IBlake helped me solve a problem that has been going on for about 10 years with my account. He also shared some of the new advances using A I that will improve communications. I shared with him my disappointment with the web hosting arm for not reaching out to customers to see if they are alive and well or in need of an account Review. He sent me some valuable tutorials and materials to help me navigate the new design of GoDaddy website.

The wait time was reasonable, not long at all. My customer service representative spoke slowly and clearly and was very thorough in doing his job to satisfactory handle my issue.

I was not familiar with the meaning of the services that I purchased initially, and got confused as I attempted to clarify what was still needed. Luckily I was connected to Dars, who was extremely patient and listened closely so that he could understand the problem and then help get everything straightened out. It took a few hours but Dars deserves accolades for knowledge as well as compassion.

When you pay for a service and need support, it matters how that support is delivered. I've only had one or two issues over 3 years with my website, but each time my support experience was pleasant and resolved.

The usual renewal process made easier than it often has been thanks to Richmond, who was a pleasure to work with. As has been par for the process, the first person I spoke with was offering a absurdly high prices that no knowledgeable person would accept. Declining those always leads to a rep with the ability to look for promos. Richmond did that and came up with numbers just a wee bit higher than I might have gotten elsewhere, which didn't justify moving the domain. He also spoke clearly and I never had to repeat myself. Congratulations Network Solutions; you've got a solid employee in Richmond.

I think I got a great deal on renewal, SSL, Domain, and Hosting $132.00 for a year. I have never had an issue with NS. Customer service is very good

There was a problem with my cell phone at the end of the call, preventing her from hearing me, although I could still hear her. I actually called back and spoke to a second agent, Cal, to explain all of that. He was also very helpful, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, but I accidentally hung up at the end of the call, instead of waiting to complete the review of my call with him.

I had an opportunity to engage with, Carl Jane F, to solve a problem that was hindering my attempt to retrieve my ProMail. After identifying a certain link with my phone and the development of a workaround, all is well. Actually, better than ever!

I chose to migrate to another webhost/domain manager due to the minimal size of my webspace demands and the opportunity to acquire a Canadian host for a significantly lower cost. Even though I disengaged Network Solutions 'Auto Renew' feature, I was billed 580.00 Cdn for a year of hosting that was the reason for my migration. Ron, the NS agent, totally corrected this situation with understanding, professionalism and sincere courtesy and I am grateful that such humanity is present when dealing with problems like this even though I was leaving a long association with the company, Network Solutions, he was representing. I received a suspicious email about the cancellation of my domain. The support was quick to review & confirm that the mail was not from Bluehost.

Every question I had was answered during the call. I was then transferred to another department and they also answered all my questions immediately. It was recommended that I purchase site security for my website and within one hour of purchasing the software, malware was found and removed. Great service!

Bluehost was really great. I used their service to host a website was very easy. My business didn't work out. A year later I was charged $135. I reached out to them and explained the situation, they did not hesitate to refund me the entire amount. I got back my $135 through the instant chat feature on their website in less than 20 minutes. I left Godaddy because they continued to go up on prices year after year, plus their email requirements also added to the yearly costs. I delayed moving my domains AND email services to Namecheap for a year or more because I was afraid of the hassle that might lie ahead. There was absolutely no setup hassle and I am saving a meaningful amount of money compared to what I was spending at Godaddy. I couldn't be happier!

I don't have any websites just now, but since 2012, I have had 4 to 5. I still have 3 domain names in Namecheap for future websites. I went with name cheap from the beginning from recommendations and reviews at the time, so I took a chance. I have never been disappointed. Their support has always been great. Namecheap has never steered me wrong! Their customer service is top notch and they are the most patient people on earth that I have ever dealt with in any customer service capacity. I literally only want to work with the same people when I chat in...which is seemingly daily by the way. They walk me through the steps, tell me what to remove, what I need to add, refund when I've purchased something unnecessarily, provide the knowledge links, etc etc etc...I couldn't ask for a better company to work with! I've been here for a few years, and this is the only company that will ever get my business when it comes to domains, emails, website building, etc!

At first, I did not expect an AI to be advanced enough to design a website. I wanted to try it, so I started experimenting. Normally, writing reviews is not something I do, but innovations and developments in science and technology are important to me. I will not judge Hostinger as a company, whether good or bad, but Horizons AI performed far beyond my expectations. In terms of visuals, harmony, and design, it is excellent—sometimes even more successful than a human designer, because it can present the balance and coherence derived from large datasets beautifully. Moreover, the sense of achievement it gives me is valuable; it helps me connect with the project I am working on. There are some areas that need improvement; I assume the occasional freezes are caused by server overload. At certain times, the system can process tasks within seconds, while at other times delays can reach up to an hour. When more advanced prompts are entered, the AI sometimes gets confused with long and complex instructions, which can disrupt the project. Progress can be rolled back, but both time and credits are wasted. The worst part is that I wish there were a way to secure the project at its current stage. On the positive side, live support was very helpful, and I was satisfied with their quick assistance. Without any issues, my wasted credits were immediately refunded, which shows they can be trusted. I will start my project again from the beginning, and I hope this time it will be successful. It would be even better if the site interface were simplified a bit more and, at least, basic tutorial videos were provided. Overall, the pricing plans are reasonable, but I kindly ask you to consider more accessible pricing for countries like Turkey.

Hostinger is a good company but unfortunately my needs were not able to be met. This fault was on me not them. Rocio with customer service was great at handling my situation and was able to provide a full refund.

Having used Hostinger’s Business and Premium plans for several of my tech projects, I’ve found their interface very intuitive. I recently moved several domains (like moktech.online and mokmining.com) to other platforms, and the process was straightforward without any technical hurdles. While I’ve moved on for now, their backup services and domain management tools were consistently solid during my tenure.
