Being with GoDaddy since 2007, although the call centers operate globally. I do have to say that the Philippine call centers are just amazing for customer service. The customer service representatives are so nice, patient, warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. Today, Hyram's help was above and beyond in addressing my needs, further problem-solving, ensuring all questions were answered, and providing additional guidance and knowledge to help me maximize what I was trying to achieve. This demonstrated caring customer service. He also appreciated that I've been a long and loyal customer since 2007, for 19 years. No one has really thanked me for being a loyal customer before. But Hyram's customer service rewarded my 19 years with acknowledgment and great service.
