Big differerence between IA and personal attention
The beginning of my consultation was very difficult because I was attended to by an artificial voice that only gave instructions in response to my questions, showing no understanding or empathy.

Was trying to resolve multiple issues that AI could not help me with, so I got to a representative, Chris B. He was so helpful in guiding me through the steps to allow me to first of all access my account, verify profile information and clarify the different services I was paying for. Chris helped to give. me the best plans that were available for business, which ended up being less than I had been paying in the past. It was very refreshing to speak with a person that actually had my best interests at hand. Chris B was a delight to deal with, as he was very patient and had a sense of humor. He kept the mood upbeat while I was experiencing some frustration with the computer. When we concluded, I felt light instead of frustrated and negative, which usually puts a wrench in the day. I had many setbacks, non-working emails, dropped calls, etc. when I switched to Network Solutions. But this time, with Chris, all went well. He was patient and knowledgable and my email finally works on my phone. Unfortunately, the service isn't consistent--but I struck gold with this rep!
