I just had an excellent experience with Mahadev, and it went so smooth, it was as if he was on a video call with me. I was able to get a Cpanel password reset due to complications, and access to Cpanel using FTP. It had been a while since I had used FTP and it was driving me bonkers, but he gave what I needed to complete the process.
