The customer service person made it so easy. Explained everything in basic English with limited Geek-speak, which was much appreciated. The whole issue was handled in minutes, and while I have to wait 24 hours or more to make sure all is well, the customer service person assured me if there were issues I could reach back at any time. I wish all my customer service interactions with every vendor went this easily.
