First of all, this review is based on my one interaction with a customer service/ renewal expert representative named Neil. Today, I called the company in an effort to navigate the new online control center & receive answers to my growing questions in regards to the new transfer to Network Solutions. Neil was very pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable, and patient! He took the time to listen to my concerns and even investigate to provide realistic expectations. For over 2 years now, I have not been able to reach my former website hosts by phone to talk to an actual person. They only offered online chat. So, I appreciate the option to speak with Neil today via phone. I am very pleased with Neil's demeanor, transparency, and willingness to help. This eased my initial concerns regarding another transfer from my original Fatcow website host. I do not know yet how the transition will impact my current (15 year old Fatcow turned IPage now Network Solutions) business website (s), or pricing going forward since the transfer only took place 4 days ago at the time of this customer service review. I do hope that the company will continue to allow professional representatives to be available, like Neil, because paying customers who rely on straight forward quality, affordable, reliable, consistent service will require it during this transition period & going forward. Honestly, I do feel a little angst, but I'm hopeful.

A tough technical problem on a very old account - from a company that has changed hands several times, then ended up with network solutions. My account has been handed down from several buyouts, so it was difficult to trace it through all of the takeovers. I was billed for an account that I (thought) I had closed... after going through a few levels of bots, finally got a person on the chat, and they resolved it, and got a refund. It took a couple of hours though.

They quickly reassigned the domain to the correct path, updated the WordPress URLs, reinstalled the SSL certificate, and resolved the permalink and redirect cache issues. They also clearly explained why the domain was briefly redirecting to another site and advised me on the expected propagation time for the SSL and URL updates to fully finalize. Recently switched to another hosting provider after three years with HOSTINGER. made a mistake, there's no other host like HOSTINGER. They know what they're doing and I have never had any issues. My renewal prices was a little high so I decide to switch to a cheaper one. Nothing but headaches and regret so cancelled and paid the extra to come back - its worth it. I'll always stick with Hostinger.
