I have many talents, but IT isn't one of them. When our SSL stopped working, I listened to my AI versus just contacting GoDaddy directly. The GoDaddy texting feature left me with unanswered questions and more frustrated than before. Trinity was incredibly helpful, explained the issue, despite having the SSL coverage built into my plan-why the issue happened, and provided me with the new link to use for our QR code. Couldn't have asked for a better experience getting us back on track. She is truly an asset to the GoDaddy team.
