My onboarding session was easy to arrange and my advisor Abegale was beeu helpful. In my 45 minute seesion I was able to understand and navigate quickbooks for the first time. I highly recommend an onboarding session if you have never used quickbooks before.

Had an onboarding tutorial from Ken. Ken was brilliant and so friendly, he was so patient with me as I was having laptop issues at the time of his call but he was very patient and understanding. Being a complete novice and just starting my own business I wanted an easy accounting system that would enable me to keep records and submit accounts for tax with as little time and hassle as possible. I chose Quickbooks and signed up for a free tutorial session with one of their experts. The lady that contacted me, on time, was so friendly and helpful. She was very patient and by the end of my session, I felt ready to get started and really pleased with my choice. I was then sent a follow up email with lots of video tutorials to help me along the way and access to further support wih the experts if I need it. Super impressed.

Although my query was not resolved but not because of the help I received but a technical glitch in the software which does not allow me to solve my issue the help I received was excellent from Louise and she tried everything to put it right and followed up a week later to check all ok. I had an absolutely fantastic onboarding session with Suzie Vella from Xero! She was incredibly helpful, patient and professional, guiding me through how to navigate my Xero account and helping me understand the process of preparing and submitting my VAT returns. Suzie explained everything so clearly and made what initially seemed quite complicated feel simple and manageable. I now feel much more confident using Xero and handling my VAT returns independently. I had an onboarding call with John after using the system for a few months. It was brilliant! The call was really useful so I'd recommend anyone new using the system to do the video call. We screen shared and worked through the functionality of the system as well as addressing any questions that I had gathered over the first few months. I've also rewatched the video to further update my system and John sent loads of additional "help" videos by email relating to the things that we had discussed. Thank you John!

Habib was amazing, easy to interact with, gave me an initial exploration of XERO, allowed me to be able to reconcile alone after the consultation. I would like a further session to develop my skills and to understand more about Xero, however to his credit he did send me an email with instructions after our session.

Gusto is an amazing payroll program. The reports are a little tricky to figure out but the service is amazing and the people are great to work with. They take care of everything and are very proactive in letting you know what you need to do.

I use Gusto as an administrator to post payroll and as an employee to post my time. It works smoothly!

The process was straightforward, and I received the help I needed without any delays. Overall, an excellent customer service experience. The only improvement I would suggest is providing a copy of the chat transcript afterwards for future reference. Highly recommended

I have used FreshBooks as my business platform for several years. I love its simplicity and efficiency. I also love that they take security seriously. I received a phishing email from a FreshBooks account. I reported it and FreshBooks shut it down immediately. Bravo, FreshBooks!

The support team was really helpful! I had made contact with multiple different people and all were extremely polite! And even though my situation was less than ideal to figure out, they did all they could and in the end helped me with my issue. The only thing I would say in terms of criticism, is maybe for the responses to be a little quicker. I completely understand they probably have a million things going on, so I’m really thankful they were even able to help me. But there were multiple times when I would respond via email to their questions, and it would take a day to get a response back.
