I’m writing this review with all honesty. I have never ever come across such a helpful and knowledgeable customer service advisor in my life. Intuit Quickbooks is blessed to have Juana as a customer success expert. I can surely testify that she is really a true expert and has full knowledge of the intuit system . I called because I had a problem. She solved my problem and went the extra to teach me. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to say I’m really really really grateful and thankful to her amazing customer service and I wish her all the very best. It is a pity that I won’t be able to ask for her in the future should I need any help.

The software offers tools for self-learning, yet assistance is readily available if you're having trouble. When I ask a human, not a machine, for assistance, I can solve the issue in a matter of seconds. incredibly productive staff that is patient and well-informed.

The customer service experience we received from Quickbooks was second to none. Their knowledge, professionalism and patience when we were struggling to understand the setup of Quickbook Payments was fantastic.

Incredibly Helpful and quick to respond

Xero is by far the most intuitive and user-friendly accounting software I’ve used. Their discounted pricing for not-for-profit organisations is very reasonable, and when I needed support, my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

John was absolutely brilliant on the phone - helpful, knowledgeable, professional, positive and joyful. If only all customer services within companies were as good as this. The guy is a real credit to Xero and I've found xero's services to be perfect over the years. I also really like the intuitive design of the website - it just works. You don't have to go looking or researching how to use the site. Definitely recommend this company. I definitely prefer to speak to a human if there's any issues so being able to reach someone on the phone is really important to me - with this company you can do that.

Xero in unrivalled I have to admit that Xero is one of the best accounting systems I have come across. It is user friendly, intuitive and the support is amazing. I am a true advocate of Xero purely based on the user experience I have faced since first discovering the software in 2021. I have always found it sleek, modern, and user friendly which is such a great asset. I would always recommend Xero whenever someone asks me which software I would recommend.

Habib was so patient, informative and helpful during the session which overrun into his break. He ensured my system was correct and bank balance matched Xero and imported some transactions from my bank. He checked what i had input and the starting details and helped me update/correct where necessary. Although there is a lot of help information on Xero this session was invaluable and would have taken me hours and hours to do on my own. He has confirmed what we did by email and has detailed what i need to do next.

Help was all online, but fast and accurate. First go did not resolve the issue but they quickly found why and told me how to make it work.

I have wonderful experience with XERO central support. 2 things i would like to stress i.e. Speedy response and resolution on very first call. So i had some problem with subscriptions being missed in some companies where i had already paid with within hours of raising this concern i got call from Mr. Haroon (Who had assisted me in past as well for some other issue) and he took my screen online and gave me resolution there and then. Even during call i got some learnings regarding XERO from him as he is expert in his job. Its a WOW experience. Thanks

I elected S corp status for my agency earlier this year and quickly realized I was in over my head with the payroll requirements. You can't just pay yourself however you want anymore - you need "reasonable salary," withholdings, quarterly taxes. I'm not an accountant but Gusto walked me through everything. The setup process helped me figure out what a reasonable salary should be based on my industry and revenue, set up the withholdings, and got me registered with the state tax agency. Took maybe an hour total. The payroll runs automatically on my schedule. Taxes get calculated, withheld, and paid automatically. Easy to pay yourself both salary (with taxes) and distributions (without payroll taxes). You can do both from the same dashboard. This was confusing as hell when I was researching how S corps work, but Gusto makes it simple. If you're a solo founder or small agency owner who just elected S corp status, don't try to DIY this.

Every aspect of using Gusto from setting up in the platform, onboarding employees, and running payroll has been exceptional. I switched from Paychex which was a complete nightmare and I am so happy that I did. Gusto makes it so easy to handle everything on your own including an incredibly helpful AI chatbot. And when you can't figure it out, customer service is great and responsive.

Had to get registered with HMRC for Making Tax Digital. I had some difficulty at first finding links on website after joining, but, had to phone them and Byron took me through step by step and went the extra mile so I now feel confident to start using this. At 77 years these things can be confusing!!!!

Thanks to Matthew Easton, who took me though each stage of the Tupe process, merging 4 payrolls into one. He was great and I couldn't have done it without him.

Anthony sorted out my problem with very little fuss and explained in simple terms what had been the issue.

Lee Carlsen is absolutely amazing - he is so patient and goes through everything slowly step by step. I am totally useless with computers and technology so knowing that it was Lee that would be doing my training again this year helped me to relax and not stress!

Outstanding service

Sage customer service is exemplary. We've been using Sage for years, and any time I have had an issue or question, I receive a response (and solution) within 24 hours, most often within a few hours.

I have been using Sage for many years, no problems, it did what I required. Reluctantly the time had come to retire and I needed to close my subscription. With plenty of help from their agent, this was achieved. Great software and even greater staff.

SAGE operator Byron was very helpful and explains the solutiuon in simple terms.

I’ve been using FreshBooks for one of my businesses for a number of years. I got stuck Formatting report and I called and got the help I needed immediately! Fast and easy!

I thought my account had been hacked when an alternative email showed up in my saved passwords and I thought I had been hacked. When I called the tech listened, understood, consulted with a colleague (second set of eyes concerning my inquiry), and assured me that the account was secure and the email was correct. He explained that sometimes a different email address and password can pop up when logging on another website. All account information was verify and nothing was changed in the account. Very patient and I trusted him

The software can be confusing but it seems extremely efficient, everytime I have called for tech support I have had a human being on the phone within a minute, and each time they were extremely patient and helpful. This alone is worth the price. 5 stars
