A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. Great website builder, but could be better on mobile I’ve been building my small business website with Wix and overall I’ve been really impressed with how easy it is to create a professional-looking site without needing any coding experience. The templates and design options are excellent, and I’ve been able to create a website for my candle business that looks professional and works well for customers. However, there are some frustrating limitations when using Wix on mobile. Some things that are straightforward on desktop can be difficult to find or edit through the mobile app, particularly when managing menus, products and categories. The monthly cost is also something to consider for a small business, especially once you start adding different features and services. Overall, I’m happy with Wix and it has allowed me to get my business online relatively easily. I’d just like to see a better mobile editing experience and more flexibility for smaller businesses.

Godaddy, I have 2 accounts with them, and it is hard for me to keep up with the renewals and the optional protection insurance. In the old days, no one had to protect their domains, but these days, I hope the extra $14 is worth it.

My situation could be unique and it can be quite common, regardless, I am still not entirely sure exactly how the domains I owned disappeared, but they did. I am in the beginning stages of a non-profit and any days I am unable to function are extremely costly. SO when this happened, you could say that there was a reason to panic. Especially when the issue persisted for more than a week. Now, Squarespace had a team made up of a variety of individuals attempting to get me back up and running. It was quite impressive how thorough and helpful they each were. I have come to believe that the issue was resolved within a very appropriate amount of time. Thank you for all the help!

Easy to manage, easy to publish

I . had a question that needed answering but it was on the personal side but the customer support was really understanding and compassionate and seem like he really cared and that means we bought this day and age.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.

We have been working with Square for almost a year now. And we are very please with how helpful this experience has been, growing our business. Staff has been very helpful and supportive throughout this entire experience. We are diffidently looking forward to continually working with them, throughout our Journey. I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
