Thank goodness for a good rep. Cat was terrific. I tried at least two other times to fix an issue with my email. Somehow my account stopped sending and receiving so I had to re-add it and change the password. The first two reps did the minimal amount of work and basically tried to get me to spend about $60 to make my email function. A rep at Apple suggested I do a test and add a test email account. I did one with google and had no issues - so I was able to see that the problem with adding my email was not a technical issue on my end. Today, I asked for a supervisor at Network Solutions, but after explaining my issue to my rep today to Cat, she listened attentively and wa able to guide me through how to fix the problem, Kudos to her for caring about her customers.

Reimbursement for errors in billing
I was inadvertently charged for an auto renewal fee on a web address that I had removed from auto renewal. I noticed that the account had been renewed and my credit card was charged.
