She was incredibly helpful, showing us how to create invoices, sort out our chart of accounts, record expenses properly, and handle things like profit and loss as well as travel expenses and mileage. We were having a payroll issue with pay items and running an unscheduled pay run to resolve them. The team were very responsive once I raised a support ticket but I still couldn't fix the issue. I've been using Xero for my business accounting, and the integration with Inlet is hands down one of the best features. It completely automates the process of getting utility bills and statements directly into Xero. Instead of logging into multiple provider accounts, downloading PDFs, and manually entering data, Inlet fetches the bills and pushes them straight into Xero as draft bills with the PDFs attached. It saves me hours of admin time every month and ensures the data is 100% accurate without typos. Xero is great on its own, but the ecosystem of apps like Inlet makes it indispensable for small business owners who hate manual data entry. Highly recommend setting this up if you want a truly paperless office.

Good for my S Corp payroll
I elected S corp status for my agency earlier this year and quickly realized I was in over my head with the payroll requirements. You can't just pay yourself however you want anymore - you need "reasonable salary," withholdings, quarterly taxes. I'm not an accountant but Gusto walked me through everything. The setup process helped me figure out what a reasonable salary should be based on my industry and revenue, set up the withholdings, and got me registered with the state tax agency. Took maybe an hour total. The payroll runs automatically on my schedule. Taxes get calculated, withheld, and paid automatically. Easy to pay yourself both salary (with taxes) and distributions (without payroll taxes). You can do both from the same dashboard. This was confusing as hell when I was researching how S corps work, but Gusto makes it simple. If you're a solo founder or small agency owner who just elected S corp status, don't try to DIY this.

Every aspect of using Gusto from setting up in the platform, onboarding employees, and running payroll has been exceptional. I switched from Paychex which was a complete nightmare and I am so happy that I did. Gusto makes it so easy to handle everything on your own including an incredibly helpful AI chatbot. And when you can't figure it out, customer service is great and responsive.

I purchased a Sage pro table top oven…
I purchased a Sage pro table top oven just over two years ago and the convector fan started making grinding noises and some of the interior was peeling . It was just out of guarantee so I phoned customer services and the man I spoke could not have been more helpful . I had lost the receipt from Amazon but was able to email a bank statement as proof of purchase . Within minutes I received an email saying they would replace the oven , all I had to do was print off a return label and drop the oven off at a depot which I did ,The next day a brand new oven arrived ,what a brilliant company . Can’t recommend them highly enough .
