Great, knowledgeable customer service with a human!

I discovered a few issues that had to be resolved, and once I got a human in the chat, it went great! It is so much easier to communicate with and get helpful answers from a person on updating payment info, and moving my accounts. Dheeraj really knew how to help quickly, efficiently, and was patient when I asked for clarification on how we'd proceed. I've had some awful CS experiences lately.. but this was, by far, the best (especially for 5 a.m.)!

Renewal issue

I got a problem with the automatic renewal. The company I buy my domain from has been buy by Network Solutions and some policies changes with it and I received their messages in spams, so no good thing for me, but when the renewal passes in my account 20 days before the actual renewal date, I see it and was not really happy. The customer service was really helpful and take time to understand and give solution.

Awesome company

Namecheap is the best domain registrar of all time. I've done business with countless other registrars, yet namecheap still comes out on top. Firstly, their user interface is slick and easy to navigate, allowing the user quick access to a multitude of features, making their domain journey incredibly foolproof. It's so easy a Caveman could do it. Secondly, they have a great customer service team that I've had nothing but excellent experiences with. They respond within a timely fashion and are knowledgeable about their company. Thirdly, their refund policy is the best in the business, allowing for a full 120 hours timeslot in which a domain can be refunded. The same cannot be said for 99% of other registrars. I HIGHLY recommend namecheap!

Hostinger has been a great web host for my purposes. Their service just works. I haven't needed to contact customer support - but then again, I don't have the intensive need for much suppore. Hosting's system "H-Panel" (they don't have c-panel) gives me the tools to do what I need to have done - backups, transfers, domains, email, direct file access, database access, and more. FYI, I presently operate 12 active, but low-volume wordpress sites on my hosting plan. I recommend Hostinger above Godaddy for many reasons.
