uncertainty.
I see a business taking shape because I stayed the course.
That's why my review reflects the entire journey—not just one chapter.
Five stars doesn't mean everything was perfect.
It means the overall relationship earned my respect.
Perhaps that's a lesson worth carrying into every part of life.
Don't allow one storm to make you forget the many sunny days.
Don't let one mistake erase years of faithfulness.
Don't judge an entire relationship by a single chapter.
The strongest relationships—whether with people or businesses—aren't the ones that never face problems.
They're the ones that continue to grow, learn, forgive, improve, and move forward together.

What I wanted was to stand up my website, knowing I'll add more as I go. I just wanted to get it going.
There's a little bit of a learning curve, but less with other site building tools. Their support response is a LOT faster than other firms. And once you get the hang of it (for non-website developers), you can stand up a good looking site with minimal expertise.
