Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. Incroyable application 🫡

My website was built by my publisher using wix.com. I thought it might be difficult to learn to use and make changes but it's actually pretty easy to upkeep the website.

I love WIX because you can use templates to create a website without needing to know a computer language. It's easy, and you can add subtract and adjust at a moment's notice. o need to call your computer person and wait days (if you are lucky) to change one small detail. Also, you can see changes as you make them. It's really fabulous! Easy to use. And not expensive either. Highly recommended.

I started using Wix simply to create a website for my counselling business, but over time it has allowed me to build something much more substantial. As my business and ideas have developed, I’ve been able to develop the website alongside them rather than having to start again. I particularly appreciate the flexibility to create pages and resources that reflect my own cultural identity and the kaupapa behind my work, rather than being restricted to a standard business template. I’ve also been able to experiment with more complex features, including databases, automated emails and a daily Maramataka alignment resource. There has definitely been a learning curve, and occasionally some frustration when things don’t work as expected, but I’ve usually been able to find a way forward. What I value most is that Wix has given me the ability to build and manage the site myself. My website now feels like an evolving part of my mahi rather than simply somewhere people go to find my contact details. For someone who wants the freedom to develop their online presence as their business grows, I’ve found Wix to be a very useful platform.

Wix can be used completely free, perfect for small or starting businesses. I find that the website/app isn’t super user friendly. There’s so many dropdown menus and multiple ways to reach the same page so it can get a bit confusing. It’s fairly easy to make a basic website, but if you’re wanting something super custom that can get confusing again. So far I’ve had no real issues!

I have been with Wix since 2012. Wix has been a great host for my website. Don't care for the prices increase to host,I think if you have been with a company for a while , but other than that. I don't have any compliants.

There are definitely many platforms you can build a website on, it really depends what your brand is and what you need to display. But for my needs, Wix is perfect. I found it to be the most customizable of the platforms in terms of building the website and pages as I need

Wix is super user friendly and allows you to edit existing templates to fit your needs. I love that I don't have to start from nothing, but that I can also edit any template to make it my own. And with AI to facilitate with added features, my website looks like a professional did it. No one believes I did it on my own. Thanks Wix!

I contacted GoDaddy today extremely distressed after an unexpected $670 annual renewal left me overdrawn. What could have been a terrible customer experience was completely turned around by the operator who helped me. They spent 41 minutes patiently working through the problem with me, listening to my circumstances and finding an actual solution rather than simply repeating policy. The $670 annual renewal was reversed and my service was changed to monthly billing that I can actually afford. I genuinely appreciated the patience, kindness and effort involved. When someone is already under financial pressure, being treated like a human being rather than an account number makes an enormous difference. Thank you for taking the time to find a solution that allowed me to keep the service without putting me under impossible financial strain.

So as often happens when working with software and a shopping cart, somebody decides to change things all around and things get messed up! People that work with this all the time it’s no big deal but someone like me it’s more like a hobby. The representative from Godaddy Seth was outstanding. He helped me figure out what was the problem regarding my inability to have shipping! He went above and beyond the duty of an agent!

first off, you get to speak to a human being. it didn't take 2 or 3 layers of AI etc., to get to human being. the customer support rep was patient beyond job, knowledgable identified my problem, explained options. this was especially important since I'm not a techie. He worked through to the problem

I have a simple website set up and have had a good experience with Squarespace vs the previous company I used for my domain.

The problems were sorted out very quickly and easily

My old Wordpress website had been “broken” for over 5 years. Links wouldn’t work and I couldn’t get any help to fix it even though I paid the hosting site hundreds of dollars. Needless to say, I am not the most computer literate 72 year old on the planet. So, desperate for a fix, I consulted AI. Yes, Perplexity to the rescue. LOL It suggested Squarespace and one other as a solution to my problem. I tried Squarespace and I had the website I wanted in a few hours! Why didn’t I do this earlier? I became a paid subscriber on Day Three of my 2 week trial. A few days later, I had tweaked the website to include a blog page. Next I will set up some galleries. There are a few quirky things that took me a while to figure out, but the on-line help and tutorials are very easy to access and very helpful. I used the on-line help to move my domain to Squarespace and it worked seamlessly. Amazing to me!! The only downside I have run across is that they do not offer a website automatic back-up program. But they do have work-around suggestions. My website is very simple and suits me perfectly, but the tools are available for much more complex websites with SEO management, sales, analytics, and much more. Squarespace has found a way to be simple for users that need simple, option packed with functionality for power users, and perfect for all in between. Highly recommended!

Square is good and very fast. I'm happy I'm able to make sales even when the device is offline. Square also offer financial support by offering to lend money to help clients grow thier business. As little as the sum is, its a kind gesture. I don't regret using square.

Single home income, it gets hard sometimes bc inflation and prices of everything are ridiculous. They approved my loan just in time, we were behind.. square seems to know I work my butt off. I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
