Please don’t take this wrong. This company is amazing but I didn’t know they were owned by Indians and they really ask for a lot of information and I found them on Facebook and tried to verify them but there are a lot of scams nowadays and because the process was so detailed (a lot more then any loan I ever done) I felt very nervous at one point I was being scammed and they had all my information but in the end they were REAL and they came through and funded. So I apologize but I want future people to give them an opportunity but be prepared for a lot of verification to occur before they fund. They pushed really hard to do it and I was funded in 5 days. In the end it all worked out but because I’m so brainwashed because of the news I really felt bad but being an Indian owned company they are legit and truly amazing.

I've found American Express to be exceptionally courteous and flexible, with customer-friendly policies and fair conditions. Communication is proactive and customer service is available day and night. Always helpful and understanding, as long as you stay in touch regularly. I notice some reviews are negative, but in my experience, AmEx is very accommodating if you communicate openly with them. They even give you a call as a reminder before any issue escalates, which I really appreciate. I hope AmEx continues just like this. Highly recommended!

I have been using the American Express Platinum Business Card for several years. While the benefits such as airport lounge access and airline points are great, they are not what truly make this card exceptional. During a recent trip to Bali, my wife had a serious accident. I contacted American Express, as our card included travel insurance, and I was genuinely amazed by their professionalism and compassion. The team immediately took control of the situation, guiding us through the complex and often confusing Balinese healthcare system. Their medical team became involved and strongly advised against an expensive spinal surgery that a major hospital in Bali was pushing for — advice that turned out to be absolutely correct. Once we returned to Australia, Canberra Hospital confirmed that no surgery was necessary, and my wife is now walking again. Once the insurance claim was approved, American Express covered all hospital expenses and even arranged an air ambulance to fly my wife from Bali to Canberra. It was an incredible experience, and their support went far beyond what I ever expected from a credit card provider. I cannot recommend this card highly enough — it truly pays for itself many times over.

I personally have a very good experience with Amex. I had a challenging financial year, last year, and having my credit card saved me. Interest rates are a bit high in my plan, but it's what we agreed initially. It was my first credit card experience, as before I applied to another bank and they rejected it, (although they approved me a year later). But I'll be forever grateful with Amex for approving my application first. Thanks to that I was able to do a lot of things I wouldn't been able otherwise, and to go through some challenges during that year while changing jobs and others.

Just wanted to write a review to state that most customer service experiences I have had with AMEX, have been excellent. An example today, I lost my wallet and I'm travelling from the UK to Thailand. Simple web chat and they're sending replacement cards to my Thai hotel. Not problems, no issues. I've been waiting for my other card providers to contact me back for over an hour now. While they are not perfect (who is), I've found interactions with them help pleasant and easy.

Always had a pleasant experience with Amex i will be sticking with them in the future.

American Express, Got a e-mail for a personal loan, I thought it was junk but I opened it, I applied for the loan.It was so easy and only took a few minutes to complete, Was surprised to got a response in about 40 seconds that it was approved, Easy, Fast , with a low loan rate that I never thought i could ever get. The funds was deposited within that same day. I have to say that was the fastest easiest low rate loan I have ever had. Now its time to get rid of the high interest rate payments from all the other Credit Cards. Thanks American Express ! I will recommend you to all my family and friends .

Excellent service which is rare from the banking industry these days! Having signed up for an Amex card in 2023, and having had lots of rewards and no issues, the anniversary date was fast approaching and as a result the first annual fee would be due, but would be more than the rewards I'd gain from the card in year 2 so I contacted Amex to move to a fee free card. I received a very prompt answer to my call, and a very clear and professional operative who moved me to a fee free credit card with no hassle. The move was completed within 24 hours and a new card posted out to me. Excellent service, just as it should be, but which is rare from the baking industry in this day and age.

Worst customer experience. Paid for annual fee late and was charged another late fee and interest fee. BEST TO AVOID AT ALL COST. Cancelled after paying annual fee immediately a total rip off.

Customer service from American Express UK has always been so competent and helpful. It’s easy to see call numbers and when my bag was stolen I easily reached someone at 5am who was so supportive and helpful. So much better than other credit cards like HSBC

I have been an American Express customer for 20+ years and always use their card as I collect Avios points. The Companion Voucher is for me a great benefit but more importantly if I ever have an issue I can call or chat online and the staff are always very helpful. I wish more companies trained their staff on customer care as American Express.

i have had or have multiple credit cards like most people. citi, chase, capital one, barclay, us bank and the list goes on. i very rarely have a problem with this company. if i do, they resolve things pretty quick and are polite and get a live person quick, unlike citi or chase or any of the others. the only bad thing, not everyone takes amex. if everyone did, i would cut these other lousy cards. the hysa could be a little better but its through a trusted company so i stay.
