A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. If you want, you can custom design your store to your specifications. Or let Sidekick walk you through step by step. Shopify earned my respect and appreciation. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

**A Wonderful Experience with Wix!** I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Wix! I am **not a tech-savvy person at all**. Computers and website building have never been my strong suit, and I honestly never thought I would be able to build my own website. But with Wix, along with using AI to help me research and understand things along the way, I was actually able to create a beautiful website for my ministry, **Daughter of Zion Banners**, where I share my worship flags, banners, and prophetic creations. What I loved most was that I didn't have to be a computer expert to figure it out. When I didn't understand something, I could take it one step at a time, ask questions, research, and keep going. Wix made the process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. I am genuinely proud of what I was able to create, and I couldn't have imagined doing this a short time ago. If you're someone who thinks, *"I could never build a website because I'm not good with technology,"* I would encourage you to give Wix a try. **If I can build a website, you can too!** I am so thankful I chose Wix and for how easy it made it for me to turn the vision for my ministry into an actual website.

I'm a for real person who doesn't usually participate in reviews, but I will say this: I've been doing programming in many languages including html since the 1980's. Back then to do a web page you had to write html code only, no editors. FrontPage was one of the first html WSIWG editors, and not a good one. Quite the roller coaster ride since. I'm retired now but did take on writing a web site for a good business friend of mine recently. I researched and took the plunge with Wix, as they seem to be forefront in the industry. A little tricky to get used their methodology(to be expected), but simply put, I've been amazed ever since. I've never put together a website so fast, accurately and thoroughly - try doing SEO the old way. So major koodos to them. One Big complaint: Wix wasn't direct about the cost of their hosting plans. They said $14 a month for hosting and I made plans and told my customer what it would be. It wasn't until I finally signed up for that $14 a month charge, I found out that the rate was only applicable if I signed up for 3 years, and worse, paid up front - $500.00+. I felt that was very deceptive because nowhere that was stated and it put me in an embarrassing conversation with my customer. Otherwise they are fantastic. It's a simple site but that's all that was needed, check out the site I did in Wix: Country Auto Body North Brookfield, MA. P.S. As of this writing the SEO hasn't kicked in yet at all search engines. Should be cleared up soon.

I have used Wix for about 14 years, after paying 10s of thousands of dollars for websites from "designers" and always being disappointed, I have never looked back. It is the perfect way to get exactly what you want, and as you learn, you will get better and better at it. I am recovering from a brain injury, and it took me a bit of getting used to again, so its helped me to relearn certain things and easily start my business again. Wix always updates their technology and adds new features to help others its such a great tool.

I have been using Wix for about three years now. There are so many extra Wix approved apps you can add to really make your website stand out and be very responsive. The Wix customer care team has helped me with any issues. I am beginning to see my website really start to come alive. I would recommend Wix... pre made templates makes getting started and yes, a real person will call you back if you get stuck.

I utilized Wix to build a website intended to capture attendees for a homebuyer education class that I teach. It's only been a month or so, and my website is thriving. Wix allowed me to build an intricate system where people go to my website, click on the registration tab, which takes them to my calendar where they can select a class/date/time and book it. As soon as they book the class, my Wix site automatically sends them a Zoom link which it creates for me. I also receive a confirmation email with some questions that I have upfront before the class. My Wix site has made my job seamless and saved me hours of work. The system was user-friendly and I successfully built the website in seven days. I would highly recommend Wix for anyone looking to build a high-end professional looking/functioning website.

Palo, and the other team members have been incredibly helpful. They're also really, really, really chill at GoDaddy. They;re prompt: Clean, and organized. And they treat everyone like a human. And that's really a good thing to do to build a good reputation especially in the metaverse or wherever you wanna consider us at this point. So Go GoDaddy, and you should put Taylor Swift in an advertisement. Js.

I've used GoDaddy for my tech services for over 10yrs. They currently host my ministry domain. Recently, I updated my website and switched hosts from Wix to Kartra so I can manage all aspects of my ministry business from one system. OMG I had no idea this switch would become so complicated...over 5days!! While it began with my domain and GoDaddy had several hands on the matter, I also learned this issue impacted my business email as well! I must say, I kept calm through it all - this was because I was speaking to REAL PEOPLE on their support team. All of them, seemed knowledgeable and competent to handle the issue whether I was speaking to someone Live or via chat. My greatest experience of all was with their support rep, Kofi. I said to myself, THIS IS QUALITY SUPPORT! I told him GoDaddy will ALWAYS have a leg up on everyone else because of their outstanding support team. So, Kofi reviewed my issue once again, this time to ensure the steps to fix were in progress and confirmed it was complete. Well, he found some additional issues that raised a red flag and chose to investigate and he also worked with other team members to confidently ensure every detail was completed correctly to fully restore my domain. It took a bit of time but I didn't mind, I felt like I was truly a priority. Additionally, Kofi made sure my email problem was fix as well. I can't express appropriately how grateful I am for the service I received on this matter, in particular today. This problem was of major importance - the shut down affected every aspect of my nonprofit business from functioning in the most crucial ways. We were literally days away of a deadline for our new service and new website launch. Needless to say, I will be using GoDaddy so much more now; just because of this experience! No doubt, the cost for excellent service where it means most is truly, PRICELESS!

I was very flustered when I called for IT assistance. The problem wasn't with GoDaddy, it was a microsoft issue that prevented me from entering my account. The IT technician was patient, reassuring and talked me through the process in a kind and informative way and the issue was fixed promptly.
