My opinion of Ionos is very low. This person helped but keeping me on the line until this email came was over the top.

There are a gazillion hosting companies out there, and IONOS has the best customer service. When In left useless hostgator and migrated over, there was a learning curve and C/S at IONOS was there to provide me with solutions. Anytime I have a question about configuration, these guys and gals know it inside out!

I could not afford the Basic Annual Fee. So, I called and asked for a discount. I was first offered a 50% discount. Again, this was too much for me. Upon further consideration, I was given 75% discount to which I agreed. The agent, Lee Anthony, was very considerate and helpful. It is great to deal with a company that is sensitive to the customer's situation and responds appropriately.

The iffy voice connection via WiFi calling from Greece caused poor communication: I had trouble hearing the technician. But I got my problem solved. The technician knew what he was talking about and got my Mac laptop running Outlook to work again — it was not sending out emails, only receiving them. I had made the mistake of copying the POP and SMTP server settings from my iPhone, hoping I could quickly fix my problem. But the technician told me that is incorrect. So I paid for an Outlook specialist to solve the issue. Thank you!

At first I was skeptical. Billed from them via Dotster through PayPal. SMH So I called during the prescribed hours. Latest update: They messed up. THEY REALLY DID MESS UP. BUT after a week - and getting all kinds of angry words from me - my sites came up, they started working, things are good now (I hope). They messed up - but guess what? They fought hard to make things right. So, for the fight they did to make things right. And for staying on with me to make sure mistakes are covered. They also gave me a one year free hosting account, I'm going to use it. I have been running my companies for years, and if there is one thing that will elevate a company is one that does its hardest to make things right. NAMECHEAP MADE THINGS RIGHT. My score of them from one star rose to five stars. From the worse to a better one. The AI help agent is improving all the time. It interprets my questions correctly and in the main, provides useful and generally correct answers or solutions. Hostinger also noted my earlier request to include screen grabs of hPanel screens and dialogue boxes, as some of the earlier advice was hard to follow navigating hPanel. hPanel itself has had some upgrades of late too.

Augustinas from Hostinger support did an excellent job diagnosing a tricky domain-specific HTTP 429 issue on my account. He stayed engaged through several rounds of troubleshooting (CDN test, DNS review) and correctly spotted that our root A record was pointing to the wrong IP address - the actual root cause, unrelated to an earlier inode quota issue we had already fixed ourselves. Once he pointed it out, the fix took 30 seconds and the site was back up immediately. Clear, methodical, and technically sharp. Great support experience.

Been using VPS since October 23 2024. So far we are pleased with the quality services of Hostinger.

For someone with no prior knowledge and experience on website building, Hostinger makes it very simple. With a little extra research on the side, I was able to make my website come together fairly easily. The website was created a little over a year ago, this time I just used the free domain as a redirect. It was also seamless to bring in my domain purchased from another platform and get the ball rolling. I haven't used the extra services like the AI tools and such, since they cost extra for 'premium' features and isn't necessary for me. Overall I'm pleased with Hostinger. Never noticed a time when my site was down or broken.

I love Hostinger, it's a cheaper version of Wix. It's easy to use and maintain, the websites look great. It works very similarly to Wix, so if you love Wix but need a cheaper alternative, Hostinger is your go to! It is a little less developed compared to Wix, like Wix has a more developed background gradient tool, but nevertheless, Hostinger is great! My only issue is that it has an ai platform that you can use and ai is using up all of our clean drinking water! We do not need ai!!
