Quickbooks has some of the best customer service out there. I absolutely hate any admin but QB helps me not dread accounting quite as much as I usually would. I also know they take customer feedback very seriously and work on software when they have heard the same improvements wanted from a few customers. So nice to actually feel like your suggestions are being listened to and a company wants to improve as they progress.

I had a huge amount of support help from Nigel today, Thank you. There was nothing actually wrong with the system but you could not see if the Emplyers Allowance had been considered and calculated correctly. But we sorted it and had a lot of help with several other issues.

Dawn talked me through the process of payroll as well as explaining what had happened, what we were doing together and what we as a company could do in the future to perhaps alleviate this kind of issue in the future. Dawn was thorough with payroll help explaining every step to me.

I have three Xero accounts and they run very smoothly, its easy to share the data with my accountant that she needs and tax time is very easy. Everything is very tidy and digital and taken care of, I know where everything is and how each one is tracking. Using Xero is one of the best decisions I ever made as I'm not a numbers person, and have learnt lots about finances now.

Gusto is an easy way to access my paystub and employee information. It was also extremely easy to change the amount I wanted withheld for taxes. In the past (at other companies) it was not an easy thing to do. With Gusto, I was able to make my changes with just a few clicks. Nice job, Gusto!

The ability to find answers so easily, like how to record historical payments to contractors when you've had to give them a cash advance.

The initial onboarding was very intuitive. It was like having a coach sitting right there with me. The deadline and scheduling of tasks that auto setup with alerts was a game changer for me! (ADHD appreciates this). And any time i need to speak with a rep, they are always courteous and patient. I have recommended this platform to colleagues and they have made the switch too! Keep up the amazing work, and you will have a lifelong user!

I am using Gusto for only 1 employee (myself) for a month, the UX is simple and great. Set-up was very easy and pricing is reasonable compared to others for 1 payroll only. I do not do state taxes, just federal withholdings and TX unemployment tax, as well as Solo 401k deductions. I didn't have a lot of interactions with support, but I was able to chat with a few minutes wait. The person was not very knowledgeable, kept sending me link to help files. If things turn south, I will make sure to update my review.

Darren L at sage is amazing! He looks after the accountants payroll side and always goes above and beyond for us. Darren L is a real credit to sage and the reason we have stayed! Before him we felt like a little fish in a very big pond, but now we feel we have a dedicated person just for us (even though he is not technically) that's how good he is at his customer interfacing. His technical expertise and knowledge is excellent and he is the reason why I would recommend sage payroll for accountancy practices.

Very quick and easy answer to my query for payroll year end

I telephoned earlier today to seek assistance with payroll year-end. Michael answered the phone politely, asked the relevant security and asked how he can help me. I advised Michael the issue I was having. He informed me how to correct the error. Instead of just letting me correct the error on my own, Michael offered to stay on the line to talk me through the steps one by one. I am really grateful for his assistance and dedication in assisting me. At the end of the phone call he asked if there is anything else he can help me with me. He also asked about the pension module we currently hold. I advised Michael that the firm's director makes all the decision. He offered to send me an email to be forwarded to my director to look into it. This has been forwarded to my director. Michael requested for a survey to be completed if received and he proceeded to thank me for my call.

Jayne Swane has been extremely helpful in assisting with access to payslips, which appears to be an area the company is currently working to simplify. The payslips themselves are clear and easy to understand, and once access is granted, the system is straightforward to navigate.

Sage customer support is the best after sales service I have ever used. Darren in particular is always happy to help, and patiently passes on knowledge as well as helping fix my issues. Payroll system is great, lots of additions! Systems can all seem the same - nothing comes close to the aftercare!

I really like Freshbooks I wish I could use it, only problem is it when I download my bank data it doesn’t download income/deposits. It’s really a slick system and it’s a lot easier to use than QuickBooks. I hopefully someday it’ll have that ability to automatically down all withdrawals and deposits from the bank.
