My website issue was dealt with by a very helpful support chat person. It's all working fine again now, after one chat.
Cancelling & successful reimbursement of renewal
Had subscribed but never used the service. It auto renewed 2 days ago. The agent helped by cancelling the auto renewal and reimbursing me for the full renewal amount which will be completed within a week. And a copy of the chat conversation has been sent to my email for my records.

Superior Customer Service
My experiences with Bluehost this year have been very positive. I have been able to connect with professional support within minutes of placing my call and without a lot of being routed from one person to another. Several years ago, my wait time might be five minutes or more. This rapidity of response is especially notable given the often-long wait times to speak to support staff in many industries.
In all my calls to Bluehost this year, maybe three or four all told, I have received prompt, courteous, and expert advice that was able to fix my problem faster than I expected. I am a female, and I was especially heartened to be able to speak with female support staff in an industry where females have often come into the game a little late but are now taking strides to find their niche in the world of digitalization and AI. Young women especially need support and mentoring to become successful in a field that was originally considered male territory, because it is evident that only those who can master the digital world will succeed in the years ahead. Women face so many patriarchal barriers in the world of work that it is encouraging to discover that Bluehost seems to be taking steps to help women succeed in this critical field.
