Toni is amazing! I'm only giving 5 stars because of Toni. GoDaddy messed up a website plan, though they did give me a better plan, hopefully, and then tried to work somethings out with my Website to get it back up and running - and it was a nightmare. However, Toni came to the rescue. It took Toni to make it happen. I love using GoDaddy but apart from Toni, and the people that worked with her on this issue, the experience was not wonderful. However, I've been with GoDaddy for over 20 years and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. So I can't complain too much.

I’ve seen tremendous growth in their customer experience over the last 10 years. Today I was blown away with how they helped me compared to a bad experience I had 10 years ago. I felt like they really cared about my needs it was very refreshing. Many internet based businesses tend to fall off after getting their money but not Godaddy. I’m still mad about the incident 10 years ago though lol.

My experience of this chat was great from the moment I was able to get out of the que of algorhytm generated questions and answering always the same (quite frustrating) until finally was connected to a human agent who was helpful. Also using still UN's and PW's is very boring, what about using my Passkey? The hole Experience working with this and all around this Website seam to be not updated and old fasion. Network Solutions was my original registrar, and has always served me well, found the best deals on renewals, has bulletproof security, and a great chat line with agents. I've done everything thru chat for years now. Highly recommend. More pricey, but more services.

Rajesh, the support agent, provided outstanding assistance—he was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous in helping me resolve the issues needed for SSL certificate validation.

We have trusted Network Solutions with our domain renewals and DNS for over 25 years. It's rare for a company to provide actual support in this day and AI chat bot age, however, our support interaction took less than 5 min to fix, and was handled with expertise on the same level as Veritas/Arctera.

I was unable to figure out the AI instructions and requested a Tech. The Tech was able to resolve my issue in one interaction. So thankful for this assistance.
