After many calls every day since then and talking with several people with Microsoft, Geek Squad, and yes, even IONOS, Rhandy Riva found the solution to my email problem within a matter of minutes! He deserves my highest appreciation and gratitude. I hope someone at IONOS reads my review and rewards Rhandy appropriately.

Her interaction with me was respectful; she navigated verbal overlaps gracefully and matched my rate of speech well. She took the time needed to find an answer, communicated clearly, and has a very pleasant, confident voice. I think you all got a keeper! Constructive feedback: I intentionally let her know she could take her time. Even so, it may be helpful to set expectations around how long it might be before checking back in. This small step can go a long way in preventing escalations by giving the customer a clear sense of timing rather than leaving them to guess while on hold. There was a slight miscommunication early on. Briefly restating the reason for the call can help ensure both parties are aligned from the start, which may reduce AHT. It also helps build caller confidence by reinforcing that their concern was clearly understood. Again, Lorie is a great rep who handled the call well. I would be pleased to speak with her again. Great experience with Akshatha. Completely knowledgeable and helpful. Less of a wonderful experience with legacy Web.com customers (where the new Network Solutions systems don't integrate with Web.com). Frustrating and fatiguing.

We have about 24 different services in place and each one had a different expiration date. The agent went through each one with me and explained exactly what the service provided. We also had expiration dates from this month to 2023. The agent offered a way to consolidate these to a single date and offered a significant discount.

I had loading problems, timing errors Cloudflare Error 524: A Timeout Occurred, but Bluehost supported me throughout, assisted me with everything, and my sites are working again.

The representative was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help with my situation. He answered every question that I had and was willing to perform the task to ensure it was done correctly.

Bluehost help chat solved a huge problem for me when a configuration file was found to be empty. The problem I was trying to solve for 3 hours was fixed in minutes. Their support is fantastic and our site's uptime is maximal. Highly recommended!

I'm sick of seeing companies dangle the "new customer" carrot only to gouged you after you've been with them for a while. Customer loyalty should be rewarded so I hope Hostinger will not pull the same thing and do right for customers to stick around
