It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Wix platform worked very well for building our site. We found the design features of the site worked as expected for someone with experience - some self-editing features could be more intuitively functional - and our experience with Aria (AI Design Assistant) was disappointing.

Wix, is good for someone like me who is not that tech savvy, it's easy to set up and operate once you get the idea. I have had my arguments with AI though hah hah, but in saying that. it's because I had not followed the correct ways of doing things or giving the correct commands. WIX is well worth using for your business if you want an easy professional site.

And then the wait even on a Saturday to talk to an actual person was only a minute. And that person, that representative, was very helpful!

My tech agent at GoDaddy was Rell. He was really courteous first off. He asked me lots of questions to be certain that he understood what I had screwed up! Then he fixed it. In my 45+ years in business I rate Rell as without a doubt, the best customer service pro I've experienced.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.
