Actually the experience with Bluehost is always good and pleasant. Issues are always resolved and quick, Bluehost is our provider for many years. We hardly had any issues but when they occured, help was always available.

Human was great, and honestly the robot tried, but it was a thing that happens on a legacy wordpress theme, and not something that the robot understood I couldn't fix.
