Network Solutions has upped the game in network development. Tech support is superb and they're busy, but extremely helpful. For over a week I'd been having more trouble than normal deploying a site. Within 5 or less minutes the DNS problem was resolved for two sites and without a whole lot of back and forth. I've also got to commend their platform changes which makes navigating the data engineering much more efficient. If you have a problem, I recommend calling before 3pm because they are in high demand but well worth the wait.

Ashik was able to get me sorted in about five minutes: after moving everything over, I'd overlooked updating the database settings, which was putting us in a sort of temporary URL hell.
