Toni is amazing! I'm only giving 5 stars because of Toni. GoDaddy messed up a website plan, though they did give me a better plan, hopefully, and then tried to work somethings out with my Website to get it back up and running - and it was a nightmare. However, Toni came to the rescue. It took Toni to make it happen. I love using GoDaddy but apart from Toni, and the people that worked with her on this issue, the experience was not wonderful. However, I've been with GoDaddy for over 20 years and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. So I can't complain too much.

DELUXE CUSTOMER SERVICE I offered and promised to write this for Jorge L.(ID 6248) earlier, a cusomer service that makes his employer shine. I am late for an incredible reason. His service was not just efficient, swift, professional, sympathetic, attentive, patient,; it was inspiring. He gave me the smile and courage to finally call my ISP (and other companies I had dossiers to settle with) amongst them an heavy and most dishonest charge I won, thanks to the positive energy he passed on to me. That is "contagious magic" and the best form of marketing there is. Because of Jorge, I have made the decision to transfer my domains from other companies to GoDaddy ASAP. Jorge is a keeper. It was the second time I had called to to resolve an error installing Outlook client. On my first call I was told my request was not possible. She listened to my error, what I was trying to accomplish and then she had an idea, asked her team for help and guidance. The result was my goal of installing outlook Classic for IONOS Exchange email and Microsoft 365 Outlook at the same time was successfully accomplished. She stayed on the call until its conclusion and resolution. She was a joy to work with and was my Hero of the day resolving my issue. Very talented and provided Exceptional service. Dear Hotstinger Team, I would like to sincerely thank you for your consistently lovely service. I truly appreciate the reliability of your platform and the support you provide, it has been very helpful to me. I am writing to kindly enquire if there is a way to freeze my Horizon credits or extend their expiry dates. Unfortunately, I recently lost 40 message credits due to expiry, and this isn't the first time I had lost my unused credits. I had genuinely planned to use them, as they were needed and now I was forced to borrow money so I buy more credits because I have a project I am presenting on Monday. Life does get busy, and sometimes it’s easy to miss that an expiry date is approaching, even when the credits are still required. I had previously emailed to ask if this matter could be looked into, however nothing seems to have changed since then. It is quite painful to lose credits that one has paid for, simply because a billing or expiry date passes — especially when the intention was always to use them. I completely understand that policies exist, but I wanted to check whether there are any options available, even on a once-off basis, to extend or protect active credits from expiring in this way. I would really appreciate your guidance or assistance on this matter as it it very frustrating for small business owners who use this lovely platform to make a loving and any solution you may be able to offer.
