The transition was seamless, tech support is easier to access, and they are very responsive. I have always bought my URLs from Network Solutions. I do not know if they are the least expensive option but I do know that they have the best customer service. Any time that I have needed help changing any records they do it for me at no cost. Recently I opened a Shopify store (I only purchased the URL from Network Solutions) yet they handled all of the required records changes and DMARC record set up I needed to do. They are professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

I complained that I received a request for money for more services and wound up with Rotciv who understood the problem and led m through what services I was receiving and how they were priced.
