Shopify is a commerce platform that you can trust. Their AI, Sidekick, is user friendly. It does not go in circles like AI Tom from Sellvia. The store owner is in total control. From finding the right suppliers to setting up payment system, to complex website designs, Shopify got them all. Shopify is upfront and direct with their fee structures. There is no surprises and no hidden fees like Sellvia. Their setup is straight forward and simple. You do not need programing at all. If you want, you can custom design your store to your specifications. Or let Sidekick walk you through step by step. Shopify earned my respect and appreciation. IMO it deserve be nominated for Best Ecommerce Platform of 2026 Award.

Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

just added 21 days to get first payout and the account will close for no reason and they will hold forever and if a dispute happens while they reviewing your account you can’t do shit bc they make it so when you press the link to fight it it says your account is under review or closed

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

The UI is intuitive as a designer myself. I this portfolio website is something I out alot of blood, sweat, and tears into. It is thanks to Wix that I have a solid client base today.

Wix has fulfilled much of our requirements for a web browser. We particularly liked the Google Ads incentive that spring board the site right of the bat.

WIX is and has been nothing but GREAT for my goals and journey. I am an herbalist who LOVES to share information, to spread the word about plant medicine, to communicate to all the hope of taking your health back into your own hands and healing yourself. WIX has allowed me to set up a site with ease, to monitor it with ease, and to expand it with ease! WIX does so much of the “heavy lifting” for you that I end up doing things and creating things that I had only dreamed of. It’s well worth the price, let me tell ya. I’ve tried many of the other popular website building sites-apps and they dont even compare to WIX.

WIX has enabled me to create my dream website. I have little experience in computing but the tutorials and help pages have made it very accessible. The photo editing software is useful for final touches.

For years our not-for-profit military reunion org used Blogger for an online presence. It was awkward, clunky, hard to use, and not especially user friendly. We put up with it for years because it was free. In searching for a better alternative this year, I came across WIX and at first thought this can't be FREE .. but it was and IS. In a couple of sessions, I had our basic website built and we fine tuned it over the next month. The features and ease of use are unbelievable. Everything is so easy to do, and there is always the AI help that comes with it. We LOVE it, especially for small, non-profits .. and it scales easily, expands effortlessly.

I went into creating a website completely unaware of how to do so. Wix AI helper was amazing and made the process much simpler than I imagined!

When I started building The Harbour Library I had no web development experience, a very limited budget and a vision that felt bigger than my technical ability to execute it. Wix changed that. The Harbour Library is now a free multilingual virtual bibliotherapy library with hundreds of books across ten collections, available in English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Russian and German, serving young people globally. It has a Book Club, a Reader's Theatre programme, a virtual field trip, a blog, a therapeutic writing section and an app. It started with 15 books and a dream. All of it was built on Wix. What I appreciate most about Wix is how genuinely accessible it is for a non-technical creator. The drag and drop editor, the Wix Store for managing our book collection, the automated email system, the analytics dashboard and the SEO tools have all been instrumental in growing the library from a personal project into a credible, professional and internationally accessible platform. Issues renewing domain and email renewal- spoke to a couple of agents at Go Daddy to sort out my renewal which require a refund. The first lady was pleasant however, unfortunately, the refund wasn’t processed. The second lady was extremely helpful and sorted everything out except the call dropped out before we could confirm. And then I got connected to Shea. She was incredible. Patient kind, and understanding and put me completely at ease she rang back like she said she would and stayed with me through the whole process until it was completely resolved. I am extremely grateful for her help and she is an awesome representative of Go Daddy

I had an account login issue logging into Go Daddy, I spoke with John, the rep, this guy understood the situation and together he was able to help me sort out the issue and stayed on the phone with me until we were able to get it ressolved. I have had the most difficult time finding someone who would cut my hair the way I wanted before my prior stylist retired. My sister recommended Starla at Hermosa. She did an amazing job and after about 8 botched hair cuts from other places, I am so relieved to FINALLY find someone who does it right the FIRST time!!!

I had a number of domain names that I needed to cancel as the entity they were associated with is no longer in business. The support team member, worked with me through the cumbersome process and kept me informed of what he was doing. He was competent, thorough and a good conversationalist as we went through an hour long process.

OMG! I had lots of problems with my DNS records because one of the customer's services deleted most of my records to add its own. I wasn't receiving my business email for a month because of that Carlos errors. I had 4 ladies from Godaddy who tried to help me out, but today was my biggest call, and I spoke with Ms. Tawny. She was very polite and patient, spent a long time with me solving my problems, and removed all the bad DNS records so I could receive my emails. I don't know how to thank her again. I was so frustrated; I even spent 7 hours on the phone before. The call was dropped; no one called me back. Ms. Tawny told me that, in the event we got hung up, she made sure that my phone number was right and promised to call me back. I think that I WON the lotto today. I lost faith and didn't know what to do, but Ms. Tawny was a Godsend and helped me out. God will bless her for that. I will recommend GoDaddy even though there are some bad customer service people there, but there are also the good ones; they maybe hard to find, but with God's help, you will get Ms. Tawny on the phone just like me

It was great help from Squarespace team. I had forgotten to renew my domain and it got expired. Thanks to the SME, they retained the expired domain before it was sent to the public pool without any additional expense.

Square is good and very fast. I'm happy I'm able to make sales even when the device is offline. Square also offer financial support by offering to lend money to help clients grow thier business. As little as the sum is, its a kind gesture. I don't regret using square.

Great experience! Square takes care of a man that works 7 days a week to provide for a wife and toddler. Single home income, it gets hard sometimes bc inflation and prices of everything are ridiculous. They approved my loan just in time, we were behind.. square seems to know I work my butt off. I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

fraudulently debitted £2599.52 from my account and refused to refund avoid

I spent 2 days trying to reach someone there to open an account. I can't get a response from them. If the service is that bad trying to open an account I'm afraid to see what happens if you have a problem
