We initially had a miscommunication regarding setup, but not due to anything on Pipedrive's side. Once we identified what we had done, the customer service team were quick to explain and give us instructions on what we needed to do...in fact, we gave them permission to see our webpage and they instructed us in real time. In addition, they contacted us again in a couple of days to insure everything was still on schedule.

The system is complete and intuitive
The system is complete and intuitive. The experience is good. However, for the Brazilian market, native integration is required with WhatsApp (the country's main messenger).
In the reports, it is interesting to be able to overlay two distinct parameters, creating correlations between them.
In automations, I did not understand why it is not possible to put two or more initial triggers. The logic tree would become more organized, avoiding duplicating variations.
The score is still poorly used in the interface. Being a useful instrument for qualification, it is hidden in the tab.
The customization part can also improve. If the panel allowed more personalized individualized views (in shiftable blocks), it would meet more possibilities.
