This a second review. The first one was very negative because after Ipower was sold to you, my web site was deleted. After that your support was very bad. Today I dealt with another agent that took over my PC, and mouse and uploaded all the files he said I needed to restore my site. He also set up Microsoft Expressions web on my computer so I can continue to upload my new or revised pages. He was very professional and thorough, and very kind to an 89 year old senior citizen. When I checked my Network Solutions account, and looked at my web site on your site it now works ok. Prior to today my web site in my account showed "Under Construction". However if you go to a browser and type in my web site address, it does not work. I feel as an amateur you have all the files you need, but still need to set up my account so my web site will work from a browser. Cudos your agent got me "almost there". Please help.

My call was initiated when trying to log on to ReadyHosting, and NetworkSolutions came up. Oliver (I think) was patient, walked me through steps to access my domain page, edit it, and took time to explain improvements for less cost, given new technology, but all ok until Dec2026. So not pushy, just good information for me, not being a computer geek.
AI made an attempt, but Human still Best!
The AI made a start at fixing my email issue, however once I made it to a human, she immediately understood the problem and fixed it quickly. The representative was very courteous, quick to act, and knowledgeable.

Awesome Customer Support Reactivated My Expired Domains and Restored My Emails
I stopped receiving emails and I didn't immediately realize that my domains had expired. I called Network Solutions and the support guys answered instantly! This was so refreshing in this day and age where it has become so difficult to actually get to speak to a human and explain the problems you are having. Chris, the customer support guy, stayed me, was very courteous and very professional. He proceeded to renew my domains, and set me up perfectly. Two more things to note: despite my not being able to provide all the information they needed to reactivate me, nothing bothered him. He calmly and confidently said..."don't worry, we'll find another way to do this". I'm super impressed with this company and their customer support operations. If it were possible, I'll give them 6 stars!

I've been a Domain.com, subsequently Network Solutions, for many years. Services are excellent, but costs have gone up beyond what I can justify for "minimal information only" website hosting, so I need to find a more economical provider. Roniel R, from Network Solutions Tech Support, gave me all the guidance I needed to methodically perform the domain transfer. Ron is a great resource, very professional and courteous, and a fine example of the high quality Staff that work for Network Solutions.

Network Solutions has it's quirks and issues, but over all the business is qualified, the people are talented and they're in the Domain business for a long time... A major player. You can get their attention and they'll fix stuff that's wrong.

Customer service was very good. My renewal thru an error was renewed for 5 years when I only wanted one year. I called and the issue was resolved with no issues. Very happy with the experience.

A bad situation resolved with a great live chat rep
First I will say that the reason for my live chat was due to a previous chat agent's assurance he had corrected a mistake made with my bill once Network Solutions replaced iPage as my hosting company. We were told the take over would be seamless and I didn't need to do anything, but I was charged hundreds more until they supposedly corrected the billing problem. I was on autopay, but what I didn't realize is in the meantime the cc on file had been replaced with a new card # and I was never notified that my payment didn't go thru and the company would be deleting my website and account. This rep today found the issues and was able to reinstate my website and give me the same rate and plan I had previously been on. Unfortunately it will take several days to reinstate. I'm so relieved.
