I owned 17 domains and websites with GoDaddy before my most recent customer service call, so I can say I have used GoDaddy for the fullest extent of it's offerings. That being said, I did not always fully understand what I had or even know what I was paying for until tonight. My reason for the call was my website was not coming up when people typed it in any browser. Seeking a solution for my site being down I got a customer service rep who was quick to suggest an issue, which made sense to me so she did whatever she did and went to end the call. I wanted to understand what happened to cause the issue and understand the solution. She was not helpful and even hung up on me. I called back and I got ELVIN! Elvin not only saved me tonight but GoDaddy! Elvin was on point with his knowledge and listened to me and made the choice to invest in this Go Daddy customer and even teach me as he described what the issue was and how we needed to systematically correct it. To say I am grateful to Elvin would be an absolute understatement. Elvin made Go Daddy stand out in a really helpful AND REFERRABLE way. Thank you Elvin and Thank you GoDaddy for hiring him!

Now i just gotta say there are a THOUSAND people who claim to make a web site then its Hella complicated OR they try to UPSALE you on every minor detail. NOT IONOS OMG this was crazy easy and it was affordable . I got the whole site up and running in less than 1hour and that's because I kept editing photos. now that did tell me on the phone that the domain was free for a year. and that wasn't the case. i had to purchase one. but who cares it was only $7.00 FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. who can complain about that i have a web site for my store done last year and it cost me thousands. I called customer service twice for some questions i had and they were extremely helpful Ann & Jen. I would give this 10 stars if i could

First and foremost, their competent tech support team is available 24x7x365 - almost unheard of these days. Secondly, they understood the issue, identified the problem, and repaired the error (introduced by Microsoft, by the way) and repaired it... all within 15 minutes. AMAZING!

Great experience with Akshatha. Completely knowledgeable and helpful. Less of a wonderful experience with legacy Web.com customers (where the new Network Solutions systems don't integrate with Web.com). Frustrating and fatiguing.

We have about 24 different services in place and each one had a different expiration date. The agent went through each one with me and explained exactly what the service provided. We also had expiration dates from this month to 2023. The agent offered a way to consolidate these to a single date and offered a significant discount.

I used to use vista print, but their yearly accommodations were not dependable and often had hidden fees. When I switched to Bluehost I was very nervous but through my experience I was highly pleased with how they have all features needed to create a website in one spot. Navigation was easy, premade templates make it quick to create a website as soon as possible. I wish they had more options, but if you don't have the time to write code then what they have is sufficient. No hidden fees or charges kept my mind at ease and it wasn't difficult to discontinue services compared to other companies where web-domains and add ons are usually purchased separately, ect. I would recommend and use them again.

Namecheap made it easy to register domains, and transfer domains to them. They offer not just a better value, but also Privacy protection for free. They also offer Dynamic DNS for their domains for free, and basic DNS. I've registered several domains with them, and plan to stay with them. The 1 time I had a question for customer service, it was a quick answer that made sense. I highly recommend them.

In the past I used GoDaddy, a while back I switched to signing up for some domains with Namecheap for multiple reason, price primarily. Domains they offered that GoDaddy does not. Namecheap gives me privacy for free for life with every domain I register. They offer Dynamic DNS with your registered domains. They also offer other world-class services at a great price.

The Kodee chat assistant was able to accurately review my request and provide needed assistance. When the specialist (Hicham) came on, they quickly reviewed the chat history and were able/willing to stay on the chat to confirm I had followed the instructions accurately and that things completed successful.
