GoDaddy is very user friendly. I, with no experience whatsoever, with website building, was able to build an impressive website with my phone. Any time I interact with a representative, they always ask me who built my website? I say, I did, with my phone and they are surprised and amazed at my handmade jewelry products. It took some time for me to get my website to look the way I wanted. When I was done, I was pleased. The tools are easy to navigate and I could call if I had any issues. I know with GoDaddy, I can build a website that is sure to get attention, even if I don't exactly know what I'm doing.

I have been an IONOS customer for six years, with multiple VPS instances hosted in their Philadelphia-area data center. IONOS has consistently amazing customer service and a suite of VPS products that is always improving. Every customer service agent I have spoken with has been intelligent and helpful, and they sound like they are located here in the United States. They claim to offer 24/7 service, and they really mean it; you can get access to dedicated, knowledgeable support at all hours of the day. Plus, it doesn't hurt that their prices consistently beat the competition. What's not to love?

A badly run company with great service
A badly run company with great service. Network Solutions has some of the worst UI/UX imaginable - their site constantly pushes upsell options, and puts necessary configuration behind many layers of clicks. They were one of the first and best registrars in the 90s, but became more like GoDaddy than AWS Route 53, which is much easier to use. They do not have any ability to export a zone file for their hosted DNS domains, and there is no way to avoid a 60 day lockdown if you want to move a domain that your specific email address did not initially register. These are real usability problems. On the upside, I got quick and accurate responses when I asked about these problems in chat. However, to get to the person I had to click-answer about my issue with options that didn't align with my actual quesion. More usability failure. Oh well.

I've been with namecheap for 18 years for domain registry and never had an issue. This weekend when I was authenticating my my domain for my new EMS my website (hosted elsewhere) and email crashed. If I could give ten stars...
If I could give ten stars, I would. I just finished migrating my yoga therapy website, GYT.ie, to Hostinger from my previous provider, and given that Cloudflare was also in the mix, it was a little complex. But Hostinger's help bot Kodee got us through it with accurate and on point answers to every question. I'm looking forward to exploring Hostinger's services and offers, as I can see there's a lot more available than from my previous host — and at lower cost! Even better.
