I've been having trouble logging into my account and registered this with Xero. Despite it being the weekend, I was called within hours (twice as it turned out as I had two issues) and talked through it. Really happy.

XERO is a good product and they provide good support. It addresses teh requirements to run a small business and to efficiently manage invoices, bills and VAT payments to HMRC. It also integrates seamlessly with the company bank account.

For us the most important thing was having solutions that integrate. Xero does that and on top this does provide a great solution.

I am an old person and was totally confused with how to log-in to a second Xero account. I followed the prompts on the website and eventually was referred to a human. Their response solved the issue in a jiffy!

I previously used quick books but had some hiccups and when I went Limited Company the accountant suggested I switched to Xero, best decision ever. The one little issue there was, this system is so easy to use, I was able to figure it out myself.

I elected S corp status for my agency earlier this year and quickly realized I was in over my head with the payroll requirements. You can't just pay yourself however you want anymore - you need "reasonable salary," withholdings, quarterly taxes. I'm not an accountant but Gusto walked me through everything. The setup process helped me figure out what a reasonable salary should be based on my industry and revenue, set up the withholdings, and got me registered with the state tax agency. Took maybe an hour total. The payroll runs automatically on my schedule. Taxes get calculated, withheld, and paid automatically. Easy to pay yourself both salary (with taxes) and distributions (without payroll taxes). You can do both from the same dashboard. This was confusing as hell when I was researching how S corps work, but Gusto makes it simple. If you're a solo founder or small agency owner who just elected S corp status, don't try to DIY this.

Every aspect of using Gusto from setting up in the platform, onboarding employees, and running payroll has been exceptional. I switched from Paychex which was a complete nightmare and I am so happy that I did. Gusto makes it so easy to handle everything on your own including an incredibly helpful AI chatbot. And when you can't figure it out, customer service is great and responsive.

As an IT professional, I have worked with many customers who use Sage 50 Accounts. I always recommend that customers add me as an authorised contact so I can work directly with Sage Support during troubleshooting. The Sage support agents are consistently knowledgeable, polite, and easy to deal with. Their customer service is professional and calm, which makes a real difference when resolving issues. I speak with many different support technicians across the industry, and Sage has some of the best I have worked with. Highly recommended.

I just completed one year with Sage 50 desktop. I was very pleased with its performance. I wanted to upgrade to Sage 50 Cloud. I appreciate the help that Jalissa provided. Sage technical support is consistently very good. You deal with technical experts, not call handlers/ intermediaries.

I called Sage because I had ordered the incorrect coffee maker the prices were similar but one had a thermal milk jug and the other didn’t. Unfortunately because my original order was further in the process to be amended to the more expensive option. Instead of leaving it at that the lady I spoke with spoke with her supervisor and it was agreed to add the thermal jug to my order instead. So helpful and unexpected, thank you.

The software can be confusing but it seems extremely efficient, everytime I have called for tech support I have had a human being on the phone within a minute, and each time they were extremely patient and helpful. This alone is worth the price. 5 stars
