Hubspot has been a great tool. Really easy user inteface which makes all the difference for me and my team - and so many features. We use it mainly for the sales team and it's been great.

Hubspot has continued to innovate and improve it's functionality. It is the best marketing automation platform that I've used and it becomes even more powerful if you have the whole enterprise suite. Customer service is much better than other software companies I've dealt with as well.

I love Hubspot all they way, intuitive, well connected, it’s just a great tool for marketing and sales integration.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. ClickUp Brain changed how I work I've been using ClickUp to manage my sales routes, certification tracking, and day-to-day planning, and it's been solid. But the real game-changer? ClickUp Brain. I’ve been using ClickUp since 2020, both for my own work and with clients. I liked the platform so much that I eventually built part of my business around it - today I help small companies in Poland implement ClickUp and organize their processes and everyday work. I've been using ClickUp since 2022. The flexibility of custom fields has enabled versatile workflows for all my work needs and creative projects. I've been enjoying the recent updates to Brain2, which have saved significant time when building new workflows. I wish they had the tool sooner!

The Ai feature is very good, and the interface is relatively intuitive in a way that allows for high degrees of customization without complicated setup.

I'm an immigration attorney and I use ClickUp to manage all my cases. The different views for our open matters work so well for my staff, we like different versions and can each use what we like. We moved our daily chats to ClickUp because everything is easier in one place. A random message I send to my EA can become a trackable task with two clicks. The search feature is dynamic and smart, searching our chats, the matters, my calendar, all in one. And then the Brain AI feature knows us and can help us stay more organized and more efficient. 5 stars.

been using clickup for a bit now, time tracking is actually really good ngl. tasks stay pretty organized too which helps a lot when things get busy. not perfect, ui can feel a bit much sometimes but overall does the job well and made things easier for our team

Clickup is a excellent project manager

We run our entire Customer Success operation out of ClickUp at Skan AI. Task management, reporting, resource allocation, cross-team coordination, it all lives in one place. Brain (their AI) has been a game-changer for automating weekly reports and summarizing across projects. The learning curve is real, but once you're in, you don't want anything else. We went from juggling spreadsheets, Slack threads, and docs to a single workspace. Genuinely can't imagine going back. ClickUp has become my favorite project management tool because I can set it up around how my team actually works. I use it for requirements, sprints, testing, bugs, retrospectives, releases, deployments, and documentation. ClickUp has been a game changer for accelerating business operations, communications, and managing complex projects (especially in the Architecture and Construction industry). As long as ClickUp doesn't get into feature-gating like Asana did, they'll remain the top platform.

Every day routine and organization is much easier with clickup than without. It really helps to keep track of various team and private projects. The integration of wiki pages for documentation into the project folders makes it easier to find all notes, todos and documentation in one place.

ClickUp has become the operating system for my work. What I like most about ClickUp is how everything comes together in one place. It feels like a truly AI convergent workspace, where the AI understands the context of the work happening across the platform instead of operating as a separate tool. The UI is clean, the platform is genuinely enjoyable to use, and it has helped me simplify and better manage my overall tech stack. The AI agent functionality is especially impressive. I can build agents around specific workflows, use them to support task execution, and get insights into behaviors and opportunities to improve productivity. Visibility is also a major benefit for me. I can see what is happening across projects, understand workloads, identify deadlines, and get a much clearer picture of the business without jumping between multiple platforms. The onboarding experience was also strong. Their team was supportive during the initial setup, and once I understood how ClickUp works, I stopped feeling like I constantly needed to learn another new tool. The main thing I would improve is the screen recording functionality. I would love the ability to record my camera at the same time as my screen, similar to Loom. That would make it even easier to replace another tool in my stack. Overall, ClickUp is solving one of the biggest problems I had, tool sprawl. Instead of having work scattered across different platforms, it gives my team and my AI a shared source of context. That improves visibility, reduces the chances of missed deadlines, and makes execution much easier. It is increasingly replacing the need for separate tools like Slack, Loom, and parts of Zoom for me. I am very happy with the platform and especially excited about the direction ClickUp is taking with AI.
