The representative was a really good listener, was very patient, and seemed at each stahe to know the next steps required in a process of which I had impossibly low comprehension. We did not completely resolve my issue, but it required interaction with another agency. I'm optimistic about getting further help when I need it.
Security risk averted
I had an issue with a compromised Microsoft 365 account. Ryan was patient, sympathetic and a calm voice on the other end of the line. Having known nothing about how GoDaddy functioned and needing to know and learn ASAP, the representative was VERY patient with all my concerns and questions. He helped me resolve and understand important issues. I can now, confidently explain to others how GoDaddy helps protect our website. Because I needed to speak with him a second time after discovering other issues, he was as cordial and helpful as in our initial contact.

I bought 2 domains (a .com and .ca) recently. Very happy with the ease at which Godaddy worked. I am not the most technical when it comes to this stuff but found it quick and straight-forward. I will be using them again in the future for any other domain purchases. ;)
