I have been using Monday for couple of months now. I started with the free trial and I have been happy with it ever since. The tools are super easy to use and mostly how smoothly me and my team integrate and work together. It is a bit expensive but hey, nothing comes close to Monday when it comes to managing projects. And they always keep on updating the features.

A marketer's best friend
Monday.com is a versatile platform that I use for many different reasons: a catalogue of advert artwork, internal comms planning, staff movement actions (training and platform set-up etc.), stats tracking, even my job hunt and handover notes. It's quick and easy to assign tasks to colleagues and drop each other notes. It's one of my favourite marketing tools to improve collaboration, efficiency (and sanity!).

We have been clients of Monday CRM since December 2024. We at first were a bit disappointed that many SaaS companies did not support a native Monday CRM integration, but after a few short talks with GPT we understood we could do anything through Zapier and that Monday has great API support.

I love this for project management
I love this for project management, it is very customizable and reasonably priced. I would prefer HubSpot as a CRM, but it's much more expensive. For a start-up, I think Monday.com is perfect!

Monday.com has changed the way we do things internally, it professionalises the way we work with major clients externally, the ability on the "pro plan" to have unlimited guests is a great help to enable collaboration and overall works really well when managing projects for clients that do not have their own framework. We have worked with monday.com for around two years, the platform keeps getting better. The only disappointment really was recently, whilst going through a tough time, reducing the number of paid users to a lower threshold in user management did not automatically downgrade to the lower pricing point despite automatically upgrading to the higher bracket - if you do that just be sure to let them know as on the paid monthly plan they are unwilling to refund citing their terms and conditions. This has left a slight bitter taste in my mouth, which is a shame because I otherwise think the platform is great. We're a small business of around 5 users. Otherwise highly recommended.

We converted from salesforce to pipedrive and my biggest concern was the accurate migration of data from the old to new CRM system. Walid Maireche was able to walk me through the entire process during our first call and made the experience easy to understand for someone without an IT background. I had been through three trainings before with different pipedrive employees, but no one was as thorough and helpful as Walid. Kudos to him for putting all of my worries to rest.

Salesforce is the best CRM on the market, hands-down! We spent months looking at tons of different CRMs and platforms, and previously tried other CRM solutions like HubSpot, but we eventually had to switch to Salesforce and that's the best decision we've ever made! We saved > 20k a year after switching to Salesforce! Our cost went down, and the efficiency went up! Salesforce has a very transparent pricing structure, compared to its competitors like HubSpot, whose prices have sky rocketed in recent years, while Salesforce has cut down its pricing structure for customers!

Salesforce is truly the only CRM that can be as flexible as we want while keeping the development as simple as it is. Salesforce is the entire "backbone" of our company, and I couldn't be more pleased! Can be tedious to get started with, but it is saving us hours on end, so I won't complain!

Sure their Upsell growth strategy is ridiculous...but there CRM is second to none! The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. For companies living in or thinking about adopting the flywheel model... I couldn't imagine trying to pull it off anywhere else!

I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. We look forward to a bright future with HubSpot!

User and fan of HubSpot since 2010
I've been using HubSpot since 2010. It's a favorite tool of mine, and a favorite brand. A few things I love include: User-friendly interface (it's built by incredibly intelligent engineers for everyday folks like me - I don't need an engineering PhD to use it), automation tools for sales (sequences) and marketing (workflows), easy reporting, and centralized data for easier collaboration across teams. Plus the secret weapon: a smart, generous community to help you in your HubSpot journey.

Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

ClickUp has become one of the most flexible project management platforms I work with. What I like most is that it can adapt to many different business models instead of forcing every team into the same rigid structure. For teams dealing with messy operations, scattered tasks, unclear ownership, or manual follow-ups, ClickUp can bring everything into one organized workspace. The combination of Spaces, Folders, Lists, custom fields, dashboards, forms, templates, and automations makes it very powerful when it is set up properly. It is especially useful for agencies, operations teams, recruitment workflows, client delivery, internal processes, and cross-functional teams that need visibility and accountability. The biggest strength is also the biggest challenge: ClickUp is highly customizable. That means teams need to think carefully about their structure before building too much. A clean setup makes ClickUp excellent. A rushed setup can become messy quickly. Overall, I highly recommend ClickUp for teams that want one central place to manage work, automate repetitive steps, and create better operational clarity.

Flexible, powerful and worth the investment
Overall, ClickUp has been a really positive experience. In less than six months it became the backbone of our team's project management and the single source of truth for almost the entire operation. What stands out the most is the flexibility, the hierarchy of Spaces, Folders and Lists combined with multiple views and customizable fields adapts to whatever workflow we throw at it, without forcing us into someone else's method. The UX is intuitive enough that I got up to speed on my own, and the robust API plus native integrations with tools like Gmail and Outlook make it easy to plug ClickUp into the rest of our stack. ClickUp Brain is a nice bonus when I remember to use it. It's not perfect, of course. Paying in dollars from Brazil hurts the budget and is the kind of thing you have to justify internally every time you expand the team. The notification volume can get noisy until you tune it properly, performance shows some lag in heavier workspaces, and the lack of Portuguese support adds friction when you need to talk to the support team, although when I did reach out, the experience was smooth and they solved my issue quickly. In the end, it's a tool that delivers a lot for what it charges. It replaced several scattered tools, brought clarity to our operation and centralized everything we need in one place. I'd recommend it to any team looking to stop juggling spreadsheets and chats and finally have real visibility over their work.

ClickUp is very useful. I really like how they provide a free version for those who want to test it first, with no block limits, unlike other similar apps. I also enjoy navigating the custom templates; they allow you to describe what you want and automatically provide a template that fits your preferences. Lastly, I have to mention how much I enjoy using Super Agent (AI). It simplifies my work by following up on pending tasks assigned to the teammates I'm in charge of.

Been using ClickUp for managing our ads production workflow — briefing, creative reviews, feedback rounds, and final approvals all in one place.
