I am new to Network Solutions, not a teck savvy person, and generally trying to save money in an uncertain economy. I had a few renewals pop up in my email, and called NetSol to assist in sorting them and the billing out.
Both departments were quick to identify and resolve my situation. I am glad that behind the scenes the website continues and is up to date.

I recently called to renew some domains and spoke with a gentleman named Tails Romero, who not only helped me with that but also spoke about many other products that Network Solutions offered that I didn't know about. I really appreciated his input. Over all he was definitely one of the best service guys I have had.

Network Solutions employee Aries Christian B has extraordinary knowledge in the company & has the knowledge to be versatile in helping customers in many different ways. Personally it's hard to find an employee that goes over & beyond in customer service with the knowledge Aries has. If I had an employee like Aries, I would be thankful & show my appreciation in many ways including a raise due to his over all knowledge, patience in customer service, versatile in helping with many different types of questions & his dedication on making a good connection and trust with the costumer during the phone call. I hope Network Solutions Headquarter reads this review. All of them should take time and show appreciation to Aries because it's hard in this day and age to find an employee like him. Luckily I got transferred to the wrong department and was lucky enough to have Aries handle my questions perfectly.

My domain and SSL expired
My domain expired without prior notice, and after renewing it, I found that the “Let’s Encrypt” SSL certificate had also been removed. To restore it, I was initially informed that I would need to pay for a one-year SSL subscription.
Fortunately, Nandan from the Hosting Support team stepped in and assisted me. He successfully recreated the “Let’s Encrypt” SSL certificate and restored everything to its previous state.

My website redirect wasn’t working after transferring the site to a new server. Nagarathna quickly dove into the index and htaccess files and in just a couple of minutes, found the problem. Nagarathna explained the issues and the steps they took to fix it, and right away, the website redirect was working properly. Billing Issue Resolved
I have a hearing problem, and the overseas connection doesn't make it any easier. But Khloe, the billing rep, was very patient and listened carefully to my questions. I asked him to speak very slowly, and he did. He put me on hold several times while researching the issues. And in the end, everything got resolved. I am very happy with the outcome.
