A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. I never knew building and maintaining a website could be so user-friendly! In just the last few months, I’ve built three websites with Wix. I really appreciate that there are free options for my smaller website needs, while my paid business site gives me the credit card processing, online store, and ordering capabilities I need. Everything has been easy to learn and manage, even without professional web design experience. My favorite part is that I was able to build it myself and can make changes quickly whenever I need to. Wix has made managing my websites so much easier than I ever expected, and it’s been just what I needed for my businesses.

I like Wix not only because it's easy to navigate when creating a website, but once it's setup, it's very simple to make changes. Another great feature is due to the fact that all files are stored on the "Wix Cloud" which means it's easy to transfer the entire site to someone else if needed. This is particularly helpful when working with any volunteer organization (such as churches or other non-profits) as people often come and go within the organization which means less of a learning curve for the new webmaster. It's easy to add links, photos and videos.

I found I could edit photos to remove unwanted things seamlessly and have a website that looks great and I can update myself when ever I need to .

Surendran of GoDaddy gave me excellent customer service beyond my expectations. He assured me that I had the ownership protection on my primary domain name and he also helped me how to sell the domain names that I no longer need. He was very courteous, very patient and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He is definitely a great asset to GoDaddy. I am extremely grateful for how I was served as a client of GoDaddy.

There’s no way to rate the entire company because as a customer, I work with one person at random, and they either are fantastic at resolving tasks and helping customers or they are trying to do as little as possible and don’t lock in to what the customer needs.

I . had a question that needed answering but it was on the personal side but the customer support was really understanding and compassionate and seem like he really cared and that means we bought this day and age.

They do payments, but the new AI tools that are coming out and the new changes, have made Square my personal operating system for my business. There are new features each week, and when I compared my processing rates, if I had to pay for all of the marketing and tools, I would be paying more to use someone like stripe. Very happy now since 2017.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
