Get help right a way

The tech explained that the repeated transfers between webmail hosts had left my MX record behind. I never would have come close to figuring this out and had spent hours trying to reach my business webmail in total frustration. He (or she) was able to find the old records from Fat Cow and iPage and delete them, resetting the "Mail Exchanger" to Network Solutions, the new host. I will be trying the new login he gave me soon - it's been about 18 hours.

My spf record was incorrect, and the agent know how to determine this and correct it.

I called in early this morning. The guy was nice and very helpful. I wasn’t happy though, because on 4/27 you sent an email asking me to enable auto renew which I didn’t ( I never used your system ) I was very disappointed to find out you changed me 659.97 this morning so my other checks started bouncing, 36.00 so far in fees. Very disappointed!!!!

I My request was carried out quickly and correctly. the only problem was that I was unable to see the actual form due to a server problem that lasted most of my day. I had to respone that next day with my comments and review. the form is not quite finished but I know what is needed next. This is an excellent way for obtaining expert plans for better websites.

I am new to Network Solutions, not a teck savvy person, and generally trying to save money in an uncertain economy. I had a few renewals pop up in my email, and called NetSol to assist in sorting them and the billing out. Both departments were quick to identify and resolve my situation. This website is very mature and very complicated. I inherited it a couple of years ago, and have been learning as I go. The PHP version is outdated, and in the process of updating PHP I managed to bring down both the website and access to the WP Admin page. I worked with BLU (the AI chatbot) for over an hour, and learned more than I ever wanted to know about the inner workings of a WP site. However, BLU wasn't able to help me get to the core of the matter...at which point it turned me over to Manoj. Manoj (a human) knew right where to go, and got the issue resolved in about 15 minutes, plus I have a direction that I can move in, with confidence.

I had a problem with my website which was involved. John was helping me and was awesome! He was patient, kind and helpful to an older person who is not tech savvy. He worked with me over an hour and we finally resolved the issue! I do not know his last name, but he deserves a big pat on the back and then some! Thank you again John!😊

Used hostmonster before the merger. First time to call bluehost , stated the problems, they fixed the issues on the spot. Suggested ssl protection which was needed in the first place. Glad to be with bluehost.

I have next to no tech skills and when my website went down, I couldn't get into my blue host account or wordpress site and was adrift. The chat tech person was very helpful and was able to get my site up and help with my word press issues. It was a great relief. I took some time but there was no charge so I am greatful.

Excellent Service! I tried my best to troubleshoot why my website was not moving from the temporary development site to the actual domain. After much troubleshooting, I thought had lost the website I'd just spent 42 hours developing. I reached out to Bluehost customer service and they were able to figure out the issue (a Wordpress plugin had an error) and correct the issue for me. The agent took the time to understand my problem, then they worked on resolving the issue, and then they called me back to let me know what the issue was and that they'd resolved it. The agent had also identified some links that needed updating and let me know to fix those. It was exceptional! I recommend Bluehost to anyone.

Although it took a long time to eventually speak with a live, customer service agent, it was worth the wait. Christine, from the Philippines, was my customer service rep. Christine was patient, friendly, and professional. She listened to my concerns and patiently updated several outdated files in my three websites. It was such a pleasure working with her. Christine was a perfect example of why I've stayed with Bluehost for so many years. However, it would be very helpful if we could reach a live, customer service rep, quicker and easier. I do not want to, nor do I like speaking with an A.I. agent.

I just had the most awesome customer service experience with Mohammed Khan. I had a really messy issue with the Hostmonster/Bluehost merger where I had a Name Registration at Hostmonster that was transferred to Bluehost and Hostmonster never bothered to inform me that the login user name totally changed and that the name was disconnected from it's website. Mohammed was able to help me track it down and get the user name info and get the name reconnected and the site back up and working again in no-time! Wow! He is great!

The problem was actually with GoDaddy - not Hostinger, but he solved it within minutes at no charge while GoDaddy was charging me over $3000 and could still not solve the problem.
