Exceptional Live Support Technicians
I find their live support technicians very knowledgeable and professional to work with. There were issues with setting up an email account that did take a few calls to resolve but each time the representative was pleasant and supportive. I am confident that the situation will be resolved and it's not an inconvenience for me at the moment. I've been with Bluehost for nearly 20 years and recommend them to any novices out there. While their AI support is quite good, I highly recommend upgrading to live support; it's worth it. It seems Bluehost empowers their technicians to address situations with client satisfaction at the forefront. Kristine was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful today and while it was a longer call she maintained her professionalism and friendly demeanor. I appreciate her so much.

I came to Bluehost and not only got the domain name I needed, but also got it in .net and .org, and they gifted me .online for a year free. They made Google Workspace for one person affordable, so I can get the legal documentation with my bank tomorrow.
