Incroyable application 🫡

I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Price must be highly competitive too. All campaigns and businesses start with zero and build so a great website and tolls make that possible. I simply would not consider another website company for either my campaigns or my commercial businesses in which we own several.

Wix have resolved an issue I had with them. I really appreciate when companies do this because sometimes we don't receive emails informing us of change. Only thing that would make things better is if he was there to handle all the tech problems from my other venders.

I have been using GoDaddy for many years. Service has never interrupted, Staff always answer the telephone and they always solve whatever occasional issue that may arise. There was a change, a few years after I originally signed on with GoDaddy, in that email was separated and outsourced to Microsoft (with a new fee) yet all continues to function well, it just got a bit confusing along the way given a separate Microsoft Office 365 subscription. My GoDaddy Guide was wonderful and helped me consolidate all under GoDaddy (to eliminate the [separate] Microsoft subscription - MS is always impossible to contact anyway). I think my guide (B.B.) was patient, professional, knowledgeable and helpful = most appreciated.

The representative made it great by being personable and showed true interest in the business I'm creating and solve my problem that had become a real issue for my business. Issue is created by me with multiple emails and phone numbers but it's all better now.
