Godaddy’s technical help sets the bar for all other companies. No matter how small the problem I am able to reach out to a knowledgeable human being 24/7 for exemplary support. Never fail A+++++service They are wonderful when it comes to the really big decisions as well and are right there to talk me through complex website decisions and strategies. I have been with them for years and am embarking on my largest endeavor ever. I would entrust myself to no other company and their annoying chatbot helplines. The personal touch says it all in customer service.

I was with Register.com for nearly 30 year when they were purchased by Network Solutions. I had a legacy Pro Email account and DNS service too. Their Tech Support was able to give me some good discounted prices for their Professional E-mail and DNS Renewal services. He was able to port over all my information and make the necessary DNS on my behalf. I'm just waiting for it to propagate. The experiance was pleasant and my tech support person was patient and answered all my questions. I was nice to get someone that spoke clear english and was pleasant to speak to...

I had a complex issue, and I was helped professionally and quickly.

I have been with this company for 17 years, basically through the onset of Register.com. I have been through name changes, system changes, and organizational changes. Most of them have not been particularly great. I've had Customer Service people put me on auto renew and auto pay and I've been charged for things that I never asked for, and typically if not all the time, it has taken me days if not a full day to renew my services appropriately, without someone giving me surcharges or products that I don't want. The person I had today, terryann Masong, was simply outstanding! I was on the phone with her for a total of 34 minutes! She got it right the first time. Not only did she listen to me when I said I want exactly the same services I had last year and I don't want any surcharges and I would like to see if you have a discount for customer loyalty, she did just that. She was expedient, expeditious, and accurate. She exemplified a "can do" attitude, understanding that the customer is always right, and say yes, and then figure out how to do it. I have an MBA, a law degree, and I judge securities cases. I have been second-in-command at a plethora of the largest financial institutions on the globe running six lines of business as an executive vice president reporting to the chairman. I have had typically 50,000 people reporting to me. I believe I'm in a position to accurately assess someone's Customer Service skills. Terry was simply exemplary in every one of her skill sets.

We have been in online business: design, hosting, sales, content sites, since the start of this century. When our first registrar folded amid scandal and theft, we transferred our domains to several registrars that offered discounts to all of us registrar refugees. We tested each one for a year or so, and Namecheap won hands-down for support, trustworthiness, etc. We've been with them exclusively ever since, and hopefully for the foreseeable future.
