Hi, I called for assistance with a few different things. Joe answered and was very helpful. At first, AI was trying to reroute me to a certain dept, but since I had multiple questions, I just kept saying “representative”. Vincent apparently identified and corrected the files permission problem well. Nice job. Thank you. The only company(?) issue is telephone connection, the level of sound is poor and looks like you save a telephone bandwidth by multiplexing many conversations on the same line. This causes noisy conversation, misundestanding and time loss.

The agent I spoke with (Norman Galigao) was outstanding. He guided me through the purchase of web hosting and provided me with the best price and quality possible. He helped me with a secondary issue with patience and expertise. Loved the customer service.

IONOS has been around for a while. I used them for a time about 10 years ago, but these days they are head and shoulders above where they were back then. I've had a few dealings with them in the last couple of years; not too many because their systems work so well, but every contact has been great. The people are helpful, knowledgable and kind and you can get someone on the phone fast. So, great service, awesome pricing and the solutions I need. Hard to beat in my opinion.

Using the KISS principle (Keep it Simple Silly) the rep was able to simplify the renewal process for our SSL certificate.

I have been with Network Solutions for probably 30 years and could not have ever made a better IT-based decision. It is the best, user-friendly, realistically priced, and with unbelievable online and phone connected assistance for IT illiterates like me.

After spending an hour yesterday and another one today on my own, I called. Very thankful to have been directed to Kim. Try to imagine the patience and knowledge needed to assist an 80yr old man who can still remember the man bringing the first In-home phone in our town into our home in 1949. Kim made it easy...passwords, user names all reset and working. My sincere thanks.

The two ladies I spoke to were very kind and understanding about the fact that I am 80 years old and did not want to do some of their suggestions - like changing passwords, etc. Anyway, they put up with my bad temper and I have at least gotten rid of the four nasty people trying to charge their domains to my account. Somehow I dont think it should be so easy!

Offshore call centers can be difficult, but the call center agent I spoke had a good command of the English language. I needed to cancel my domain privacy protection at $15 annual up-charge. Very expensive and can be had for free elsewhere. Agent took care of it and was easy to understand through the accent.

Renewed my domain name and added protection. There were some issues with ID and payment method and all was resolved quickly and easily.

What a great support team. Love Bluehost. Awesome prices, and support team. Have used them for over 25 years plus.

I am a blind user of the Bluehost/Word press website hosting. I have ben having problems with my site and decided to use the live agent to see if I could work out what was wrong. The agen which I worked with was patient,. courteous and polite to ensure I felt comfortable working with with them. As a blind person many chat bots and live agents just want to rush through and get onto the next person. It was a pleasant change to have an agent who took the time to work with me. Tes and I had a productive conversation today, though it got off to a slow start due to some initial communication challenges. We worked through them quickly, which really showed what good listening is all about. The issue wasn’t that Tes speaks with an accent or that English isn’t her first language. She was doing her job well. The real challenge was the combination of speaking at a natural, quick pace during a technical support call with someone 10,000 miles away. As the customer, I would grasp the first few words of an explanation, but while I was still processing that information, she would continue to the next point. This made it difficult to keep up at first. Thankfully, I recognized the problem early on, and Tes was excellent at listening and adapting. We sorted everything out smoothly, and I ended the call as a very happy customer. Tes deserves high commendation for her patience, attentiveness, and problem-solving skills. If it were up to me, I would triple her salary, give her and her family an all-expenses-paid trip around the world for one year with oodles of spending money — starting with a base of one million U.S. dollars plus any extras that might be necessary. Our Node and Next application was used for an online examination, and during the exam we experienced unexpected 403 errors and runtime restarts.
