I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

When I started building The Harbour Library I had no web development experience, a very limited budget and a vision that felt bigger than my technical ability to execute it. Wix changed that. The Harbour Library is now a free multilingual virtual bibliotherapy library with hundreds of books across ten collections, available in English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Russian and German, serving young people globally. Easy to use and maintain. I was a developer for many years and previously wrote a website in HTML and then maintains one written in a major web development language. This was no fun and when I looked to rewrite two websites, I chose WIX so that I wouldn't have to write any code. I WOULD like a streaming banner for the main page and wish WIX would make one available. When I need this sort of a feature, I put ugly stuff on the main page of the website. Gimme a streaming banner, please.

Customer number *** Customer number *** 5348. , Patrick stole the show and fixed a major issue @ 2313 hrs yesterday and was willing to take 34 minutes to do so and consulted two other departments. Previous call at 1358 hrs with Mary very disappointing. She ended the call after 16 minutes saying that all would be up and running " ... within two hours." In fact she noted "Caller failed dual verification" which is not true. I had pointed out that the second stage was an email to the very account that there was a problem with. Obviously Mary got bored or is on piece rate. Patrick's work around was to get me to go to dashboard download App and request change to that as stage 2. PERFECT. All fixed minutes after the call ended - it was our fault not theirs! Deserves a medal. Recognised we registered and started operating that crucial site 22 years ago and unlikely to miss a payment deliberately! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Square is good and very fast. I'm happy I'm able to make sales even when the device is offline. Square also offer financial support by offering to lend money to help clients grow thier business. As little as the sum is, its a kind gesture. I don't regret using square.

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.
