Chat-Based Support without Pain
Today (as with every other interaction I've had with Network Solutions, NS), I was helped by someone who clearly understood my issue (some changes to DNS servers in this case) and knew how to solve it They made the necessaary changes while I was on the chat.
Normally I dread/avoid chat-based support and use the phone when I can, but NS chat support has real humans who know their subject matter, who ask the right questions, and who respond quickly and courteously... and I get a transcript which I don't get from phone support.

Can't tell you if I was talking to a human or a bot in the middle of the night, but whoever or whatever was kind, patient and solved my problem.
Charge reversed with ease
I was so upset seeing a charge on my card for a domain I did not know was operational. I contacted customer service just after I saw the charge and my transaction was reversed with ease. I could not recommend this customer service enough. Thank you so very much!

Paitience and understanding
The young lady who answered the phone, let me explain my concern. Then figured out what was going on and proceeded to walk me through each step by step. She actually understood my issue completely.
I figured this was going to take hours and several phone calls. She did it in about 15 minutes.
I was and ipage client and a Network Solutions client. She patiently explained to me the process and walked me through it.

JESSA resolved my problems
JESSA resolved my problems, with patience and personal attention to solving the problem particular to my customer situation. Problem: I was trying to renew two critical domains in our account when I read a notice February 21 that these two domains had expired. My attempts to renew them online were blocked by a discontinuity in your corporate transition that disallowed us our usual access to our domain central dashboard where we usually renew. Our trusted password no longer worked. We clicked "Forgot password?" button and were informed that a verification number would be sent immediately allowing us access to change our password. We never received it. Multiple attempts over the last few weeks had the same result. While medical issues prevented us from giving this our full attention, our domains lapsed. We were finally able to call today and reach Jessa who, through her thorough review of our particulars, walked us through the options and finally found a pathway for her to access our account, where she renewed our domains and sent us a password change form which we are filling out to regain access to our account. While I greatly appreciate her capable, and very patient help, my experience with your abrupt, unannounced corporate change-over was very upsetting. Please keep your customers "in the loop" with any future changes - including your unannounced monthly rate increase! Thanks for all the good things you do. (Your staff has always been personally helpful and patient.)

Great Service with knowledgeable rep.
The representative understood what I needed and provided the service with care. He also understood that the cost of hosting has drastically increased so he renewed the domain name that usually use to be free with hosting renewal but no longer he renewed the domain name for free. That is great customer service. He also moved the domain name from a hosting package that I do not use except for emails under a the other hosting so I do not have to pay for emails.

After two not-so-great calls with two representatives (unlike Network Solutions typically great service which I've received since the early 2000's), I phoned again and had the pleasure of having my call fielded by Chris who patiently, kindly and knowledgeably offered me fabulous assistance.
