The tech explained that the repeated transfers between webmail hosts had left my MX record behind. I never would have come close to figuring this out and had spent hours trying to reach my business webmail in total frustration. He (or she) was able to find the old records from Fat Cow and iPage and delete them, resetting the "Mail Exchanger" to Network Solutions, the new host. I will be trying the new login he gave me soon - it's been about 18 hours.

I had a major problem for a few years with my client's email, who is a bluehost customer. Their domain was not connected to the email. It took forever to fix as I had to make some changes at the host (netsol). It's finally fixed. I wish it would have taken less time and I also needed help with the DKIM record and the documentation was confusing to find. My one wish is that you offered more than just POP and IMAP. Exchange would help working with those people who insist on using Outlook. Thus far, I cannot get your Titan mail to work with the new Outlook on one of his systems. I suspect it's not all outlook's fault but it's a pain. Everything works fine in thunderbird. PS - I spent an hour on the phone working through this with your computerized voice and I am impressed! She got the job done, ergo -- 5 Stars.

This website is very mature and very complicated. I inherited it a couple of years ago, and have been learning as I go. The PHP version is outdated, and in the process of updating PHP I managed to bring down both the website and access to the WP Admin page. I worked with BLU (the AI chatbot) for over an hour, and learned more than I ever wanted to know about the inner workings of a WP site. However, BLU wasn't able to help me get to the core of the matter...at which point it turned me over to Manoj. Manoj (a human) knew right where to go, and got the issue resolved in about 15 minutes, plus I have a direction that I can move in, with confidence.

I had a difficult VPS situation involving a suspected server compromise and needed to rebuild on a clean VPS. Cindy from Hostinger support was patient, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She clearly explained what Hostinger could and could not do with an unmanaged VPS, confirmed that my old server would not be wiped or changed without my approval, and helped me understand the clean rebuild path. “I’ve been using Hostinger for one year and overall my experience has been positive The setup process was straightforward, and the dashboard is quite user-friendly, which made managing my site easy even without much technical experience. Website speed has been good although I did notice Customer support was responsive especially when I contacted them about it One thing I appreciated was specific , but I think there’s room for improvement In terms of pricing, the initial plans are affordable, but renewal rates could be more transparent. Overall, I would recommend Hostinger to others, especially those who are trying to use but improvements in it would make the experience even better.”
