So, I only just got an account and immediately went to their chat support, so I'd say I have only spent 30mins or so with Bluehost. The chat service was so good and the rep was more than amazing, and fast. We could have been finished in less than ten minutes if I knew what I was doing but he hung around until I was sorted. Basically he did a lot of waiting around for me. I appreciate that type of patience and help.

I was facing a serious issue with my Hostinger renewal plan. I had been hosting four WordPress websites for clients on a Premium plan, but it expired. Instead of renewing it, I accidentally purchased a new Premium plan from the pricing section. After that, I needed to restore and use my existing websites again. I connected with a customer support specialist named Vita, and she guided me through every step. She even offered to refund my new purchase and help me renew the original plan instead. When I mentioned that the renewal plan was expensive, she offered me a 10 percent discount. I declined, and she did not try to pressure me at all. She respectfully accepted my decision. She then provided me with all my website backups and guided me step by step on how to manually restore everything. She was very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Honestly, every customer support specialist should be like her.
