I had a major problem for a few years and now it's fixed!
I had a major problem for a few years with my client's email, who is a bluehost customer. Their domain was not connected to the email. It took forever to fix as I had to make some changes at the host (netsol). It's finally fixed. I wish it would have taken less time and I also needed help with the DKIM record and the documentation was confusing to find. My one wish is that you offered more than just POP and IMAP. Exchange would help working with those people who insist on using Outlook. Thus far, I cannot get your Titan mail to work with the new Outlook on one of his systems. I suspect it's not all outlook's fault but it's a pain. Everything works fine in thunderbird. PS - I spent an hour on the phone working through this with your computerized voice and I am impressed! She got the job done, ergo -- 5 Stars.
Bluehost's personal customer service is the best!
Bluehost's web hosting services are great and we have been happy with their products. The thing we like best about them is that you can always reach a live person in customer support to help you with any issues. Their customer support staff are unfailingly patient and kind with those of us who feel overwhelmed by our technology. They have helped us with every issue that has come up, stuck with us until the problem was solved, and made sure that we understood everything. they have even helped us out when other tech providers we use have caused the problem (a huge problem caused by NordVPN this past week!) yet the Bluehost team graciously helped us to fix the issue and gave us ideas of what to do. We have been with them for over a decade and are consistently glad that we chose Bluehost to host our websites!

PHP takes down website and WP Admin page
This website is very mature and very complicated. I inherited it a couple of years ago, and have been learning as I go. The PHP version is outdated, and in the process of updating PHP I managed to bring down both the website and access to the WP Admin page.
I worked with BLU (the AI chatbot) for over an hour, and learned more than I ever wanted to know about the inner workings of a WP site. However, BLU wasn't able to help me get to the core of the matter...at which point it turned me over to Manoj. Manoj (a human) knew right where to go, and got the issue resolved in about 15 minutes, plus I have a direction that I can move in, with confidence.

I have next to no tech skills and when my website went down, I couldn't get into my blue host account or wordpress site and was adrift. The chat tech person was very helpful and was able to get my site up and help with my word press issues. It was a great relief. I took some time but there was no charge so I am greatful.

Excellent Service! I tried my best to troubleshoot why my website was not moving from the temporary development site to the actual domain. After much troubleshooting, I thought had lost the website I'd just spent 42 hours developing. I reached out to Bluehost customer service and they were able to figure out the issue (a Wordpress plugin had an error) and correct the issue for me. The agent took the time to understand my problem, then they worked on resolving the issue, and then they called me back to let me know what the issue was and that they'd resolved it. The agent had also identified some links that needed updating and let me know to fix those. It was exceptional! I recommend Bluehost to anyone.
