I wish i knew this tool Quick books ages ago, it is so professional and simple to work, came to simplify my life, no doubts about it, initially i was reluctant about it but a really good friend of mine told me about it and i took my chance to try. Luckily i had the first impression of the tool with Arcelli my agent, was the first person who took me through all the stuff that i needed to get started and put in on track in every single step, she was focused on my needs all the time, sometimes we had the idea but we can't move and she took every single thought in consideration and made it look absolutely really easy, sometimes the wi-fi connections aren't the best but she got round it and sorted it all, some alterations on the app weren't refreshed on time and she sorted, i am still thinking about what she just done in our appointment on line, well done Arcelli, what an asset to this company, Quick Books have lucky to have her with them. A job is not just a job and she knows about it, made me be more excited and amazed with the accountant stuff now, never thought having this thoughts has a engineer, i use to deal with different heavy stuff not tax man, feeling really relieved to be honest! Great experience with onboarding call.
Recently signed up with Quickbooks for my MTD and I had an onboarding call with Andrei, who was very personable and informative, he was able to answer any questions I had very quickly and easily. There was an obvious delay in our call as we were speaking long distance, but this didn't hinder the lesson and was dealt with easily. After speaking with Andrei I feel like I can now complete the task easily.

Good for my S Corp payroll
I elected S corp status for my agency earlier this year and quickly realized I was in over my head with the payroll requirements. You can't just pay yourself however you want anymore - you need "reasonable salary," withholdings, quarterly taxes. I'm not an accountant but Gusto walked me through everything. The setup process helped me figure out what a reasonable salary should be based on my industry and revenue, set up the withholdings, and got me registered with the state tax agency. Took maybe an hour total. The payroll runs automatically on my schedule. Taxes get calculated, withheld, and paid automatically. Easy to pay yourself both salary (with taxes) and distributions (without payroll taxes). You can do both from the same dashboard. This was confusing as hell when I was researching how S corps work, but Gusto makes it simple. If you're a solo founder or small agency owner who just elected S corp status, don't try to DIY this.

Every aspect of using Gusto from setting up in the platform, onboarding employees, and running payroll has been exceptional. I switched from Paychex which was a complete nightmare and I am so happy that I did. Gusto makes it so easy to handle everything on your own including an incredibly helpful AI chatbot. And when you can't figure it out, customer service is great and responsive.

I called Fresh Books to figure out an aspect of sending our invoices. I thought my account had been hacked when an alternative email showed up in my saved passwords and I thought I had been hacked. When I called the tech listened, understood, consulted with a colleague (second set of eyes concerning my inquiry), and assured me that the account was secure and the email was correct. He explained that sometimes a different email address and password can pop up when logging on another website. All account information was verify and nothing was changed in the account. Very patient and I trusted him
