After repeatedly being locked out of my email, Hugo informed me of the approximately 45 attempts by someone to access my account. He provided an alternate url and I was immediately able to get into my email. Hugo was patient, professional, and demonstrated why GoDaddy's platform has been my choice for all my account needs for over 20 years.

I had inadvertently disconnected my mobile phone from my email account and in doing so had made my mobile "unstable". This issue was sorted eventually by a local tech firm. GoDaddy then (2 hour and 15 minutes later) completely reset up the mobile connections. Godaddy did a really first class job.

The company and their representatives work to make sure they customer is truly satisfied and has a positive outcome. Excwllwnt, patient, thorough representatives.

In all my life I have experienced one bank that calls twice a year to see how i am going and Godaddy to check I am happy with my domain and website. They offer suggestions and day and night over the years they have worked how to go about making choices. They must have great training as the people are always friendly helpful and will get to you. I have never had anyone from my health care, car insurance, mechanic, amex, phone company cal to ask how am I going with the service When Godaddy calls I am happy to chat as they have something to help. I have been with them at least 16 years. I can compare as I have also been with at least 5 other companies that over lapped and nothing compares..

From the minute Lindsay understood my question, I knew that my requests would be handled efficiently. In less than 5 minutes my issue with a vendor that I was trying to get my website released from, was handled. This is after 2 weeks of an uncooperative vendo. We then went over a few questions that I had and discussed a path to increase my web traffic. Love efficiency,compassion and intelligence. Makes for great experience. Thanks Lindsay, Well Done!

the cust service rep bradley was fantastic. I was told 3 years ago at renewal time they would be able to "work with me" in promotions to keep my site competitively priced. unfortunately i was apparently lied to because they are sticking me with full renewal rates that are horrendous compared to other hosting sites. i appreciate Brads efforts but a bad taste in my mouth for the overall costs.

Godaddy was absolutely amazing today. After a week of spending three hours on hold trying to get assistance from Microsoft (no one ever answered the phone) then being on an online chat with a representative who gave me all incorrect information, to a myriad of other complaints against Microsoft, GoDaddy resolved the problem in a few hours. There is nothing like customer service excellence, and that’s what I received from GoDaddy today.

I have used Network solutions for SSL certs for quite some time. I have been satisfied with how the process goes and I've never had an issue with the SSL service. Today I needed some information on one of our certs that wasn't in the management screen and after getting through all the AI stuff in the chat (what company doesn't have that anymore) I got a representative and she solve my problem in minute.

Blue Host/Host Gator is the best web hosting company I've been with. When I have an issue with Tech Support, there has NEVER been a time I have not gotten the support I needed as well as the SOLUTION to my problem. When there is a complicated problem, I've had a supervisor or several supervisors step in when the "front line" is unable to solve the issue. I've read in the reviews when someone is unhappy because their issue didn't get resolved. What I have found is that because I'm a "hands on" owner regarding my website, I know EXACTLY how to explain the situation. I'm not relying on someone else who possibly put together my site and I have no clue as to how it came together and what it going on. At the end of the day, my website is my "baby" and I want to know the hiccups it has and how I can fix it. No one should know your website better than you, the owner. HostGator, who merged with or in the process of merging, was whom I started with and they really are the best! After dealing with a company who didn't help with issues and always wanted $$$$ for every little change or different issues, I found a winner. Now that HostGator has merged. I STILL get the SAME kind of assistance I got with HostGator. Bluehost, you're amazing!!

The response time was amazingly fast! Customer support is the best as the problem was fixed immediately.

Simplicity: It's easy to make websites using the Horizons AI on Hostinger. Navigation around the site is easy and it is very user friendly. The Horizons AI is as easy to use as any comparable AI, again, with a simple interface. The chat is on the left and the results are on the right. Simple. Customer Service (Human): When I had an issue with DNS propagation, and the helper AI didn't fix the problem, I was able to chat with a human in the same window who fixed the problem within minutes. Almost instant DNS propagation after a four day delay. Her name was Desi. So, I would say their customer service is pretty good. I could have contacted a human much sooner, but I was trying to give it time. Customer Service (AI, Kodee): One thing I would say that could use improvement (or an update) is the helper AI called Kodee. For an issue separate from DNS propagation, on a separate domain, Kodee was telling me there were tools available that simply weren't available. I only learned they weren't available after asking for and speaking with a human. Kodee had me going round and round telling me to click on something that didn't exist. I thought I was losing my mind. "It's right there," he would say, "No, it's not!" I would reply. Haha... That's simplified, but it lasted longer than I should have let it. All in all, so far, I've created two websites and have had a ton of fun doing it.
