Its so nice to be able to talk to a live person for help and assistance. I am not tech savvy and struggle managing my site on my own. I was able to call and have my questions answered easily and was not rushed. GoDaddy is pretty easy to navigate itself, but its nice to have help readily available 24/7.

Honestly, the representative was amazingly helpful. I am literally at a place in my life where I didn’t really want to move forward with my business ideas or anything, since the passing of my mother.
