Shopify has been a transparent, reliable service with almost 100% uptime, and a very useful AI integration. Customer support/legal has been helpful for issues when they arise. Highly recommended.

Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Kudos for WIX. I've had an author's website up on a couple different platforms over the years. Finding WIX what the best thing I could have hoped for. The options to make building a more professional website are deep enough to help you find an exact image this is steps ahead of anything else out there. The stability of the platform and support has been wonderful and my website constantally receives rave reviews and makes my readers happy. Wix is so incredibly easy to use. i am certainly not savvy when it comes to building websites, but Wix makes it all very simple. Even having a store and selling merchandise is very easy.

You can either search through the Help Center (AI), or you can speak with a live Wix Expert. This has been very helpful for me. Unfortunately, I am not an expert in everything and I am a one woman company. I do everything. I definitely couldn't have made my own website, updates, store etc. without constructive guidance from Wix. Many opportunities to learn more from the Wix Experts! Thank you Wix!

My website domain expired and was under an email we didn't have access to and under someone else's name,who i got this buisness from, it was a total mess. My last effort to save my website was to hire a broker to help us transfer the domain, Badr gave me great service he responded promptly and had my sight reactivated within hours. I was very discouraged but this dude saved the day.

GoDaddy's expert got to the root of my encryption issue very quickly and had my site back up and running even before our call ended. I've been a GoDaddy Pro user for several years. I can't remember when I first signed up for GoDaddy, but it could have been as long as 10 or 12 years ago. They've never steered me wrong, nor disappointed me in any way. To begin with, all of GoDaddy's products are great, and their prices are reasonable. I particularly love their website builder. It has so many tools available built-in depending on which plan you choose. Beyond that, the customer sales and service teams are fantastic - the best I've ever engaged with across any service or business. Every single one of them have been very helpful, informative, and knowledgable, and I've never been disappointed when I've made a call. Whether GoDaddy is more expensive than the next guy or not, I don't know - but the price is worth the level of service customers receive. Companies such as Microsoft could and should learn a thing or two from GoDaddy, considering Microsoft doesn't give you any option to speak with a human. Ever. Regardless of the issue. Congratulations, GoDaddy - you get the Gold Standard Award for Service in my book.

I have been using Square a little over 7 years. It is user friendly and easy to use. The Square loans feature is nice too. It has really helped grow my business. And Square offers American Express credit card by invite only. So look into that option if you use Square.

Ran into an issue were I had created multiple accounts and confused myself as I could not find my accounts and payments. Maria from customer service was excellent. i just sent an email to help support and she responded quickly and stayed in contact until it was resolved. Come to find out, I had just de-activated the account and didnt realize thats why i was not seeing any activity.

Amazing system

Absolutely love square. No issues, easy to navigate, and very helpful customer support .

I was using Clover before for my food booth that I take to events. The events would be sporadic with lots during the summer and hardly any in the winter, and yet I still paid a monthly subscription for a service regardless how much I used. And even after purchasing their expensive equipment, it was quickly outdated and I was required to purchase new equipment or pay even higher fees. Square has allowed me to expand my POS' with great devices or for my suddenly larger events, even turning my phone into a POS, with no monthly fees. Plus the addition of the KDS was a great and affordable way to make my booth more productive and increase customer satisfaction.

They do their jobs right. They are useful. Their billing is transparent. Their services operate like clockwork.

Square is awesome. Saves me time and helps keep my business running smoothly!

The few times I have needed support for our business Square is very responsive and has gotten things done in 24hrs or less. I wish all app services had the same quality customer services as Square.

When I was renewing my Weebly subscription for two years, my bank somehow got it into their heads that this was a monthly subscription. I emailed Square customer service and got a reassuring response within six hours, along with documentation to forward to the bank to correct their error.
