Just when you think the product is comprehensive, they roll out another set of features that genuinely improve your workflow. I'm absolutely delighted with the new AI enhancements. This isn't just a gimmick; these are thoughtfully integrated tools that are already saving me time and helping my team work smarter. Whether it's drafting content, summarizing long threads, or surfacing insights, the AI features feel like a natural extension of the platform and a massive step forward. It's rare to see a company at this scale push boundaries so consistently. We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. We look forward to a bright future with HubSpot!

I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

Intuitive Interface: HubSpot's platform is incredibly user-friendly. I was able to navigate and set up campaigns without much hassle. The layout is clean and logical, making it easy to find what you need. Comprehensive Features: HubSpot offers a lot of tools, from email marketing and CRM to social media management and landing page creation. Helpful Resources: HubSpot's knowledge base and blog are packed with useful information.

I've had a positive experience- we switched to ClickUp from Jira + Asana, this is saving us costs, it is centralizing all our work in one place, and I keep discovering new features of ClickUp. I'd appreciate any paid account to have all the featrues available on forms, dashboards etc, but we are managing without for now.

I've been using ClickUp professionally for 2+ years as a consultant, implementing it for multiple agencies and businesses. What stands out: - Incredible flexibility for custom workflows and dashboards - Native automation capabilities that replace multiple tools - Ability to structure workspaces for different team sizes and industries - The dashboard features give teams real-time visibility they've never had before I've successfully deployed ClickUp for an SEO agency managing 20+ client projects (9-person team) and an outbound sales agency needing workflow restructuring. In both cases, the platform handled complex requirements without breaking. The learning curve is real - it's a powerful tool, which means it takes time to master. But once you understand the system, you can build almost anything. As someone who's built workspaces using custom field configurations, and multi-level automation, I can confidently say ClickUp delivers for teams serious about consolidating their operations. If you're looking for a simple task manager, this might be overkill. But if you need a full operations platform that scales with your business, ClickUp is worth the investment.

ClickUp is a flexible product that I've used both at work and personally. Hits the spot, I’ve been looking for a crm solution for my business type for years and always settling. Finally found the one, with confidence!

I've been using Honeybook for 7 years now. Maybe 18 months ago I would've left it a 4-star review and described it as a helpful tool with lots of potential, but a few too many bugs to figure out first. But honestly, they've come a long way in getting more of the kinks out, and it's hard to imagine running my boutique wedding photography business without it. We use it as a client communication hub, for sending contracts and invoices, and for collaborating with wedding planners. We don't use any of the bookkeeping or scheduling tools, although I know they're built in. I'm no AI booster, and find it annoying in many of the places online that it's being forcibly incorporated. But the AI email assistant is actually super clutch! What would've taken me 6 ot 7 minutes to write now takes me just 90 seconds to retouch, saving me 5 minutes here and there 10 times a day. It really adds up across a week or a month or a year. Honeybook is NOT perfect, but I would still recommend it to other photographers and solopreneurs.

I love how easy it is to create templates and automate my business. Quick response time and support if I have any concerns.

I used Stripe before using honey book and i love that honey book does all in one! I can create a contract and invoice and payment project and send it in one link so my clients can sign and pay immediately! Just makes it all around smooth! It does take a second to figure out the website but once you do its amazing!

I have been using HoneyBook for a few years now and absolutely love it. I love that. I am not chasing down unpaid invoices. It’s so nice having everything on autopilot and being able to take care of everything in one place, rather than multiple different platforms. My favorite aspects are the reoccurring payments and the contracts. It has allowed me to scale my business to 6-figures seamlessly.
