The whole experience was great from start to finish. Jo was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and anticipated questions I had before I asked them. She even suggested alternative ways of getting the outcome I was looking for - amazing!
The service was very helpful
Asariya was very helpful, and hopefully the issue was resolved, but I won't know until the domain transfer is completed.
There were a lot of long unexplained pauses, and I'm not sure she actually read all my messages, but I was able to muddle through.
I gave 5 stars because my expectations were low.
My last representative
My last representative, Dan, finally knew exactly what to do. I should tell you - it took me 3 days, 6 phone calls, all of which took forever to get a real person on the line, then explain the problem: (Network Solutions somehow put a stranger's name on my domain) -- only the last person I spoke with, Dan, truly helped me.

I had to upgrade our "Standard" email to "Professional"
I had to upgrade our "Standard" email to "Professional" to improve our storage and begin receiving emails again. The customer service reps from Network Solutions were all understanding of my lack of technical computer knowledge and worked with me for two days. 2-1/2 hours the first day and another 1-1/2 hours the second day to complete the download. Each person that helped me was patient, kind, knowledgeable and completed each step necessary to transfer our emails to Outlook efficiently. I was impressed with their skills and thanked them all. I'd give each one 5*'s!

Network Solutions can be trusted
When my website was migrated from IPower then to Ipage and then to Network Solutions. I was really worried because Network Solutions did not have my updated information like email. I spent at least 2 hours with Network Solutions to resolve. Today, however, although spent an hour of those 2 hours with Leo, it was well worth it. He was knowledgeable, kind and courteous through my frustrated rantings. He resolved my issue. I was deciding as to whether to leave Network Solutions because I was never notified that I was migrated, but I recommend them highly. Thanks Leo

Spurious emal from "Network Solutions"
I received an email saying it was from Network Solutions, asking to confirm a new recovery address, which I did not recognize. I asked what's up.
The AI transferred me to a live agent, Steephan. He confirmed that this was not from Network Solutions and would pass the info on.

Your representative was a lot of assistance to me. I hadn't worked with my client's website since 2016, and it changed hosting to Network Solutions a few years ago. The person I worked with at my client's company had died, so I was totally lost! It took 5 minutes to get everything straightened out. Thank you Network Solutions!
