A marketer's best friend
Monday.com is a versatile platform that I use for many different reasons: a catalogue of advert artwork, internal comms planning, staff movement actions (training and platform set-up etc.), stats tracking, even my job hunt and handover notes. It's quick and easy to assign tasks to colleagues and drop each other notes. It's one of my favourite marketing tools to improve collaboration, efficiency (and sanity!).

We have been clients of Monday CRM since December 2024. We at first were a bit disappointed that many SaaS companies did not support a native Monday CRM integration, but after a few short talks with GPT we understood we could do anything through Zapier and that Monday has great API support.

Our office has been using Monday.com for about a year now and it has helped us to communicate, stay organized, and cut down on internal emails. When I need to make a change or have a question, customer service is available and helpful (bot or person). Very happy with this platform.

Monday.com has changed the way we do…
Monday.com has changed the way we do things internally, it professionalises the way we work with major clients externally, the ability on the "pro plan" to have unlimited guests is a great help to enable collaboration and overall works really well when managing projects for clients that do not have their own framework. We have worked with monday.com for around two years, the platform keeps getting better. The only disappointment really was recently, whilst going through a tough time, reducing the number of paid users to a lower threshold in user management did not automatically downgrade to the lower pricing point despite automatically upgrading to the higher bracket - if you do that just be sure to let them know as on the paid monthly plan they are unwilling to refund citing their terms and conditions. This has left a slight bitter taste in my mouth, which is a shame because I otherwise think the platform is great. We're a small business of around 5 users. Otherwise highly recommended.

The system is complete and intuitive. The experience is good. However, for the Brazilian market, native integration is required with WhatsApp (the country's main messenger). In the reports, it is interesting to be able to overlay two distinct parameters, creating correlations between them. In automations, I did not understand why it is not possible to put two or more initial triggers. The logic tree would become more organized, avoiding duplicating variations. The score is still poorly used in the interface. Being a useful instrument for qualification, it is hidden in the tab. The customization part can also improve. If the panel allowed more personalized individualized views (in shiftable blocks), it would meet more possibilities.

Sam was friendly from the start and accommodating with all questions. This made me feel confident and comfortable asking even more questions, and our session went for 1 hour, which I was grateful for. Sharing screens can be incredibly challenging when you are being asked to click on this or that, and Sam was very patient and clear in his instructions. I was also impressed how Sam wanted to know about my business needs from the start so he could tailor the discussion and not just give me a generic sales pitch. At the end of the session Sam was clear that I could reach out to him for assistance, which was reassuring, he suggested I complete an onboarding session (which I have), and made me feel like I have made the right choice for my very small business needs. As a result of this experience I have started to share my positive thoughts about Pipedrive with work colleagues!

Fantastic service
We’ve had a great experience so far! The demo with Eddie was excellent—really showcased the platform and answered all our questions. We were comparing two other CRMs and initially had a cheaper favourite, but Eddie’s clear communication and strong pitch convinced us to choose Pipedrive. The only challenge we’ve faced is the onboarding process. Once we officially signed up, we needed to book a call for integration, but the earliest availability was over two weeks away. Ideally, we wanted to get started straight away to use the system to its full potential. This delay, plus the additional eight hours required for integration, is the only limitation we’ve encountered.

Unlike Keap's user-friendly interface, Salesforce Program had a confusing layout that made navigation a headache. Customer support was equally underwhelming – automated responses and generic solutions failed to address my issues, unlike Keap's dedicated and responsive support. Salesforce is the best CRM on the market, hands-down! We spent months looking at tons of different CRMs and platforms, and previously tried other CRM solutions like HubSpot, but we eventually had to switch to Salesforce and that's the best decision we've ever made! We saved > 20k a year after switching to Salesforce! Our cost went down, and the efficiency went up! Salesforce has a very transparent pricing structure, compared to its competitors like HubSpot, whose prices have sky rocketed in recent years, while Salesforce has cut down its pricing structure for customers!

The platforms never ending "evolve" mindset is exactly what is needed in the ever changing technology, integration and reporting world for mid-enterprise companies. I love hub spot CRM!
I love hub spot CRM!! We have just moved up to the professional version of this software and are at the onboarding stage. So having our hand held for 3 months to make all fields on the system relevant to us and to learn about more features we will be using in the near future, that the professional version offers. This software is amazing! What it doesn't offer, isn't worth having. It truly does it all and helps run your business. I wanted to leave this review to say how great the onboarding process has been with Gerardine Farrell. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does. Gerardine talks you through each and every little piece of change that you need to know about the system. She does this in a very clear, slow and helpful way and even records the calls, so I can refer back to it after our sessions, so to remind me of tasks I need to do. What a great asset Gerardine is to the Hub Spot company!! Thanks so much :)

We've been a HubSpot client for over 10 years, and it’s been exciting to see how their products have evolved to stay at the forefront of technology and usability. However, as a small business, the high cost has been a significant challenge for us over the years, creating financial stress and difficulties with billing and collections. Recently, I voiced my concerns by posting a review and reaching out to HubSpot’s head of customer service. I was pleased to receive a prompt, receptive response, and he connected us with an excellent team member who worked closely with us to adjust our plan and eliminate services we didn’t need. One thing to keep in mind as a new client is that HubSpot requires an annual commitment, so it’s essential to think through what services best match your needs. Though the process involved a few bumps on both sides, we ultimately reached a positive outcome, and we're grateful for the support we received. For any small, growing business, HubSpot offers a solid platform, and our experience with their website builder has been excellent—intuitive, reliable, and consistently updated. Managing and administering your website in HubSpot is amazing, mainly for 2 reasons: first, you don't have to worry about any technical or security aspects, everything is covered and by far. Second, the metrics and integration with the CRM are very useful to know what best contributes to generating not only traffic but also what content generates leads and which ones contributed to the generation of a client. This is something that allows you to really build a website that is your main seller 24/7.

ClickUp is a flexible product that I've used both at work and personally. While it's a task management system at its core, we've found a broad range of use cases for it, creating structure and filling gaps in our work processes. ClickUp are constantly adding new functionality. The AI capabilities are still new, but are starting to shift from gimmick to helpful - still a way to go, but they're giving it a genuine crack.

I used Stripe before using honey book and i love that honey book does all in one! I can create a contract and invoice and payment project and send it in one link so my clients can sign and pay immediately! Just makes it all around smooth! It does take a second to figure out the website but once you do its amazing!

I have been using HoneyBook for a few years now and absolutely love it. I love that. I am not chasing down unpaid invoices. It’s so nice having everything on autopilot and being able to take care of everything in one place, rather than multiple different platforms.
