A great support personnel in Bluehost
Last week, I discovered that the Sitelock that I have been faithfully subscribing through Bluehost for years was terminated by mistake. When I escalated the issue to Bluehost, the issues were not completely resolved and were passed from personnel to personnel. For several days, no one seems to be able to solve it. One of the Bluehost support personnel, Dhanush, made arrangement for a Sitelock expert to contact me. After making the call arrangement, Dhanush also took the initiative to re-setup the Sitelock for me manually so as to enable Sitelock to better assist me later. Although it took him quite some time, he diligently and patiently did it and in that process of re-setting up, Dhanush solved the entire issue, just from Bluehost end! Thank you very much, Dhanush! Initially, all the passing from pillar-to-post almost make me decide to migrate out of Bluehost and demand for a refund on the Sitelock service that was not rendered during the period that I was paying. However, after the great help from Dhanush, I decide to let the matter rest and concluded that Bluehost is still a good hosting platform with some very talented personnel.
