Well, bluehost can keep that domain for all I care - and I have set up my new domain elsewhere - and taking all of my business from bluehost elsewhere from now on. Terribly dissatisfied and dissapointed that bluehost would not cooperate to transfer out a simple domain transfer request.

Finally, a company that you can trust.

I ended up registering for Bluehost as a result of a scam operated by one their affiliates - The Free Website Guys. I got hooked in by the promise of a great free website. They made a start on what looked like a potentially great website that needed more work. Before doing that work, I had to click on their affiliate link to Bluehost and pay up to register for their hosting services. It made sense at the time. What I wasn't expecting was for the Free Website Guys to just disappear. No responses, nothing. So, I contacted Bluehost and the very excellent Charles listened to my tale and issued me with a complete refund no questions asked. Once I've paid an actually person to develop my website with me....I'm going back to Bluehost. If that's how they deal with problems, then I'm happy to be purchasing their services

Excellent Support from Mark – Resolved Complex Billing Issue!

I had a frustrating issue where I couldn't disable the auto-renewal for my VPS because of a failed payment/unpaid invoice lock. I was stuck in a loop where I couldn't remove my card or cancel the service myself. I contacted support and spoke with Mark. He was incredibly patient and professional. He took the time to coordinate directly with the Billing Team to manually void the unpaid invoice so that I could manage my subscription again. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure everything was resolved before ending the chat. If you have technical billing issues that the dashboard won't let you fix, ask for Mark! Excellent service.
