But yet REBAG still refused to refund me !!! Even with the evidences of the weight on the tickets
Thank god for American Express I opened a claim and I sent all the evidences and they have refund me my 4000$ !
Otherwise I would have lost all that money because REBAG the scammer website refused to do so !!
Amex is the best service ever the employee are very understanding and very polite they value their customers I will never use any other card ever again than American Express !! It’s a MUST HAVE
American Express Credit Cards
I don't understand all of the hatred on American Express. I have had Amex credit cards off and on for 30 years. I have appreciated the customer service in many cases. Even when I had a business downturn and my platinum card was taken away, it wasn't a bad experience because they tried to work with me. Of course, I'm back and continue to have pleasant experiences for the most part.
AMEX has always been there for me
Amex has always there for me. They lowered my limit at one point but that was completely fair, as I was struggling financially at that point. It's probably a good thing that they did. Now that I have recovered, I still have their card and enjoying it! They were with me through some hard times, and I am grateful for their services.

Been an AMEX platinum member since 2019 and always found the experience great. Super friendly customer service, great card with good offers and it was very easy to transfer my account from one country to another when I moved. Only the Centurion lounges are now sometimes so full that you have to wait for entry, which is not ideal but still better experience than the other lounge offerings in most airports.
My Favorite Credit Card
I have had nothing but positive experiences with American Express. For example, once I spilled milk on my new computer and they paid me back. When I use the offers, unlike the other credit cards, they actually email me to tell me they acknowledge I used it, which is really nice when you use an offer on the last day and you don't know if they'll go through with it. I have other cards that renege on their offers, of whom I won't mention here. Amex offers are also more generous than those on the other cards. I understand that if some people get on the bad side of a credit card company, they're going to get mad. I haven't been there. I'm guessing that this is a good card for people who will be responsible with credit.
I have had an AXP card for almost FIFTY…
I have had an AXP card for almost FIFTY years. Since 1977. I must say it's the only card I know if I have cheated, misrepresented that AXP is and has been there for me. Each time the amounts were hundreds to thousands of dollars...AXP got it done. Are they perfect no, but in the long run they've been fantastic for me.

Superb. My favourite payment / travel company
Had an issue with Qatar Airways and could not get it resolved with them directly. Could not even contact them via telephone, email (no reply) or Twitter (replied after flight was cancelled). AMEX sorted it quickly. I always use AMEX to pay for goods and services because I know if there is an issue they will look after me.

I am with AMEX since 1997 it was the only institution that didnt closed its doors on me when my finances crashed. And currently through Blue Card services just won a dispute with a scam company (Silverton) for me. This dispute took 3 months. AMEX costumer servivce inside the webb page is absolutely great and inmidiate. It deserve 5 stars.

I know I'm running against the crowd but....
I know I'm running against the crowd with these comments but what can I say other than I have been treated very well by American Express. I always seem to be able to get through to a human being very quickly and that is very rare in my dealings with any company nowadays. They always answer my questions pleasantly and efficiently. And in two disputes with companies over charges they have acted on my behalf brilliantly and sorted both of them out. So I can only call it as I see it and let's hope this review doesn't lead to negative karma and my first bad experience with them!

Exemplary support following traumatic fraud
I was the victim of an APP scam on Jan 22nd, with the caller appearing to be the fraud team from my bank (nationwide). As the scam was done through Apple Pay money was taken from both this and my Amex account. The Amex team dealt quickly and efficiently with the fraud, with investigation concluded, card resent and money reimbursed within days. The customer service agent, I think named Revake, was swift and helpful in ensuring the phone and accounts were secure, and Amex has spotted the fraud and message even before I was aware what was happening. One week further on, this experience stands in such contrast to the other bank involved I felt I had to leave a review for Amex highlighting that service and support from them around this APP fraud was simply exemplary and made a very difficult and stressful situation much less so. I am extremely greatful.
