I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

I couldn't believe it when I've actually gone into shopifys videos and saw how many people that have become anterprniors from shopify and I too would like tobecome after 20 years of searching I give them a five star and would eventually like to have my own business set up out there it's called Marketing Business Stragedy look forward to your reply I've never felt so good im 66 years old but I'm not giving up not now or ever

Awesome platform that is getting way too much hate for no reason. The shops work great and make sooo many processes easier, especially payment, that are not available with any other store provider.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews, but I have been using Shopify for almost a year now and it works like a charm. There is also a great ecosystem for support, that you can do so much with their platform

It's easy, quick, and has every function you could want to personalize your website. I can update and make changes in real time whenever I need to. I have two different websites that run on WIX. I recommend it to any small business owner.

I must say, Wix has made building/managing a website very easy! I've only had mine up for 2 weeks and it's working seamlessly. I can receive orders, process quotes and turn them into invoices without much of a hassle. The one thing that I'm missing is the Google Review piece...still waiting on them to respond to my inquiry. Building the site was beautifully easy and I am proud to have created the site myself and to have set up a secure system for my online business. Another business saw my site, liked it, and paid me to develop a simpler page for them using Wix - a neat positive to this experience. The site is easy to update and edit and everything is clear to me. I didn't need a lot of help from customer services, but all contact with them was pleasant enough.

Each and every time I build a website on Wix I fall in love all over again. What a great platform.

I am not a tech guy and have found Wix a simple to use platform and a great way to design and run my website. Whenever I have got stuck, there have been a few times, the help guidance and talking to someone has helped me overcome a problem. It does what I need and want it to do and I'm sure there's more it could do for me!

I've just had a great service with Tom at GoDaddy. I had just changed my email provider and couldn't bare the thought of changing the backend dns records myself so I gave GoDaddy a call and asked if they would do it for me. Not only did they do all the backend changes required to get my email up and running but they also offered me a fantastic offer on my Microsoft Email package that I didn't find online. I never thought I would be able to build my own website. I don’t have coding skills. Squarespace makes it possible with its user friendly format and help videos to explain how to achieve your website goals. I built my site in 2017 to sell my glass art then built another site for my glass guild three years later. Updates are easy. I highly recommend this platform.

So far, I´m very very happy with Squarespace! I love the styling options, the versatile layout options, how easy it is to set everything up. The documentation is great and the support did quickly help when I needed it.

Great customer service!

You get what you pay for, and it’s easy to use and presents well. Good customer service (be patient; they do help but it may take a bit of time).

The site itself is a bit overwhelming when you start to build your website; and actually, this is a good thing because it means it offers so many options. Because of this, I had reason to discover that the support team is incredibly helpful. Their explanations are clear and they even offer help videos featuring your site so you can see exactly what to do. The downside is that these videos don't have audio so you have to watch very carefully; but that sort of imprints the instructions on your brain.

I have never built a website before. The experience was a challenge because it was new to me, but between the YouTube tutorials and ChatGPT, I was able to navigate and produce the website. I will say that your customer support is stellar! Anytime I had an issue or question, someone from your department was quick to respond. That was a big help!

Square has met my every business need at a price I can afford to pay and feel good about it at the end of the day. Efficient reliable easy to use .. it could be fancier, true, but it also could be much more expensive. I think they cut cost in such a way that I don’t feel it, I have everything I need to be professional organized and booked! Square connects me to Massagebook and between them I am complete. Square is constantly updating, giving us new options, and refining the platform continually. Everyone recognizes square as well, I like that. It makes people feels at ease to us a POS that they are familiar with. I have never been more organized than I am now using square. And they continue to support me with loan offers, savings, credit card .. they really offer all encompassing financial and business support, paying attention to me and my accounts in real time! I am very satisfied.

Since I began using square ive read and heard all kinds of things about it. But my first experience with some one hacking into my account and spending my money on something I didnt buy wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. Square took my report a few days later refunded my money. Thank you for being so helpful and fast at resolving this issue for me

I have been using Square for many years and i like their customer service team. They respond quickly and give good solid information to solve the problem. I know there are other companies out there - they are new. I am sticking with Square because I KNOW I can count on them.

It’s a great experience overall I like that it makes it easy to send invoices estimates and offers loans that are easy to pay back automatically as you take transactions.
