I have been a long time customer of Site Builder (now Network Solutions). I appreciate that the transfer to the new company was automatic. The issue I had earlier today (accessing editing feature for the first time since the transition, in order to update my website) looked a bit frustrating initially but was addressed professionally and resolved.

Network Solutions has upped the game in network development. Tech support is superb and they're busy, but extremely helpful. For over a week I'd been having more trouble than normal deploying a site. Within 5 or less minutes the DNS problem was resolved for two sites and without a whole lot of back and forth. I've also got to commend their platform changes which makes navigating the data engineering much more efficient. If you have a problem, I recommend calling before 3pm because they are in high demand but well worth the wait.
