First time Xero user, having issues with entering historical pay runs, called help and got an absolute star who listened to my waffle and sorted it out for me at about 9:30pm on a Friday night. Super grateful for that level of support.
Amazing help with Sumup integration within Xero
I have had fantastic help from Xero today. It started with online chat help from Jacqueline (support Specialist) who came on immediately I clicked for help. She was really helpful and said that as the solution to my problem was detailed, she would pass it through as a Case Study. I then had a request to receive a phone call to discuss. Exactly on time ( at my requested time), I had a call from Qudsia (support specialist). She could not have been more helpful. Although a technical discussion she was so patient with me and ensured I was happy. It was followed up with written notes. I am so grateful for the help and professionalism that I received today from Xero.

The support from the Xero team was excellent. I contacted them and they were very responsive, which was great as the problem related to banking connections. The instructions to follow were very clear and easy to understand. When the first solution did not work I was able to book a phone call for the next morning within a specific time slot: the person who called was very helpful and resolved my problem very quickly and also an extra one during a remote session. I thought this was great customer service and certainly a lot better than experiences with other services.

Xero is a fantastic app for businesses. It’s easy to use, cloud‑based, and works brilliantly with so many integrated apps. The ability to connect payroll, expenses, reporting and other tools makes running a business much simpler and more efficient. Highly recommend.

really helpful chap, this is no reflect on the nice chap who helped me but i do feel a quicker turnaround , I would prefer like most companies to call a number and they pick up instead of logging a question waiting for a response in 24 to 48 hours. when you need help you need it then.

My recent call with Xero Technical Support was excellent. I had an issue with the Conversion Balance. The Xero representative was knowledgeable, extremely patient and friendly. They clearly explained the issue, walked me through the issue step by step, and made sure I understood how to proceed. I cannot fault their response time, I was happily shocked. Really appreciated the support!
