Since XERO is cloud based, you can use it anywhere anytime. You are also able to review on your smartphone. Automation of sending documents is also great.

Ease of use and good reports

I had a problem with my Bank no longer uploading my transaction to Xero and despite my best attempts I was unable to load my bank transations. I raised a case with Xero and withing 10 minutes a member of staff was chatting with me. She checked several things and guided me to the problem and after it was resolved she called me twice to make sure everything was ok and that I was happy. Thank you so my Natalia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I elected S corp status for my agency earlier this year and quickly realized I was in over my head with the payroll requirements. You can't just pay yourself however you want anymore - you need "reasonable salary," withholdings, quarterly taxes. I'm not an accountant but Gusto walked me through everything. The setup process helped me figure out what a reasonable salary should be based on my industry and revenue, set up the withholdings, and got me registered with the state tax agency. Took maybe an hour total. The payroll runs automatically on my schedule. Taxes get calculated, withheld, and paid automatically. Easy to pay yourself both salary (with taxes) and distributions (without payroll taxes). You can do both from the same dashboard. This was confusing as hell when I was researching how S corps work, but Gusto makes it simple. If you're a solo founder or small agency owner who just elected S corp status, don't try to DIY this.

Every aspect of using Gusto from setting up in the platform, onboarding employees, and running payroll has been exceptional. I purchased a Sage pro table top oven just over two years ago and the convector fan started making grinding noises and some of the interior was peeling . It was just out of guarantee so I phoned customer services and the man I spoke could not have been more helpful . I had lost the receipt from Amazon but was able to email a bank statement as proof of purchase . Within minutes I received an email saying they would replace the oven , all I had to do was print off a return label and drop the oven off at a depot which I did ,The next day a brand new oven arrived ,what a brilliant company . Can’t recommend them highly enough .
