I got excellent customer service during a crisis.
I had an issue with my bank card because my bank went through a merger. All of my automated payments were getting rejected due to this. Victoria, the customer service representative that I reached via phone, helped me get everything straightened out and even processed a refund for me for something I paid for to recover my account but didn't actually need. Top of the line customer service.

Of all the companies I deal with, GoDaddy has the BEST customer service. I mean that. I call a 480 (area code) number, not 1-800 or whatever and I ALWAYS get a person, a real-live-person, within minutes. For that reason alone, I strongly recommend GoDaddy.
