I always receive excellent service when I reach out to Go Daddy. Being a small business owner with very little tech knowledge, it is one less stressor I have to deal with. Always easy.

Giovanna was an excellent representative and I was very lucky to get her. Several other GoDaddy reps failed me and IT didn't call back when I was promised several times that they would.

For such a large company
For such a large company, GO DADDY has not lost sight of one of it's core missions - to guide and assist the average person with little to no tech skills. Professional, Personable and Approachable - no question is too stupid AND it's a pleasure to connect with LIVE support FIRST - as opposed to AI support, which is awesome but accessing LIVE support is virtually impossible. Please don't change GO DADDY!

The Customer Rep, Kaleem, went the extra mile in his customer support during a challenging time for my small business. Ten days post domain renewal, I requested a reduction in renewal years to keep my monthly cost down during a challenging time. Godaddy could not fulfill this particular request. However, Kaleem called me back and offered an alternative that would provide a partial but significant refund. When small businesses are struggling to help their small business clients, it's supportive when the big guys, like GoDaddy, do the same for us.

The GoDaddy website builder is very easy to manage and extremely user-friendly. In my opinion, it’s underrated and more people should consider using it.
I’m also using GoDaddy for my Interac machine and payment processing (Visa, credit cards, etc.), so I now have two products with them and I’m extremely satisfied with both.
Whenever I’ve needed assistance with the website builder, the support team has been great. The representative I spoke with was very helpful, answered all my questions quickly, and provided the exact solutions I needed.
Overall, from start to finish, my experience with GoDaddy has been excellent.

Being a smb owner to keep our prices affordable an to navigate these financially trying times Govt shutdowns, greedy corp ,fraudulent fake check people they all ad burden to smb like me an its utmost importance when a client pays a invoice I need immediate or same day to.my.funds . I am not a bank an holding fund for a to 8 business days is not in my.wheelhouse never had a issue nobodies ever processed a stolen card payment thiers no reason an stripe loves to get free intrest loans from smb like me.
