Luna Was Great: Email Rejection Issue Resolved
Luna was great - she quickly identified that the recipient had accidentally added me to their blocked list, which was causing my emails to be rejected. A previous support call blamed a DNS issue, which turned out to be incredibly incorrect. Luna's diagnosis was spot on. When I contacted the recipient directly, they confirmed they had inadvertently blocked me and also discovered a second account of theirs was blocked as well, which explained why both addresses were failing. Simple fix, but it required the right expertise to point in the right direction. Luna had it. Appreciate her help.

Chat-Based Support without Pain
Today (as with every other interaction I've had with Network Solutions, NS), I was helped by someone who clearly understood my issue (some changes to DNS servers in this case) and knew how to solve it They made the necessaary changes while I was on the chat. Normally I dread/avoid chat-based support and use the phone when I can, but NS chat support has real humans who know their subject matter, who ask the right questions, and who respond quickly and courteously... and I get a transcript which I don't get from phone support.

As the title suggests, I rarely write reviews but Namecheap’s support genuinely earned this one. Over the past few days I contacted their live chat multiple times for DNS configuration issues that were honestly quite technical. Every single agent I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient, clear, and solution-focused. What blew me away was the consistency. Each time I got a different agent and yet the quality never dropped once. That is unheard of in customer support. They did not just tell me what to do, they explained why, which made all the difference and provided solutions every single time. If you are building something and need a domain registrar with support you can actually rely on, Use Namecheap. They're also inexpensive compared to other domain registrars. I am profoundly impressed. Due to this, I have decided to auto renew my domain yearly rather than switching over to the more well known or commonly known domain registrars. You won't regret it. I had a great experience with the customer support agent Edgardo. I was stuck for over 24 hours with a technical error regarding my email setup ('Active order for this domain'). While the AI bot couldn't help, Edgardo joined the chat and quickly identified the root cause—it was an issue with shared access permissions. He was professional, patient, and very helpful. I like the Hostinger help function
I like the Hostinger help function. I like the Kodee chatbot. Really helpful and actually does stuff - e.g. making changes to our site setup - rather than just offer advice. And then when I needed higher level guidance I got a guy called Helmut who sorted me out no problem.
