I don't know what I'd do without GoDaddy tech support. They walk me through everything and I feel so much confidence knowing all my tech is efficient as well as secure.

Its very simple

As a 14-year user, I’ve used many of Namecheap’s services, including domain registration (including the AltMarket), SSL, Private Email, apps (EasyWP), VPN, CDN, and more (I’ve also tried their hosting products). I have a positive view of Namecheap’s product stability and service quality. Among their main offerings, I’m particularly satisfied with the domain service in terms of features, speed, and stability. I am very satisfied with Namecheap’s website interface and usability (unlike many IT products today, which have complex and cluttered interfaces). As for some of Namecheap’s other products, some are just average, and a few are difficult to use—for example, the VPN. While EasyWP is designed to be simple and user-friendly, the hosting performance itself is somewhat lacking. The SSL product remains difficult to use, with insufficient automation in the configuration process. Although I now rely primarily on Namecheap’s AI service to resolve the vast majority of issues, I found their previous support to be quite good as well. I highly recommend Namecheap for domain registration and management, whether for personal use or for small and medium-sized businesses.
