Limitations with Google Workspace Hopefully Improvable
We had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jazz, who was knowledgeable and thorough with answering all of our questions, especially with the Analysis of our current Workspace Account details and its limitations. Unfortunately, our current account has a attachment limitation of 25MB & it would help if we could increase that limitation, but proved impossible, which Jazz looked into very carefully trying to ideate other options, but she was honest to tell us what could and could not be done, which is much appreciated. We appreciated her patience, her honesty, and her tenacity in problem-solving and creative options ideation, which are always helpful to Small Business Owners like us, especially when Scaling our business on informed decision-making.
