Missed the renewal reminder
I missed the email reminder about my autorenewal, which was much more than the original price I paid, but Rotciv was very helpful and was nice enough to reverse the charge for me. I appreciate having this concern off my plate and the prompt response despite my initial oversight. Thank you!

I have been with this company for 17 years, basically through the onset of Register.com. I have been through name changes, system changes, and organizational changes. Most of them have not been particularly great. I've had Customer Service people put me on auto renew and auto pay and I've been charged for things that I never asked for, and typically if not all the time, it has taken me days if not a full day to renew my services appropriately, without someone giving me surcharges or products that I don't want.
The person I had today, terryann Masong, was simply outstanding! I was on the phone with her for a total of 34 minutes! She got it right the first time. Not only did she listen to me when I said I want exactly the same services I had last year and I don't want any surcharges and I would like to see if you have a discount for customer loyalty, she did just that. She was expedient, expeditious, and accurate. She exemplified a "can do" attitude, understanding that the customer is always right, and say yes, and then figure out how to do it.
I have an MBA, a law degree, and I judge securities cases. I have been second-in-command at a plethora of the largest financial institutions on the globe running six lines of business as an executive vice president reporting to the chairman. I have had typically 50,000 people reporting to me. I believe I'm in a position to accurately assess someone's Customer Service skills. Terry was simply exemplary in every one of her skill sets.

Email Access Issue Resolved Quickly
We had a problem with email after the switch over from MyDomain.com so I contacted Network Solutions Live Chat. I was able to get the access issue resolved and get some help setting up the email for Outlook access. Overall this was a very fast and easy interaction and I left completely satisfied.

I was holding the domain registration for another company which was sold. The auto-renewal happened and it was somehow billed to an expired credit card, but the rep I spoke to handled the issue in a few minutes, gave a refund, and confirmed that auto-renew was disabled.
