A bad situation resolved with a great live chat rep
First I will say that the reason for my live chat was due to a previous chat agent's assurance he had corrected a mistake made with my bill once Network Solutions replaced iPage as my hosting company. We were told the take over would be seamless and I didn't need to do anything, but I was charged hundreds more until they supposedly corrected the billing problem. I was on autopay, but what I didn't realize is in the meantime the cc on file had been replaced with a new card # and I was never notified that my payment didn't go thru and the company would be deleting my website and account. This rep today found the issues and was able to reinstate my website and give me the same rate and plan I had previously been on. Unfortunately it will take several days to reinstate. I'm so relieved.

Assistance getting into our account
I've been trying to get into our account for a couple of days and have emailed in and called in. Someone reset my password for my but I still could not get in and tried to call back but the office was closed. I called and talked to Karla K today, told her the issue and she said she would reset the password again and check it herself to make sure it worked before sending it to me. It worked! I appreciate her help with this.

Billing Questions
Yesterday I called concerning several questions regarding the annual renewal and monthly billing. I mistakenly directed myself to "Accounts".
I spoke with Steven who was extremely helpful. But once I correctly explained the purpose of the call, he explained that my questions would be best answered by "Billings".
Steven transferred my call to "Billings" where I spoke with Ron for possibly over 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient answering my repeated questions. We walked through a few different scenarios how to address my situation. He was actually 'more' than helpful, which I very much appreciated.
FYI ... at the end of the call I was directed to a recording to take a 'survey' of my experience. For whatever reason, despite my repeated responses, none of my numerical entries were received. So I am VERY glad to have received an email to participate in this survey
