I wish i knew this tool Quick books ages ago, it is so professional and simple to work, came to simplify my life, no doubts about it, initially i was reluctant about it but a really good friend of mine told me about it and i took my chance to try. Luckily i had the first impression of the tool with Arcelli my agent, was the first person who took me through all the stuff that i needed to get started and put in on track in every single step, she was focused on my needs all the time, sometimes we had the idea but we can't move and she took every single thought in consideration and made it look absolutely really easy, sometimes the wi-fi connections aren't the best but she got round it and sorted it all, some alterations on the app weren't refreshed on time and she sorted, i am still thinking about what she just done in our appointment on line, well done Arcelli, what an asset to this company, Quick Books have lucky to have her with them. A job is not just a job and she knows about it, made me be more excited and amazed with the accountant stuff now, never thought having this thoughts has a engineer, i use to deal with different heavy stuff not tax man, feeling really relieved to be honest! Recently signed up with Quickbooks for my MTD and I had an onboarding call with Andrei, who was very personable and informative, he was able to answer any questions I had very quickly and easily. There was an obvious delay in our call as we were speaking long distance, but this didn't hinder the lesson and was dealt with easily. After speaking with Andrei I feel like I can now complete the task easily.

Quick books are a very good accounts package which is customer friendly and have a first class telephone support team which is invaluable when the customers need help and it's free.

We are in the process of transitioning across to Xero from Sage 50. The guidance available through the software coupled with a call from Ali in the onboarding team have made this a very easy process. Ali was reallly knowledgeable on the software and able to answer all my questions with demonstrations within Xero. We are excited to start using all the features that Xero has to offer.

I set up a 30 minutes onboarding call as a new Xero Simple user which was invaluable. John talked me through the system on my screen highlighting aspects that made my tasks easier and provided additional depth of analysis. Highly recommended for all new Xero users and 30 minutes well spent.

I am very new at using the Xero software after transferring my Sage data (have been using Sage for over 30 years). I found Enri on the Xero Support Team very helpful in guiding me to the correct menu in Xero to obtain my financial reports. We used Google meet for our half hour meeting and it proved very useful for our Company.

Make doing my tax returns and invoicing for my landscaping business way less of a faff. The app is dead simple to use on the go, absolutely spot on for sole traders.

Totally new to digital bookkeeping, bit daunting after almost 40 years with a paper ledger but the support team are great.Any questions and they get straight back to me straight away either via the chat or calling me. Im confident now with the app,would recommend to anyone.

It was so pleasant to talk to someone who was so knowledgeable about Xero, who answered all my questions and talked me through the procedures to solve my problems. My only regret is that I didn’t arrange the meeting earlier, it would have saved a lot of time.

Great product for a small business. I didn't think it was possible to make accounting both easy and interesting but Xero did it! Great support too with builtin AI and real humans available if you need.

We find Gusto easy to navigate with a user-friendly UI. Its intuitive design simplifies payroll and HR tasks, and support agents are consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, resolving issues promptly and clearly.

I use Gusto on the employee side and find it easy to use. I appreciate the paycheck split feature and the income pie chart, which clearly shows percentage breakdowns of pay and deductions. Overall a practical payroll tool.

I elected S corp status for my agency earlier this year and quickly realized I was in over my head with the payroll requirements. You can't just pay yourself however you want anymore - you need "reasonable salary," withholdings, quarterly taxes. I'm not an accountant but Gusto walked me through everything. The setup process helped me figure out what a reasonable salary should be based on my industry and revenue, set up the withholdings, and got me registered with the state tax agency. Took maybe an hour total. The payroll runs automatically on my schedule. Taxes get calculated, withheld, and paid automatically. Easy to pay yourself both salary (with taxes) and distributions (without payroll taxes). You can do both from the same dashboard. This was confusing as hell when I was researching how S corps work, but Gusto makes it simple. If you're a solo founder or small agency owner who just elected S corp status, don't try to DIY this.

Every aspect of using Gusto from setting up in the platform, onboarding employees, and running payroll has been exceptional. I switched from Paychex which was a complete nightmare and I am so happy that I did. Gusto makes it so easy to handle everything on your own including an incredibly helpful AI chatbot. And when you can't figure it out, customer service is great and responsive.

I’ve been using FreshBooks for one of my businesses for a number of years. I got stuck Formatting report and I called and got the help I needed immediately! Fast and easy!

I thought my account had been hacked when an alternative email showed up in my saved passwords and I thought I had been hacked. When I called the tech listened, understood, consulted with a colleague (second set of eyes concerning my inquiry), and assured me that the account was secure and the email was correct. He explained that sometimes a different email address and password can pop up when logging on another website. All account information was verify and nothing was changed in the account. Very patient and I trusted him
