MyTime Support is a Bargain with Network Solutions
I have a domain name with Network Solutions which I use for all my email correspondence. I am not technologically savvy and therefore have to occasionally get tech support for my email account and I paid for MyTime Support. It is fantastic. There has been a very short wait time whenever I need support and the technicians are fabulous. They take control of my computers and are able to rapidly resolve any problems I encounter. Today I had help from Oliver who quickly was able to install a new Outlook email account on a Mac Mini which is syncing perfectly now with my iPhone, iPad, and PC. MyTime Support was the one of the best investments I have ever made.

I had made a pretty costly mistake and was pretty upset. I was connected to Aman and I was worried it was an AI, but this individual was not only willing to work with me, they were kind and empathetic, which in this world of AI and bots, something that actually makes me feel heard. Network Solutions Pro Support Team went above and beyond! After submitting updates at 4am (yes, really!), they had them implemented by morning. Then spent another 3 hours on the phone with me handling additional complex changes with incredible patience and expertise.
Their team never made me feel rushed or technically inadequate, and explained everything clearly and treated my small land business website with the same care as if I were a Fortune 500 company.
Special shoutout to Ike, who walked me through complicated updates with humor and grace. In a world of automated everything, getting real humans who actually care about getting it right is priceless.

Automatic Forward was not working
Automatic Forward was not working for me. Network Solutions was able to get it working but I still have to test it in a couple of hours to see if it did work for me. Just deleted the forwarder and added it again. So we'll see.

Due to an extreme awful situation I dare to ask them to help me waive the renewal fee on the privacy plus protection. I cannot express enough that I was blessed with the representative Devin who offered me the renewal For Free as a one time courtesy after all these years of having been their loyal customer.
