Everything, since my nightmare that was Hostek. When I migrated my site to Bluehost, it was a breath of fresh air. simple and painless. I was so scared, no terrified because my website is my brand. And as been since 2007. When I migrated my website, it did have issues with corrupted files, The theme and the plugins mainly. After wonderful advice from Tech (instant not like waiting 3 days with Hostek), they explained that I download software to my PC delete the contents file and upload it to my public html. Then delete all of my plugins and download them again. Website back, I just had to post my images again on each page. My website is looking great and I'm so happy I made the change. Something I didn't look to do as I respect loyalty. I started with PIckaweb in 2007 who where brilliant. Then they sold out to MissGroup, Hostek. in 2021 Who were terrible from the start. they screwed up the billing and charged me late fees. The owner, Joshua, is not interested in the small shared-cPanel. Even though most of the profit comes from the small people. Well done Bluehost. I should of done this in 2021

She quickly identified that the internal pages on decks-nyc.com and thepompeii.com were showing 404 errors due to missing permalink rules in the .htaccess file, then added the correct permalink code and successfully restored the pages. She also discovered that colosseum-rome.co was being redirected to another domain due to an .htaccess rule, and she fixed it by renaming the existing file and creating a new one with the proper permalink configuration. Throughout the process, Preema D was professional, clear in her explanations, and focused on solving the root cause rather than offering temporary fixes. She handled multiple domains carefully, kept the communication polite and friendly, and made sure everything was working correctly before closing the chat.
