Reimbursement for errors in billing
I was inadvertently charged for an auto renewal fee on a web address that I had removed from auto renewal. I noticed that the account had been renewed and my credit card was charged. I worked with live chat, and they reimbursed the fees and were very easy to work with to get the matter resolved quickly.

I called previous to this call and the representative had me on the call going in circles for 19 minutes. I finally told her I was hanging up. I called back and talked to a great representative that knew his job and resolved my questions and handled everything in 21 minutes. He was polite, courteous, knew his job and answered all my questions. He was very patient with me as this is all new to me. Iam 77 years old, and all of this new informations is a little overwhelming to me but he explained it well to me. He is a keeper for your company and I hope you see that in him. These five stars are for the outstanding customer service provided by Glenn, who has for longer than one month in March and April, 2026, consistently worked toward making me the "primary" entity in control of my domain, which a friend registered for me in 1999. Glenn made multiple telephone calls and e-mails to me and my friend to correctly transfer control of the domain to me, which occurred a month to the day after the effort had commenced in the first week of March and the subsequent completion of many forms and scans/photos of documents, all coached by Glenn. In fact, so arcane is one form that, after Network Solutions rejected its submission by me, Glenn, himself, completed it to his firm's satisfaction.
