I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

For a non-computer person, some of the tweaks in Wix are confusing and frustrating. HOWEVER, the customer service is top-notch! Anytime I have a question or an issue, they have been very knowledgeable and helpful!!

Almost a decade later and Wix.com is still my go-to company for my artist portfolio. The easy to use templates and customizable pages have allowed me to design various portfolios and grants. I highly suggest artists who need a portfolio to explore this company!

I am going to keep this simple... I am not a "techie" nor have I been formally trained in anything "computer" yet here I am in the position of webmaster for our church website. I'm pretty sure I have no idea how I landed this particular position but here I am... Wix is so easy to use. That's what drew me here in the first place. From making the landing page, to adding pages/hiding pages, to adding images/hiding images/editing images, text boxes, slide shows, and even the Spotify box that allows me to put our Sunday music playlists online, it has been incredibly "fool-proof". If it were any type of complicated, I would have thrown my hands up years ago. Wix has offered absolutely everything I need for our church website and made it as simple as possible for us to have a presence on the big wide web, and manage to look somewhat professional rather than a kindergarten effort. For that, I'll hang with them and invite others to check them out also.

Through my whole business career I have never had the website that I really wanted – I had the website that other people wanted me to have. That is why I decided to build my own website, with my own ideas, and in my own way. I did my research and settled on "Wix". I found 1) it has all the functionality that I need – more than I could imagine to be quite honest. 2) it came with easy to follow instructions 3) it allowed me to develop my website in phases which I could upload/publish as I went along. – This means I didn't need to wait until the whole site was finished to perfection before I could start using it to promote my business. 4) other website specialists knew how to use the system which meant I could delegate some of the tasks that I didn't have time to work on myself. What I really like is that I know how to use this system if I want to make any changes, I can do it myself which saves time and money. It all means I always have the website that I want. Wix is set up to help anyone build their own website. It has a comprehensive suite of help tools, its functions are user friendly. The team will also send you SEO reports if they notice that your site is not doing as well as it could with recommendations of what you can do to improve it- free of charge. You are given monthly reports of what your site traffic is like and so it can help you see what is working. I would recommend Wix for website building. I am a total novice in this area but managed to succeed with Wix.

Please please do not change it to AI - reading a long article does not help, while a conversation with human resolves my problems in seconds. Very adaptable platform, allowing to be used as the very simple or very sophisticated - whatever you need. I have a simple site and it works perfectly for my needs

I have had my professional site with WIX published since September, 2025, and I am pleased with my experience thus far. Not being a tech savvy person, I have found WIX user friendly and easy to navigate. I intend to keep using WIX for my professional website.

Super easy to update all info on my site and great real-time analytics about my site traffic, with metrics I can use to continually improve visitors' experiences.

Upon starting my fishing charter in 2017 Wix was used to build my webpage. Easy to navigate, affordable and offers many additional features that can be implemented to run my business. I constantly get calls from various firms wanting to build me a webpage. Why change when the Wix product fits my needs and I can make adjustments myself.

Hi, I called for assistance with a few different things. Joe answered and was very helpful. At first, AI was trying to reroute me to a certain dept, but since I had multiple questions, I just kept saying “representative”. I explained to Joe that I could use the computer to check my account, but I recently had rotator cuff and bicep surgery and was exhausted by that and in a lot of pain. His demeanor his friendliness, helpfulness, his tone of voice, it was everything I remembered about calling GoDaddy every time in the past. He sent me info on how to list one of my domain names for sale within I think 3 minutes or less. I love your company, and noticed your website has gotten way cooler than when I remember……..!!!!! I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
