I taught customer service at Tauck World Discovery, the oldest tour operator in the U.S. for 10 of my 30 years with the company. I would give "Don" from the Philippines an "A" for excellent customer service. He listened carefully, understood my situation and needs to keep the services I had had for 17 years with the company without breaking the bank, as I am 75 and still work a part time job. He accommodated me with a great rate and gave valuable advice as to what to do the next time I renewed my website with Network Solutions. Please at least acknowledge his fine service as I am here. Our original website provider has changed several times but now, through iPage, everything is being handled by NetSol. Megan was so polite, respectful and ready and prepared to address the concerns and problems happening on our new website! She sought help from the engineers for the problem with the reoccurring 404 pages that have been appearing on our pages or days! She also enabled our Authorize.net plug-in to work by letting us know we needed a Signature Key from Authorize.net, which we had never heard of. She even aligned photos and our address so they were more centered and aligned. Lastly, she added the historical museum stores to the Review page, that had not been addressed. Needless to say, Megan reflects beautifully the art of customer service!!!!
