Hi, I called for assistance with a few different things. Joe answered and was very helpful. At first, AI was trying to reroute me to a certain dept, but since I had multiple questions, I just kept saying “representative”. I explained to Joe that I could use the computer to check my account, but I recently had rotator cuff and bicep surgery and was exhausted by that and in a lot of pain. His demeanor his friendliness, helpfulness, his tone of voice, it was everything I remembered about calling GoDaddy every time in the past. He sent me info on how to list one of my domain names for sale within I think 3 minutes or less. I love your company, and noticed your website has gotten way cooler than when I remember……..!!!!! IONOS has been around for a while. I used them for a time about 10 years ago, but these days they are head and shoulders above where they were back then. I've had a few dealings with them in the last couple of years; not too many because their systems work so well, but every contact has been great. The people are helpful, knowledgable and kind and you can get someone on the phone fast. So, great service, awesome pricing and the solutions I need. Hard to beat in my opinion.

Offshore call centers can be difficult, but the call center agent I spoke had a good command of the English language. I needed to cancel my domain privacy protection at $15 annual up-charge. Tes and I had a productive conversation today, though it got off to a slow start due to some initial communication challenges. We worked through them quickly, which really showed what good listening is all about. The issue wasn’t that Tes speaks with an accent or that English isn’t her first language. She was doing her job well. The real challenge was the combination of speaking at a natural, quick pace during a technical support call with someone 10,000 miles away. As the customer, I would grasp the first few words of an explanation, but while I was still processing that information, she would continue to the next point. This made it difficult to keep up at first. Thankfully, I recognized the problem early on, and Tes was excellent at listening and adapting. We sorted everything out smoothly, and I ended the call as a very happy customer. Tes deserves high commendation for her patience, attentiveness, and problem-solving skills. If it were up to me, I would triple her salary, give her and her family an all-expenses-paid trip around the world for one year with oodles of spending money — starting with a base of one million U.S. dollars plus any extras that might be necessary. This is what great customer support looks like! Go Tes! Bottom line for tech support hubs throughout the world: Keep it simple by speaking in as few words as possible. Helpful technical support for an online exam system issue
I had a very helpful support experience with Hostinger. Our Node and Next application was used for an online examination, and during the exam we experienced unexpected 403 errors and runtime restarts. The support agent helped investigate the issue clearly, reviewed the evidence from runtime logs, analytics, error reports, and access logs, and explained that the traffic pattern was likely detected as a DDoS-like burst by the security system. The explanation was clear, practical, and useful. We also received concrete recommendations, such as reducing request frequency, adding client-side throttling and jitter, staggering logins, and keeping request volume within safer limits. Overall, the support was professional, responsive, and helped us understand what happened and how to prevent similar issues in future online exam sessions.
