I really loved using shopify and its featrues

A lot of these negative reviews are about poor experiences with companies that use Shopify's platform. It's up to everyone to research any unknown company you do business on-line with, no matter who the site is hosted by. As a retailer, I could not be happier with how easy it is for a smaller on-line company to integrate different functions. Shopify has been a lifesaver for us and our revenue has grown considerably at a reasonable cost

Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

It's been very easy for me to set up a site on Wix and use various tools to link and promote my content. Really have no complaints.

Making my website on Wix was really easy, fast and convenient. Honestly, there is a learning curve but it was never super steep. But the learning curve is probably way smaller than other ways to make a website.

My experience with Wix so far has been extremely positive. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, while offering enough flexibility and functionality to create a sophisticated-looking website. Setting everything up, including connecting my own domain, was much more straightforward than I expected. Being able to view and edit the site in both desktop and mobile modes makes it easier to ensure it works well and remains accessible across different devices. The templates are flexible, and the AI support has been helpful whenever I’ve needed additional guidance. Well...first of all, they hire great people who STAY with them....low turnover is almost unheard of. I have been with GoDaddy for 18 years for my website. Every time I need help, they are there to make my life easier with a smile and great sense of humor. Anytime you pick up the phone and call a large company in the back of my mind. I was thinking I’m gonna end up talking to a computer or AI or be redirected to another thing and then another thing but I gotta tell you something the initial phone answer was AI which directed me immediately to a real human being apparently based in the United States, George, as a matter of fact, and the young man that helped me out was amazing. He knew his stuff he saw. I had made a mistake by buying two products that did the same thing, he refunded me on one product and then sold me on a year subscription for the other sent me how to videos and also explain to me what I can do outside the GoDaddy app to make my experience in the GoDaddy app. Better couldn’t be happier.

I have had my domain name since 2011. I have always intended to use it but couldn’t find the time. I have time now so I was disappointed when I couldn’t access my website. I called the number on my membership and GoDaddy was still there. That says something about a company that has longevity. Khail took care of me and I’m back online.

I had a call from james, just checking up on me and asking me if I needed anything or had any questions about godaddy, or any of the domains I have. And we found a small problem, which he corrected immediately and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to. I recommend no daddy to anybody. They make it as easy as they possibly can for their customers. And are so understanding and easy to talk to and on the ball. These times can be pretty tough for a lot of people. When it comes to online Business. I wish a lot of online businesses dealt with their customers as well as godaddy. Does. Very good after sale service

It was clear security was a priority. This was frustrating at first because we had a staff member leave and didn't know some of the info we needed. But as we went along we got there! I appreciated that at least it seemed like I was talking to a real person through email. I hope to the Good Lord that it wasn't AI. But alas, this is the world we are living in. And thus, the clear emphasis on security is comforting.

The switching of my website was seamless and refund on my existing account went smoothly. I will say, however, it would have been better if I could have just updated my old account using 7.1 and just kept going.
