I have been using Monday for couple of months now. I started with the free trial and I have been happy with it ever since. The tools are super easy to use and mostly how smoothly me and my team integrate and work together. It is a bit expensive but hey, nothing comes close to Monday when it comes to managing projects. And they always keep on updating the features.

A marketer's best friend
Monday.com is a versatile platform that I use for many different reasons: a catalogue of advert artwork, internal comms planning, staff movement actions (training and platform set-up etc.), stats tracking, even my job hunt and handover notes. It's quick and easy to assign tasks to colleagues and drop each other notes. It's one of my favourite marketing tools to improve collaboration, efficiency (and sanity!).

We have been clients of Monday CRM since December 2024. We at first were a bit disappointed that many SaaS companies did not support a native Monday CRM integration, but after a few short talks with GPT we understood we could do anything through Zapier and that Monday has great API support.

I love this for project management
I love this for project management, it is very customizable and reasonably priced. I would prefer HubSpot as a CRM, but it's much more expensive. For a start-up, I think Monday.com is perfect!

Monday.com has changed the way we do things internally, it professionalises the way we work with major clients externally, the ability on the "pro plan" to have unlimited guests is a great help to enable collaboration and overall works really well when managing projects for clients that do not have their own framework. We have worked with monday.com for around two years, the platform keeps getting better. The only disappointment really was recently, whilst going through a tough time, reducing the number of paid users to a lower threshold in user management did not automatically downgrade to the lower pricing point despite automatically upgrading to the higher bracket - if you do that just be sure to let them know as on the paid monthly plan they are unwilling to refund citing their terms and conditions. This has left a slight bitter taste in my mouth, which is a shame because I otherwise think the platform is great. We're a small business of around 5 users. Otherwise highly recommended.

Good support afterwards
We recently transitioned from HubSpot to Pipedrive. While there were some initial teething issues as we got to grips with a new platform and adapted it to suit our previous CRM setup, we were able to work through these as a team. We later had a follow-up session with Stacey after the implementation, which was extremely valuable. She provided clear guidance, helped us refine our setup, and ensured we were getting the most out of the system.

THEY CARE AND WANT TO EARN MY BUSINESS. While shopping around for a CRM for our SMB sales org, a common thread occured across almost every platform... They only wanted to charge me as much as possible, be hard to use, and didn't want a human to help me. Our AE Zachary was great. Provided a human touch, answered my questions, and helped me along the entire way through the free trial. Ema with the activation team, was equally wonderful. They made the choice easy by providing an intuitive platform and a team that cares it was an easy choice. I will be highly recommending Pipedrive to anyone that asks.

Easy decision!
Our experience with Pipedrive has been nothing short of wonderful. I worked with Tom and Jordan throughout the process of getting set up, and they nailed everything. The initial call with Tom was great, as he was pleasant, punctual, and informative. It was also a nice breath of fresh air that I only had to explain what we were looking for one time! After speaking with multiple other companies that offer CRM's, it was alarming to me how many calls I had with representatives where I needed to re-explain what we were looking for 4-5 times. Definitely not the case with Tom and Pipedrive - the team they have is clearly much more competent than all the other companies we spoke to. Tom got me promptly connected with Jordan, and Jordan was awesome to work with. He was very informative, answered all my questions, was punctual, and all around just a great person. Jordan immediately had a great understanding of our needs and clearly articulated that throughout the demo process. He was prompt with follow-up emails and calls, and again I cannot stress enough that I didn't get that same experience with any other companies. As for Pipedrive as a platform, it's incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Plus, Pipedrive doesn't sell your data! I am absolutely stoked with our experience, and if you're looking for a CRM I highly recommend these guys. Definitely do your research, but after any amount of time talking to Pipedrive I think you'll find your decision every bit as easy as ours. This team and platform is top-notch. Bonus points if you get to talk to Tom and Jordan!

Salesforce is the best CRM on the market, hands-down! We spent months looking at tons of different CRMs and platforms, and previously tried other CRM solutions like HubSpot, but we eventually had to switch to Salesforce and that's the best decision we've ever made! We saved > 20k a year after switching to Salesforce! Our cost went down, and the efficiency went up! Salesforce has a very transparent pricing structure, compared to its competitors like HubSpot, whose prices have sky rocketed in recent years, while Salesforce has cut down its pricing structure for customers!

