Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Wix.com has been a huge help with running my business. I currently own a community pool and I use WIX as the website everyone can visit to learn all about what is available at the pool. My niece actually built the pool page using WIX, and after some practice, I am now confident to go into and make adjustments when needed. I can update each page as needed when changes occur and when an event needs to be added to the pool calendar. While designing my business page, she also made a QR code that is directly connected to my WIX page. The QR code makes it much easier for people to go right to pool page. I have this QR code on all my advertisements. Thank you WIX!

After researching the best DIY options, I signed up to Wix. Absolutely amazing! First of all, using the AI tools I created a stunning logo. Creating the look and feel for the website was also achieved by using the AI tool. I initially purchased some stock images but have since replaced them with actual photos of my work. Built my own website with Square Space, as someone not overly tech minded it was a good experience, love the feel of the designs available and it’s easy enough to learn as you go and the end result is something I am proud of. I have had to use their customer help feature a few times, especially with the shop and payments and they always reply quickly and are very helpful. So, no complaints so far and would happily recommend to anyone.

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.
