Hubspot has been a great tool. Really easy user inteface which makes all the difference for me and my team - and so many features. We use it mainly for the sales team and it's been great.

Hubspot has continued to innovate and improve it's functionality. It is the best marketing automation platform that I've used and it becomes even more powerful if you have the whole enterprise suite. Customer service is much better than other software companies I've dealt with as well.

I love Hubspot all they way, intuitive, well connected, it’s just a great tool for marketing and sales integration.

We made the switch to HubSpot from Salesforce, and although HubSpot is expensive, the way it has automated many aspects of our sales and general business cannot be undersold. The product is continually being advanced and overall has made a massive transformation in our business.

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

My most favourite app

I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. HubSpot's latest sales hub updates make the life of a sales-person easier. Sales workspace, with guided actions, enables them to finally focuse on sales and nothing else.

Moved our tech stack over to ClickUp last month to replace five different apps we were juggling for workflow. The custom fields and native automations are actually solid—they pretty much killed the manual bottlenecks we kept hitting during complex routing. Surprisingly, the built-in AI isn't just a gimmick. I have it pulling a daily summary of my pending tasks across all active workspaces so I don't have to dig for them. Just be aware that the interface can get pretty heavy and lag when you're loading massive lists.

been using clickup for a bit now, time tracking is actually really good ngl. tasks stay pretty organized too which helps a lot when things get busy. not perfect, ui can feel a bit much sometimes but overall does the job well and made things easier for our team

Clickup is a excellent project manager

We run our entire Customer Success operation out of ClickUp at Skan AI. Task management, reporting, resource allocation, cross-team coordination, it all lives in one place. Brain (their AI) has been a game-changer for automating weekly reports and summarizing across projects. The learning curve is real, but once you're in, you don't want anything else. We went from juggling spreadsheets, Slack threads, and docs to a single workspace. Genuinely can't imagine going back. ClickUp has become my favorite project management tool because I can set it up around how my team actually works. I use it for requirements, sprints, testing, bugs, retrospectives, releases, deployments, and documentation. I really like having everything in one place and being able to easily see where things stand. It has helped us stay organized, improve our processes, and keep everyone on the same page. I also use ClickUp Brain regularly and really like the AI capabilities they continue to add. ClickUp has become the main tool I use to manage software projects from start to finish

ClickUp has been a game changer for accelerating business operations, communications, and managing complex projects (especially in the Architecture and Construction industry). As long as ClickUp doesn't get into feature-gating like Asana did, they'll remain the top platform.

Every day routine and organization is much easier with clickup than without. It really helps to keep track of various team and private projects. The integration of wiki pages for documentation into the project folders makes it easier to find all notes, todos and documentation in one place.

ClickUp has become the operating system for my work. What I like most about ClickUp is how everything comes together in one place. It feels like a truly AI convergent workspace, where the AI understands the context of the work happening across the platform instead of operating as a separate tool. The UI is clean, the platform is genuinely enjoyable to use, and it has helped me simplify and better manage my overall tech stack. The AI agent functionality is especially impressive. I can build agents around specific workflows, use them to support task execution, and get insights into behaviors and opportunities to improve productivity. Visibility is also a major benefit for me. I can see what is happening across projects, understand workloads, identify deadlines, and get a much clearer picture of the business without jumping between multiple platforms. The onboarding experience was also strong. Their team was supportive during the initial setup, and once I understood how ClickUp works, I stopped feeling like I constantly needed to learn another new tool. The main thing I would improve is the screen recording functionality. I would love the ability to record my camera at the same time as my screen, similar to Loom. That would make it even easier to replace another tool in my stack. Overall, ClickUp is solving one of the biggest problems I had, tool sprawl. Instead of having work scattered across different platforms, it gives my team and my AI a shared source of context. That improves visibility, reduces the chances of missed deadlines, and makes execution much easier. It is increasingly replacing the need for separate tools like Slack, Loom, and parts of Zoom for me. I am very happy with the platform and especially excited about the direction ClickUp is taking with AI.

We’ve been using ClickUp for a while now, and it has genuinely transformed how our team manages projects and daily tasks. We've recently started implementing ClickUp across our consulting business, and it's quickly become the central place for managing projects, tracking deliverables, and documenting processes. One of the things I appreciate most is how flexible it is. Instead of forcing your team into a rigid workflow, ClickUp lets you build processes that fit the way you actually work. There is definitely a learning curve, especially if you're setting up a workspace from scratch, but the available resources, ClickUp University, and the Power User community have made that process much easier. The platform continues to evolve, and I'm excited to keep building with it. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'd recommend it to teams looking for a highly customizable project management solution

I run product engineering for a small AI video team, and ClickUp is where all of it lives — sprint planning, bug triage and release tracking in one place. The biggest win has been cutting the number of tools I keep open; before, context was scattered across a few apps and things quietly fell out of sync. Brain is the feature I'd actually miss — I use it to pull a status summary across parallel workstreams instead of chasing updates one by one. It takes some upfront setup to get the views and statuses right, but once configured it has held up well for daily use.

Very intuitive and easy to use

The systems that Honeybook came with, templates and workflows helped me build and run my whole business.

I do 1:1 work and projects for clients which means I need to have a scheduler for booking sessions and a way to send proposals and collect payment. I’ve tried so many different platforms: Calendly, Kajabi, Staori, OpenSign, but none of them compare to what HoneyBook offers! Not only is it aesthetically appealing (so many options to customize with your branding) but it’s intuitive to use and has allowed me to automate all my follow ups and email templates with clients saving me so much time! My only regret is not switching to HoneyBook sooner!

HoneyBook has been one of those rare platforms where customer service actually listens to their users. I can honestly say I've tried almost every other CRM and I always went back to HoneyBook. It is such an easy way to keep track of the flow of my business and the automated features save me an entire employee! I can’t say enough about the functionality and flexibility! Setting it up was the only hard part, but I really loved the videos and the community to help that process along! Well, worth the money and the initial set up time in the end! For reference, I do quilting services and create memory products. It really helps me organize my work and streamlines customers in and along the process.
