But, if management wants customers to participate in such surveys you should keep in mind that pressing for responses that match your templates makes your surveys seem bossy and hostile. Unlikely to participate in future surveys.

Clients were sending emails that were not complete with information. The iOS troubleshooting staff was able to add extra Fields to my "contact me " form so inquiries arrive with better information. They are always super helpful!

Amazing customer service
I had trouble finding a hosting contract lost in a separate account, and I was really impressed with their customer support. It was a unique issue, I spent seven minutes trying to explain it-- and my phone disconnected!
So I started calling them back, asked their computer voice if they could reconnect me to the last agent, and right as the voice was saying "We're sorry, but that's not possible at this time"... my phone began to ring! It was the same agent! She called me back! That was AWESOME, plus it saved me from having to re-explain my problem to someone else.
Anyway... She was super helpful and pleasant, more importantly-- she was somehow able to fix the crazy problems i was having. She had to do a lot of work on her end.
It was clear she went out of her way to help me... so I'm here to give her my eternal thanks, and to shine a light on HAZEL from customer support at IONOS! Thank you again! :)
