Dumped by BT and fortunately NSL sorted it for me
I had a real problem - but a very patient Pranavya spent a long time sorting out an elderly one man band. Domain had been migrated from BT and effectively I had been dumped by them. They weren't interested in helping. The new host seems to be way more professional and user friendly. Immediate problem solved and looking forward to working with them.

Settings and email confusion resolved
Our account was originally with Verio, then iPage, then Network Solutions. Of course each change brought a whole different way of organizing information and settings. To complicate things, immediately after our account was transferred to Network Solutions one of the domains was transferred to another provider. Fortunately agent Jazz was able to take the time to talk me though where to find the settings I needed and to provide the settings that have to be made on the other provider to get the email working again. Now I have confidence that Network Solutions is a good company to work with.

They are always willing to assist me and spend the time necessary to address my issues and or make changes. There have been times over the years that my issues have been escalated to another team and generally addressed within the specified time.
