Can I just leave a positive review for one of your agents??? His name is Cory 6535. He is amazing!!!! he did not give up on me even though I couldn't speak the same tech language. He was so kind and so patient and really tried to troubleshoot every scenario I was facing to problem solve my issue. He figured it out after about half hour with me and I couldn't be more pleased that he took the time with me that was necessary without giving up on me and making me go to Best Buy or Apple to have someone sit with me. Please send pizza to his entire department.....they deserve a pizza party for the good work and amazing customer service that Go Daddy provides the non-techy public. I thought I'd be on a long hold time or would have to press so many different prompts but I wasn't! I was lucky enough to get connect to Clarence who walked me through my issue until it was resolved. She sought help from the engineers for the problem with the reoccurring 404 pages that have been appearing on our pages or days!
