The tech explained that the repeated transfers between webmail hosts had left my MX record behind. I never would have come close to figuring this out and had spent hours trying to reach my business webmail in total frustration. He (or she) was able to find the old records from Fat Cow and iPage and delete them, resetting the "Mail Exchanger" to Network Solutions, the new host. I will be trying the new login he gave me soon - it's been about 18 hours.

My spf record was incorrect, and the agent know how to determine this and correct it.

I wasn’t happy though, because on 4/27 you sent an email asking me to enable auto renew which I didn’t ( I never used your system ) I was very disappointed to find out you changed me 659.97 this morning so my other checks started bouncing, 36.00 so far in fees. I My request was carried out quickly and correctly. the only problem was that I was unable to see the actual form due to a server problem that lasted most of my day. I had to respone that next day with my comments and review. the form is not quite finished but I know what is needed next. This is an excellent way for obtaining expert plans for better websites.

I had a major problem for a few years with my client's email, who is a bluehost customer. Their domain was not connected to the email. It took forever to fix as I had to make some changes at the host (netsol). It's finally fixed. I wish it would have taken less time and I also needed help with the DKIM record and the documentation was confusing to find. My one wish is that you offered more than just POP and IMAP. Exchange would help working with those people who insist on using Outlook. Thus far, I cannot get your Titan mail to work with the new Outlook on one of his systems. I suspect it's not all outlook's fault but it's a pain. Everything works fine in thunderbird. PS - I spent an hour on the phone working through this with your computerized voice and I am impressed! She got the job done, ergo -- 5 Stars.

The thing we like best about them is that you can always reach a live person in customer support to help you with any issues. Their customer support staff are unfailingly patient and kind with those of us who feel overwhelmed by our technology. They have helped us with every issue that has come up, stuck with us until the problem was solved, and made sure that we understood everything. they have even helped us out when other tech providers we use have caused the problem (a huge problem caused by NordVPN this past week!) yet the Bluehost team graciously helped us to fix the issue and gave us ideas of what to do. We have been with them for over a decade and are consistently glad that we chose Bluehost to host our websites!

This website is very mature and very complicated. I inherited it a couple of years ago, and have been learning as I go. The PHP version is outdated, and in the process of updating PHP I managed to bring down both the website and access to the WP Admin page. I worked with BLU (the AI chatbot) for over an hour, and learned more than I ever wanted to know about the inner workings of a WP site. However, BLU wasn't able to help me get to the core of the matter...at which point it turned me over to Manoj. Manoj (a human) knew right where to go, and got the issue resolved in about 15 minutes, plus I have a direction that I can move in, with confidence.

I had a problem with my website which was involved. John was helping me and was awesome! He was patient, kind and helpful to an older person who is not tech savvy. He worked with me over an hour and we finally resolved the issue! I do not know his last name, but he deserves a big pat on the back and then some! Thank you again John!😊
