I've been a GoDaddy customer since 2008, and over the years, I've used a wide range of their online products—from domain registration and DNS management to hosting and email services. For the most part, it's been a smooth and reliable experience. What I appreciate most is the convenience of having everything under one roof. Their domain management tools are intuitive, and I've rarely had issues with uptime or performance. The interface has improved steadily over the years, and their support—especially via phone—has been helpful when I needed it. That said, I’ve noticed the upselling can be a bit aggressive at times, and renewal pricing tends to creep up if you’re not paying attention. But overall, GoDaddy has delivered on what I needed: dependable online infrastructure for my projects and businesses. If you're looking for a one-stop shop for domains and basic web services, GoDaddy is a solid choice—especially if you value longevity and a familiar interface.

The main thing I like about GoDaddy is that I can call if I’m having difficulty with something on my web page and I get a knowledgeable live person. I can call 24/7. The tech folks have always been patient, pleasant, and professional. I usually call after I’ve tried to rectify the problem myself and I find the articles available not much help. The issues is usually about adding a feature, such as password protected private pages.

Kay, the rep, was so patient and detailed oriented to show that she cared about what I needed and wanted after being with GoDaddy for over 20 years. Chatting with a real person saved a huge amount of time battling with the automated system. The agent was courteous, very efficient, and accomplished exactly what I needed quickly and with no fuss.

Anusha handled my concerns promptly. What I wanted to do was to switch credit cards. The switch worked but your screen doesn't confirm the change was made, which led to me chatting. Chat was great, but unnecessary if your screen would simply confirm the change was accomplished. A little banner does say it's "processing" the change and then just disappears with no change posted showing any change.

I had a great experience with Network Solutions support today. They were very patient and helpful, assisted me with a refund for an unplanned domain renewal, and turned off auto-renewal to prevent future charges. Highly appreciated their professionalism and understanding!
