Before Monday.com, my team’s workflow felt like herding cats. Tasks got lost, deadlines blurred, and updates were scattered across emails and chat threads. Monday.com changed that. I can assign tasks, track progress, and see who’s doing what in one glance. The notifications keep me in the loop without feeling spammed. Color coding and boards make it easy to spot urgent items. The team collaborates smoothly, sharing files and updates without endless back-and-forth. It turned chaos into order and actually made managing projects enjoyable. I can finally breathe knowing everything is organized and visible. Monday.com didn’t just streamline work; it made the team feel connected and on the same page.

I have been using Monday for couple of months now. I started with the free trial and I have been happy with it ever since. The tools are super easy to use and mostly how smoothly me and my team integrate and work together. It is a bit expensive but hey, nothing comes close to Monday when it comes to managing projects. And they always keep on updating the features.

Monday.com is hands-down my favorite productivity platform! It simplifies collabration, tracks progress beautifully, and gives me peace of mind knowing nothing slips through the cracks. Managing multiple projects is easier now!

Monday.com is a versatile platform that I use for many different reasons: a catalogue of advert artwork, internal comms planning, staff movement actions (training and platform set-up etc.), stats tracking, even my job hunt and handover notes. It's quick and easy to assign tasks to colleagues and drop each other notes. It's one of my favourite marketing tools to improve collaboration, efficiency (and sanity!).

We have been clients of Monday CRM since December 2024. We at first were a bit disappointed that many SaaS companies did not support a native Monday CRM integration, but after a few short talks with GPT we understood we could do anything through Zapier and that Monday has great API support.

I love this for project management, it is very customizable and reasonably priced. I would prefer HubSpot as a CRM, but it's much more expensive. For a start-up, I think Monday.com is perfect!

Our office has been using Monday.com for about a year now and it has helped us to communicate, stay organized, and cut down on internal emails. When I need to make a change or have a question, customer service is available and helpful (bot or person). Very happy with this platform.

Monday.com is the best! This website helps us track task management, employee productivity, and give our clients the best outcome possible. Nothing falls through the cracks anymore and gets forgotten. This is so much better than standard spreadsheets we used to use.

Monday.com has changed the way we do things internally, it professionalises the way we work with major clients externally, the ability on the "pro plan" to have unlimited guests is a great help to enable collaboration and overall works really well when managing projects for clients that do not have their own framework. We have worked with monday.com for around two years, the platform keeps getting better. The only disappointment really was recently, whilst going through a tough time, reducing the number of paid users to a lower threshold in user management did not automatically downgrade to the lower pricing point despite automatically upgrading to the higher bracket - if you do that just be sure to let them know as on the paid monthly plan they are unwilling to refund citing their terms and conditions. This has left a slight bitter taste in my mouth, which is a shame because I otherwise think the platform is great. We're a small business of around 5 users. Otherwise highly recommended.

Easy onboarding, very user friendly. Price point could use a team package deal rather than individual accounts but aside this well worth the switch!

Pipedrive is by far the most user-friendly CRM I’ve used. The interface is clean, and the drag-and-drop pipeline gives me an instant overview of our sales performance. Setting up workflows and reporting is straightforward. It’s a great asset for managing our daily operations at Bambboo.

Great visibility on where every prospect stands, solid automation for reminders and tasks, and clear reporting to stay on top of performance. Sam S looked after our team very well, supporting a range of end user and pricing/billing questions, helping us to transition very smoothly from our trial to using the product. He also provided a lot of info about the knowledge base and training academy which has come in very handy as someone completely new to administering a CRM! The product itself is amazing and intuitive - both the structure of our organisation’s data and the screen layout is so much easier to navigate than any other tools. Salesforce has a product for small business. We have three seats and its much cheaper than when I used it five years ago for a larger business. Works well and relatively inexpensive, functional and easy to use.

Salesforce CRM is excellent for opportunity tracking. My account team is also very good because we set an upfront contract on how we would like to communicate and consult with each other from the beginning. I think that's important.

It's easier to use, and has a lot of community support. You can easily find whatever you want to do already done by others before and templates. One of the best CRMs on the market. It's pricing is honest and transparent.

Salesforce is the best CRM on the market, hands-down! We spent months looking at tons of different CRMs and platforms, and previously tried other CRM solutions like HubSpot, but we eventually had to switch to Salesforce and that's the best decision we've ever made! We saved > 20k a year after switching to Salesforce! Our cost went down, and the efficiency went up! Salesforce has a very transparent pricing structure, compared to its competitors like HubSpot, whose prices have sky rocketed in recent years, while Salesforce has cut down its pricing structure for customers!

Best CRM in business

The best in the business. Great ecosystem, a really powerful platform that does take some management, but once set up with a plan to manage on an ongoing basis it’s by far the best out there.

Salesforce is truly the only CRM that can be as flexible as we want while keeping the development as simple as it is. Salesforce is the entire "backbone" of our company, and I couldn't be more pleased! Can be tedious to get started with, but it is saving us hours on end, so I won't complain!
