Toni is amazing! I'm only giving 5 stars because of Toni. GoDaddy messed up a website plan, though they did give me a better plan, hopefully, and then tried to work somethings out with my Website to get it back up and running - and it was a nightmare. However, Toni came to the rescue. It took Toni to make it happen. I love using GoDaddy but apart from Toni, and the people that worked with her on this issue, the experience was not wonderful. However, I've been with GoDaddy for over 20 years and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. So I can't complain too much.

I’ve seen tremendous growth in their customer experience over the last 10 years. Today I was blown away with how they helped me compared to a bad experience I had 10 years ago. I felt like they really cared about my needs it was very refreshing. Many internet based businesses tend to fall off after getting their money but not Godaddy. I’m still mad about the incident 10 years ago though lol.

I contacted GoDaddy about a refund. I thought it would be a long drawn out process. However, Gabriel was very friendly and helpful and I was able to get the full refund I requested. Gabriel was very clear stepping me through the whole process and I was very pleased with the outcome. No hassel at all.

I am late for an incredible reason. His service was not just efficient, swift, professional, sympathetic, attentive, patient,; it was inspiring.
He gave me the smile and courage to finally call my ISP (and other companies I had dossiers to settle with) amongst them an heavy and most dishonest charge I won, thanks to the positive energy he passed on to me.
That is "contagious magic" and the best form of marketing there is. Because of Jorge, I have made the decision to transfer my domains from other companies to GoDaddy ASAP.

But I do not like AI on the telephone; answering real people are always better to understand the problems.
Shame about them increasing the prices for existing customers against new business.
