A live person is always available
Its so nice to be able to talk to a live person for help and assistance. I am not tech savvy and struggle managing my site on my own. I was able to call and have my questions answered easily and was not rushed. GoDaddy is pretty easy to navigate itself, but its nice to have help readily available 24/7.

We called to update our payment information, from a personal credit card/paypal to a business bank account. Support was able to update that information in one call. They also assisted with changing our login details. Everything related to our account is related to the business.

Honestly, the representative was amazingly helpful. I am literally at a place in my life where I didn’t really want to move forward with my business ideas or anything, since the passing of my mother. Lately, I’ve been getting gentle reminders to push past the hurt and pain. Today, LauraJay was apart of that reminder without even realizing it and I thank her so much.
