The agent who eventually talked me through restoring my authenticator app after having sent many emails sent to Xero explaining the difficulties I was having trying to follow written instructions was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and at the end of the call had helped me to regain access to Xero using the authenticator app, where trying to follow written instructions had sent me round in circles and caused me much frustration over the past few days

Although the first call was logged through the bott which was surprisingly easy to navigate, no-one phoned as it was too early to be actioned by the support team. Within 12 hours, both issues were fully resolved. Thank you.

My experience today was amazing, John was so helpful and knowledgeable. I have very little knowledge of Xero but felt so much more better once I had spoken with John, no question was too small and he explained everything perfectly.

I received support over a question about implementing a feature of Xero that had not been implemented when we first adopted Xero. The support team answered my question that same day and gave me step by step instructions on how to do it. It was timely, helpful, clear advice.
We were having a payroll issue
We were having a payroll issue with pay items and running an unscheduled pay run to resolve them.
The team were very responsive once I raised a support ticket but I still couldn't fix the issue.
Enter Caitlin! We spoke on the phone and she guided me step by step through what was needed. I gained some valuable insight along the way (a little like a bonus training session!).

I've been using Xero for my business accounting, and the integration with Inlet is hands down one of the best features. It completely automates the process of getting utility bills and statements directly into Xero.
Instead of logging into multiple provider accounts, downloading PDFs, and manually entering data, Inlet fetches the bills and pushes them straight into Xero as draft bills with the PDFs attached. It saves me hours of admin time every month and ensures the data is 100% accurate without typos.