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. We look forward to a bright future with HubSpot!

Great all-in-one project management tool
I've been using ClickUp for a while now and it's made a big difference to how I manage my work. It keeps everything in one place, from tasks and docs to dashboards and automations, which makes it much easier to stay organized. One thing I really like is how flexible it is. You can customise it to fit the way your team works instead of changing your process to match the tool. It took a little time to learn everything because there are so many features, but once you get used to it, it's very powerful. I Highly Recommend ClickUp
I have been using ClickUp at work since 2022. It's an agency with team members across different timezones and ClickUp has played a vital role in keeping the workflow organised. We use it to manage client projects, track internal assignments, manage onboarding for new clients and new hires, and overall agency operations. The automations are very powerful and saves a ton of time for recurring tasks. There are some minor bugs at times, but that's not a big issue. I have used other project management tools and by far ClickUp is the most powerful, reliable and easy to use. I would highly recommend it.

Great tool for managing projects and teams in one place
I've been using ClickUp for quite some time and my overall experience is very positive. What I appreciate most is the flexibility: I manage projects, tasks and documents in a single environment, customizing the views (list, board, calendar) to match the way I work. The automations save me a lot of time on repetitive tasks, and the integration with the other tools I use is convenient. The biggest benefit is in team management: information used to be scattered across chats, emails and spreadsheets, whereas now I have everything centralized, with tasks assigned to the right people and clear deadlines and priorities. Dashboards and the different views let me track progress in real time, which means fewer alignment meetings and more on-time deliveries. The only area for improvement is some occasional technical hiccups: data doesn't always refresh immediately, so every now and then I have to reload the page to see the latest updates. Nothing blocking, but more responsive data loading would make the experience even better.

I have been using HoneyBook since 2021 and I don't think I will ever leave. The automations save my life! As a wedding photographer using honeybook has been a lifesaver to keep all my contracts in one place, all my projects in one place and it keeps me well organized. I love how I can customize with using my brand logo and colors. I will give them 5 stars because they always have been so helpful over chats if I needed help but the only thing I will say, is the invoice system is expensive so that is the one thing I do not use from them. Everything else they offer I do use and it has helped me and my business grow and stay organized.

Well worth the investment
It was an investment for sure, but well worth it if the business is growing! I have been using HoneyBook for over a year now and it's my favorite part of my business. I have been able to create proposals, contacts, and payment walkthroughs with ease and I always wow our clients with the customizations and professional look this gives our business. Not to mention, payments always come through on time, evertime! Never an issue here. I can't see myself leaving HoneyBook any time soon. Their customer service is on point as well. Great CRM for Event planning business
For a start up business in event planning, the platform has been easy and very seamless to for new clients, creating projects and the Ai support and customer service is great for a newbie. You can create and use your branding for all communications and I love the email synch to receive messaging in real time. The forms and projects are a great tool for real time updates and it gets sent straight to clients and I love how you can see when the client has read, approved and paid, its been great for me to so far and thank you. I think when we grow we may upgrade the current plane and see how things go in the future.

We love HoneyBook! It makes our organization and communication with our clients and podcast guests so much smoother, easier and white-glove. the designs are gorgeous, easily customizable, and the automations are a breeze (for our operations manager, who is the real HoneyBook "whiz"). Every time we've wished there were a particular feature, I swear they come out with it and make it easy to implement. I'm personally a big fan of the HoneyBook notetaker for Zoom. It comes in handy for keeping everything organized, and for particular projects where there are a lot of details to manage. Can't recommend highly enough for any small service-based business.

When Your CRM Works Like a Paid Assistant
HoneyBook allows me to grow my photography business effectively without me needing to be overly organized or do it all myself. The automations available within this CRM are a game changer. The other day a new client inquired about my services, viewed my pricing guide that was emailed to her, and booked a consultation all without me having to lift a finger. Seriously - I was getting ready for my day and saw I had a new meeting scheduled. It was awesome. I did need help setting up the automations initially and HoneyBook's customer service was extremely helpful. I was able to tell them what I was wanting the automation to do and they helped set it up for me. I also appreciate that they are constantly rolling out new features and they are open to suggestions from their clients. It feels like we're all building this platform together.
