I am currently in the process of finalizing my As a first-time caller, I expected a long wait—but I was pleasantly surprised to be connected with a support specialist in under five minutes. Paul, the support representative who assisted me, was excellent. I was dealing with a somewhat complicated situation and trying to describe what I was seeing on my screen, which isn’t always easy—but he was patient, clear, and incredibly easy to follow. He walked me through multiple steps, helped troubleshoot a few issues, and made the entire process feel manageable rather than overwhelming. Bottom line: if I were hiring, I’d want someone like Paul on my team. Knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, GoDaddy—and especially Paul—for such a great experience.

Getting good telephone support is even harder than ever. Been a customer of GoDaddy since 2003 and they are not prefect, but they beat all the other similar companies I have dealt with over the years. One particular rep (Tawny) made all the diffrence tonight. There was so much to cover and she stayed with me until I had everything I needed. She was amazing and so is GoDaddy!

While Hostinger remains unbeatable in terms of price-performance and customer relations, I encountered some significant hurdles during my transition to a new hosting plan due to DNS conflicts and "Active Order" ghosts from my previous account. It took me two days of troubleshooting before Ms. Devi resolved it in minutes. A clearer interface or automated "flush" tool for these internal conflicts would be a great addition for pros like us. As a Web Design & SEO Expert with 25 years in the industry, I have been working with, recommending, and bringing global clients to Hostinger for over 8 years. I am 100% satisfied with your referral and affiliate programs. However, I have one small "complaint" or rather, a suggestion: The renewal prices often force us to jump between new discounted plans instead of staying loyal. As a power user on Cloud Professional plans, renewals can reach $600/year. A "Loyalty Program" offering dedicated discounts for long-term designers and agencies like mine would be a game-changer. I've been with Hostinger for a couple of years now. Paying in advance for several years made it a good deal. I don't like that I can't get anyone on the phone, I knew this before I started. Realistically though the tech support given by messenger is really quick. I know we live in a world where tech support is often outsourced to countries far away and the support can sometimes be frustrating. In my experience Hostinger support, which is dotted all over, always have a great grasp of the English language and understand complex problems well. This review has been prompted by a positive support experience I had (email issue) with Santiago this afternoon.
