Once I reached Chat Support, the assistance was amazing! Priyanka was very patient with me as I stumbled through my own tech difficulties. At each detail, there was a problem that arose---on my end. I couldn't find this or that. My credit card had expired, etc, etc. I waffled on a three-year renewal because our website is sort of stagnant and old---and I'm old, too. (Just not stagnant.) She was incredibly helpful.

I reached out to Bluehost because ModSecurity was blocking WooCommerce REST API calls on my site and causing 406 errors. This was breaking my product sync, so I needed a real fix, not generic troubleshooting. The support rep understood the issue right away and whitelisted the correct rule. It was resolved within minutes, and everything worked once I tested it. He was polite, patient while I checked things on my end, and didn’t waste time reading from a script. Overall, a really smooth and helpful support experience.
