I ALWAYS receive excellent service from GoDaddy.com knowledgeable representatives. It would be NICE if GoDaddy.com. GoDaddy.com pricing can be a little challenging because they try and knit pick every penny out of your pocket, but HONESTLY, you can't beat their customer service experience.

i have used GoDaddy for my architectural business for almost 15 years. I have utilized 2 templates and 3 iterations of my website that I created myself using their templates. My business focus has changed and recreating the websites was required. On a few occasions that I have called, I have had quick contact to a live person to listen to my concerns and patiently explain solutions.

Thoughtful and competent customer service
A GoDaddy representative called me to check on my satisfaction and ended up spending time making a correction to my website. It wasn't his job to do that and he could have charged me for the assistance but instead he made me an appreciative customer.
Excellent technical assistance with email issues
The technician who helped me, named John, was very helpful. I had a confusing multiple email account situation that needed sorting out. He listened to my issues, then helped me organize my accounts, even turning one of them off. It helped me tremendously.
