On first , I was extremely disappointed with the level of support provided. Honestly, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, it felt like the support team had no real interest in helping solve the issue. Responses were slow, vague, and often completely unhelpful. It seemed like they were either not trained properly or simply didn’t care enough to actually assist. Every time I reached out, I had to repeat myself, explain the problem again, and still got nowhere. What’s even more frustrating is that they kept giving generic answers that didn’t address the actual problem. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to find a solution, they just passed me around or gave excuses. It felt like a complete waste of time. A good support team should be able to listen, understand, and provide clear solutions — none of that happened here. There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to go the extra mile. I would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any real help. Very poor support and a very frustrating experience overall. After : Rocio saved my day and refunded money on the account for double payment. I am thankfull to you guys :) .
