Website didn't help, but the representative did!
After struggling with the website to try to get my answer, I called. Then after a long wait and getting passed around, I was connected with a lady that was extremely helpful. The email I had received was actually a phishing email. In addition, she removed 2 domain names I didn't need, AND cancelled a recurring payment for those 2 domain names.

Both reps (Bern/Tier 3 tech support/Philippines and Chris/MTS/Philippines) were extremely nice, helpful, patient, professional and went over & above trying to help me resolve my website software issue. They both deserve a raise for being excellent. However, your DIY website software has major problems that are affecting our non-profit Donate buttons, and other issues. Please fix them. Thank you.

I taught customer service at Tauck World Discovery, the oldest tour operator in the U.S. for 10 of my 30 years with the company. I would give "Don" from the Philippines an "A" for excellent customer service. He listened carefully, understood my situation and needs to keep the services I had had for 17 years with the company without breaking the bank, as I am 75 and still work a part time job. Our original website provider has changed several times but now, through iPage, everything is being handled by NetSol.
