Easy to get un-needed auto-renewal resolved.
I was holding the domain registration for another company which was sold. The auto-renewal happened and it was somehow billed to an expired credit card, but the rep I spoke to handled the issue in a few minutes, gave a refund, and confirmed that auto-renew was disabled.

Great customer support. I don't have a lot to compare too, but I've always been pleased with iPage, now Network Solutions when I've reached out for either account or technical support. I can generally get a live agent promptly, and they're always helpful.

Responsive and a major improvement over the former company's response
The technician on chat was responsive and was able to fix the "Error establishing a database connection" problem, and was also aware of some server issues that the engineers are working on. This level of support is what I would expect of a long-established company as Network Solutions.

I will tell you that I have been with network solutions for a few years and I’ve been unhappy for a very long time. I feel like it’s the runaround and it never gets solved but today I got the best help… In less than 10 minutes this person solved my outstanding billing issues and my duplicate SSL certificates my message here is there’s good people at this organization. You just have to keep being persistent… I will now stay for another year with this company!

Excellent Chat Customer SERVICE
I've had my website - DavidAlanDedin.com - with Domain.com for 11+ years. They had decent customer service. When Network Solutions took over, I feared the customer service wouldn't be as good - but I was wrong. I occasionally have to use NS's chat feature for help, and my experience with NS today (I had trouble updating my site) was speedy, concise, and solved my issue on the first try. I will continue to use Network Solutions for the next 11+ years :)
