Ronald the rep was a great guy to speak with. After calling into support previously and between the rep's and myself trying to figure out what was causing my issue, he placed me on hold for a brief moment; come back and said try deleting my subdomain's, did and it worked. A lot was accomplished in a shorter period of time than expected.

I have been purchasing websites and e-mail addresses from GoDaddy since their first year in business. I currently own more than a dozen websites and more domain names. I have never had a problem with any of my sites that customer service (a live person) couldn’t fix.
The prices are competitive with other top-tier companies, but the customer service is what keeps me from going with another company. I sell merchandise on my sites, and I cannot afford to have service issues when my customers are shopping.
GoDaddy is transparent about pricing, and if you’re unsure of what you need, contact their sales department. No high-pressure sales tactics, just information. It seems GoDaddy would rather have one long-term customer than ‘fleece” a dozen.

The ease of the godaddy platform is second to none. I've used a couple other ones. They just don't match their customer service again is also second to none in my opinion. Especially when it comes to pricing and ease of use for accidental charges. If you catch them in the right time, that's about, thank you so much.
