Excellent support – fixed my SSL issue in minutes!
I had an urgent SSL certificate issue on my website, which showed ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID, while the root domain worked fine. This was affecting customer trust in my renovation business site.
I contacted Bluehost support, and they resolved it extremely quickly – literally within minutes. The agent was professional, understood the issue straight away, and reissued the certificate to cover both www and non-www versions.

Pleasanty Surprised When things went wrong from my end.
Took out multiple plans in order to migrate from my existing supplier in Ireland. Due to multiple issues not related to Bluehost I was unable to migrate in the end.
When things go wrong for whatever reason, is the time a company shows it's true colours.
It may have involved many long arduous chats to customer service , but in fairness, Bluehost did honour the 30 day money back guarantee. Multiple refunds of nearly €1500 were made back to my card.
I would use bluehost again for more straight forward projects that do not involve a complicated migration. i.e brand new websites with hosting plans.

I received a failed payment e-mail notification
I received an e-mail notification, supposedly from Bluehost, making me aware our auto-renewal failed due to outdated payment information. I was skeptical about the e-mail. I contacted Bluehost support via the chat function, and they confirmed that the e-mail was not from them and that all my auto-payment processing was already processed. They confirmed that the e-mail I received was a phishing attempt.
