I had a deep and frustrating technical issue that I could not resolve on my own. The support experience was excellent from start to finish. What impressed me most is how Hostinger structures their support, first an ai handles simpler and common issues efficiently, and when you need a real person, you get one. The ai is not sloppy at all, it clearly understands the platform and services well, which makes it very smart and efficient for first time or straightforward problems. When I needed human support, João and Abdelbari stepped in and the responses were fast, clear, and genuinely guiding. It did not feel like a corporate support ticket it felt like a friend who actually understood my problem was helping me work through it. They kept trying until it was resolved. Very impressed. Scrambled in Panic
I thought I did everything I had to so that I could have a website. I bought the domain and posted for a website designer on Upwork. After designing, redesigning, editing etc, my website guy said he was ready. So I gave him access to my GoDaddy domain and he asked me who is hosting it. I had no idea I needed to buy that service too. So I scrambled and found Hostinger. They had great reviews. Their Chatbot walked me through everything I needed to do. I had no idea how much I didn't know. I have an old Yahoo domain that I have had for 15 or 16 years. That's the next one I'll be transferring to Hostinger hosting.
