I asked to speak to a specialist, because I had thought my account was closed, but I received an email from NS asking me to update my contact information in Account Manager. Stephen was very helpful in confirming that my account was in fact still open, but then in taking care of the issue, and emailing me a confirmation with a case number - - in the event that I might still have questions about my account in the future.
Excellent information, even though I'm no longer a client
A couple months ago I closed my website and transferred my email from Network Solutions. After encountering an issue with email, I reached out to Network Solutions for help, forgetting I had closed that account. The chat rep was awesome. Instead of telling me I had no account with them, they helped me understand the issue, and directed me exactly to where I needed to go. I truly appreciated the the depth of detail they gave me and the willingness to work with me, even though I am no longer a client. That is service!
