Actually the experience with Bluehost is always good and pleasant. Issues are always resolved and quick, Bluehost is our provider for many years. We hardly had any issues but when they occured, help was always available.

Human was great, and honestly the robot tried, but it was a thing that happens on a legacy wordpress theme, and not something that the robot understood I couldn't fix.

One of the things I liked about my last Bluehost chat interaction was that after answering all of the preliminary questions I was connected to an agent quickly. We struggled a little to get on the same page but eventually got there. The agent was patient and attentive. At no time was I pressured to sign up for a renewal or new plan. It was suggested only once which was refreshing. I have been with Bluehost since 2020. I have almost always received top notch support. I believe the few times I have not been 100% happy was because of my lack of knowledge. I usually get all my answers the first time. They really do have good I.T. support!
