Future of Work OS
ClickUp has become the operating system for my work.
What I like most about ClickUp is how everything comes together in one place. It feels like a truly AI convergent workspace, where the AI understands the context of the work happening across the platform instead of operating as a separate tool.
The UI is clean, the platform is genuinely enjoyable to use, and it has helped me simplify and better manage my overall tech stack. The AI agent functionality is especially impressive. I can build agents around specific workflows, use them to support task execution, and get insights into behaviors and opportunities to improve productivity.
Visibility is also a major benefit for me. I can see what is happening across projects, understand workloads, identify deadlines, and get a much clearer picture of the business without jumping between multiple platforms.
The onboarding experience was also strong. Their team was supportive during the initial setup, and once I understood how ClickUp works, I stopped feeling like I constantly needed to learn another new tool.
The main thing I would improve is the screen recording functionality. I would love the ability to record my camera at the same time as my screen, similar to Loom. That would make it even easier to replace another tool in my stack.
Overall, ClickUp is solving one of the biggest problems I had, tool sprawl. Instead of having work scattered across different platforms, it gives my team and my AI a shared source of context. That improves visibility, reduces the chances of missed deadlines, and makes execution much easier.
It is increasingly replacing the need for separate tools like Slack, Loom, and parts of Zoom for me. I am very happy with the platform and especially excited about the direction ClickUp is taking with AI.
An essential tool that completely streamlined our team’s workflow!
We’ve been using ClickUp for a while now, and it has genuinely transformed how our team manages projects and daily tasks. The ability to switch between Board, List, and Dashboard views makes it super easy to keep track of sprint progress and team workload all in one place.
What stands out most is how flexible it is: we were able to replace multiple separate tools for task tracking, documentation, and sprint management. Features like Custom Fields and "Write with AI" save us tons of time on repetitive admin work and documentation.
There is a slight learning curve at first because of how many features it offers, but once you set up your workspace properly, it’s a total game-changer. Highly recommend it to any team looking to boost productivity!
All in one PM tool
Really good all in one project management tool. Good for companies that are of any scale.
I could not recommend ClickUp more!
I could not recommend ClickUp more! Not only is it completely customizable to work how you need it to, but the customer service and all the peole working at ClickUp are amazing.
Flexible, powerful, and worth the learning curve!
We've recently started implementing ClickUp across our consulting business, and it's quickly become the central place for managing projects, tracking deliverables, and documenting processes. One of the things I appreciate most is how flexible it is. Instead of forcing your team into a rigid workflow, ClickUp lets you build processes that fit the way you actually work.
There is definitely a learning curve, especially if you're setting up a workspace from scratch, but the available resources, ClickUp University, and the Power User community have made that process much easier. The platform continues to evolve, and I'm excited to keep building with it. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'd recommend it to teams looking for a highly customizable project management solution
One place for sprints, bugs and releases
I run product engineering for a small AI video team, and ClickUp is where all of it lives — sprint planning, bug triage and release tracking in one place. The biggest win has been cutting the number of tools I keep open; before, context was scattered across a few apps and things quietly fell out of sync. Brain is the feature I'd actually miss — I use it to pull a status summary across parallel workstreams instead of chasing updates one by one. It takes some upfront setup to get the views and statuses right, but once configured it has held up well for daily use.

I really like this app
I really like this app, and I'm happy my job introduced it as a staple.
It simplifies a lot of daily tasks, provides a better overview of what needs to be done, and allows for a seamless place to have all the information needed.
ClickUp brought structure to our entire marketing department
As CMO, I lead a team of content marketers, performance marketers, and a creative team, and before ClickUp our planning was scattered across spreadsheets, Slack threads, and separate documents. Since fully switching to ClickUp, we finally have one central place for campaign management, content calendars, and approval workflows. The custom dashboards give me an instant overview of every campaign's progress, and the automations have saved us hours per week on status updates. What I especially appreciate is how easily marketing connects with other departments like sales and product, making launches run more smoothly. There is a learning curve for new team members and not every integration works flawlessly, but the ease with which we now report to the rest of management more than makes up for that. For any marketing team looking for more clarity and less tool overload, I can genuinely recommend ClickUp.
ClickUp for Marketing and Events Agencies
I work at a marketing and events agency (Agência+) where I manage multiple clients simultaneously, ranging from industrial companies to international trade shows. Before ClickUp, every client had a different spreadsheet, and no one had a clear view of what was happening.
Today, ClickUp is the backbone of our operation. We use it to map event production processes, manage client requests, track our team's workload, and integrate everything with Google Calendar and Outlook so we never miss a deadline. The Spaces > Folders > Lists hierarchy allows me to organize each client (Vergaplast, Codinter, Marposs, Dardi, and others) while maintaining a complete view of the business.
ClickUp Brain has become an essential part of my workflow. It helps me find information across projects, generate updates, and even brainstorm solutions. It's like having an AI assistant that understands the entire context of our workspace.
If you run an agency managing multiple clients at the same time, I honestly haven't found a better tool.

I've had a great experience using ClickUp for managing HR and operational workflows. It helps keep tasks, documents, and communication organized in one place, making collaboration much easier. The all-in-one workspace that actually delivers
I've been using ClickUp for project management across multiple teams, and it's genuinely replaced 4-5 other tools for us. Task management, docs, chat, dashboards, and now their AI (Brain) ties it all together. The customization is unmatched: custom fields, multiple views, automations, and the hierarchy system lets you organize work however your brain works. Is there a learning curve? Sure. But once you're in, nothing else comes close. The team ships updates constantly and actually listens to the community. Easily the best productivity platform I've used.
Game changer for QA workflows and task management!
ClickUp has completely transformed how I organize test suites, track bugs, and manage sprints. The addition of ClickUp Brain and Super Agents makes it effortless to generate validation guides and search through project specs without context switching. The interface is modern, intuitive, and keeps everything our team needs in one single space. Highly recommend it to any software development or QA team!
They actually listen
The application continuously updates based on the feedback given by the users and thats what I find most valuable. When Agents were being introduced they solved a problem that the team and I were experiencing when duplicating tasks and changing certain custom fields. The AI agents were a massive upgrade to automation and efficiency.

We're a 7-person web and AI development…
We're a 7-person web and AI development agency, and ClickUp is where our operations and project management finally live in one place. We tried plenty of other tools before it and none of them fit the way we work.
The biggest change was bringing clients in as guests. We used to run follow-up through Slack and email, but both sit outside where the work actually happens, so every exchange added delay. Now clients create their own tasks and talk to us directly in ClickUp, with comments attached to the specific task they're about. Our HubSpot integration does the same thing for the sales-to-dev handoff — far less duplication and far less lost context.
Not perfect: search sometimes fights with Brain, and comment privacy is too limited when guests are involved. But the product keeps improving, and it's earned its place in our stack. 9/10.
