I'm surprised to see all the horrible reviews. But, I am more likely to review a company I am displeased with. But I've been using Shopify for 7 or 8 years now, and feel that they are the very best platform for e-commerce. They have the most robust support system, they offer a continuous stream of webinars and articles on how to do things better. I don't see another platform on the internet as built out to offer options and education and services to its customers than Shopify. It doesn't exist, as far I can tell. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, and I've used other platforms before this.

I’ve been using Shopify to build my website and I’ve been genuinely impressed with how well the platform solves a very complicated problem. Creating a website and an online shop can quickly become technically overwhelming, but Shopify manages to make the process surprisingly accessible. The ecosystem of apps and integrations is extensive, and the platform connects easily with other tools. What stands out most to me is how well Shopify handles international aspects. Managing languages, markets, and cross-border setup is often where many platforms become difficult, but Shopify’s system for this is remarkably well thought out. I also recently had a technical issue that I likely caused myself while configuring something. The first support agent I spoke with couldn’t immediately solve it but escalated the case right away. Within about 10–15 minutes the issue was resolved with help from a higher-level support team. That kind of responsiveness makes a real difference when you’re running a site. Overall, my experience with Shopify has been extremely positive and I’m grateful for how much complexity the platform manages behind the scenes.

The new sidekick AI integration is really great, it can actually do changes for me. it's great! even custom code. It's a game changer. I can ask it to change products for me, and also to change website layout, its amazing seriously! now i feel like it's worth the $1300 triannual fee.

Using Shopify to sell on my e-commerce website. Honestly all good. Coding in liquid can be tough, but the integrations and API are perfect. MUCH better than Wix. If you hesitate between Wix and Shopify just go with Shopify 100% (I tried both for 2 different e-commerce shops)

Best very useful

I have used Shopify as a web business platform for several years, and have also bought items from other Shopify stores. I have a really hard time believing these low reviews. As a business owner I find the site platform is easy to use and setup, and cost effective. Its important that you set realistic ship times and communicate with your customer if you are going to be late shipping, realistic return policy and never promise more than you can deliver. As a customer I have found that when problems occur its the business not Shopify. Just my thoughts.

I couldn't believe it when I've actually gone into shopifys videos and saw how many people that have become anterprniors from shopify and I too would like tobecome after 20 years of searching I give them a five star and would eventually like to have my own business set up out there it's called Marketing Business Stragedy look forward to your reply I've never felt so good im 66 years old but I'm not giving up not now or ever

Awesome platform that is getting way too much hate for no reason. The shops work great and make sooo many processes easier, especially payment, that are not available with any other store provider.

Surprised to see all the negative reviews, but I have been using Shopify for almost a year now and it works like a charm. There is also a great ecosystem for support, that you can do so much with their platform

Wix has all the tools you need. It is a bit difficult to understand sometimes but, it has the AI there to ask any questions from.

I love my wix website, the over all experience has been amazing and the most amazing thing about this was the fact that I was able to build my wix website with the help and guidance of wix ai and wix developer Jeramie Ibarra at some point when I got abit confused. I now have a functioning website.

I must say, Wix has made building/managing a website very easy! I've only had mine up for 2 weeks and it's working seamlessly. I can receive orders, process quotes and turn them into invoices without much of a hassle. The one thing that I'm missing is the Google Review piece...still waiting on them to respond to my inquiry. My evaluation is based on , merit, ethic and overall business value which GoDaddy goes Above and Beyond to assist me with! I pay attention to EVERYTHING that occurs on my dime, and customer services are a major Key factor! My recent experience led me to write a TrustPilot review* My domain was expired due to non payment as my cards on file were not updated. I tried to fix the issue myself, however I kept getting stuck. I encountered an error where the tab designated was not loading and stuck on one of those infinite loops. Anyways, I had a tough time via the chat and live agents seemed very sketchy, and I lost hope until I called GoDaddy Directly! I SPOKE to the representative about how I did not have a lot of time, and the initial error + all issues were swiftly fixed! My payment was processed without any ISSUES as well. The customer service representative was named Nico. This helped to fix all my concerns with GoDaddy! Thank you Nico!

I have been calling GoDaddy for the past 2 days. I spoke with several agents and was never advised of the best options for my business. I was sold the same package twice. I thought my issue had been resolved and I was ready to move forward. It was not until I spoke with Damian today, and he explained to me exactly what the package that I purchased would be used for and that it would not serve my needs. He was so respectfully and understood my concerns. My refunded the cost of both packages. I am most appreciate for this agent and he should be cloned!

Square has met my every business need at a price I can afford to pay and feel good about it at the end of the day. Efficient reliable easy to use .. it could be fancier, true, but it also could be much more expensive. I think they cut cost in such a way that I don’t feel it, I have everything I need to be professional organized and booked! Square connects me to Massagebook and between them I am complete. Square is constantly updating, giving us new options, and refining the platform continually. Everyone recognizes square as well, I like that. It makes people feels at ease to us a POS that they are familiar with. I have never been more organized than I am now using square. And they continue to support me with loan offers, savings, credit card .. they really offer all encompassing financial and business support, paying attention to me and my accounts in real time! I am very satisfied.

Since I began using square ive read and heard all kinds of things about it. But my first experience with some one hacking into my account and spending my money on something I didnt buy wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. Square took my report a few days later refunded my money. Thank you for being so helpful and fast at resolving this issue for me

I have been using Square for many years and i like their customer service team. They respond quickly and give good solid information to solve the problem. I know there are other companies out there - they are new. I am sticking with Square because I KNOW I can count on them.
