I had an autorenewal charge hit a payment method that I had meant to change and wasn't sure if renewal was right for me. I chatted with Rakesh Gupta, and he quickly refunded my incorrect payment method, and spent a lot of time with me to help me understand what is included in my account, what the timeline would be if I didn't renew, as well as ways I could get more out of the account. And to top it off he was able to get me a very nice discount which made me comfortable renewing. It was also easy to get to an agent to speak with in the first place, which I appreciated.
